The joint chiropractic is an awesome chiropractor office. I wasn't hardly able to walk or do anything due to severe back and hip pain. Dr McGraw is amazing at his job. Got me adjusted and gave me some exercises to help strengthen everything back up. Plus he is very nice and personable . Recommend them any day

Went to the Joint today, still one of the best and more reasonable on prices for chiropractoric care, had a very stiff and growing pain on my middle/lower back, walked out of here feeling brand new, Dr McGraw even suggested some stretches to do at home, I've gone to several chiropractors but this is definitely I'd recommend to anyone with back problems.

Dr. Ryan McGraw is the heart and soul of this place. Many doctors seem to come and go and they really aren't that great anyway, but Dr. McGraw has been consistent and fantastic. The business model of this place is designed to crank people in and out quickly which allows them to charge such great prices for their subscriptions, which I recommend getting. However, you never feel like you are just another body to be shoved in and out. Dr. McGraw takes his time to personalize the experience for each patient. He knows their names, issues, histories, likes/dislikes, and makes sure you are well taken care of every time you come in before he lets you leave. He will often explain to patients why issues are coming up in their bodies, and even provide some education on stretches, etc. that may help prevent further issues. Another thing to note about the Joint is that it can seem uncomfortable at first because it's not like another chiropractor where you have a private room to chat and get worked on. However, the fact that everyone is queued up in the lobby together can sometimes be an entertaining community building experience.

I am from out of town and decided to stop in for an adjustment. I checked in through the app and went toward the back to wait for the doctor. While I was there, I watched the doctor change the paper on the table but he did not disinfect or clean the table after adjusting the patient before me.
He then told me that patients are supposed to wait in the lobby and asked me to go back out. However, the receptionist had allowed me to go back there in the first place, which made the situation confusing.
Unfortunately, Dr. James Marion is the only doctor working this week, so I’ll have to wait for another doctor before I feel comfortable getting adjusted. Seeing the table not being disinfected between patients was very concerning.
I came in already very sore and left feeling frustrated and disappointed. This was the worst experience I’ve had at a Joint Chiropractic location, and it may cause me to reconsider coming back in the future. I expect medical professionals to follow proper cleaning and disinfecting procedures between patients.

Dr. McGraw was the best. My hurt level was 8. He was very attentive towards my needs and where I was hurting. Not just adjusting my back. He asked if I would like my whole body adjusted. I said yes and wow. He realign my back that no chiropractor did. If you decide to go in. Make sure it's him. You won't be disappointed. They don't take insurance. Which I have insurance but needed adjusted bad. And did a walk in. Best decision I made. When I left my pain level was 1. I was just tender and sore from hurting all week. It's been 3 days and no pain. 2 thumbs up.

This experience was excellent until I got home. Front d3sk super patient cute baby. Dr M was very delightful and kind. He seemed to be very caring and I enjoyed tge visit. When I gt home a few hrs later I sat down literally could not get back up. The pain in my back was way wrse pain wise a headace had started and I have now missed anotger day if work. I dont know what haplened but I did not have headache when I went in but now Its not gne away abd tge burning and pain hurts way worse tgan it fid before I went in. I left happy but nw feel like something went wrong . When i turn y head I keep hearing litte pops. Iwil not be going bac. Now I wil reac out to a regular Dr to get help with what to do now. I never thought an adjystment for my shoukder wuld cause a migraine or make my whole back hurt.so sad. I am now not at all keen on any chiropractor at this point. I came due toall the good reviews. I guess I am jst unlucky

Compared to my old chiropractor you would think these guys are total crooks...or maybe just students who just started their degree. The care is so minimal, they do so much less than the bare minimum. I should not have to tell a 'doctor' that they need to work on me from a different position to actually get the relief I need. Pathetic

I can’t say enough good things about The Joint Chiropractic! I’ve dealt with chronic back issues for years, and being able to come in four times a month for the same cost as one visit elsewhere has been such a game-changer. Without this option, I’d honestly just live in pain.
Dr. Ryan McGraw is incredible! He always finds the trouble spots, takes time to do a bit of muscle work before adjusting, and makes sure everything loosens up so the adjustment actually sticks. I leave every visit feeling lighter, more mobile, and pain-free.

