Following retirement, Dr. Gamble worked as a Senior Analyst with Battelle and in business development with Darley Defense, both supporting U.S. Special Operations Command and U.S. Central Command, before dedicating himself to chiropractic medicine.

Today, Dr. Gamble combines his military discipline and leadership with his passion for healing, providing care that promotes health, performance, and overall wellness. He and his wife, Shawna, live in Madisonville, Louisiana, raising two teenage daughters attending Archbishop Hannan High School, a 25-year-old autistic son, and caring for his mother.     I didn't like another office and was hesitant about this one. The chiro did a good job here. You lost a star because I was in pain. And after signing 6 or 7 times not knowing if there would be more coming I was very upset. Do you want to NEEDLESSLY make your customers upset before treatment? You did, I can prove it I am that customer. The maximum number legally required would be 2 signatures. A single signature at the end of a packet can be a valid agreement if the page clearly says you have read and agree to each listed form, and those forms are actually attached. A Texas lawyer answering almost this exact question — intake packet, privacy notice, financial policy, consent — said one signature is commonly accepted when the language covers every section. Ordinary consent to treat, payment terms, and an acknowledgment that you received a privacy notice do not each need their own statute-mandated signature.     The receptionist filled out my exam paperwork for me indicating I was experiencing less pain and would recommend the joint to a friend. I didn’t answer any of those questions myself.     I’ve been going to The Joint Chiropractic for about a month now, and I’ve had an excellent experience every visit. Dr. Kershaw has been amazing. I came in initially with a very sore, tense back, and after my adjustment I felt immediate relief. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and really takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable. The entire staff has also been incredibly friendly and welcoming. Customer service has been top notch from the moment you walk in the door. One thing I really appreciate is how affordable and convenient everything is. No insurance is needed, visits are only $29, and they accept FSA/HSA cards as well. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality chiropractic care in the Pensacola area!

    If your looking to get detailed care quickly, or maintenance done quickly, this is the place to go. If its your first time, Dr. Freddy Minaya explains succinctly what will happen, how hes going to work with you and send you after care while making sure you feel heard and that you are his only focus during your appointment. If you have being going to a chiropractor long term already and you're looking for someone who's going to get those annoying spots that seem to NEVER release, Dr. Stuart Kershaw is your guy. No nonsense, in and out in 5-15 minutes (depending on how MUCH adjustment you need), be sure to be honest with him if you think something hasn't released by the end of your appointment and he will address it efficiently. I've come in several times after riding a motorcycle all day, never shamed about appearance or smelling like im not fresh out of the shower (please come in clean and dressed appropriately, dont put these wonderful professionals through that) and I went from not being able to turn my head to check for traffic, to bobbing along to my music on the way home. There are multiple other Dr's, such as Dr.Kimberely Symmonds who is very intuitive and gentle about her adjustments, if your looking for a slower, softer experience. So if you arent happy with your first experience, LET THEM KNOW WHY and give them another chance, they WANT to help you and get you moving again. My shoulders have never been so relaxed.     I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with The Joint Chiropractic. When I signed up, no one clearly disclosed that the plan required a 3-month commitment. The only thing explained was the “7 visits per month” (4 paid + 3 “free”), which is what influenced my decision to join. After using about 7 visits, my condition improved and I no longer needed their services. However, I was still charged $89 the following month. When I called, I was told I was locked into a 3-month contract — something that was never clearly communicated upfront. It gets worse. The front desk staff assured me my membership was canceled and that no further charges would occur. Despite this, I was charged again the next month ($98). After multiple calls, I was finally connected with a representative from Phoenix. They issued a partial refund of $44 and once again confirmed my account was canceled and that this would not happen again. Yet, the following month — I was charged AGAIN. This is unacceptable and feels extremely deceptive. At this point, it’s not just poor customer service — it’s a serious billing issue. I do NOT recommend this company. Be very careful before signing anything and think twice before giving them your card information. You may continue to be charged even after canceling.

