    No off to a great start with this location. I’ve been to two other locations in other States in the past & had decent experiences. I come today, because I am in pain & in need badly of an adjustment & they’re closed. A sign claims they lost power, and while that may be true, they clearly didn’t wait long enough because all the other businesses around them have power. Seems they didn’t want to work today. Also, the adjustment I got earlier this week felt rushed & was subpar, I left with not even a small improvement of feeling better. I have to supplement coming here with my regular chiropractor because he’s not open late hours or on weekends, and now I’m incredibly frustrated I can’t get an adjustment today because they didn’t wait long enough for the power to come back on. I regret buying a package that I am now obligated to use.

    Awesome experience, I went there for my first time with serious lower back pain. I filled out the paper work, and was being treated within 15mins. I walked out of there feeling so much better. The chiropractor knew what he was doing, and could tell where my pain was coming from before we started. The prices are good, packages are awesome, and the way you feel walking out is the best part.     Coming to The Joint Chiropractic has been life changing. Shy at the front desk is always amazing and so friendly and knows what she is doing, it's very noticed when she is not in the office.     Very informative, went for the first time ever and was really nervous. Dr Gallagher took the time to explain everything that he was going to do after assessment and this has been a game changer.     When I originally cancelled my plan, I was told by one of the doctors that I had to come in person and couldn't cancel via email (which is incorrect and against their policy). I was contacted by the owner, who apologized and let me know the doctor who told me that was let go. I was also comped a few visits to make up for it.     I was a patient at the Salem NH clinic for several years and only stopped because I moved out of the area. That location is fantastic and Dr Salem is amazing. I hear she’s now in Manchester. When they opened a location in Saugus closer to where I now live I was happy to become a patient there. It was all going great until my PCP recommended that I not have my neck adjusted anymore until the pinched nerve was better. Assuming that would be forever since it has been a problem for years I called the clinic to let them know I needed to cancel my “flex plan”. I was met with understanding and told that my dr requesting I stop was a reason to allow me to get out of the contract, but they had to check with the owner. I received and email from the WC two days later and was told “she unfortunately was not met with a direct yes or no answer, but if I would have to take a guess I would say that when signing the flex plan there is a 6 month commitment that needs to be made before any changes or cancellations can be made”. It was suggested that against dr’s advice I continue to come in. It should be also said that I went to my PCP at the request of the Chiropractor who would not treat my neck that day because of the pain in my scalp. Now at this point the WC had reached out to the owner on my behalf and since then the Manager of another location reached out to the owner and I assume manager (Josh & Thad) and still no response. Since my $120.00 is what’s most important to Josh and Thad, they can keep it, but I caution others from “joining” that clinic. Patient care is not what is important to them, it’s all about the money

    I have been apart of the joint family for the last few years, I am a traveling healthcare provider (ultrasound). It's very helpful that they are nation wide. But they are not all created equal. I found myself talking more than getting adjusted. Which is fine, it was my first visit at this location. Ken asked several times if I was there on a work man's comp situation? I explained repeatedly that I get adjusted while working for prevention, as my job is very demanding on my body. He was to soft on the touch and did not get the job done. Luckily there are other locations in the Boston area. I ended up going to the Dedham location where I met Don. He is fantastic really knows his anatomy and knew all the hot spots that I needed taken care the moment I mentioned ultrasound. He also works in Wapole on the weekends. I will follow this gentleman all over this town to get the care he gives. I am on the monthly health plan as weekly visits are best for my care. Good luck with the Saugus location my money will be going elsewhere!
