    We are members of The Joint and checked our travel destination for locations since we’d be gone for 12 days. Saw excellent reviews for this location and Dr. Brody Khoury.     The new dr is awful!! Hads down he is horrible! Dr.c Ive been in pain for weeks after seeing him. Ive been seeing chiropractor for 15 years and this was a horrible experience! I told him I had hip pain and instead of rotating and helping my hip he for got about them, so I reminded him about my hips. Then all he did was pull them straight down.... ( never has a chiropractor done that to help me hip, normally they actully rotate it and fix it ) No rotation no anything. Just oulled them straigh down and said " done" Then my hips and lower back felt worse than they have EVER felt before. After seeing a chiropractor. 99% of the time my hip feels amazing and releif after an appointment. This time NO! Weeks for horrible pain and just crying! Till i went to a different joint and they helped me. Id definitely say DO NOT see anyone at this location unless its Chloe or Cheyenne or Edgar. Anyone else is horrible here!! Worse chiropractor experience in 15 years

    Adrian has poor customer service skills. Totally unprofessional with a nasty attitude. I initially paid for someone to get a membership started here. I called to have them cancel my card because i no longer wanted to be charged and he stated I will be charged regardless. I'll just contact my bank and have them cancel everything. What a joke. Now they lost me as a customer as well for the deplorable service. New form of extortion, unacceptable.

    Fantastic! Dr. Hernandez was great! Very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to get me back to normal activity. I had recently been to another chiro in town and while adjusting my back he put his entire 300# frame on my leg - my calf was numb for several days. Dr. Ramirez was half my size but he was able to get the job done. He also incorporated some soft tissue work which I love. They are also very affordable compared to others in the area.     Don’t do it the people in there are nice but they make you sign up for some type of wellness program and they bill your bank account every month and then when you try to cancel they tell you they’re gonna send you an email to fill it out and send it back and they don’t do none of that It’s just a rip off. It sounds good in the beginning, but it’s not good even if you don’t show up, they don’t call you to make any appointments and they just take your money every month and then when you ask him to give you your money back, they say yeah that’s not gonna happen I recommend going to a real Chiropractor

    I cannot say enough good things about The Joint Chiropractic. From the front desk reps to both Dr. Chloe and Dr. Edgar, I have never had a bad experience. I am always greeted and taken care of timely and with a smile when I first walk in. I really thought I was not going to have much success because I’ve seen many chiropractors and done many stretches to accommodate my pain. However, I was in severe pain and needed some relief so I thought I’d give them a try. From the first visit with Dr. Chloe, she assessed the root of my pain and we got to work. I immediately felt relief and continued to follow her guidance and suggestion to commit to the wellness plan. Since, I have seen both Dr. Chloe and Dr. Edgar and with both of their expertise, I am ecstatic at the relief I have. I don’t dread exercising anymore, or lifting my children when they don’t want to walk anymore. They’ve given me a part of my life back, to be quite honest.     This is the worst place I have ever visited. They scam you into a two-month commitment without even informing you. The doctor suggests a "health wellness plan" that costs $79 a month for four visits, but they don’t tell you that it’s $79 per month with a mandatory two-month commitment, which you can only cancel after making the second payment. Additionally, you must go to the location in person to cancel, or else you’ll be automatically renewed for another two-month commitment. It’s beyond shady—like a used car dealership tactic. I wasted $160 at this place and never even used their services—two months of service at $79 per month that I never received. Make sure you read everything you sign. Don’t fall for it like I did.

    Didn’t really feel better at the moment I had completed my first session around 1pm but as the day went on after getting my body aligned I felt a huge improvement in my lower back. The sharp pain progressively disappeared and I was able to move more freely without any discomfort. By the time I went to bed around 10pm I had little to no lower back pain. Looking forward to going more often, especially since the sharp pain I felt prior to going I never want to feel again!

    I had a good experience here. I was able to get in the same day when I threw my back out and my regular chiropractor was closed . It was nice to be able to walk in and not wait a super long time to get adjusted. Dr. Chloe is very nice and knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable and she understood what I needed and explained everything to me . After my first adjustment I felt so much better and she explained the plans and how it works . I really like that I can go whenever and don’t need an appointment and also that they are open till 7 which works with my schedule. I’m on my second adjustment and I’ll be going for my third and my back feels a lot better I have a lot of relief from just those 2 adjustments . I probably will go here instead of my regular chiropractor because Dr Chloe was able to really adjust me how I needed it to be .

