First time client- and I absolutely love this place! I’ve been having issues with my lower back for a while now. I’d been taking an anti inflammatory med that provided temporary relief.
My first visit was today and everyone was so warm and welcoming. Even saw an old friend.
Dr. Chavon did a great job explaining everything and was so attentive- she noticed my facial expressions that told her what I wasnt mentioning haha. After my adjustment-I felt sleepy. Dr. Chavon provided a treatment plan to help with my lower back pain. I’m happy I made the choice to visit this office today!! See you guys soon!

10/10 service! I’ve been a personal patient and have also taken my dad a couple times. I started going to The Joint in Aurora a few months ago and have been very happy with my experience. There’s no appointment necessary, the wait is never long, and the front desk staff is friendly and attentive. Dr. Alysha is very skilled and has helped me resolve some back pain I’ve been dealing with. But her friendly manner and cheerful disposition makes the experience so much better. I strongly recommend this location and Dr. Alysha for anyone who has been thinking about going to a chiropractor but has been putting it off for any number of reasons. Loved when I went to the joint to get corrected. That is until I cancelled my membership. I talked to a lady over the phone about cancelling my membership and I thought my membership was cancelled right after the conversation. Not the case. My account was charged the next month, which I just figured was for the month I cancelled and they just charged it the next month. Then the month after that my account was charged again. I called and they said they had no notes or anything of my account being cancelled so I filled out the cancellation form which no one told me to do the first time. I called them and asked if I could get the 2 months refunded, if not then at least one month because it’s not cheap. They then texted me and told me I could not get a refund and it wasn’t their policy when I wasn’t at fault for this issue. Unless you don’t plan on cancelling your membership or go in person to cancel, I wouldn’t go to the joint.

I have been in an IDOC facility for 16 months. I have been in pain the whole time. I was growing frustrated. My lower back, sciatica and hips had endured physical therapy, pharmaceuticals and other intrusive pain management procedures over the last 2 years. Each worked...for a period and yet I was still in pain. In desperation, I called my friend and she referred me to The Joint. I hobbled in and the doctor took me immediately. Of course, it hurt, but after 2 adjustments something was changing. I stretched at home..another 2 adjustments later, and I am operating with virtually no pain for 95% of the day! That is progress-all within 8 days! I have more adjustments and retraining of my spine and muscles to do but this approach is the most believable yet! Thanks so much!