    The people are nice, but I feel like they wanted to sell me a membership. They called it a “prepaid “ treatment plan that would expire if not used in the timeframe they set. I don’t think that’s the right approach. I feel like they should lower their prices slightly and make it more affordable even if you aren’t prepaying. I’ve been to several chiropractors and I have never had to prepay for my treatment plans. I do like the videos they send you on YouTube, but there are a tons of chiropractors out there with the exact same exercises to offer. Overall, I was satisfied, but I don’t like feeling like I’m being roped in like a used car salesman.

    After being a member at the joint and visiting many I realized this is not a good fit for me. I started in Colorado. The doctors changed regularly. Every time I’d really find a good match for me they would be gone within a few months. I moved to Md and never found a decent Dr. always left feeling half adjusted and like they weren’t skilled enough to adjust me properly. Tried this location. Walked out wishing I hadn’t gone as I never felt relief and was even a bit sore in a not good way for a few days. I chose 2 stars because this chain is very hit or miss with mostly miss in my experience. Wasted my money for sure. If your new to chiropractic care look elsewhere, where someone will care for you every single time you walk in the door.

    Very disappointed with the way my membership cancellation was handled. I submitted all required documents for both myself and my wife in June—hers was cancelled correctly, but mine wasn’t. After calling in October, I was refunded and assured my membership was fully cancelled, yet they continued charging my card. Now they claim I “missed a document,” which makes no sense since my wife’s cancellation went through with the same paperwork. I haven’t used the service since July, and they still refuse to refund the charges caused by their own processing mistake. Poor management and overall declining service quality. Update on previous review: I spoke with Dakota the branch manager this morning. She was able to identify the problem in the system, which she then rectified. She also assured me that this will not happen going forward. She was able to process the full refund for all the months. Thank you for this help.

    I made an appointment online. But I called to inform them that I was waiting for a new ID to come in the mail, I was told that I would need either a passport or military ID. I called back to inform them I had a ID but had expired last month, but I had a DOD civilian Military cac card that was valid. Both with pictures of my face and address and so on. The girl over the phone said that would be fine. Ok great! Then about 30 mins later I get a call from the Navy Blvd location saying if I go there it’s free today in which I informed her of my identification situation… in which the lady was very rude, not only to me but talking about the girl who had informed me wrong, saying “ well I’m the manager “ great, I didn’t ask. I just felt bad for the poor girl at the other location. If she was that rude to me imagine how rude she is to her employees. Definitely on a power trip! Also, it’s a chiropractor office not a hospital. I’d be fine with the forms of ID I had on me at the time. Ridiculous!

    This place is great when it comes to an alternative pain management. I look forward to my weekly visit. The relief i feel after I stop by is indescribable. While I did have a few non satisfactory visits, they go above and beyond to make up for its ( especially and employee by the initial D.S). After a few texts and a call im happy to say im feeling that indescribable relief once more. I highly recommend a visit.

    After having a not so pleasant initial experience Dakota reached out to me. She was kind and asked me to come in to allow them to make things right. I was paired with the lovely Dr.Williams. She broke down the entire process for me before we even began. I felt very at ease with her kind and bubbly personality. I was able to get adjusted and even signed up for the membership as well. If you are an expecting mother I would definitely recommend seeing Dr.Williams. She is very kind and patient. The staff at the Joint truly care about their patients.     Dr Kelly was the best chiropractor i have ever had. I usually have a doctor who is not attentive and rushes through their adjustment. I usually feel mildly better but with some lasting pain after my adjustment. Dr Kelly took a little extra time and made feel important. She took the time to build trust with me and i felt so great, relaxed and no pain after my adjustment. I hope to see her again since she changed my perspective of chiropractic of being a positive experience. I will recommend all of my friends and family to Dr Kelly. I hope she stays for a while.

