    Unfortunately Dr. Walburn who runs this location bans customers who leave a bad Google review and then refuses to provide refunds for services not rendered. I was nothing but kind and professional until I caught him lying on the phone at which point I told him I was done with the conversation and hung up. It’s a foolish way to treat a customer of four years and is a sad reflection on his professionalism that he cannot accept feedback. His argument for not providing a refund is that he claims you can see any joint nationwide outside of Lakeland, Plant City or zephyrhills but since I don’t live nationwide and paid for local care, that isn’t an acceptable answer. The state Attorney General’s office is looking into the matter. If you need to go to The Joint I recommend avoiding any from this franchise.

    Absolutely no consistency of care. Between the constant turn over & the fresh out of school chiropractors they hire (so fresh they have a hard time doing manual manipulations) I am finally done with The Joint- PC. They had a regular doctor for about a year & she was great. However last month I went in & was stuck with another new doctor who couldn’t even get my slipping rib back in. I went twice trying to give him a chance & the second time when I requested a specific adjustment he told me flat out “no” When I asked the front desk when the regular doctor would be back in, I was told she would not be returning. Ironically my membership had just billed for the new month & I was not happy with the care I received from the new doctor. I requested a refund for the month for my son and I because I would not be returning & wasn’t going to waste my money on a Doctor who could not even adjust me properly. But then I received a voicemail from the regional manager- he proceeded to defame their old regular doctor, talk about how she is not a Christian & several other disparaging comments. As an employer myself, I found this completely unprofessional & attempted to contact corporate. Still no callback from corporate & still no refund. Save your time and money, there is nobody qualified here for them to actually be calling themselves chiropractors.

    The Joint Chiropractic is the best place I’ve ever found from a TikTok ad! They have several locations across the states and make going to any of them very convenient! Michelle at the front desk is so helpful. Dr. Peraza and especially Dr. Olivia Knight have been wonderful resolving my hip and pain issues!! I know I’m well taken care of when I step foot through the doors. I always leave pain free and walking so much better than when I went in. They work wonders for hip misalignments and any other tension needs!! Cannot recommend The Joint Chiropractic enough if you’re looking to get some relief from your daily woes of pain.

    I’ve been coming here at least once a week for over a year and it has massively helped my back and neck pain. Today I had the pleasure of being adjusted by Dr. Walburn, who I always appreciate for being so particular and taking his time. Sometimes (other locations) I’ve had chiros do a quick one size fits all adjustment and send me on my way, but Dr. Walburn points out the specific vertebrae that is out of place and what he’s doing to adjust it.     Went there in excruciating pain and could barely stand up. Dr. O Knight eas amazing! Got me adjusted and had me back 2 more times and by the 3rd visit my pain was completely gone!     The last 2years of my life has been a physical struggle. I've been in constant pain, had numerous tests performed, seen one doctor after the next with mobility issues. All the time and money spent and I was still left with no answers or a treatment plan to help me overcome my limitations.     The Joint is a great place for most of your chiropractic needs. I am giving five stars to those who deserve it. Not everyone in this establishment deserves high recommendations, though. The individuals I would like to highlight would be Jennifer at the front desk. She is very accommodating, understanding, inviting, and cheerful every time I walk through the doors. I always come in a few minutes before my wife because I enjoy seeing her at the desk. She always asks about my day and my experience there at The Joint . I will say that not all the receptionist are as kind as Jennifer. I now know her schedule and if I have any questions, I specifically call on the days that she works. She is a valuable asset to the team. Dr.Bretz Is by far the most knowledgeable chiropractor on the team. His years of practice in this field of medicine shows through his work. I honestly wish he was there more often. He currently only works on Fridays. He is considerate and takes his time when making adjustments. Every time I leave when he makes adjustments, I feel much more limber and loose. His techniques are far more superior than any other chiropractor in the establishment.

    After several friends told me to go to a chiropractor for severe and unexplained vertigo, I gave The Joint a shot using a Groupon . After the initial consultation, which was very professional and thorough, I got my first adjustment relieving 50% of the dizziness.     I Walked in without being able to walk standing straight up, walked out and I was able to stand at least straight. Still in some pain but better than what it was. It will take several weeks to get all straightened out. I recommend this place to everyone.

