    Just cancelled my membership due to walk in treatment is now a minimum of 45 minutes and new patient consultations take priority. I shouldn’t have to download an app to get treatment or jump though extra steps when the business model is for walk in treatment. I had a membership for almost 3 years and I’ve had enough of paying monthly and barely seeing someone because of the constant new consultations and high wait times. Have enough people to cover bases, especially on weekends. 1 person for a whole region is short sighted.

    I am 33 weeks pregnant and recently pulled my back. My OB recommended that I see a chiropractor, but I was honestly very nervous especially being this far along in my pregnancy. Since my options for pain relief are very limited, I decided to give it a try. Dr. Brown was absolutely amazing! He took his time, was incredibly gentle, and listened to every concern I had.     I had to take a while to write this review as I was very angry at the time. Not by the service of the doctors at this location but by the management and front desk of this location. I signed up for the trial package and went through my initial treatments that were not bad at this location. I did decide that I liked a different location better so I decided to cancel my members, and informed the lady at the front desk and she said no problem it would be cancelled. I find out later after I replaced my credit card that they called me because my payment didn't go through to find out I paid for MANY ADDITIONAL MONTHS of memberships AFTER I ALREADY CANCELLED with their front desk lady whom they fired. Then they continued to get very agressive with me over the phone because they said it was MY responsibility to cancel the membership IN WRITING even after I told the front desk attendant I was cancelling and asked if there was anything else I needed to do. Because I was given the WRONG information by THEIR STAFF. They want to hold me liable for additional payments even though I unknowingly made additional payments to the company which I never used after I already cancelled with the staff member they let go. I want to know when a place of buisness is going to take responsibility for their hiring mistakes and make this situation right. I am very disappointed and would highly NOT RECOMMEND this location due to their inability to take corporate responsibility for their hiring issues.

    Beware! I originally signed up for the pay in advance for 5 months and get a month free. At the end of the 6th month my package expired. Without my knowledge they started charging my FSA card. I called in the beginning of April to see how much a one time visit was. I was told $55. I went and was told I had until the 27th to use my 4 visits. That is when I found out that they charged my card $80.00 each month. So, I am out $320.00. I asked serial times for John the practice manager to contact me and he has not. I even called corporate with no response. Lesson learned. I will find a new chiropractor.

    I love Dr. Violla Hanna (or as I call her, Dr. V). She is so friendly, she has a great bedside manner, makes her patients feel comfortable, and she is great at her job. I came in with acute pelvic pain from a new job, and after several doctors found nothing of note, I made a commitment to Chiropractor care, and within a few weeks, found relief. She has an extra certification that allows her to treat pelvic pain in pregnant and non-pregnant women, which I found so helpful. She even goes the extra mile to add some stretching into my treatment. I always feel better after going. I have been treated by 3 of the 4 doctors at this location, and all 3 are great. But Dr. V has consistently gone above and beyond for me each visit. She is phenomenal ?

    I waited until I could no longer take the pain. The ability to walk in and get adjusted is great. The staff is amazing from the front desk to the doctors. The facility has a great atmosphere and clean. The prices and packages are great and reasonable. It's costing me less than my insurance.     Dr Joe is absolutely amazing! Incredibly knowledgeable on my hypermobility disorder and how to work around/with it. He has helped me tremendously with a bad case of neck torticollis. The staff us so welcoming and nice. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ETA: the ER who diagnosed me did absolutely nothing to help. And I had no rante of motion at all towards the left. Its been less than a week and thanks to Dr Joe(and one other Dr I cant remember her name) I have full range of motion back in my neck. When i went back the third time and saw the other Dr, she was quick, super good at what she does, and i walked out with hips that didnt hurt for the first time in years. I fully recommend this place, and am encouraging my dad to start going as well. Did I mention they are also super quick. To the point you might even go "thats it?" But you'll feel amazing after!