Dr McGraw is fantastic. I have gone to several chiropractors. Some are to gentle and don’t do an adequate adjustment and I leave in pain. Others have been too aggressive and I leave in pain. Dr. McGraws technique is the perfect balance. Dr. McGraw is attentive to my needs, While also being quick at his job. I hope he is valued the way he deserves.
Update: thank you for your positive response, however, the last time I went to see Dr. McGraw, he was the only person in the office. That day it was a one-man show and not a team effort.

Absolutely amazing! I've had my month subscription for a long time now. I first started going to them I was impressed, so much so that I paid for subscription for other family members. The simplest thing, just talk to them and tell them where you hurt and how you hurt in your back, hips, shoulders, neck etc. They do their adjustment and ask you how you feel, tell them if something doesn't feel right, they either fix it or educate you on how to strengthen the muscles that allow the problem to be as it is so that you can fix it. I've enjoyed them since I started going there and still to this day. More often than not you can get in there and out in less than 20 minutes sometimes it takes a little bit longer but well worth it. I've been to a few joint clinics including in the Boise Meridian area it still hands down the one in Twin Falls, has the most caring and compassionate staff out of all of them. Thank you so much guys and I will continue to refer anybody I know to you guys:-)

I’ve been going to the Joint chiropractor for about 2 months and had multiple adjustments to treat my constant back and neck pain along with motion issues, these guys are all great! Dr Hymas is my favorite, they’re very personal, professional, and kind.

The first time I went I had a great appointment that I noticed immediately helped with my issue. They told me to come in again that week. When I went in they were a bit busy and I ended up with a different chiropractor. I was on the table maybe 3 minutes. He jerked me through 3 different cracks left and right and told me I was done. After the appointment I experienced the worse pain related to my back I have ever had. It took around 4 weeks of constant anti-inflammatory usage and a visit with my doctor to get it under control. They definitely were just rushing to get me out and didn’t even guide me through resulting in them badly hurting me. I’ve been to a couple different chiropractic practices in my life and this is the only one that has ever rushed me through an appointment and basically shoved me out afterwards with no regard to qualify of treatment/care.

I was a walk in and had intense sciatica pain. After the first visit I had noticable improvement, second visit even better. The staff and Dr are amazing, kind and upbeat. I have been to a lot of chiropractors and when I found Joint Chiropractic I found my forever home. Dr. Hymas and Dr. Nukaya are amazing at what they do. Unlike all others I have seen, these two take time to talk to me and see where my problems are. They do a full adjustment, not just one issue. Then the prices are so much cheaper than anywhere in Twin Falls. Also, let me mention it is a walk in no appointment needed!!! I come as often and as much as I want for $20 a visit. The moment I walk in the doors I instantly feel better. From the friendly greeting and small talk with Miss Brittani, she knows everyone by name and different things about their lives, and she will ask how life has been treating them. Very cool. Another nice factor to Joint Chiropractic is they have many establishments across the USA. There is so much I can say about this place. But all ya got to do is check it out for yourself. And with that being said the new patient special is not $150-$200 like other chiropractors it's $29 for the Consultation, Exam, and a Full Adjustment. I want to Thank you all at the Twin Falls location, you have been so understanding and helpful in so many ways.

Terrible. They tell you it will be a 30 minute wait. If you are a new patient be prepared for them to let every existing patient go before you, even if they arrived 30 minutes after you. In terrible back pain after being a straight brace for the last 3 weeks. Ended up walking out. After walking out got a call from the receptionist saying... "oh if you come back we will make sure you are next." How about just treat people right in the first place. My husband and two kids were waiting in the car for me. I had explained this to the receptionist when I inquired about the wait time in the first place. So frustrated. Still in terrible pain. Would be nice if they actually cared about the people and not just the money.

This place is wonderful. I was in so much pain yesterday and wasn’t sure why or what to do about it. I couldn’t take a deep breath in without more pain. I stopped to see if they could help and they got me in and paperwork done so fast. Sharrie was so kind to me and my daughter while we were there also! Dr. Nukaya corrected my back, I had several ribs out of place. He was patient while my three year old talked loud and was all over the place. He explained his procedures and gave easy to understand instructions. I don’t know a ton about chiropractors, but I’ve never been able to breathe this well possibly in my life!
I’m so glad I didn’t just push through like usual, this team and business has won my heart and saved me from a lot of pain! I’m excited to get set up regularly with them!!

