I was pleased to find out that Dr Lance Hatch was working at the Wentzville location. Which is so much closer to home for me. The care I receive at The Joint has always been good. However, the Wentzville location really needs to hire a front desk person - the chiropractors should be able to fully focus on each patient, not running up to check the lobby for new arrivals. This is not a reflection of the doctors, but the management of the facility. Care is being rushed because of short staffing.

Wentzville twice has got me right in as a walk in, walked in all gimpy at 30% and I walked out feeling 90%. 4 hours later and almost 100%. I recommend purchasing 6 or more visits asap as the visit prices are about to increase and they never expire.

This is my 1st experience with a chiropractor and these people definitely know what they're doing! I can definitely feel a significant improvement in the pain I've been dealing with for well over a decade!! Between my sciatic nerve pain, SI joint pain and osteoarthritis, I've been looking for some kind of relief that wasn't medicated. I find the Joint Chiropractic to be very convenient with the way they allow walk-ins + open 7 days a week. They have very kind and supportive staff members who listen about your discomfort and give guidance and physical adjustments accordingly. Additionally, they give stretching techniques that you could do at home to help relieve said areas of discomfort. I remember a visit where I had pain in my calves, so after they performed physical adjustments, they also gave me some techniques to stretch my calves. I had trouble understanding their explanation, so they kindly guided me through a demonstration until I understood. The next day after doing said techniques, my body, including my calves, felt tremendously better. What I'm trying to say is, The Joint Chiropractic is a great place to go for aches in the body. If a friend, coworker, or someone I know has been feeling that way consistently, I will definitely recommend the Joint Chiropractic to them.

I have been a member of The Joint Chiropractic for 2 years now but recently moved into the Wentzville area. I came to this Wentzville location with an extremely painful knee injury that was starting to also cause me back issues. Dr. Chris was the doctor who treated me. He listened to me carefully and assessed my injury to come up with a treatment plan. In one week I went from being practically bed ridden to being able to walk, in just 5 visits with him. Dr. Chris is even teaching me how to walk as to not aggravate my injury and inhibit my healing. I am extremely pleased with my care here. I have enjoyed my two years as a patient and highly recommend The Joint! More specifically the Wentzville location.

They raised their single visits as a company, this isnt this individual's problem but made it really challenging for me. Used to be 40 now 55 it used to be so easy to go here but that extra 15 makes a huge difference especially for sub par adjustments i can pay that price for a single visit from a place who charges like 230-300 a month. I get it they really want you to buy a plan but i loathe this decision.

Excellent experience with the chiropractic team at The Joint in Wentzville! Dr Chris got me all straightened out as a new patient and fixed a pinched nerve on the first try! (It was the first time in my life to have experienced complete pain relief instantaneously after a chiropractic adjustment!!) Dr Brandon’s seen me twice to realign things and provided some excellent instruction and realignment as well. Great team. Highly recommend (including the front office team)! Beware. Read the contract in its entirety! I thought I was signing up for a package deal for x amount of visits, for x amount of dollars. I did not realize I was signing a two month minimum contract for a reoccurring monthly membership. Who ever is behind the play on words when you sign up is certainly crafty, I’ll give them that! Because I would most DEFINITELY not have signed, if this were clearly, orally communicated to me, as the lady I spoke to from your office argued she had done. I certainly hope this contract is , in fact, now cancelled as the lady at your front desk told me she would now cancel it. And I see from other reviews, this is an ongoing issue with other clients, as well!

We go to “The Joint”. In Wentzville. I want everyone to know how wonderful my experience has been coming here. We are on a monthly program which makes it super affordable since both my husband and I have each been going through stuff. I have to say that these are the best chiropractors that I’ve ever been to. I have had so many issues with my arms stiffness because of auto immune. Amanda first saw me. She listened and was very helpful. Other days I saw Chris. Man he was so good at helping my kneck and arms He is also very nice. Brandon worked on me once. He too was very helpful. Each of them have their great strengths. I would suggest anyone who needs help should visit this chiropractic clinic.

I have fibromyalgia, lymphedema, lipedema and many more issues. I am so stiff or stiffen as I try to walk. Couldn’t even use vacuum cleaner. I’ve seen so many specialist and major tests including spinal tap. I’ve had injections in neck, back, hips etc, sprained and broke ankle. I struggle everyday for 3 years just to walk or stand more than few seconds. Balance and lifting feet to get socks or shoes on or getting clothes on or getting in and out of tub has been difficult. Injections only help a little and shouldn’t have due to other disorders being aggravated by them. I’ve seen chiropractors all my life in many states and most are good but I’ve only bragged and spread word on only one. Until now, Dr. Chris spent so much time getting to know me and listening to me about my disorders, problems moving everyday, and tests I’ve had done. I had given up lately and it is what it is even though I’m only 53 yrs old. I barely could stand due to buldging discs to add to spine issues. My legs are very weak and so heavy all the way to bottom of feet. Everything gets so tight and stiff and range of motion is so limited. Dr. Chris studied physical therapy before becoming a chiropractor and I feel that is one reason why is was able to help me so much more than any specialist or physical therapist in last few years. He released something in my mid back that was so tight. It was painful for that part but holy moly I felt relief so quickly. He also did so much for buldging disc and range of motion in feet and ankles. I’ve never had any doctors help w my feet and ankles like he did and it helped!! I’ve been offered so many more surgeries and I just don’t want any more if possible. In two visits I finally stand 5ft2 tall again. My balance is much better. I have a fear of falling now because I have fallen so many times. Standing up again definitely helps that now. Long way to go but I’m not going any where else or back and forth for a while. He spent more than few minutes on me and helped all over and not just one or two places. I appreciate him so much! I found out a family member had gone to same place and said that’s best his back had felt in years finally. Turns out he also saw Dr. Chris! He is amazing and I know he will help others the same. I would follow him if he went elsewhere because I feel like he’s putting me back together, has gave me hope, and truly listens and goes above and beyond. Wish I would have known about him earlier. I don’t usually write reviews either. You should definitely request him!! Five stars isn’t enough, he’s definitely a 10 star review!

