After graduating Dr. John worked in the Dallas, Texas metro area working with injured workers and acute injury soft tissue trauma patients. He then moved to Baton Rouge, Louisiana to practice Chiropractic in a family oriented practice for a few years. While working in Louisiana Dr. John was able to work with children of all ages, maternity patients and senior citizens. Dr. John and his wife moved to Central Florida in 2007. They have 2 boys and enjoy visiting the Florida’s beaches, amusement parks, running local half-marathons and participating in Scouting.

The Joint Winter Springs welcomed Dr. John in October 2015. He has over 20 years of experience practicing both Corrective and Preventative Chiropractic Care.

    I can’t recommend Dr. House enough. I had a subluxed rib head that multiple chiropractors tried to fix but couldn’t fully correct. Dr. House was able to get it back into place, and the relief was immediate. Since seeing him, my mobility has improved significantly, and he’s also helped correct some serious hip issues I’d been dealing with for a long time. The improvement in how I move and feel day-to-day has been huge. I honestly feel like I’m 21 again. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and clearly knows what he’s doing. Highly recommend.

    I would love to give more stars because the staff is and has always been great for the years I’ve been going there. Recently my daughter needed some help so naturally this is where I brought her. Unfortunately, apparently I missed the 3 month minimum for the wellness plan and am forced into paying for a service that is no longer necessary. I will personally be taking my business elsewhere from now on as The Joint is sucking my HSA dry for visits that expire.

    Dr John was great, very knowledgeable and made you feel comfortable in his recommendation. Erin at the front desk was super helpful when figuring out the best plan moving forward, especially involving pricing and she was not pushy at all. I have gone to chiropractors in the past and they don't let you leave without scheduling and always recommend an unrealistic plan wbich was something I just couldn't not commit to. My plan here is 3x week for the 1st 2 weeks, then 2x the next 2 with 1x 10-12 weeks or until improvement. With their pricing which is very reasonable it's doable. Other spots are $50-100 per visit.. going 3x/week being $150-300/week. The plan I selected for me was $455 total for 6 months involving around 30 sessions breaking down to about $15/session which is a steal! I would definitely recommend. There are more options for 3 months, month by month, etc which end up being slightly higher. They also accept HSA/FSA so for me it'll be no money out of my pocket!! Best part is you can walk in anytime and you are in/out. The first session was about 30-45 mins including paperwork, consultation and first adjustment! You can also go to different locations!

    Called and made appointment for 12:30p. Waited in lobby for 1 hour. Watched 4 different walk in customers both new and existing get help and seen by doctor (all without appointments), all while they still had not called my name. Spoke to lady at front desk to find out why this was happening. She said "Sorry, I don't know how this works". I said well can you find out how much longer I need to wait or how many more walk-ins need to be seen before me? She said sorry I don't know what to do. (Good Idea for her may have been to go ask the doctor?) Either way, I can't speak to the doctor side of things but I can say, I wasn't real impressed with the service or lack there of. Ended up walking out without help and will gladly look for a different company. Thankfully we have options.

    I love this place! I threw out my back a couple weeks ago and re-injured a prior injury (most likely bulging disc yet again!). I had seen another chiropractor twice before coming here and was still in severe pain. I could barely walk; I couldn't even sit or lay down and any small movement caused me pain. I decided to come to The Joint Chiropractic in the Winter Springs location (they have several different locations) and after my first visit, I was able to actually WALK out of the office! Not hobble out, like I came in, but actually walk out. The chiropractors there listen to what you have to say and customize the treatment to what you need. They did a combination of chiropractic, PT, stretches, and soft tissue work. The staff is incredibly friendly and every time I come in, I'm greeted with a smile. Everyone working there is genuinely happy to be there and very helpful and the doctors are amazing! I've seen Dr. John, Dr. T, and Dr. Linda so far. Incredible doctors who treat you gently when you are in pain and check your progress each time. The location is very clean and modern. The hours are perfect for working people and they are open until 7 p.m. and open on Saturdays from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. No insurance is necessary, and visits are cheaper than a visit using your insurance and having to pay a copay. They even offer wellness packages which can make your visit as little as $18 per visit (depending on what package you select). If you are looking for a chiropractor who will actually provide pain relief or if you are looking for chiropractors for wellness maintenance, this is absolutely the place to go! My friend actually goes to the Lake Mary location and was the one who referred me to The Joint Chiropractic, and I am so happy that I decided to come here. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

