OUR SERVICES
Chiropractic Care Personalized For Every Body
A Natural Approach To Drug-free Pain Relief
Every body is different, and so is every path to feeling better. At The Joint Chiropractic, we take a
personalized, hands-on approach to care that supports your lifestyle and health goals without the use of
drugs or invasive treatments.
From easing pain and improving mobility to supporting long-term wellness, our licensed chiropractors
provide natural care designed to help you move better and live more fully. Whether you’re recovering from
an injury, navigating pregnancy, or staying proactive about your health, we’re here for every age and
stage.
Chiropractic care is a noninvasive, drug-free approach to managing discomfort and supporting mobility.
Adjustments focus on the root cause of pain and tension, helping your body function and heal the way it
was designed to. Many people choose chiropractic as part of their long-term wellness routine. For some, it
may even serve as an alternative to more invasive treatments.
We care for people of all ages and activity levels. Whether you’re active, expecting, recovering, or
maintaining your routine, chiropractic adjustments may help you move more comfortably and feel more like
yourself.
Targeted, hands-on pressure aims to realign joints, reduce nerve interference, and relieve
tension. This
helps improve mobility and allows the body to function more efficiently. Chiropractic at its
core, this
technique supports long-term wellness by addressing the root causes of pain and imbalance. For
many
patients, it may offer a path to relief without relying on medication or invasive procedures.
Who it’s for Athletes and Weekend Warriors, Office Workers, After an
Accident
We use gentle chiropractic adjustments for the shoulders, wrists, knees, and other extremity
joints to
support proper alignment, posture, and whole-body function. By improving joint motion and
reducing tension,
these adjustments may help ease discomfort, improve mobility, and promote better movement
patterns. For
patients recovering from minor injuries as a result of an accident or managing chronic joint
issues,
chiropractic care can be a supportive tool as they navigate next steps with their broader care
team,
including physical therapists, orthopedists, or primary care providers.
Who it’s for Children, Older Adults, Individuals Recovering from Injuries, Any
Needing a More Gentle Adjustment
Activator-assisted
adjustments
use a small handheld instrument to deliver gentle, targeted pressure to specific areas of the
spine or
joints. This low-force technique is ideal for those who need a more delicate approach,
including young
children, older adults, and individuals recovering from injuries. The activator tool helps
improve spinal
alignment, reduce nerve interference, and support better mobility without the need for
twisting or
high-impact movements. It’s a widely used method that offers precise care while supporting
comfort,
safety, and healing.
Who it’s for Office Workers, Workers in Physically Demanding Roles, Children
& Teens
Posture affects everything from how you move to how you feel. During a postural and movement
assessment, we observe how you sit, stand, walk, and perform everyday motions to identify
imbalances, compensations, or strain patterns. These assessments are especially helpful for
people who spend long hours at a desk, work in physically demanding environments, or are still
growing and developing, such as children and teens. By understanding your movement habits, we
can recommend simple changes to your posture, workspace, or daily routine. These changes may
help reduce tension, improve mobility, and prevent future discomfort. Small adjustments can lead
to meaningful improvements in how your body functions and feels each day.
Who it’s for Office Workers, Caregivers, Seniors
Small, intentional changes in your daily habits can have a lasting impact on your comfort and
mobility. We
offer personalized guidance to help you support your spine and joints at home, at work, and
during your
regular routines. Whether you sit at a desk, lift and carry throughout the day, or are
navigating the
physical changes that come with age, we focus on practical strategies you can implement right
away. From
adjusting your workstation setup to improving your sleep posture or lifting techniques, our
ergonomic and
lifestyle recommendations are designed to reduce strain, prevent recurring issues, and help you
feel better
every day.
Who it’s for Children & Teens
Children grow fast, and their spines grow right along with them. Our pediatric and family care
uses gentle,
age-appropriate techniques to support healthy spinal alignment and nervous system function
throughout every
stage of childhood. From newborns experiencing colic or infant reflux to toddlers learning to
walk and
school-aged children dealing with growing pains, ear infections, or tech neck, we tailor our
care to meet
your child’s unique needs. For teens balancing sports, screen time, and stress, chiropractic
care can help
support better posture, mobility, and comfort. Our goal is to help your child move, grow, and
thrive with
greater confidence while giving parents peace of mind.
Pregnancy brings rapid physical changes that can lead to joint discomfort, lower back pain, and
postural
shifts. Our doctors offer gentle chiropractic care designed to support comfort, spinal
alignment, and
overall mobility throughout pregnancy. Regular care during this time may help reduce tension,
ease strain on
joints and muscles, and promote better function as your body adapts to each stage of pregnancy.

