I don’t usually give reviews and the last time I went to a chiropractor, which was over five years ago, it was a terrible experience, and l didn’t plan on ever going back to a chiropractor. However, I was tossing 60lb bags of gravel and put my back out so bad I could hardly walk. My wife finally talked me into going to see a chiropractor, but that was on a Saturday, and I figured I would suffer at least until Monday. Then she found The Joint Chiropractic Clinic, which was open and close to where we live. I hobbled to the car, and she drove me there. I was still really reluctant to go, but I did. I completed the paperwork and was taken back to get worked on a short time later. A couple of things jumped out at me right from the start, and those two things were as follows: 1. they didn’t try to push me into an X-ray, and 2. they didn’t ask how many visits my insurance covered. Dr Griffin spent a couple of minutes meeting me, hear about where I was hurting and why, and then he got to work. He made a great adjustment that had me walking normally in just a few minutes. My back was still really sore, and I went back three more times and saw dramatic improvement each time. My back feels great, but even more important to me is that it has always been about addressing the problem with an honest approach. I really appreciate Dr Griffin’s knowledge, expertise, and great adjustments. I highly recommend Dr Griffon at The Joint Chiropractic Clinic located in West Boise.

I was able to walk in within 30 minutes of calling, but I had been experiencing back pain that made it hard to even be at work, and my chiropractor wasn’t able to get me in quickly. These guys got me in as a new patient so quickly, only $30 for a consultation and adjustment/office visit, and the front desk and actual chiropractor were so kind and helpful! 10/10 would recommend.

The Dr takes the time to listen to your concerns/problems. He then explains what he thinks is the best plan moving forward. The reception person has been very polite and courteous. I appreciate the fact that you had a treatment package to purchase; it makes things a lot easier. I also appreciate the fact that you are open evenings and weekends. It shows that you are concerned about your patients health. I also like the fact that an appointment is not necessary; you never know when you are going to be hurting and need to see the doctor.

2 months ago my neck, shoulders, and arm had been causing me a great deal of pain. I couldn't sleep at night, I had gone to a pain clinic and received an injection which did not help at all. I've been coming for over a year but when I visited the State St. Location Dr. Griffin adjusted my hips and for the first time I was able to sit straight up in my car without pain. My first visit to The Joint was when I felt my back was out of place. The Joint was convenient with no appointments, just walk-in. The chiropractor on duty was very attentive to my situation and had me back on my feet in no time. Since then they have educated me on the importance of keeping my back in line and healthy. I have been on a Wellness plan for quite some time and have been pain-free and in great shape. Dr. Griffin is my primary chiropractor and is great for my back health. All the other doctors are also great when Griffin is now in. Regular adjustments make all the difference.

I have been to the office on state and Glenwood several times and I have referred 3 people. When I went in today the receptionist was unprofessional and very unfriendly. I haven't been in since March due to some personal and medical issues and it was very apparent that the Dr. Did not approve. He smiled while he said it, but I felt judged and pressured to go in more often and it didn't feel like it was said out of concern for me. I understand that they are there to make money, but I don't like to feel like I am obligated to come in more often. I am on a budget and I work full time. There isn't always the time or money to go in as often as I would like to. I have my daughter on their $50/ month deal and it's hard to find the time to take her in so she hasn't been in either. I will be canceling her plan and I will not be going again. If you want an adjustment and don't care about professionalism and a welcoming, caring environment then this is the place for you! Sometimes convenient just isn't enough.

The Joint has kept me feeling great for a great price. I love that I can use my HSA card, I like having regular adjustments so with the monthly option I end up paying as little as $10-$13 per visit. I can stop by on my way home from dinner, or to work, and walk in and be feeling better in 5-15min. The hours are what really got me hooked, I work days and change to nights occasionally and being able to come in after work before 7pm is great