    Classic switch and bait game for your money. I've been an office manager for the health profession for over 20 years and this corporation follows the nasty practice that consultants advise of giving you a deal up front then locking you in to a higher monthly fee that can't be simply cancelled over the phone or by email. The patient must physically go to the office to sign a cancellation form. They know The average patient's lifestyle is busy so their account will continue to be charged each month. The contract and cancellation policy is not explained thoroughly. If you don't explain your policy, then give patients that are in pain the courtesy of telling them to read that section and a courtesy email or text near the end of the 2 months to let them know their deal is ending and the choice to continue or not. Absolutely vile policies for a healthcare business. Shouldn't have expected anything different from a corporate franchise. Also, both my teens both had injuries when they were seen at this clinic. The adjustments did not help and my son refused to go back because he hurt worse the next day. No x-rays were recommended and home care over the course of 2 weeks was ineffective. I took them both to Jewett and x-rays were taken. They both had muscle strains and, upon carrying out home care the doctor advised, they were healed within a short time.

    I feel much better after getting an adjustment last night. Dr. Manion figured out I have a sprain. He was very knowledgeable and careful not to do anything that would do any damage but tested for where all the pains were and made adjustments that brought some mobility to my spine to help the healing process. He gave me an exercise to do to stretch out the inflamed areas to provide some mobility there.

    I love this place! I had been in severe pain from sciatica and needed relief. I got evaluated and treated on the same day by Dr. Jenna. She is incredible! I limped into the office with a constant pain at level 8. I walked out with the pain reduced to a 4 instantly. I was so impressed! I signed up for a wellness plan to continue the relief.     I normally avoid all things medical but I came here due to sudden back pain. I was pleasantly surprised when I learned how simple it is. Each time I have shown up, I check in and get adjusted immediately.The whole process is under 10 minutes. So far John and Linda have worked with me and both have been amazing. Immediately after I leave I can feel an improvement in my mobility. If you are looking to start working on your back and feel like you don’t have the time to do it, I recommend this place! I love coming to the joint although I’m not 100% consistent with my membership but every time I come, the people are always great checking in is great and all the doctors I’ve ever seen are amazing and they really listen and take care of you. by far I think my favorite doctor is Dr. John.     I just love the joint chiropractic services in Winter Springs. I travel and spend over 4 hours a day driving. I have been to many other clinics with and without my insurance and you always need an appointment.     This place is a scam. They have horrible customer service. I tried to cancel and they convinced me that I could do a freeze. However, they neglected to tell me that after 90 days they would charge my card again. Then I called the day of the charge to cancel. They made me drive up there to cancel. When I requested a refund the day of the charge they said a manger will call you within 3 days. They never called me. I am busy so I forgot. Then 3 months goes by and they called me to try and get my business again. When I told them what happened and that a manager never called me they said I promise a manager will call you within 3 days. Another two weeks goes by and the same person who I spoke to the first day that said she has no authority and that a manager would call me called me to say that they won’t refund me because of a technicality that the bottom of the page says after 90 days they will charge. I never used there services so they are just keeping my money for nothing. So they lied about a manager calling me. Then after 4 months the same person that I spoke to the same day that said she had no authority called me to say they would not refund. I recommend nobody use the services of the scam place.