...
Dr. Blake Squire joined The Joint Chiropractic in 2017 when he became part of the team at the St. Petersburg clinic, where he does the rewarding work of helping people as their local healthcare provider and serves as clinic director.
“The best thing is being a part of finding solutions for our patients,” he says. “Helping them realize that pain is, more often than not, a product of improper function in the body and empowering them to take control of that is a huge part of my job satisfaction. It’s a great feeling to have the knowledge and skill to provide wellness care to my family, friends, and community. I enjoy watching people walk away with a smile on their face as they go about their day
Originally from the Tampa Bay area, Dr. Blake, as his patients call him, remained in Florida for his education. “What shaped me into who I am today are the ones who raised me,” he says. “My mom and dad and grandparents gave me the confidence to pursue a higher education and find a field that was helpful to others.”
Dr. Blake and his wife, Corina, have one daughter. “She is the most wonderful, caring wife and mother to our beautiful baby girl,” he says. “She is very creative and is able to express herself through social media platforms and event planning. I’m blessed to have her by my side and would not be where I am today without her
They have an 80-pound goldendoodle named Theodore, who they call Teddy. “He is very sweet and thinks he is friends with everyone. He loves going on walks as much as he loves napping throughout the day.”
In his free time, Dr. Blake enjoys spending time with his family. “Corina is the planner, so we typically do whatever she has cooked up for us,” he says. “The beach, aquariums, and parks are our favorite things to do, but we also love (attempting) to play tennis when the weather is nice. We are also big fans of brunch.”
Dr. Blake went to the University of Central Florida where his favorite subjects were anatomy and physiology. He earned a bachelor’s degree in health science at UCF and a Doctorate at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange.
“With my anatomy and physiology focus I knew I wanted to do something within that tract,” he says. “I was never a fan of prescription medications as a solution for most ailments, although I do feel there is a time and place for it. Chiropractic’s approach to wellness care and whole body approach to health really just made the most sense to me.”
Some of Dr. Blake’s most significant work with patients involves removing interference from the nervous system through restoring proper joint mobility and/or alignment. “Patients have come to me in the middle of a three-day migraine and gained immediate relief following an adjustment,” he says. “One case that stands out involves a patient who experienced a positive change in blood pressure following an adjustment, according to our pre- and post-check. Sometimes pain is an indicator of much more ominous threats, and being able to identify what is and is not appropriate for chiropractic care is an important feature of every patient exam. I have helped a handful of patients identify life-threatening blood clots and get treated for it immediately, thanks to my training.”
Patient care at The Joint in St. Petersburg meets Dr. Blake’s standards in every way. “My wellness patients are a huge plus. It’s amazing having patients that understand and acknowledge the importance of their spinal health,” he says. “Our clinic would not be as successful as it is today without the support of the team surrounding me. My doctors have been with me for almost as long as I have been with my clinic and we have a great front desk staff. They are what make our work days not feel like work at all.”
In Case You Didn’t Know
Dr. Blake always keeps grapes in the refrigerator, because “they are nature’s candy!”
If he could create the ideal dinner party including four famous people, Dr. Blake would invite Morgan Freeman, Jack Black, Tony Robbins, and Eleanor Roosevelt.
Witnessing the birth of his daughter and watching her grow has been the greatest experience of Dr. Blake’s life. “Hands down, it takes the cake,” he says. “The world and your view of it changes when you have a child, at least it did for me. Everything becomes about making life better for them and challenges me to be better every day.”
The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Rodriguez is a favorite of Dr. Blake’s. “It teaches you to be impeccable, to never take things personally or make assumptions, and always do your best.”
He’s drawn a significant life lesson from the book: “Have a strong sense of who you are and never rely on the perception of others to be content with who you are
The best advice he has to give is: “Always try your best and treat others the way you would want your loved ones to be treated