    Kim was AMAZING!!! I came into The Joint because I tweeted my back and could not find anyone open on Saturday. Kim took her time and made she she checked everything and also checking in with me to make sure I was handling the adjustment okay! I definitely recommend them!     Recently I took issue with the frequency and timing of when and how our semi annual paper work needs to be refilled out. While the receptionist was respectful and informative I was very upset that I wouldn’t be able to receive treatment until I filled out the semiannual forms and unfortunately I didn’t have enough time during my lunch break to fill them out and receive care. That being said I wanted to let the company know how dissatisfied I was with my visit, in doing so I offended the staff and acted poorly. Upon speaking with their district supervisor I was informed that unfortunately there was no way around the paperwork and that the receptionist had no choice but to refuse my treatment until the necessary forms were signed. The DM rightly supported her associate and explained that while she couldn’t change their policy, she wanted me to know that I was heard and that she had elevated my complaint to the highest level. Firstly I would like to appreciate her efforts and secondly I’d like to apologize to her staff and her personally for my treatment and actions. This particular Joint location is filled with both amazing doctors and staff, ensuring you will look forward to your weekly visits. I personally recommend to anyone that would like to have less pain and more movement, that you get the monthly wellness plan for 69.99 it will be the best 69.99 you ever spent on your self, and veterans like myself save an additional 10%.     Overall, this was a pleasant experience. This particular location had a staff of friendly and knowledgeable individuals. The feeling was like an experimental food bar, with its open floor plan. This makes sense in that they're trying to destigmatize the treatment and care that chiropractors give and offer. Everyone being able to see what's happening as a form of open and interpersonal care. Like a community coming together to be treated. It was a little jarring, having been used to offices that close the door for personal health and privacy practices. But I didnt hate the concept. Of course, this also meant they had to be a little gentler in their approach, so as to not scare others. This is a great idea, in my opinion. Though not the kind of care I needed personally. The Dr who helped me was able to get out a nasty knot I didnt even know I had. Though that did not quite address my initial concern, it did at least help alleviate it. And while this location was a but far out of the way for me personally (another location much closer to home is opening soon!) it certainly is a prime location for the intended demographic and clientele they advertise to. With a absolutely wonderful first time patient discount, and package prices to offer, I can say confidently that I definitely got my money's worth and will, when the time.comes, return for more care.

    I've been to many Chiro's over the years and this one has to be the BIGGEST waste of time I've ever encountered. It's like a pump and dump shop. get ya in, go thru a few motions on their open room beds so you can see everyone getting worked on, then get ya out as fast as possible but don't forget to sign up for their monthly plan. LOL, anyone actually signing up for this hasn't experienced an actual professional chiro.

    Very Good chiropractor with a perfect adjustment, and I've seen at least 20 around the country. He explained in a very simple detailed way my direct problems which most chiropractic clinics just adjust you and dont explain what all there actually fixing. Dr. Dave gave me one of the best, most comfortable, and most improvement in my issues that ive ever had he gave me one of the best adjustments I've ever had.

    Dr. Green is absolutely amazing! I was dealing with a pinched nerve in my neck that was causing trap, shoulder & arm pain. The day after my 1st visit with her, it was 90% better!     I used to love the joint but they lost their two best doctors this week, Dr. Dan and Dr. Sai. I will be cancelling my membership because the owners continue to run off all the best doctors that we get. The owners don’t care about the doctors or the patients. They work the doctors long hours without giving them a lunch or even a break and they don’t care about the patients because they run off every single doctor they get. Do not support the joint here. Maybe there are better owners other places but these people will continue cycling though doctors not caring when people quit or leave until it start affecting their bottom line.

