On my first visit they offered "wellness plan " for $89.00 a month. No contract was presented. When I tried to cancel the plan , receptionist told there is a three month minimum before cancelling. Looks like a real scam. So called doctors work on your spine and neck without taking X-rays and evaluating the problem.

As a regular Joint patient and chiropractor myself, I use the ones in Atlanta metro regularly and go to whichever office is close by when I’m traveling. My last visit was at The Joint, Port Orange. Kaitlyn up front was beyond friendly and professional. In the back was Dr. Andres, adjusting some regular patients before it was my turn. I learned a few tricks of palpation from him and smiled seeing the rest of the patients leave happy and, “Well adjusted…” He was efficient but very thorough, I enjoyed the adjustment and was so grateful he took care of my mid back as I drove back to Atlanta, it was very pain free!!!! Both Kaitlyn and Dr. Andres are assets to The Joint and the patients they serve and treat. Look forward to seeing them again when I’m passing through. You guys were amazing!!!!

I have been going to a chiropractor for years. Yesterday, I had an appointment with Dr. Andres because my usual doctor was not available. Unfortunately, it was a nightmare. He was rushing and seemed to have very little experience. I came in because my neck was hurting, but he made it much worse. After the appointment, I developed a severe headache and felt nauseous, almost like I was going to vomit. I had trouble getting home, and I couldn’t sleep all night because of the pain. I really hope it will improve over the next few days. I honestly cannot recommend him and would not send anyone to him. In my opinion, he is not a good chiropractor.

This should be cancelled since efft. 09/29/2025 this us a customer service issues as I reach out to corporate with my concerns stating that they tried to put me in plan for $25 a month and I refused. Told me I was all set didn't not give me a form to cancel when I call or when I went in to the port orange location. I auto pay my bills and I still have been being charged. I called to address it and was sent a cancellation with current date and was still going to be charged. I was offered $25 a month plan I could see being charged that but to still not be cancelled and charged the full price is unexceptable.

My wife left their services months ago and is still trying to stop them from charging her for services they aren't providing. They are absolute scammers! They completed ripped off my boyfriend and I. At no point did ANYONE explain or mention that we would be charged repeatedly. We went in for a one time service and got looped into a monthly charge which we discovered months later. It’s really awful that this company/location chooses to do business in this fashion. Full disclosure and integrity is always the best way to lead. Absolutely disgusting and saddened that they would operate in this fashion. Be very aware!

Doctor Jennifer and the front desk gentlemen both snapped at me and give me a card to call the manager Todd. I called the number, and the same receptionist i talked to picked up and said he wasn't in. Was yelled at for coming in 1 hour before they close since it is a Walkin clinic and was told to leave because they don't have any appointments left. Really horrible treatment. DO NOT COME HERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND LIARS!!!!

I had strained my back at my job, and was walking around stiff and in pain bent over for 2 weeks, my wife couldn't see me in the condition I was in any longer, so she booked an appointment for me at the joint chiropractic clinic, I tell you they work wonders I left the clinic with barely no pain and standing right up, I still have a few more sessions to get me right but this is the place, I highly recommend anyone to visit the joint chiropractic clinic in Port Orange Florida, they are great.

Their website says you can just walk in. I called to make sure they were open and they said I could not come. I said they are known for taking walk ins and I am in pain, but they still said no because I didn't have an appointment. Not very friendly, not professional and clearly don't care if someone is in pain.

I went for my first consultation and exam and adjustment and it was just what I needed. I don’t take great if my body and my chiropractor did an amazing job of helping me feel back to normal within one visit. Doctor taylor is the best! I'm really disappointed that the owner only using her 2 days a week now at the Port Orange location. It's ridiculous our office is packed because of this doctor we deserve her back at our location full time. Why? Because you will have many clients that you're going to lose if you dont. When you get used to a Doctor at the joint, (thats good ) and thay build up the clientele for the owner they send the Doctor to a different location to do the same thing.I think it's ridiculous. Im Still a customer don't like the way it operates.

Dr Taylor is the best. I went there the first time in December while on vacation when nobody could adjust my back and Dr Taylor did. Today I live 2.5 hrs away from this location I tried to get adjusted as my back was totally out and nobody could get it. I then drove to this location and Dr Taylor was able to get it to move. My first time to go to this place. It is for my hurt shoulders, elbows and stiff fingers. Dr Taylor was very attentive and gathered all information from me. She’s like a magician. After few cracked and adjustment my fingers didn’t feel stiff and my shoulders felt so much relived. I still have to go back for adjustment. For the price for treatment. It is well worth it!

I am amazed by how quickly the Dr fixed my neck and back. Turns out I had rib heads that were out and she popped them right back in! Also loved that she had me wiggle my toes while adjusting my neck! I’ve been to hundreds of chiropractors across the country and I’ve never had one use that distraction!