Dr. Mo Peerani became part of The Joint Chiropractic’s team of local healthcare
providers in 2019 in Orlando, and in 2022 he joined the South Tampa clinic where he
serves as clinic director.
“The best thing about being in the chiropractic field is seeing people realize how much
their lives can be improved by spending five minutes per week on chiropractic care,” he
says. “I enjoy helping our patients realize their current physical ‘normal’ isn't normal at
all! It never gets old seeing patients who are pregnant, geriatric, busy business
professionals, college students, or pro athletes believe in the value that chiropractic
care provides.”
Originally from Jacksonville, Dr. Mo, as his patients call him, previously worked in
Orlando, Pittsburg, and Sarasota.
Dr. Mo says his wife, Mia, is “an amazing cook, with parental strengths influencing both
our children, who are ‘mama's boys.’” One of their sons is passionate about coding and
film production, and the other son loves sports. The family has three cats – Mello,
Buddy, and Geronimo.
When he has free time, Dr. Mo trains in gymnastics and enjoys personal growth
opportunities.
He earned a bachelor of science in both accounting and finance at University of Central
Florida, studying business culture, leadership development, nutritional biochemistry, and
digestive physiology. He went to Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa for
his Doctorate.
Dr. Mo realized chiropractic was his calling “after realizing physical health holds back a
lot of people from their fullest potential, and I wanted to help them realize they're
capable of so much more!”
There are many memorable experiences as a chiropractor, according to Dr. Mo,
including giving patients the ability to:
● Improve their mobility and quality of life
● Enable pregnancies to be more sustainable with less physical frustrations
● Empower the families of patients with biohacks to help sustain the improvements
they've made
● Improve scoliosis conditions for kids under 18 years of age and help better
tolerate scoliosis conditions in adults
In Case You Didn’t Know
If Dr. Mo could plan the ideal dinner party, he would invite Tony Robbins, Simon Sinek,
Gary Vaynerchuk, and Shel Silverstein. “I admire so many qualities and principles these
people have lived by,” he says.
One of the coolest experiences of Dr. Mo’s life was skydiving. “Why would I willingly
jump out of a perfectly functioning plane? The adrenaline rush, of course,” he says.
“P.S. The air up there is a lot colder than people realize!”
A book that Dr. Mo reads at least once a year is Conversations with God by Neale
Donald Walsch.
One of his favorite bits of advice comes from the movie “Rocky.”: “The world ain’t all
sunshine and rainbows. It’s a very mean and nasty place, and I don’t care how tough
you are, it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You,
me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t about how hard you hit. It’s about
how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward; how much you can take and keep
moving forward. That’s how winning is done! Now if you know what you’re worth, then
go out and get what you’re worth, but you gotta be willing to take the hits, and not
pointing fingers saying you ain’t where you wanna be because of him, or her, or
anybody. Cowards do that and that ain’t you! You’re better than that!”
A piece of advice Dr. Mo likes to offer is: “You're in much more control of your life and
situations than you realize.”

“The best part of my job is helping patients reduce pain levels, improve mobility, and increase their overall quality of life,” he says. “I also enjoy educating my patients about their current condition and giving them the tools to help remedy the issues.”
Originally from the northeastern United States, Dr. Shane, as he’s known to his patients, grew up in New Jersey. “I played basketball and utilized chiropractic care to help with injury prevention and recovery from training,” he says.
Dr. Shane worked in Sarasota, Bradenton, Seminole, and Clearwater before coming to the South Tampa clinic. “We have the greatest management in place and the best patients,” he says.
His wife’s name is Gabby and they have a 3-year-old golden retriever named Witten, who he says “runs the house.”
In his free time, Dr. Shane enjoys woodworking, playing video games, and building with Legos.
He earned a bachelor of science in biology at Ramapo College of New Jersey and earned a Doctorate at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange.
“I’ve always enjoyed helping people and found through chiropractic I could make the biggest impact,” he says.
One of his most memorable experiences was providing chiropractic care for Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey circus in Tampa and Orlando. “I had the chance to work with some of the best performers in the world and see the ‘Greatest Show on Earth’ from a backstage point of view,” he says.

Dr. Shane’s refrigerator always has eggs in it. “We make Witten an egg for breakfast everyday,” he says.
If he could plan the ideal dinner party, Dr. Shane would invite some of his favorite athletes, including Michael Jordan, Kevin Garnett, Jason Witten, and Dak Prescott.
Harry Potter is one of his favorite books.

I’ve been a patient for over a year and will probably be one until the day I die. When I first went to The Joint I had a lot of lower back troubles that were paired with a migraine that would bring me to tears. Now I go once a week for a weekly adjustment and haven’t had those painful back troubles nor the migraines. Coming to The Joint has truly been life changing for me. I was super hesitant about joining another membership place where I’d just be another member number, that is so not the case here.

I have been treating at the joint for years now, they keep me well adjusted! Every now and then I throw something out and would not be able to survive without them! On Sunday night, I slipped a disc in my back L5 I literally could not walk I was walking with a cane all night and the next morning until I was able to get in to see Dr. Travis! Dr. Travis is honestly the best I’ve ever had. He adjusted me yesterday and told me to keep ice on it, and I was able to work my full shift with very little pain yesterday and I feel even better today. I will be going to see him again tomorrow for another adjustment, but I am 75% better from the first adjustment!! And I know know I’ll feel even better after the next! Dr. Travis keeps me working! I don’t know what I would do without him! Thank you so much Dr.Travis ??