    I have a very long history with The Joint. I have been a member off and on since the first clinic opened in Pace, FL. Let me just say that if ALL of your chiropractors were like Dr. Dan, currently at the Pensacola location, there would never be a time that I was "off" at The Joint. If you consistently had chiropractors like Dr. Dan available, I would also pay for the best plan available at The Joint. Because the good chiropractors come and go so often at The Joint, I choose 10-15 visit packs usually b/c I never know when I will be able to find a practitioner that I trust. I was in chronic pain, unable to lift my arm without terrible pain, for 10 months. I saw 2 different chiropractors at private locations and they could not help me. Both told me I needed to seek a surgical consult. My husband was singing Dr. Dan's praises for a while but, b/c I had actually been left in more pain from various past experiences at The Joint, I would not trust The Joint again to help me. My husband convinced me to see Dr. Dan and that pain I had, which was due to a pinched muscle, was gone after one visit and I could lift my arm again. It truly felt like a miracle. I have been seeing him ever since. Even when he left the Pace, FL location, my husband and I followed him to Pensacola even though our home is in Milton. Dr. Dan is very intuitive and really understands his practice, he also just genuinely cares to help make you feel better, and that is priceless.

    Dr Sai was very relatable and understanding of my pain. She explained to me her every move while making sure I was comfortable as much as possible while in pain. I came in because I sleep wrong and popped something out in my arm. I was still in some pain when I left and she called me back in same day. I believe it was from her knowledge in her field that she could tell what level of discomfort I should be in after an adjustment. I recommend her to anyone because of her knowledge, gentleness, and consideration of her patients. Thank you Dr. Sai, so much pain was relieved in one day visit. More than grateful. And the staff was super helpful and friendly.

    Id give this place 6 stars if I could, it has done me so much good. I've always been suspicious of chiropractors since a bad experience years ago and this place changed my mind. On top their work being on point they have the best customer service. I witnessed Jordan deal with an absolutely impossible customer. She simply kept her cool and composure listening to the customers irrational ranting " mind you 10 min after she was done cracking him" and then moved on to crack me perfectly with a smile on her face.

    So far my experience has been pleasant. I've gone in twice and everyone was extremely friendly and professional. My only complaint is the lack of privacy. I've never been to a chiropractor where you are adjusted in front of others waiting or even other patients. Maybe put a curtain between the people waiting and the people being adjusted?

    Dr Booker knew exactly what my problem was when I described my pain and what I did to cause my pain. She gave me an adjustment, exercises to do at home and instructions for home. She is very knowledgeable and provided instant relief. If you need relief, go to The Joint. Where else can you get relief and not have to wait for an appointment? I was a new patient and was in/out within 50 minutes.

    In from out of town on vacation & the drive up really severely flared up my lower back to the extent that walking was difficult. We were desperate & booked a same day appointment at the only location we could find open on a Sunday. The staff was very friendly. I got Dr. Kim. She performed one adjustment in the morning, gave advice/instructions, and a second adjustment in the afternoon. They charged this as one visit. I am now able to get around with an elastic brace, and we will be returning tomorrow with hopes to salvage our beach trip — I admit that I was skeptical at first about the lack of insurance credentialing… but I am very glad I went in & would confidently recommend this clinic to anyone. They know what they are doing. The only caveat is if you require imaging the facility is not equipped for this — but they perform pre-adjustment tests to ensure you are safe to work on. But I couldn’t walk unassisted when I went in, and they were able to help me. I give Dr. Kim and reception 10/10.

    Would definitely give 4.5 stars if I could! I found The Joint via a facebook reel, comingin as a new patient. The staff is amazing! The receptionist was so inviting, informing, and had an outstanding personality. Dr. Dan had all the good vibes! I was nervous and he put me right at ease! I signed right on up for his treatment plan. The only reason for the .5 star deduction is the time. Be sure to know that you may need about 20 minutes to fill out medical history, etc. So plan on at least 40 minutes for your first visit! Not a huge issue, just would be nice to know. Oh, and they didnt have change, so they owe me a buck on my next visit! ? Overall amazing experience!