    I've been to several Chiropractic places over the years, and finally, I landed at The Joint in Lake Nona. Dr. Mariam was my first contact there. Getting adjusted with her was an amazing experience that left me feeling lighter and more flexible than when I walked in. In my honest opinion, if you consider Chiropractic an art as I do, Dr. Mariam is up there with Rembrandt and van Gogh! Imagine you're the Tin Man and you've been outside in the rain for a week, your joints are stiff, stuck, they feel fused by rust.     I want to share my experience to warn others about the way this clinic operates. Unlike a traditional chiropractic office, The Joint Chiropractic functions as a membership-based business, which they do not clearly explain upfront. When I visited, I was told I could come in for just a few sessions—specifically, I was recommended their “Wellness Plan” of 2 visits per week (up to 8 per month), and they even mentioned I’d receive 3 “free” visits. What they didn’t tell me is that by signing the agreement, I was committing to pay for at least two full months, regardless of how many visits I actually needed or used. I was very clear that I was only in town temporarily and would not be continuing treatment long-term. Still, I was pushed into signing this plan with no explanation of the cancellation policy or the two-month minimum charge. When I finally found out, I was shocked—and when I tried to address it, no one helped or took accountability. I never met the owner; I only received a dismissive email. The staff member at the front desk even admitted, “Yes, I didn’t mention the two-month commitment.” That says it all. In short, this experience felt dishonest and exploitative. I recommend being extremely cautious before agreeing to anything at this clinic. Read the fine print carefully, and don’t trust verbal assurances. What looks like a flexible plan can turn into a costly, frustrating situation. These people are scammers!

    After going to another chiropractor for a year and him not actually helping one visit at The Joint Chirorpactic and being helped by the female doctor, I forgot her name. But she listened to my complaint and knew exactly how to address it. She explained what she would do, and along the way she gave feedback on how my body responded to her treatment. When I stood up there was ZERO pain in my back. I could bend any direction reach down touch my toes and come back up without pain. I walked out of there feeling like my old self again, not some super old guy that needed a cane.

However, I waited all week to see Dr. Joe due to the inability from other doctors to resolve and adjust my neck properly.     The Joint here is GREAT! With the prices being as amazing as they are and it being so easily accessible, I was worried. But they’re whole concept is convenience and great pricing so those without much time or insurance can still get great treatment. I came in with back pain and Kevin came up with a great plan for me. After one visit, I could tell it was the right move and was really going to help. No long waits, no fighting for appointments, none of the usual pain of a doctors office.     I love this place! Dr Goubrial is fantastic! I can stand tall when I leave there and without my normal morning headache. The facility is really clean. My rating for Dr Gabriel is a 10! She deserves more than a 5. I will definitely continue to go there in the future.

    Started coming to the Joint for about two months already. Started with neck aches constantly and first met with Joe I think is his name and was able to get rid of the pain. Then Mariam attended to me the next couple of visit and my back was very tight and she was able to adjust me and recommended a few daily stretches and since my back has been feeling great. I will keep coming weekly for maintenance.

    Only gave it a one star so everyone can be aware on how unprofessional the doctors are. The doctor I saw made a comment about my bra size probably being the issue as to why my back can also be hurting and he said "for the aesthetics of it it's not bad" and then laughed. I felt really uncomfortable and no woman should go through that. Will not be coming back ever.

    I want to advise you regarding the new Chiropractor Clinic in Lake Nona “The Joint Chiropractic” they are selling you a package based on VISITS but when you sign the contract they have in very little words a brief sentence saying you are obligated to pay at least 2 months before you cancel the contract with them. This is not a regular Chiropractic Clinic this is a membership place…even the “doctors” recommended a different plan of visits and they never say anything about the membership please be aware that you will sign to pay at least 2 months for their service even you don’t need it. In my case they recommended me the Wellness Plan 2 times per week up to 8 visits and they will give me 3 more visits “free” guess what I never got the free visits because they obligated me to pay the 2 months. I just cancelled it but it was a very disappointing situation no body helped me or apologized for the misinformation they gave me at the time of my evaluation appointment. The owner never meet me just emailed me back and never recognized that their personal is not giving the right information to their patients. The lady at the front desk said yes you are right I did not mentioned that you have to pay at least 2 months. I have the script, I have all the paperwork they gave me but never got a copy of my contract. So be careful!

    I have only had one visit so far but I will definitely be going back! The office is clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I had my daughter with me and they were nice and accommodating. Dr. Eduardo really knows his stuff and I felt really comfortable with him adjusting me. I realize I may get a different doctor next time but it seems like they all work pretty similarly at this location so I don't for see any issues.
