This place is a horrible rip-off and a scam, claiming to be a Chiripractic Healthcare Business, that's trying to do healthcare. I've been in the healthcare business for over 36 years, while helping and assisting patients thru emergency trauma and medical care. I've seen business like this, that uses people to unprofessionally provide fake care!
They talk to the patient while using medical termology that most of the patients did not know. They then used almost the same diagnosis, checking to see how much one leg is longer than the next. BTW...everyone has one leg shorter than the other, that's common medicine of the the bone growth as a child.
I just wanted to cancel and their manager, "Alisa", at the wellington office, was so rude that she was rolling her eyes and turning her back to my wife, while trying to fix the problem. Alisa
got into a heated argument with my wife, while their were patients in the waiting room. This is very, very unprofessional and horrible healthcare... It's not healthcare, its healthcare practiced by "Judas Escariot"!

The Monday before traveling to West Palm Beach,Fl to visit my dad I tripped over a hose and slammed into my house landing on my back. I traveled to West Palm Beach the following day and by Thursday I was hurting from head to toe. So I decided to seek a chiropractor that I could go to and ended up at The Joint seeing Dr. Goldstein. I saw Dr. Goldstein and he checked me out telling me my body went through whiplash. I got an adjustment and purchased a package knowing I would need more adjustments. Fast forward to three weeks. I am walking better and not wincing every step and bend. Dr. Goldstein is amazing!!!! Thank you so much!

Well, I am usually very pleased with The Joint in Wellington. Today, I arrived at 3:45 in which they close at 4:00. I raced here today to get my weekly adjustment. When I entered I was informed that they will not be seeing anymore patients today. I asked what time it was and the receptionist said 3:45 and I asked what time they close and she said 4:00. Really!!? How does that work!?
No body asked me how I was feeling or if I was in pain. Just basically leave we want to leave on time was the feeling I got.
So,
I am seriously thinking about firing The Joint. I am in pain and I definitely needed an adjustment.

I've been going to Dr. Chris Burnham for a year now and I refuse to see anyone else but him. In all the years when I have needed Chiropractic care, no one has provided better care and service that matches the excellency of Dr Chris Burnham. His excellent knowledge and ability to diagnose the issues and fix the painful areas and provide relief amazes me. He has given me excellent guidance on what I can do at home to help my situation including exercises and nutrition that has made a world of difference since I started under his care. He has gone above and beyond and takes pride and much dedication to the Chiropractic practice. My insurance covers Chiropractic care but since the Joint does not take it, I would rather pay to get the kind of superior care that I get from Dr. Chris Burnham.

I got good service but they didn't tell me I was becoming a member and they have been charging me $69 every month and I haven't even been going . I thought it was a one time deal . Now I am trying to get 4 or 5 months payment back and they are giving me the run around.

I have been a member of The Joint for many years. I have been to locations all over Florida and Georgia. I have been in chiropractic care for close to 30 years (due to two bad car accidents) so I do know good vs bad chiropractors. The Joint is very thorough in understanding your needs. My whole family (sisters, brother in laws (one of which had neck surgery) and was concerned about adjustments after goes to The Joint, all with good reviews. Yes there is a package that you can do monthly (4 visits for $69, which is cheaper than my copay to go somewhere else) with additional visits at only $10, I have heard many people come in to cancel for a variety of reasons and they have NEVER pushed back on them. Dr. Christopher Burnham who is at Wellington, FL is AMAZING (always finds just the right issue and fixes them like magic) as is Dr. Sam Levi at Lake Worth location. They have a $29 special for new patients, which all of my family and friends took to try it out but all of them came back for more great chiropractic care. I say give them a try and decide for yourself and I know you will be back!

I checked in with one person already checked in, in front of me. I waited 15 minutes for that person to be adjusted. During this time another person came in and was checked in by the front desk person. They announced to the entire room the clients named and that they had now been checked in. And about how he had been driving around illegally without his license that hed left at the office earlier. After waiting I was skipped and when I asked "wasn't I next?" I was told said individual was there before me. It was not communicated with me at all that I would be skipped. Or there was a wait past the original person in the waiting area. The front desk person seemed unconcerned with the entire situation. I left without being adjusted. I got a very condescending "apology" when I called to make sure I wasn't charged.

Extremely disgusted and disappointed with my experience with this company. Due to worldwide covid-19 pandemic every business my husband had was closed down. During this uncertain time we froze our membership with The Joint because we didn’t want to make payments during a time when all businesses were closed, and it was such a scary time for my family. 6 weeks have passed and some businesses, such as chiropractic care, are now opening. I am in excruciating pain and wanted to begin my membership again. I was told that I am not permitted to do so because I froze my membership on March 30th so i can only begin on an interval of 30, such as May 30th. I requested to pay extra, I even showed up asking the chiropractor to see me because I am in such pain, and was again told it is against company policy.
They told me I can go ahead and cancel my entire membership and never come again, rather then unfreeze my membership and let me pay!!! This is illogical. Allowing a patient to leave in distress and pain is completely unethical!!

I have been a client for six months or more. Dr Meagan was awesome, but this facility has gone down significantly since she left. Had a horrible experience with the guest help recently. Was a total waste of time and money. The front staff turnover has also caused problems. The people working there now seem to be lost. I have called multiple times and left multiple messages for someone to call back and discuss the issues, but they fail to call back. I cancelled my membership due to all the issues.

Came in for chiropractic care due to having a back injury stemming from a car accident. Figured I would try this instead of taking pain medication. So far, it is working. The staff at the Joint Wellington are great, friendly, and the care is excellent. Also, the prices are extremely reasonable. I found the Joint after my insurance stopped covering chiropractic. First time I came in was because I was having sciatic nerve pain. Dr. Larry was amazing after 3 treatments I immediately felt a positive change. Haven't had anymore issues since I started here.