    Great place, excellent staff, very knowledgeable. Very helpful, very friendly. Overall good experience helping with my pain. However, the facility itself is in a terrible location. There is a restaurant adjacent that blows cooking fumes and exhaust in to the facility, taking away from an otherwise, great experience.

    I’ve been coming here for a few months now and it’s been a great experience so far. Super affordable and a lot of great doctors. Of course I prefer the adjustments from certain doctors over others. But generally speaking, they all do a great job; and for the price, you really can’t beat it.     The most unprofessional, rude, absurd Chiropractor works here. God forbid you come in for a one-time adjustment and not sign up for a wellness program. In his defense, there was only one Chiropractor on duty, and a never-ending line of patients to attend to. My guess is a combination of being overworked and personal problems, is the cause of such horrible people skills.

    I’ve been to The Joint several times when I lived in another state and it was always great service. But today I went into Davis location and dealt with the rudest, most unprofessional person ever. His name is Dr. Mackey and he was apparently all pissed because he had to come into work today. After signing in and signing back up for monthly service, I was sent to the back by the very sweet front desk girl to be worked on. Dr. Mackey completely ignored me after I spoke to him, walked to the front and brought someone else back. I told him I was sent back and he replies that “she” screwed up and said nothing else, while looking and acting very mad at me. I asked him what the problem was and he just points at all the open tables and proceeds to rant about being called into work on his day off and having to deal with all these customers by himself. Just fyi, there were only 3 clients there so it wasn’t crowded. He looked very disheveled and was acting very erratic, so I sure as heck wasn’t going to let him touch me! I went back up front and advised the front desk clerk. Oddly she did not seem a bit surprised about how he was asking as I’m sure she could hear most of everything that was said. She then calls and tells her boss about the incident and I’m supposed to receive a call from someone. Hoping I can get my membership cancelled because I will not be going back to this location with the highly unprofessional Dr Mackey.

    i don’t know if i would recommend this place. most people have good reviews so maybe i just had a rough experience. it was my first time being adjusted. (8/20/23). the front desk woman was super nice and filling out paperwork was easy. i was called back and right off the bat, my doctor seemed off. i forgot their names but he had a long orange beard. he explained things and asked questions but it felt robotic and rushy. i heard that adjustments aren’t supposed to be painful but it was pretty painful for me. not because i have a sensitive body but because my chiropractor used more force than needed. i felt my body would have cracked the same if he was more gentle but due to him using more force than needed, it hurt. he didn’t ask what pressure was okay for me. he just did what he thought would be most affective and it hurt. instead of him adjusting me little by little, he did these big adjustments in one go which caused a lot of discomfort and pain. afterwards he explained my future visits but it all seemed salesman like. more robotic than genuine. like he just wanted my money. there was another doctor there and he took his time explaining and conversing with his client. he was a nice gentleman and had a dark black beard. i think i would have had a better experience with him. as i checked out, my doctor hovered. i felt a lot of pressure to sign up for the plan but i declined. when i declined i was asked what my reasoning was but i said i had no reason due to the doctor standing there. my reason for not wanting to sign up was because it was very overwhelming. my body was in shock from my chiropractor doing those adjustments in a rush instead of taking breaks in between. and it just seemed overall that they wanted my money . it was very awkward. you would think they’d be more careful and genuine when dealing with your spine. i went in thinking one thing and left not wanting to go back. i don’t think the little relief i felt was worth the pain and money.