After being disappointed in my chiropractic care for the last year, I decided to give this place a try. I had been experiencing a lot of heaviness in my legs, joint pain and all around just thinking I was getting old.
I met Dr. Nukaya a couple of weeks ago and CANNOT express enough how much better I am feeling! My joints feel better, my movement is better and my range of motion is so much better!
Recently I strained a muscle in my lower back that usually takes a week before I can walk again. I went straight in when it started and the next morning it was gone!!! They listen to you here and do more than just adjust your back. They give you exercises to do to follow up and help to resolve the problem. I’d highly recommend giving them a try. ?

Dr.Nukaya is amazing. I’ve been having lots of issues with my body, pain and numbness. After my 2nd visit which was today most of the pain is relieved. Dr. Nukaya is the best chiropractor I have ever been to. He is patient, gentle, and very skilled. I trust him with my 86 year old Grandma who I fear might be injured if she went to someone else. I have also taken my son, my boyfriend, and all my friends in! I do love that The Joint itself is a Walk-In practice and the monthly plan makes each visit a steal. But I would follow Dr. Nukaya to wherever he is because when I leave each time after seeing him I feel better, balanced, and like I have just had a very safe interaction with a kind professional. Highly recommend!!!

Today was my first visit to a walk in chiropractic facility. This is also the first chiropractic facility that I haven't had to use my insurance. I liked not having to make an appointment and I got right in. Dr. Dustin Nukaya was thorough in asking me about my neck and back issues and did a much needed adjustment. I was traveling through and decided to get an adjustment. I usually pass by several Joints in my area to a certain Dr I happen to like but I will have to say he has a rival now. Took my daughter in today too see Dr.Nukaya, she suffers with scoliosis. He was absolutely amazing I can't express enough how well he treated her, listened too her and what she needed. Went over best options prices and long term treatment exercises and stretches that will be best for her too limit her pain and help her become more active and more self care. I highly recommend him too everyone as a parent I was very impressed and felt relieved about what we could do for her.

Dustin is a great chiropractor. He listens and evaluates the situation before doing an adjustment on the body. Every time I get my back adjusted I feel better. I'd recommend this chiropractor office. The office visit prices are very reasonable and affordable, $29 for the first visit and $80 a month for 4 visits.

My shoulders have been causing me lots of pain. Pain that substantially took my breath away. I went to a quick care, to explain this pain I was having; They said I was having the symptoms of a heart attack. I went to the ER, where I sat there for 1 hour after my ekg read normal, with a racing heart beat. I left the ER and my friend mentioned The Joint Chiropractor. We went (THANK HEAVEN) I went. Dr. Nukaya was very open with my pain and has made every visit feel welcoming. He did my first alignment and my pain was 95% gone I could breath. No pain over my heart and chest. I felt so good. I signed up immediately because I felt the difference from my day to day normal after my first visit. I go twice a week. The first couple weeks I felt I needed a third session; But with the exercises and heat packs; I was able to get through it. Now, I’m much better compared than the last 5 years of constant discomfort and pain. I highly recommend Dr Nukaya. The staff is amazing and everyone is so welcoming. So if anyone needs a fix, GO!! I’ve seen how different walk-in clinics do business, including other Joint Chiropractics in California. Most of the time they only do a couple of adjustments on where you need it the most and try to get you in and out as fast as possible. Dr. Nukaya is thorough and efficient every time from head to toe. He’s also gentler than other chiropractics I’ve seen and still gets the job done. He’s personable and caters to your needs. Char at the front desk is lovely as well. They have become a part of my wellness routine! This team is the only Joint Chiropractic I’ll go to. Can’t say enough good things about them.

Nothing but the highest praise for The Joint. I’ve been in significant pain for 2 years, and after nearly 2 months of treatment I am seeing huge results. Walk-in visits are quick with little to no waiting time. The Doctor is knowledgeable and can pin point my pain immediately. He has given me stretching and strengthening exercise which are also helping. The cost is affordable and is actually the same as my insurance co-pay, and the office is warm and welcoming.

I went in today to see if they could do my free consultation. It was free because I kept getting text messages saying that come on in will get you adjusted and whatever else well I go in I was not greeted very friendly. I said hello and went to the desk and I said that I would like to sign in for my free consultation and she said well have you been in an accident or are you in a workman's comp case and I told her that I have fallen and I might be in a workman's comp please but we're not doing it as workman's comp and she says well you have to see their providers not us. If you're going to get out free consultations please ask some questions before you actually give out free consultations or at least get someone nicer at the desk

Great place for people on the go that does not line up with traditional chiropractic hours. I like the “No Appointment” policy as well. Staff was great and Dr. did an amazing job.
