If i could give more than 5 stars I would! I was a new walk-in patient due to intense pain that needed an immediate solution. From the moment I walked in I was treated with kindness, compassion, and empathy. Everyone I came into contact with seemed genuinely concerned that I was in obvious pain. The doctors (I’ve seen Dr. Aaron and Dr. Tom so far) were clearly very intelligent and highly skilled, but also had wonderful bedside manner. Please consider this location for any chiropractic care - you’ll be so glad you did!

The team at The Joint Elgin is superb! Dr Aaron is the best of the best! His knowledge of the human body is beyond reproach. He takes his time to understand and EXPLAINS a pts needs, gives exercise recommendations to strengthen/help correct problem areas, continually has the pts needs addressed and reassessed. He is more than your average Chiropractor.. he cares about the pt and loves what he does! I would follow this Dr wherever he goes!
When he transferred to Elgin I was duly impressed by the staff as well! From check-in (Kaleigh, I believe) to the welcome from the other Drs and a beautiful, clean and well located facility!
I highly recommend The Joint Elgin and the ENTIRE staff there! Dr Aaron just happens to be this girls to go guy but you can't go wrong with any of the Drs you see at this facility! LOVE THE JOINT!!

Dr. Banks was wonderful. She explained the process very well and reassured me of my decision to give chiropractic treatment a chance. I felt more confident after I left. I’ve since been adjusted by two others at the facility. I realize this is not a quick fix. I’m having good and bad days (which is part of the process) so I will continue the recommended number of visits for at least three months before deciding my next steps.

I can't even find the words to express the relief my husband and I have since we began going to the office in Elgin. Not only did we get a full evaluation of what was wrong, we walked out with a plan to make it better, and to my surprise much of our aches and pains calmed down with the first adjustment! I have not felt this "free" of pain in years. Highly recommend to stop by and give it a try. No Ibuprofen for a month makes this my favorite place to visit!

I was referred by my wife to The Joint because I have been having lower back issues with work and recently my sciatica and lower back developed a sharp pain. I was welcomed very politely and walked through every step of the visit. Dr. Victoria took very good care of addressing my concerns and pain and was able to pinpoint what care and adjustments would be needed to help. After the adjustment I am still sore but it's a good sore as they informed me would happen and I am able to get through my work day with improved flexibility and minor aches. Love this place, every week I go in sore and leave feeling much better. I am on my feet all day and I also sleep in a weird position, so my back is all messed up. I have been going to The Joint for over two years and I have recently become a regular at the Elgin location after Dr. Alexis transferred there. I am currently pregnant for the second time and I love that she will set up the table so that I can still lay face down for part of my adjustments and that she is very thorough in addressing my specific areas of pain. Getting weekly adjustments has made a huge difference in managing the aches and pains in both of my pregnancies and daily life with a small child. I use to be an Elite gymnast, so I have a horrible back before I even turned 29 years old. I had been trying to find a good chiropractor but paying $40 co pay per visit for insurance seemed insane to me for how many times I needed to be adjusted per month (or I wake up and it hurts to walk). So I turned to the wellness plan $69 cash per month for 4 monthly adjustments at The Joint. I was a little skeptical about not being X-Rayed at first but their unique consultation and 1st adjustment justified that, so ended up being completely happy. The two main girls at the front desk are completely awesome and they make you feel comfortable when the doctors are swamped with patients and they are really good at making small talk so you are not just staring at a wall awkwardly waiting for an available doctor. There is usually 2 doctors for 3 tables now but that's for their safety protocol for Co-Vid 19 social distancing. Which I'll respectfully wait in line to follow CDC guidelines.

I truly enjoy every time I come in. I feel so much better after I leave and my back pain has improved. I also love the convenience that it takes no more than 20 minutes. I've had lower back pain for over 10 years being a multi-sport athlete. To better improve my life, I started visiting the Joint in October 2020. The front desk worker is always warm and inviting. I've been specifically working with Dr. Tom and Dr. Robinson. Both are personable, explain the science behind it all and know exactly what they are doing. I've seen signifigant decrease in back pain and I sleep much better at night than I had in the months prior. Highly recommend for any athlete or individual experiencing any kind of body pain.

When it comes to chiropractic care, this spot is 100%. The doctors there are so nice and knowledgeable. They ease any anxiety and even laugh and joke around with us. Shout out to Dr. Tom and Dr. Robinson! I've worked with them the most and they have gotten me to walk without pain and on the path to healthy joint movement. The doctors use all sorts of methods to fit your needs. I was concerned about being a bigger woman, but they do such a great job. The last adjustment was like a party in my neck!

I have been going to this location for the past two months and all 3 doctors are great! I have mostly worked with Dr. Tom & Dr. Robinson and they are very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a lower back pain and they have helped me stay on course and showed different stretching exercises that i can continue doing at home and it has helped me tremendously. This place is spotless and of course stays vigilant with masking and sanitizing. Both doctors are great but have their own strengths. I believe my relieve came from the combination of their two treatment styles. I had a very stubborn back issue that I believe was relieved due to the combination of the two of them. Once I had them both doing their thing, I started getting better quickly. If you only use one of the doctors,,, I recommend getting the "hybrid" multiple doctor adjustments and see how it works out for you. There are different treatments between them and that's what I believe helped me. Besides all of that they are very kind and polite to everyone and just have a friendly demeanor over all. That goes a long way I'm book. So, if you're on the fence about trying the Joint Place, think no more and just give it a try. I think l you will be pleasantly surprised. No appointments and you're in and out faster than any doctors appointment. It's so quick and convenient that you can stop in and get adjusted on your way to somewhere else,,, like Xmas shopping. ????????????

Dr. Robinson was the doctor that seen me and I'm definetely not trying to be biased but I had seen Dr. Robinson at another practice. I was so glad when I walked in and saw him. I have a lot of serious medical issues and past serious surgeries. He knows how to adjust me and shows a lot of care when adjusting me. And my personal opinion is he makes The Joint Chiropractic a better place for continued health care for your body. He is a rock star in my book!