My visit to The Joint Chiropractic on W. Neptune Street in South Tampa on 10 May 2024 was a disaster. I saw Dr. Travis for lower back and left hip pain. Dr. Travis was excellent, but the receptionist sent other patients back to sit in and view my medical appointment as Dr. Travis was discussing the details of my X-ray imaging. At one point, Dr. Travis had to interrupt my appointment to ask one of the patients to go back to the waiting area. The receptionist did not get the message that Dr. Travis was in a medical appointment and kept sending patients back to participate in my medical exam. At one point, two strangers were seated with me to watch me get my back and neck adjusted. This is totally unacceptable and a violation of privacy and security provisions of HIPAA to safeguard patients medical information. The Joint Chiropractic must take immediate action to ensure that this does not happen again.

Excellent customer service! Great doctors ! Amazing staff organized friendly polite , very spacious, Dr Mo have been taking care of us for the last 8 to 10 weeks, very professional and dedicated doctor , he pays attention to detail and cares for his patients , we spent a lot of time driving and he’s been able to adjust our spine removing pain ,tingling ,numbness on my fingers ,stiffness on my neck , and all the tension, I like his adjustment technique I feel immediate relief . My husband’s been having lumbar discomfort sciatic pain radiating to his leg he always leaves feeling relieved, every visit we feel better and better with different treatments targeting specific areas like my shoulders. We love the place the staff and both doctors. Very good location with multiple businesses around and parking available. We came from a location in LA Long Beach outstanding doctor and service there too I had an emergency with my neck I couldn’t even move it and I left pain free with all my range of motion perfectly fine. They saw me as a walk in on a Saturday morning as a new patient without appointment! They took me in immediately. And I’m eternally grateful. I’m glad I can find them in different states when we travel . We trust their service.

Dr Mo is amazing. I see a chiropractor once a week, but the one I normally go was closed so I came to The Joint Chiropractic - South Tampa Palma Ceia. Dr Mo asked me a few questions and did an over all check. I had had should pain for a while but put it down to pulling a muscle. After my visit, where Dr Mo found I had a rib out of place, the pain in my shoulder has gone. It is amazing when one park of our body is out of alinement, how it can affect another part. I will keep using Dr Mo and The Joint Chiropractic - South Tampa Palma Ceia.

Dr. Mo is AMAZING. Very knowledge and professional. I arrived in literal tears. He was very efficient and made sure that by the end of the visit I was brand new. At one point during the visit I realized I had forgot how much pain I was in when I initially arrived. He suggested a great pillow for me to try, gave me some exercises and shared some best practice for when I am driving and traveling. He explained the benefits and importance of seeing a chiropractor regularly. I will continue to visit Dr. Mo!! THANK YOU!!!!!!

Dr. Mo is efficient & professional. My level of pain was a 9 & I walked away in less pain today. He also introduced a new YouTuber for stretching & fitness routines. Highly impressed upon the first meet. I’d recommend to anyone whether breezing through the town or a local. You can trust his hands???? First visit was great, but came back on a Sunday. Not so great, if your limited on time and personnel then maybe the first time visits should be limited to M-F. Nothing to keep me from coming back but the doctor was a bit rude good thing there is more than one. Also just a suggestion, if you don’t have time then just say so better to be honest and up front then to make your customer who pays for a service feel like they are a inconvenience.

In the midst of the worst surge of a global pandemic neither the drs, front office staff, nor patients (except me) are wearing masks. They also don’t clean the stations down between patients which is just gross and unhygienic Covid pandemic or not. The appointments are about 10 mins, there’s no bedside manner from any of the drs I’ve seen - it’s just a “who’s next!” Shuffling through patients. They don’t seem to keep your medical records even when you provide them copies because the drs had no clue of my medical history / why I even needed chiropractic care each time I went I was asked the same question as if I was a brand new patient. I also attempted to cancel my membership and have not heard back yet despite being told I’d hear back within 48 business hours. It’s been 2 weeks. I’d give 0 stars if I could. This place is a racket. Save your money and find a reputable chiropractor who has the ethics of an actual doctor.

I do chiropractic care to help stay focused at work. If my back and neck are tight, I cannot focus. The chiropractic adjustments keep me feeling well. I do recommend the joint to friends and family. I do chiropractic care to help stay focused at work. If my back and neck are tight, I cannot focus. The chiropractic adjustments keep me feeling well. I do recommend the joint to friends and family. My dad as been in a few times. I recommend it to my co workers. Working at an office desk puts strain on my neck and back.
