Very unhappy they got rid of Dr Joel. He’s been taking care of me for well over a year now. I have a tricky neck and he’s one of the few who handles it great. Just got adjusted by Dr Dylan, he’s timid, doesn’t use enough pressure and you can tell how inexperienced he is. Very unhappy with this change

If I could fill up 1/4 of a star I would.
My mother worked for a chiropractor in Eagan for almost 20 years. I was fortunate to get adjustments anytime I wanted or needed them. I would say it was something I took for granted as I got older and no longer had this extra benefit in my life.
The reason this review is so low isn’t because the men who are adjusting me are not kind or respectful, they all were.
It’s because the time and effort was lacking at 99.9%. I was actually adjusted so I can’t say they did nothing. I know that my entire life and the stress, the needs I have should have been at least acknowledged. They were not! In fact it felt like they just wanted to push me out the door. No insight, no suggestions nothing. Just here’s a crack there’s one and on my way..
Honestly this is the worst kind of situation. I am giving you this feedback because of you think you will succeed with gaining clients… I hope you DO NOT! As consumers we buy into trends and we have a tendency to accept less than what we are paying and deserve.
I think you should all do the right things and either get a different position, profession or the right and easy thing to do is, open yourself to others. You are in the profession of helping. Try caring a bit more. It’s amazing what a little more effort and time can do for a person. Maybe then you would want to help heal instead of causing a questionable, and uncomfortable situation where I am wasting my time typing this poor review. That’s what I think. The poorest possible place you can go. But this is why you are here “joint chiropractic “ you do NOT accept insurance and I may know why!!! Get it together. You are educated, right!? Use it. Is this all you want in life? Does this make you happy?
Reach higher and actually assist and help. Wow! Is what I say because this is the 2nd review I have ever written. You deserve it!! I hope you change your practices before the economy or disrupted and diseased individuals but you down for good.

People who know me, knows the emphasis I put on the importance of recovery. I do all sorts with massages, cupping, deep tissue body work, cryotherapy, compression boots, etc... I take recovery VERY SERIOUS. We need to take care of our bodies, because we only have one. For far too many years, I did not put myself, my health, or my body anywhere on my list of priorities. So once I did, I knew I needed to take care of it. I needed to try to fix the damage I did to my health and body inside and out and figure out how to maintain what I was fixing. As my lifestyle changed incorporating tossing weights around, I needed to ensure that I kept everything loosened up, aligned, and functioning properly as to not cause injury.When you do what you can to tear muscle, to build, Recovery Is Essential! I need to keep my body in peak working condition at all times. I started at a chiropractor, but with work, travel, and always not being able to align my schedule with the one location, I found The Joint. Honestly, this place has saved me. They are located all over, so with my Wellness Plan, whether I am out of state, out running errands, or at home, I have a location close by to do a walk-in for a quick adjustment. This allows me the freedom of no appointment necessary, no schedule juggling, and being able to know that in a matter of minutes I will be adjusted and on my way. My "home" location is the Roseville Minnesota location. Dr. Mitch as been absolutely Amazing on helping me. What I thought was a lower back issue that I never mentioned, he located and in a quick adjustment of my hip I have been pain-free after thinking it was going to be one of those constant chronic issues. Pain No More! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Mitch!

Because I was traveling in the area, I was glad to find a well reviewed chiropractic clinic where I could be seen immediately. I have only been to this clinic twice, and therefore I have not worked with each of the chiropractors on staff, but that said those two adjustments were both among the best I have ever received. Direct, fast work, and affordable even without insurance. I mean at 60$ a month with 4 visits, you can't really beat that. The doctors are good, talk well and work efficent. They have places around the US incase you travel as well? For the price and work they do, its worth checking this place out.

Dr. Mitch and his staff have been awesome. The staff at the front desk are always kind and helpful. They respond to any and all questions one might have about health and paperwork. For the past 3 years, I have had pain in my hip and lower back area, which most doctors or massage therapist have done little to help alleviate. After about a month of coming in to see Dr. Mitch, he was able to sort out what was happening and adjust things so that the pain is gone, and my movement is easier.