    This was my first visit at The Joint and I was beyond impressed. The lovely man at the front desk, Adrian, helped me check in and get set up for my first visit. He was super friendly. And then, Dr. Connor was absolutely amazing. He was super personable and made me feel the most comfortable I’ve EVER felt in any medical setting. I’ve been to other chiros but he’s the first that I feel actually heard out what I had to say. I feel like others have always just treated me and have never listened to what I had to say but being treated by Connor was a totally different experience. He adjusted me, but also showed me useful stretches and exercises to do at home to help when paired with treatment. Although I didn’t sign up in the moment, I’m definitely interested in the wellness plans they offered. It’s surprisingly affordable and there’s NO CATCH. Everyone there was super friendly and made me feel welcomed. Also, it’s beyond easy. I watched other members be able to just scan their key tag to sign in, get treated, and walk out. Simple as that. They did tell me that they have multiple locations, but honestly this location was so amazing that I’m unsure I’d ever want to go to a different one!     I was starting to feel some discomfort in my lower back, hips, and down the back of my legs which I figured was my Sciatica for several weeks. I happen to be visiting Port St. Lucie and was in much discomfort, but needed some relief. But I live on the Gulf Coast and didn't want to be seen by a chiropatic who I might not be able to see until my next trip to PSL. I searched for walk in chiropator just by chance I came across The Joint Chiropatic. I liked what I read on their website. And it was exactly what I was looking for. A chiropatic practice which took walk ins, and had locations around the country that I could utilize at anytime. So it was nice to know that I had options. I could see a chiropaticor on the Gulf Coast where I live. And the East Coast of Florida. With that said there's one other important reason I am happy with my choice with The Joint. Chiropatic. And that is the experience I've had in my 2 visits at the Port St. Lucie location. And that is having the pleasure of meeting Dr. Conner. He is very personable, professional, and he is very good explaining what are the reasons for my discomfort.     Honestly, my lower back was in pain. Someone suggested a chiropractor and mentioned one local with walk ins. I googled and found The Joint Chiropractor. My experience has been remarkable. I appreciate the professionalism starting at the front desk leading up to the Dr. The service was detailed and customized for my progress. Included the alignment, suggested exercises and healing recommendations. I love the price points and even the membership.     Well I went there and they have very odd rules. If you going to use Medicare you have yo go to another location not here. The tablet kept on going off. Then I ask for paperwork to fill it out. The printing was in fine, print and very faint. The lighting in the place was dull, so it made it even more difficult to fill out the paperwork. Then on every page they asked for my name, print and signature and date. So I had to write on the bottom of each page. The printing is not legible. The girl was totally useless behind the counter. She cannot multitask or keep anything straight. I made my appointment on the website. She called me earlier today and asked me if I wanted to make appointment . The rules here are very odd so if they ask me my name and date on every page is ridiculous. If you can’t keep your paperwork together, how can I trust in my chiropractic care. This is the weirdest chiropractic place I ever been. They give you a pre- consultation and adjustment. That’s what it’s worth nothing. Don’t waste your time goes to someplace else. They get flustered if they have more than two people in the office. Amateurs.

    I have had chiropractic care all my life and this is the worst place I have ever been to. I went here because my hip felt off after a long trip. I went in to see Catherine Prann and she did my alignment and then checked my feet/legs. She looked at my left leg said it was good but still yanked on it. And then I was dismissed. It was a couples minutes to 4pm when I left. I had no idea they closed at 4pm. I went to a store near The Joint to shop for some needed items but I knew something was off... I felt worse than when arrived. I came in with one issue my right side and left with an added issue- my left leg feeling so odd I was hobbling. I called when I returned into my car (20 mins spent in the store) to find out The Joint was now closed. I left a voicemail about not being able to walk well and was hoping to come in immediately to get recheck and realigned be it felt so wrong/off. No one called me the next morning. It's still less than 24 hours of my adjustment and I call again and was told I had to pay to see someone. I asked to speak with the manager and found out it's Catherine. Catherine told me she wouldn't see me or adiustment me for free even though I called 20 mins after leaving wishing to see her immediately over it and I had called again at noon the next day less than 24 hours of my adjustment. She said that there is no policy in my case and I should have bought a plan. And I said "so if I came back in the same day 20 mins later I'd be charged again?" she said "i don't know...I guess I would see you and charge you, I can't do free adjustments." She literally did a bad adjustment on me and won't correct it and look at it unless I pay again. It's so sad how money hungry she is. Especially when I let her know during consultation I was traveling next week and wouldn't know when id be back. I was going out of country and she was pressuring me to buy a plan- I was asked 4 different times by her during consultation what I would do in regards to adjustment plans offered. I told her 4 different times I would think about it. I just didn't want to begin a plan at the moment if I'm going out of country. Also I found out later that all the plans offered to me by her have months of commitment to them, you can't cancel or it freeze it after getting one treatment on them. She offered me these plans and pushing me to get these plans knowing I'm leaving for months and would be draining my pocket book if I had signed up immediately. I am truly disgusted with my experience here. She doesn't care about ensuring her quality/accuracy of adjustment/treatments. she only cares about selling adjustment money plans at any cost. I would not recommend this place at all. They are not upfront also that those plans can't be canceled for 6 months minimum and another one also had month's commitment before canceling/freezing. My relatives have said “wow you started hobbling since coming out of that place.” And today I still feel out of line. I don't know what chiropractic place I can trust here since I'm not from this area. But this is not a place to trust nor go to. Run away from this location. They should have a policy to honor their adjustment quality for at least 24 hours after adjustment… I mean come on I called 20 mins after complaining of new pains/odd feelings I didn’t have when I came in… that’s just messed up.