    I have been going to The Joint for about 3-4 years now and I love them. I got started because of a recommendation. I suffer from many problems with my joints and pain. But coming here gives me mobility. I love that they are flexible. You can get packages which do not expire or you can do a membership (which is lower in cost typically) they are very affordable and you do not need appointments AND I love that basically any city I go to I have options. I can't tell you how many times I have been out of town and in bad pain and right around the corner found one to walk into. I have many great doctors that I have seen in my years at The Joint. Most recently I have been seeing Dr. House at Winter Springs. 10/10

    I was having lower back pain and migraines for a few days. On my first visit, I walked into the office with a limp, when we were done, I walked out of their office normal and feeling 100% better.     I am super glad I chose this place for an urgent visit before a business trip. The first visit was quick and I immediately felt relief.     I was having lunch in a booth. I could tell that morning my sholders and back needed an adjustment. As I got up to leave the restaurant, my lower back started spasming!! Could barely walk or drive my car. Fortunately, Dr John at Winter Springs, "THE JOINT", was able to fix everything in just a few minutes. I've been going to chiropractors for 50 yrs.     I really wasn't expecting to be impressed with a chain type place because I have a chronic neck and upper back issue. But when I came in and brought my most recent x-rays Dr. House sat down with me and really listened to my issues and gave me a lot great insights into my condition and then did my initial adjustment. It was AMAZING! I've been back a couple more times and each time he's done a little different to address my current issue.     I really cannot express enough how much I love this place after one visit. If I could give more than five stars I would. I began by calling the office to see if they could fit me in and work with my issue. I was told walk-ins are completely welcome and was given a very accurate description of timing as far as appointment and forms went. They said that if the doctor believed I needed to be referred out that I wouldn’t be charged, which was great to hear, as I was dealing with a very specific issue. I have been dealing with vertigo due to a minor neck strain since Tuesday of this week, and when I arrived, Ashley, Yvette, and Jill were not only warm and welcoming, but accommodated the fact that I was dizzy with AMAZING hospitality. I was brought my forms and some water and they checked on me multiple times while I was filling out my forms. After about 15 minutes of forms and waiting, I saw Dr. Linda who explained her procedure as well as a little bit about the membership to me. Her adjustment and analysis were precise, quick, and she worked very hard to make sure I was comfortable! For the first time today, I’ve been able to function with ABSOLUTELY NO VERTIGO. I’m not kidding when I said I was so happy I almost cried. I am so so grateful to these ladies, and I did not hesitate to sign up for the membership, which locks me into a two month contract and a total of around $160 for 10 adjustments and you CANNOT beat that ANYWHERE. I've been going to the Joint for a while now at different locations and this is my home spot now and Dr. Dustin is My All Time Favorite and if he isn't around I see Dr. T!     Excellent team of experienced Chiropractors and a great business model. This is NOT like a “typical” Chiropractic office where you checkin and get passed around for an hour to do different activities, X-rays, blah blah and finally a few minutes adjustment… then a $150 bill and deal with insurance. The Joint chiropractors are accessible right away and will discuss your situation, make appropriate adjustments, give you suggestions as needed (for example stretches, etc) and you are done in under 10min. Because they don’t waste time with nonsense and they take care of their customers professionally and quickly, no appointments needed just Walk in, adjust, and walk out! They have very affordable options for just a one time visit, prepay for a block of visits or even an ongoing monthly membership. Something for everyone!

    I went to a different location in another state and had a positive experience. This location, not so much. I went in for an adjustment and the entire process was rushed. Dr. John didn't hesitate to yank my painful and aching neck around to "assess" what was wrong. Then during the adjustments, he seemed like he was in a hurry to get it over with and his communication during the whole thing was non existent. But after he hurriedly cracked me in a few places, he didn't hesitate to tell me I need to be in there twice a week for two months! Seemed like he only cared about my money, not about providing a quality service. Definitely would not recommend this place.

    There needs to be auditing or review of the doctors periodically. I suffer from migraines caused by a neck sprain. So this means I need to go whenever something comes up. There are only 2 doctors out of the 5 I've seen that are actually good and should be called doctors. Dr. Linda and Dr. Dustin ask what is hurting and do a complete full body adjustment as everything ties together. However all the good they do is overshadowed by the horrible treatment given by the other doctors. I've voiced to them a few times about a specific doctor that just goes through the movements and doesn't even bother to see if the patient is good after the adjustment. I don't like calling names here but it's beyond that point now. Dr. John on a number of occasions hasn't asked what was bothering me and just went with his motions. Last time I saw him, he was doing the adjustments where we're on our side and literally left me on the table in pain. Next day I had a back spasm so strong I couldn't move or breath for about 5 minutes. I just saw Dr. Gaye as I didn't get a chance to see Dr. Dustin or Dr. Linda this week and she acted like she didn't even want to touch me. She lightly pressed on my back when I was on my belly and just flipped me on my back to get some tiny little neck pops. I stated I had mid back pain and she didn't even adjust my spine! Total waste of my time and money. This place is not meant for people with actual issues. Ill be canceling first thing Monday and vocalizing AGAIN the unsatisfactory service here.