    Please know that I am genuinely putting this review to help people, which is why I am being honest. The people are pretty nice. I used to like it here and got really good help, but the staff completely changed. Last time I came in the guy literally wasn’t able to do anything. I had some really bad upper back, shoulder pain that others have had no difficulty with. He asked the other chiropractor for help because he didn’t know what he was doing. He didn’t really get the help and let me go without accomplishing anything. It had been really difficult for me to be able to come in as it was, but this wasted my time and money. I tried cancelling my plan on this visit but was rushed out. I called about canceling my plan, as a friend of mine did this without issue, and they refused unless I went in person, telling me I needed me to fill out paperwork in person. This would be fine to me if there was no other way to cancel, but as others have cancelled over the phone, it seems strange…especially considering that they are supposedly supposed to cancel your plan after a few months without use. I have only been able to go in this once since January, yet I am still charged every month. I explained to them that it is not really possible for me to come back in person at the moment to cancel my plan (medical reasons), but they said that they could not cancel over the phone unless I was living outside the US…so it is possible. Hopefully, this information is helpful in helping you make an informed decision. Other Joint locations should be fine depending on the staff. It is this location particularly I do not recommend.

    After being a member at the joint and visiting many I realized this is not a good fit for me. I started in Colorado. The doctors changed regularly. Every time I’d really find a good match for me they would be gone within a few months. I moved to Md and never found a decent Dr. always left feeling half adjusted and like they weren’t skilled enough to adjust me properly. Tried this location. Walked out wishing I hadn’t gone as I never felt relief and was even a bit sore in a not good way for a few days. I chose 2 stars because this chain is very hit or miss with mostly miss in my experience. Wasted my money for sure. If your new to chiropractic care look elsewhere, where someone will care for you every single time you walk in the door.

    This location is terribly staffed. The location is closed frequently and gives clients little to no notice of closings. The front desk staff seem to be very disengaged from their actual job. I had to come in twice to cancel my membership because it wasn’t done correctly the first time. The entire ordeal has been more of a headache than any relief from the adjustments by the providers. Stick to traditional Chiro Offices where the providers have incentives (doors to keep open) to keep clients and give superior service. Unfortunately The Joint was a total let down. Update: 2 weeks later and I still have not received the confirmation of cancellation since submitting the form in person to the clinic.

    Friendly staff, good experience for a first timer, and good service plans. Pricing is comparable or less than paying insurance copays. I would take 1/2 star off only for the 40+ min wait time with a booked new patient appointment. The established patients with service plans get to scan their membership card and skip the people who are waiting for appointments. But everything else was great and felt so much better afterward that I signed up for their plan. I think it's worth a try.

You can't just hire doctors like restaurants and retail workers. I wish the owners cared enough about these doctors to save them. Everyone can be saved if they cared about the reasons they obviously left. I don't know the story but I know people don't leave jobs. They leave owners/managers. These new owners really have made a mistake. I will be canceling my membership and also hope everyone else does too in support of the best doctors leaving.     It's a great concept, but whoever I had that day gave me a very loud consultation in a rather condescending manner. Unprompted, he gave me reasons for going to school and why he wouldn't give me an adjustment until I got an MRI. Um, what? I have zero medical issues and simply get occasional adjustments from Dr. Edge because it feels good. Joint Chiropractic just happened to be closer. There isn't much privacy. It's just one big, open room with tables. I get the idea, but even had I gotten an adjustment, I don't think it would've been for me.

So I called back and left another VM to make sure I could get in about 6:30, no returned call. My friend loves this place and was adamant that I could get in. Showed up at 6:30. They didn’t even notice I was there. About 6:38 they said they can’t take new patience bc they close at 7. They were completely unhelpful, said “oh ya Google gives the wrong number!” Good customer service would acknowledge that was an issue and saw me anyway. Waste of time and would never go back.     I called about getting an appointment and they set me up with one even though when I said on the phone call that I had previously been in a car accident. I spend nearly 45 minutes filling out documents and waiting my turn for my appointment and then when I'm called back I am told that they can't do anything for me because they don't handle accident cases. A huge waste of my time when they could have just told me on the phone the previous day. Basically if you need any actual care for anything that has happened, you cannot come here and have to be referred somewhere else. If you just feel like going to a chiropractor and do not have any injuries causing your problems, then you're allowed to go here. They need to be much more up front with this information to not waste people's time filling out a ton of forms. There should be a small qualifying questionnaire that covers these issues so you don't spend a ton of time filling out a bunch of redundant forms to be turned away.