    I feel guilty for my previous 5 star review, even though it was true at the time. Please, if you chose this business, WATCH your accounts!! I found surprise charges MONTHS after having to stop going. I went in, IN PERSON, after being told on the phone that I had to sign something. Humiliation is not fun, and being embarrassed about not being able to afford my Healthcare, and then having to go in person to sign a cancelation form was humiliating. Three months later, struggling to simply afford to eat, I wake up to 3 dollars in my only account. Apparently the form I was given to sign on that humiliating day, was only a form to freeze autopay for 3 months. I can't eat(no$), I cannot buy gas to go 4 hours drive away, to sign a form they didn't get right the first time. PLEASE, watch your account with this company!!!! During and after services!!! The 29$ special is to get your account information... this is like a cult, it's great until you want to leave. Just saying ? I figured out the HARD way how they can give such a great deal... (Old 5 star review) This is the best addition to Port Saint Lucie in a while! I'm not sure how this place makes its money with such reasonable costs and exemplary service. They have a rotating schedule of FABULOUS Doctors who listen, take time to assess your needs, and provide exactly the method you need to attain your health goals. I swear I think my eyesight is improving (which would make sense for all the cricks I had in my neck, where my eye nerves come through). This care would be considered miraculous if I didn't understand how it works! Check out the 29$ special! You won't regret it! Drink more water!

    Love that they are able to accommodate you immediately which is important when you're experiencing pain. It was my first time to a chiropractor so I was nervous. Dr. Danielle walked me through all that was being done and explained the possible root of the issues I was experiencing. She proceeded to work on me but checked on me with every step to make sure that all was well. I appreciated it greatly and felt much better after seeing her.

    I woke up Monday in so much pain in my back I was in tears. Places I called said Wednesday or 5 pm I needed relief. I saw the joint not far from us. Called and got right in. Felt so much relief later in the day. Going for more visits but no pressure. Yes 5 stars

    Im pregnant and this has been such a blessing. I started feeling sciatic pain and other back issues . They have great knowledgeable providers.     I always believe not everything is fixed by surgery and /or medication! Body is a self healing machine! Was looking for a chiropractor near me and this fixed the problem. Dr. McMurtray fixed my ailing neck and headache problem. If I listened to my general doctor, I would have been under surgery and possibly in pain, especially there was really nothing wrong with my back and neck, except it gets misaligned from doing heavy work.

    Went in to see the chiropractor, showed Dr.Sam my x-ray and MRI paper work. She explained everything on my results then letting me know that she couldn't better my quality of life the way I was. If I were to have surgery to correct my problems first, that they would definitely be able to help me maintain it. I definitely admire her honesty, and she is very knowledgeable. I will keep them in mind.

    Needed back help while visiting, walked in with no appointment and got a quality adjustment right away! Very professional, and interesting open concept that feels less like a doctors office and more like a hair appointment… which is probably good, as I can honestly see a benefit to being adjusted as regularly as I get a haircut!

    My experience at The Joint has been great. The team there is very nice & welcoming. I came in with severe neck pain. I was adjusted by Dr. Sam twice & she is wonderful. She took her time evaluating my situation. It wasn’t just a crack & go. Her adjustments were gentle & effective. I was also adjusted by Dr. Mario & although his style is different than Dr.Sam’s, I felt good relief from stiffness in my neck & upper back. I’ve had 3 adjustments & today my neck feels better than it ever has in 6 months. I have better range of motion & the pain is not as severe. The facility is very clean & tidy. The wait time has never been long. All in all I give an A+ to The Joint in Port St.Lucie.