    Dr. Dani literally made me a believer again. I wasn't in for a while because the last doc (blond female) did not listen to my concerns and I did not feel relief after. months later the same pain in my neck makes it impossible to do my job so I came in. I really did not want to see another female doc since the previous didn't do well, yet I gave Dr. dani a chance since I was in so much pain and couldn't wait another day to find a male doc.     The Joint Chiropractic is a beautiful place with nice staff (who loved to mention how you could get a free T-shirt if you wrote a review).  I didn't mind the open concept of 3 public adjustments going on at once and the price was great! The walk in aspect was fantastic for my schedule! But I honestly believe it was a waste of time and money for my situation. If you continue to read, you'll see that these fabulous chiropractors seem to have a bunch of rules they must follow which I feel was detrimental to my healing. I came in with issues that just came on one day. No accident or define moment to blame the pain on. I'm middle aged so I wasn't surprised aches and pains just showed up. After a few adjustments I was told they felt my back needed an MRI but I'd probably need an X-ray first, but they aren't allowed to prescribe either due to the owner's rules. I spent more time and money and went to my primary doctor and came back with X-rays a few days later. But they aren't allowed to actually look at them per the owner's rules. They are only allowed to read the 1-2 sentence summary the radiologist reports at the bottom of the paper even if more information is listed above that might be of help. For about 3 weeks I went 3-5 times a week hoping to find relief but sadly I left in almost the same pain as I came in with. Side note - I also wonder if they even have rules they have to follow on how they adjust because ironically it's the same order and style with each chiropractor I saw. So finally I decided to go elsewhere for at least another opinion even though I had pre-paid for another month of treatments at the Joint. So off I went to a different chiropractor with my X-rays and report in hand. That chiropractor was able to look at my X-rays and pointed out so much, even something that wasn't on my report but he felt it was important to note. Even without being able to look at the X-rays, there were indeed pertinent information on the report the Joint might have been able to help me with if they were allowed to even look. But anyways, the new chiropractor agreed that an MRI was needed and wrote me a script right then. He noted that after seeing the X-rays he wanted to be super conservative this first time and to not expect any results until we get further into my care plan and even expect to feel worse the next day as he slowly got things aligned. But WOW, even with his very conservative approach that first time, he adjusted me in a way that I left with way less pain than I came in with. The healing finally started and pain continued to go down each time I went until most of my pain was gone in a couple weeks. Maybe my back was too complicated as others love The Joint, but I regret starting at the Joint knowing I could have been pain free weeks earlier if I had gone elsewhere.

    !!!PLEASE READ!!!! ? I have dealt with stiffness and discomfort my whole life due to a medical condition. I am 27 and would get out of bed and it would hurt so bad and my range of movement was limited. I decided I had to try something! After coming to my appointments for a month I have seen huge improvement. My back feels stronger. I am not as stiff in the mornings, I am walking different as well and less pain!!     I was initially interested in The Joint because of the low cost per adjustment without the need for insurance along with the convenience of walk-in appointments, evening and weekend hours and locations in most cities. After three months, my back, neck and hips feel much better with reduced pain and inflammation. There are usually 2 to 3 chiropractors available, so the wait time is minimal. When I’m traveling, I can go to whatever location is near me for an adjustment, which I did in Reno and Asheville. I also like that I see the same chiropractor almost every time I go to my home location. Dr. Bao is excellent and has really helped me improve my overall feeling of well being. I highly recommend The Joint!!

    I have been visiting this clinic for about a month now and am pleasantly surprised how easy the walk-in appointments are as well as the pricing. I have seen multiple chiropractors and have noticed a big difference in my mobility. All of the doctors are very patient, friendly, and explain things to make sure I get the most out my adjustments.     I came in to the Joint with some pretty bad pain in my lower back. I’d been trying to stretch and ice for a week preceding.     When I first came to The Joint Chiropractic I was unable to walk and was wheelchair bound. I was in constant pain almost unable to bear. I saw Dr. Boa, she was very interested in getting me first out of the severe pain I was experiencing and second to get me walking again. I hadn't walked in about five months when I first came in. I was very apprehensive to be touched but Dr. Bao Insured me she wouldn't push me too hard and wouldn't make my pain any worse. After my first visit I immediately felt a little better. After a few visits it was a little better, she continued to make it better after each visit. Within two months I moved from a wheelchair to using a walker to move around. One day I started to feel great and stood up and started walking! It was slow at first, I am now walking back to normal after almost 6 months. Dr. Bao is amazing and really got my life back. I thank her more than she knows for the treatment. I will continue to come to have her continue to adjust me and show me exercises that will continue my health. Thank you Dr. Bao, you are amazing!!

    1st time visit for evaluation & adjustment. Receptionist was awesome and thorough. Chiropractor (terrible with names) was personable and made the initial visit comfortable. He did a great job with explaining the process and the initial adjustment. I have been to chiropractors in the past so knew what to expect.     I really love this place! I have been coming here for a few weeks and my neck and back are already straight and holding adjustments much better than when I first came here.     I have had to change my review from a five star to a 1 star because although Dr. Carlos is awesome he really cares the joint at plant city in Fl has changed from 2 Dr to 1 doctor and there is a long boring wait from 6 min to a 30 min wait till you get called more than 4 patients before I got called and on Sunday there was another Dr. which was not good issues continued not a good adjustment. Previous had recommended. Only reason still come is because Carlos is excellent and relieves my pain. If he goes I will find another chiropractor.