Even though I hated having to switch doctors whenever adjustments are made at The Joint (pun intended), I am welcoming my most recent switch to Dr. Dan. He understands what I need and doesn't dismiss my pains or discomforts. We will hunt him down and I will drive all the way to Pace, out of my way, just to get to him.     My first visit to The Joint Chiropractic was Absolutely amazing! For starters the wellness coordinator Adrianna was so sweet, outgoing and understanding of me making an appointment the same day, and showing up right at the appointment time when I couldn't be there early. I was actually nervous and she made that all melt away. Secondly Dr. Cody was also very understanding of my concerns and even talked to me before I finished my paperwork to make sure that I was at the correct place for my back pain which showed me that he was ready to see me and didn't want me to waste any time if my problem was more severe than he could treat. When the time came for my exam he was very thorough in explaining exactly what he was going to be doing and how I need to position my body all while constantly asking if I was feeling okay or in pain. Not once was I uncomfortable, everyone was very professional. After my adjustment I had some questions I wanted to ask Dr. Cody and he was happy to answer them, he had another patient to see and asked if he could do her adjustments before he answered my list of questions which was no problem at all because she had been waiting for me and I even got to watch him do her adjustments and explain what he was doing some more. Another amazing Dr. here is Dr. Lizmar! She had come over to help answer some of my questions as well with such a positive attitude and demonstrated things I can do to help myself at home while I was there. I Highly recommend Dr. Cody and Dr. Lizmar if you plan to visit! I learned a lot just from my first visit and I can't wait to come back with the treatment plan they set for me. Lastly, environment was very inviting and they all seem to enjoy what they do. I couldn't think of one bad thing to say, I truly appreciated the service I got from everyone.

    Dr. Dustin is very thorough and willing to answer any questions. I have gone to a chiropractor for over forty years to keep my spine and hips in alignment.     Do not go to this place! They cancelled my plan because I wasnt coming in a regular basis which caused them to lose money. However that was never stated in the policy I signed. They didn't even bother to call me to let me know that i was gonna lose my plan that I had paid for. The plan I purchased included some free adjustments which I only used about half of them the others I purchased just to have them taken away. To the owner below I never received a phone call nor email.

    I was very excited when I learned about the Joint Chiro concept. I had two adjustments and wondered both times why my lower back adjustment was never done. I was told by the doctor that he had a shoulder injury and could not adjust that way. I went back for a third adjustment and asked if he could do a table drop adjustment because his last two adjustments were not effective. I was told by the doctor that he was not going to do an adjustment that would injure his shoulder. If you can’t do your job 100% for paying customers then why are you charging 100% for ineffective service. 17 years of consistent Chiro treatments and have never experienced This. Update from initial post. I have been contacted by the owners for this location. I declined any and all compensation as that is not what this is about to me. Bad employees even if they have a “DR” in front of their name are still bad. I do feel that the ownership for This location genuinely cares about their customers and has far exceeded any expectation to make one of their employees faults, right. I can only recommend my experiences, but they have other doctors that I think will be professional and give a great adjustment.

    The team who works here are extremely professional and kind; they always do a good job of making you feel comfortable and welcome. My adjustments have been great, even my shoulder pain is easing up. I do wish they did more of a evaluation; in past chiropractic offices I’ve visited they do various scans to get a numerical reading for your back tension, but I do understand that not doing this keeps treatment more affordable. Awesome place, give it a shot.

    The Joints open schedule is very conducive to my crazy schedule. You don’t have to make an appointment and they are open 7 days a week. The Pensacola location is convenient to stop by on my way home from work. I’m a seasoned chiropractic patient and Dr. Weber’s adjustments are some of the best I’ve ever had.
