I have always gone to a “traditional“ chiropractor where you book an appointment days or weeks in advance and then wait. My back was bothering me, so I decided to give the Joint a try. Incredible that I got to consult with the doctor and receive an adjustment offer for $29! I’ve been three or four times since for various issues, some related to me being a runner. I am always in and out in 10 minutes or less, and the improvement is noticeable. I would recommend The Joint to anyone in need of chiropractic care.

I went for my free consultation on August 8th. The "doctor" who performed my consultation was a student at Logan. I was not aware of this until I was at the desk making my first payment. I would NEVER have allowed a student to work on me had I known. He was definitely out of his league as far as I'm concerned. I am a 68 year old woman with severe hip and leg pain. I was given a few exercises to perform, with little instruction. I did not feel heard. He ignored some of my symptoms ( tingling right leg). He told me I would eventually need a hip replacement but did not think I needed x-rays. ????
I went in today to get my money refunded. I went a little bit crazy. I was not very nice to Jess. I was angry and in pain. Still, there is no excuse for rudeness to an employee. I apologized to Jess and she graciously accepted my apology.
Despite having not one session, my case will need to be reviewed before I am refunded. Really?? The consult was free. I have had no additional visits. Why is there a dispute regarding a refund? I feel duped. And scammed.
And dumb. Shame on me for not doing my due diligence. Many similar reviews can be found on the corporate website. People being charged for months despite asking for refunds and filling out the correct paperwork.

Absolutely wonderful experience!
I have herniated and bulging discs in my lumbar and cervical spine. Top that off with some sciatic pain and it's not something anybody wants. Mine was a first time experience with chiropractic care and I could not be more pleased. From the moment I walked through the Creve Coeur door, perky little blonde Richelle was completely on her game to help me. Dr. Nick was beyond amazing and I know will get me back to the very best possible version of me!
The feeling of being able to move more easily can't be explained in words. I feel better, happier, and younger!!!
If you have any physical issues, I highly recommend Dr. Nick and staff - you just can't go wrong with them!!
PS when you read this, Creve Coeur office - know I wanted to give you a thousand platinum stars instead of the 5 little ones available!!! Thank you for giving "Me" back!!

About 2.5 years ago I lost the ability to move my left leg. I was able to gain majority use again through PT, but it would still on occasion stop being able to move. Countless tests, MRI's, neurologists were stumped. Finally a chiropractor was able to adjust and get muscles to function - was the 3rd chiropractic tried. Then we moved from Texas to St. Louis and a colleague at work suggested The Joint. At first I was skeptical, but then met Dr. Nick Divan and limped in with a cane and walked out without it. Having one's mobility and life back is incredible. Now my daughter (a swimmer) sees Dr. Nick as well to help with her swimming related should. I'd recommend Dr. Nick to anyone!