    Dr. Yang is very knowledgeable and did a greater job of identifying my problem areas. After one adjustment I'm already sleeping better due to less tightness in my lower back, the tension in my neck has been greatly reduced, and the pain in my wrist has also been alleviated. I'll keep going back and look forward to the benefits of a regular adjustment.

    Hi, I have had two visits and am feeling so much better my pain is down from a 9 to a 4. I am able walk with out my walker in my home for a short time. Like from my bathroom and back. I can get in and out of the shower with out being scared that I will fall. I was able to sleep at full 8 hours last night, and woke up with very little pain, my arm is much better I can lift it over my head. My back is still about a 5, the over the counter pain meds help, were I was taking a stronger drug and have been waiting to see pain management Dr. For more medication, as my pain was 9 to 10. You Steff is very professional and helpful. Thank you, I have told my family and they will be going in also.

    (I do not recommend, I now can't pick up my 1 yr old) I will start by saying the joint chiropractic has some amazing chiropractors in some of there locations, I am sure. My adjustment was not good tho. I went in to the joint chiropractic for a free evaluation and adjustment given to promote the new plant city location. Some of the staff was friendly some was not. I was not a fan of how the front desk didnt know the prices for the packages and how not all packages were offered to new clients. I did however love how the female chiropractor jumped in to help me with my 1 yr old during the adjustment. I do not know the females chiropractors name or how she adjusts but her demeanor was wonderful. The chiropractor Carlos adjusted and hurt me. I specifically told him I am hyperflexable the chiropractor acknowledged me saying it. yet, When I was put on my left side and he made his first adjustment on me, he adjusted to far and caused my rib cage and pelvic girdle spasm and lock up. He attempted to fix the issue, and told me to take ibuprofen that it was my joint capsules swelling. now its been over a week and im hurting worse than when it happened. I can not do my basic daily tasks such as walking, getting dressed, or taking care of my children. They need more experience before I send any referrals to them. Also to be noted you are not in a private exam room. Everyone in the building can see you besides the waiting area. To make matters worse the chiropractor I seen was pretty vocal about personal information and my diagnosis. They also do need you to share personal MEDICAL information too. I see HIPPA violations happening ? they need private exam/ intake rooms, or at least the option. I have been a RCA, I am a LMT and acupuncture physician, I see the potential in the idea but think it needs some work. I have to go to a different chiropractor to get fixed from the damage this one caused.

    I’ve been looking for a chiropractor for a while, this is affordable and convenient! I pop in once or twice a week with my key card and get seen in minutes. I had my first visit with Dr. Yang, I was impressed with the thoroughness of my consultation, he took the time to read my medical history and address those areas. He explains what he is doing and why which I appreciate. He is still my favorite but the other Dr.’s and front desk are just as friendly and helpful. Chiropractic care is now a must in my self care and wellness regime.

    Went in with a L4/L5 issue, Dr Yang evaluated it, did the initial treatment that provided some relief due to muscle inflammation. Went back the following day, excellent results from treatment. Have been 6 times in the past 2 weeks. Will be following up with a wellness plan with Dr Yang. Highly recommended!

    I came here for sciatic pain and left with sciatic pain and a bunch of bruises, some of them visible. Dr Yang was forcibly pressing down my spine to find the origin of the pain (which I already told him where it was). I told him it was very painful what he was doing and he laughed it off and said he had to do it that way. Then the activator was extremely painful on top of it. I've been to chiros before and had activator treatment, and maybe my muscles are extra sensitive, but this was torture. I was clenched and red-faced from the pain and near tears and have bruises on my neck, down my back, and the buttock that had the sciatic pain. None of the adjustments helped my sciatic pain.

    I’m a dog groomer and I can’t recommend this place enough! I’ve been suffering such a long time with pain and discomfort because of my job but when this place conveniently opened up right across the street, it was a no brainer! I was set up for their affordable plan and have never felt better. Work is much more manageable for me and the staff at this facility always greet with a smiling face and have me leaving much more comfortable than I was when I arrived. 10/10 Joint and staff!

    My son , husband and I went to the Plant City location and let me tell you it was a great experience. All three of us loved Dr . Carlos h. He was very kind and you can tell he loves what he does . We even purchased the wellness package. My son plays football and has been under a lot of pain and discomfort lately and today he was finally able to get some relief. The place is very clean and the staff is very nice and welcoming.     They reduced to 1 doctor in the clinic and it's absolutely awful. They show no regards for their doctors. There used to rarely be waits and now I wait every time I come in. Dr Carlos is absolutely amazing and to see him being worked into the ground by a greedy company is sad. He is the only reason I come here.

    Best joint I’ve been to and I’ve been to a LOT in different states, I had dr Yang and as soon as I layer down on the bench he could immediately tell where I was hurting without telling him much and had immediate relief afterwards which never happens.