Walk inside, roughly 20 mins after opening. Tell the lady at the counter that I’m new. She tells me they probably won’t be able to get me in today but can do something Monday. There’s one person sitting in the lobby and the big sign outside says “We take walk ins”. My back is as stiff as a board but I’ll be dammed if they get my business.

Definitely recommend this place. I had severe sciatic nerve pain and was in pain so much I wasn’t sleeping well at all. I was in pain all day and it was interfering with just daily activities. This place is great! No longer need to book an appointment and wait days to get worked on when I’m in pain; I just walk in and within a few minutes I’m getting adjusted. Best part is on a monthly plan I get 4 visits per month and it’s only $20 a visit 1/2 the price of anyplace else I’ve ever been to.

I have went a few times. I hurt my back really bad a few weeks ago, and it was late in the afternoon when everybody was closing. This is the only place with late hours & my ex-husband recommended them. Today was my best visit. I think it’s the luck of the draw on who you get to help you that day, but today was definitely the best. I love their late hours just in case & I usually can walk right in and not wait. I’ve been to many chiropractors over the years, so this is not new to me. But I am still a new client, I will update if need be, but definitely satisfied at this point. ?

We definitely like The Joint Wentzville! Everyone is friendly. The hours are convenient. I’d love if they opened a little earlier though. I’ve had many great chiropractors over the year we’ve been there. I’d say as far as improvement goes…maybe opening a bit earlier. As far as adjustments go…most of the doctors are extremely knowledgeable. Some we’ve had don’t know how to adjust specific areas. But overall we like it here!

Today I had my first adjustment in 8 months, due to life getting busy, and my longstanding distate for Wentzville traffic. Kind of a longish wait on this Monday morning, about 20 minutes as I recall. Nonetheless, after my bones made all the requisite clicks and pops I felt "repaired" or if you prefer "properly assembled". If you've never tried chiropractic, give it a go. For the price of a movie ticket and popcorn you might be surprised what a few minutes can do to correct issues you may not even realize you have.

The staff here is amazing! I went in with a terrible pain a few weeks ago and within 3 visits I felt so much better! I've seen two doctors (I believe their names are Kaylee and Danielle) and they are both very nice and sweet, always ask how I'm doing/feeling when I go in, and they always give me exercise ideas to help with the pain. Would highly recommend!!!! Plus, getting your back popped is always nice!

Dr Gary did a great adjustment on my back and neck. The office is very clean and sanitary. I was able to get in and adjusted quickly. The membership is good at all the other joint locations. I highly recommend going here for all chiropractic needs.

the joint in Wentzville is by far the best chiropractor I've been to since moving to Missouri over 2 years ago. After filling out paper work all you have to do is walk in and scan a key tag, longest I've ever had to wait was maybe 5 minutes. Both chiropractors are amazing and really know there stuff, they do a full cracking including your neck so long as you are comfortable with all the different positions and don't let Dr. Price fool you she may be petite but she does an amazing job! I've been to a few female chiropractors in the past and they always seemed to be afraid or just couldn't really get you to pop..... I would recommend this place to anyone needing a new chiropractor, the price is the most affordable too. I recommend getting the monthly package of 4 visits, if you need an extra visit it's only an extra $10 bucks! I just don't see how you could find a better deal anywhere else, you'd be crazy to go anywhere else. I recommend 110% ?

Had never been to a chiropractor for myself until I started going here. My job is very hard on my back and neck. I didn't realize how bad I was feeling until I completed my first visit. I have been adjusted by both Drs and I am very happy with both of them. Everyone there is very friendly and personable. I highly recomend them if you are looking for a chiropractor. Dr. Joe is a phenomenal chiropractor and I highly recommend giving him a visit. This was my first time ever getting adjusted and he took the time to listen to my concerns, explain the potential causes and some of the issues he noticed in depth, and offer some simple changes to help alleviate some of the persistent problems. After the first adjustment I noticed immediate relief and felt far more relaxed leaving. Now, after a I follow treatment plan Dr. Joe recommended, my lower back pain is nigh on nonexistent, I'm sleeping more at night, and enjoying being more relaxed during my daily activities. The facility is very clean and spacious and the staff is friendly and provides exemplary customer service. I will continue to go back after my treatment plan is done.

This place is so awesome ! I never had to make an appointment except on my first time in and they are open 7 days a week. So affordable and much less than my copay with insurance. I have paid a lot more in the past at other places and the adjustment I received was not even close !! I have seen small children, expecting mothers, elderly all come in and leave with a smile.
