My daughter has been suffering from neck and low back pain lately and by the time I realized it was serious and she needed to be seen, it was Friday afternoon. This worried me because most offices were closing for the weekend and I didn’t want to prolong her suffering. After a quick Google search for available chiropractors, we got in the car and drove straight over to The Joint Chiropractic in Ammon. I’m so glad we did. Dr. Lovell is a true GEM! He’s very kind and knowledgeable. He listened to my daughter, acknowledged her symptoms and offered an explanation that made sense and made her feel heard. After he gave her an adjustment, she felt so much better. He even taught us some stretches to do at home. And guess what? The monthly plans are very affordable! She can see him once a week and it costs less than what I spend on a trip to get ice cream.

Staff there was extremely knowledgeable. As for the physical chiropractic part of it, they were firm, but not to a point of causing any additional pain walked in knotted up by the time I walked out I haven’t felt that good in months not to mention the price points were amazing and affordable. The person at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. The chiropractor was knowledgeable. He took the time to assess my needs and suggested some stretches. He demonstrated them for me and watched me do them to make sure I was doing them correctly. They offered on going services but were not pushy (which is a pet peeve of mine). After funding it I travel for work, the chiropractor told me that they have offices in multiple states, all with the same walk in policy, which I appreciated.

The worst adjustment me and my husband have ever had. It was less than 5 minutes, had to ask for things to be done, and we were out of there. I had some very stiff neck and shoulder muscles. While the relief wasn't instant (and I didn't expect it to be), I am seeing some improvement after a couple visits. I really like that they have later hours and Saturday hours. The doctor listened to my concerns and adjusted treatment accordingly.

The chiropractor that delt with me didn't even listen to understand where I was having pain and why. He spent less than 5 minutes with me and charged $55 my neck feels no better than it did before I went in. I really wanted to wait a few weeks of going consistently for adjustments in order to write the most honest review. I have dealt with overall upper back and neck tightness as well as sciatica for years, honestly as long as I can remember. But the biggest thing for me has been my chronic headaches and migraines. I would have several migraines in a month’s time and more headache days than I can count, probably 20 or more within a month. The adjustments I have received thus far have helped so much with my back issues, but even better they have been absolutely life changing for my headaches and migraines. Since going I have not had another migraine nor have I had more than 1 or 2 headaches. I have gone from needing ibuprofen almost daily to only needing it every once in a while. So happy to be a patient here!

They helped me during my first month. After that, I canceled my renewal, and the lady at the front desk told me it was done and that I didn't have to worry! Now, they have charged my card $80 again, and they are saying I never canceled! Why did this happen? I tried to call and resolve this, but they told me it is not their problem anymore. This was such a bad experience.

The Joint Chiropractic in Idaho Falls, takes amaizing care of me. 98% of my C-Spine needs major reconstructive surgery. I can't live through any surgery on my C-Spine/Neck, because I still have far to much brain damage to be alive from a TBI in 2015. All I can do is PT and try to keep my neck aligned. The Chiropractors at The Joint, have listened to my medical problems, and do their best to help me heal up from damage that I'm not supposed to be able to heal from. But that is my only option. Some Chiropractors won't even see me when they find out all my medical problems. But the people at the Joint are very careful with how they set me, make sure not to over set me, that can cause me to go into neuro-shock and have seizures that do more damage to my neck, back, and brain. I am very thankful I found the joint. And even I can afford to go to the Joint twice a week and I live on a disability insurance. These people are amazing. And best of all is the Gorgeous Lady who works the Front Counter. The Gorgeous Lacey. She is Beautiful as a person and amazing to look at. She makes sure to help everyone who comes through that front door and does her best to get everyone to smile while in there and to leave with a smile.

You guys are phenomenal! I came in with a messed up back, shooting pain and numbness while sitting, neck and shoulders locked up tighter than the skin on a tambourine and meaner than the last wasp of the season. I was afraid to get adjusted for the damage it might do, or reveal. But after 3 visits I'm a fan and plan to be a regular. Two of the best chiropractors I've ever visited are part of the team there. Recently, I had an appointment at ‘The Joint Chiropractor,’ and I wanted to share my experience. While I initially appreciated the care I received during my visit, I was not entirely satisfied with the outcome. After my previous chiropractic appointment elsewhere, I experienced significant relief. However, following my visit to The Joint Chiropractor, I didn’t experience the same level of relief, and my ankle swelling persisted without any improvement. I’ve attempted to reach out multiple times via phone and their website but have received no response, which is disappointing. I understand that sometimes communication can be challenging, but I expected more responsiveness, especially since my concerns have gone unaddressed. I genuinely hope that my feedback will help The Joint Chiropractor improve its communication and customer care. I believe that open and effective communication is essential for the success of any healthcare provider. I do have to say they close at 4pm on Saturday's, which is a complete bummer... But I started a membership because I was so impressed with the price, the staff, and how well it went after! I recommend this place to ANYONE looking for an amazing chiropractic office! I'd say this is a must see for yourself. I'll be coming back for a long while!

I think that this was a great place to visit if you’re need adjustments or in some kind of pain. Great staff, fantastic pricing, just an overall good experience!

I had several ribs out and was in a lot of pain. I just moved to this area in November and didn’t know where to go. Have never visited a chiropractor and always wanted to for my back. Well these folks made me glad I gave it a try because they are extremely helpful and the docs are great. After a week, my back feels great. I will be a regular here for sure.