    If you’re looking to just get your neck and back cracked then this might be the place for you. However if you have any specific problem you want worked on, then look elsewhere. Everyone gets the same “treatment plan” regardless of your reason for being there, which is your back cracked and your neck cracked. I went in for some hip and pelvis alignment issues that were causing pain and going there did absolutely nothing for my issues. When you first go they try to make it sound like they can definitely help for whatever your issue is and that you need to sign up for two times a week for a month and then once a week there after. But you need to sign up that day or your “special deal” expires. It’s all just the same spiel that everyone gets told so they can get the sale. Then when you go for your routine appointments the whole thing is rushed with little to no questions about how you’re feeling and what is bothering you. It’s just neck and back cracked and then you leave. I left here and started seeing a chiropractor that actually focuses on my issues and those few appointments have done so much more than my 2 month here. Do yourself a favor and seek out a different chiropractor that actually is trying to help your issue.

    Appaulled!! Unfortunately Dr.John our family will not be coming back for care at your facility. A shame because not for lack of your service. Today December 1st at 3pm I called and spoke to the women at your front desk. Explained to her we have had Covid and was very ill therefore haven't been in over a month. Without any concern or hesitation says it's not the companies fault I couldn't pick up the phone.. Wow!! Really? What about patients that are so ill they are not physically able to call? Very rude and a very inconsiderate comment and continued to rant and compare patient service to a gym membership?? We paid for the visits. It was a package. Lack of compassion for humans is not a trait I would want portrayed at my establishment. As an individual who works in customer service, I would have been fired on the SPOT. There are many ways to politely explain policies to a paying customer. It costs nothing to be kind especially with the world changing so much. Rant over. Next!!!

    It takes time, but after years of putting up with lower left back pain/SI joint tension, its finally under control. Yes, I go weekly. Yes, it took months to have consistent relief. However, it is all worth it to not have trouble falling asleep because of back pain or waking up with back pain. And with the weekly visits we were able to catch and correct a muscle restriction causing pain in my right shoulder before it became just another thing to chalk up to "being over 40".

    I got referred here by my boss who swears by going to the chiropractor. I was in pain for over a year with meds, PT, & every option not working. Chronic headaches, shoulder, & neck pain. I am also pregnant. I have been going for a couple months now, twice a week. I have not had any headaches, shoulder, or neck pain by keeping up with my maintenance visits. High recommend going. Never thought my body was so unaligned until this experience. Dr. John is the best and the reception is always super kind. Even my son enjoys going every week. Thanks for the relief & service! If you go weekly like I do, the price monthly is totally reasonable. Much cheaper than monthly massages.

    This place is awful. They are medically negligent and commit fraud against the people they pretend to help. You get seen in a room where there are other patients, they take no xrays, and rush through the treatment so they can get to the next person. After that they refuse to cancel your membership and charge your card even if you ask them to stop. They just want money and who knows what happens if you get injured from their sloppy adjustments.

    I have been going to The Joint Chiropractic for about a year now. This is my first experience with a Chiropractor and I am extremely satisfied. I sought care from Dr. House after a second occurrence of sciatica and lower back issues. I had previously tried physical therapy and massage therapy. Dr. House took the time to explain my condition and set up a treatment plan for me. He suggested certain stretches and sent links to video demonstrations. Treatment packages evolve as your symptoms are alleviated. Once your treatment is completed you can adjust your membership and just buy a package of visits and only come in as needed. As a busy professional I also appreciate the walk in nature of this clinic. When I feel something off in my back or neck, I can get adjusted right away and am always seen with minimal to no wait. In addition the office staff are very pleasant and the facility is very clean.