Overall, I'm pleased with the service at the Joint Chiropractor, but I'm giving it four stars because I find the practice of having strangers observe treatments unnecessary. During my last visit, I had to discuss personal matters related to a recent surgery in front of others, which felt like a violation of privacy and potentially HIPAA regulations because I had to share PHI. It would be more comfortable for patients if other people waited in the waiting area until the table is empty and ready for them.

Pam was a little heavy-handed as she told me. I have a C5 problem in my neck some bone on bone issue. We may have done a little too much in that area with the problems I have. My neck is not feeling good and that’s not the reason I went in there. It was for my mid back in my stomach. I think I will share more when I go back Thursday with the next doctor.

Went to this clinic because I'm away from home and need to continue my treatment. I'm really bad with names but I think the doctor told me her name is Taylor! Well, she did a amazing job! She was very friendly and listened to everything I had to say and asked the proper questions in regards to my pains and treatment received so far so she can continue on with my treatment! My husband and I have had great experience dealing with 6 of The Joints in Melbourne area Port Orange and Texas. We are particularly grateful for Dr Taylor this past 2 years for sending my husband for an MRI after 1st surgery that did not go well which led to a second surgery, that we are againg going for MRI due to some changes that are concerning. Came here at 1:30. No one waiting, and they wouldn't see me because the were going to lunch at 2. Our home clinic saw my wife and took care of her joining in about 20 minutes. Not very good business practice. Someone else came in at 20 minutes before.

What the website doesn't tell you is that if this is your first visit, you're only here to make a new patient appointment. You can't do that online, nor are you informed that you need to at all. I haven't been there for months I unsubscribed from there email I was super diss satisfied and still they charged me every month until I physically went the the office to sign a paper what a rip off bunch of crooks...I was never told to cancel in person I was told the payment would come out only once and yet was charged for months amd never used the service after the initial month,then i get an o well its my fault for not canceling. I want to start by saying that the chiropractors are great. My complaint is more related to the business/ethical practices. When I first came in (it was for my teenager son) I was given 3 free visits. I signed up for the monthly membership in good faith and I noticed they charged my card right away for the monthly membership. After sometime, I asked about the free visits and they said if I didn’t use them they were gone. So the membership includes 4 visits plus 3 free visits… they wanted me to come in 7 times in a month? Like no medical professional would recommend getting adjusted that often. You would think they would use up the free visits and then start charging your card. But no!!! Anyways, they continued to charge me for 4 months though I was not being seen. Never did they once call me and say “Hey we have not seen you and you are paying for our service or at least send a text message reminder or a receipt“ even the gym calls to remind you. Never once did I get a receipt from them for the monthly payment debited from my account. And they have my cellphone and email address on file. I completely forgot I was still paying for this. When I called to cancel and express my concerns. The guy I spoke to was very rude and said I needed to cancel in person and sign the document. Really? I already gave you 4 months of free money. They also refused to refund the 4 months or reapply the “3 free visits never used” My recommendation to anyone wanting to go there is, use up your free visits before you pay anything and then just pay per visit.

The treatment is just basic. Always a different person working on me when i went 3 times. You would need to ask the adjuster you like what their schedule is so you can see that specific one again. They will auto charge your credit card every month so be aware of that. I would not recommend the joint chiro unless you need a temporally relieve and a walk in place.

I love Dr. Ball’s bedside manner and her knowledge. She is very thorough and has helped me with my neck pain today that caused me to have migraine. Very thankful for her. All the stars for her. 1 less star however for the clinic’s policy. I wish they would stop with this mask stupidity that they require. It’s the one reason I rarely go because even cdc has admitted that masks don’t work yet they continue to require it. It makes no sense. Such nuisance for people who has speech issues, deaf, and mute. Even for people who has weak lungs.

Dr. Ball and the entire staff do everything in their power to make you feel as comfortable as possible. A very thorough consult is done, and Dr. Ball really listens and asks lots of questions about how you're feeling. I've been a member of the joint for some time, and have had great experiences at every location accept this one. I called to make sure they were staying open until 7pm, since I was driving an hour to their location. They assured me that they would stay open up until 7:10pm to make sure I was seen. I hated that I was arriving at closing time, and was astounded by their generosity. However, upon arriving at 7:07pm I was informed that the doctor had already left. I drove an hour to see this man, and he left. It's not as if my number isn't on file, and if he decided he couldn't stay, he could have let me know as soon as possible so that I did not waist my gas or time. I am in severe pain, and now all other chiropractic offices are closed as well. I would have been able to find another practice closer to me if he had only let me know sooner. Now I will be driving an hour return trip feeling this way. I couldn't be more disappointed with the lack of communication or respect for my time.
