I would give ZERO stars if I could!!! The most unprofessional chiropractor office I’ve visited! I called the day before to schedule an appointment because I was in unbelievable pain. They told me they scheduled my appointment and I filled out the paperwork immediately per their request. I took off work to go. When I arrived the next day I was told there was no appointment scheduled. The front desk lady was so extremely rude and unprofessional. She told me I was lying about making said appointment and that I would have to wait at least an hour to be seen. I will never visit this place again and urge you to do the same unless you want to be treated like an idiot. I would rather be in pain and than give them a dollar of my money. Businesses should ensure that the first line of contact (front desk) have some sense of being polite and welcoming.

Bennett has helped me completely turn around rehabbing my knee, and I’m almost back to where I was a couple years ago before I had my son—which is honestly insane. Beyond the work itself, he’s been super honest about not being a cure-all and made it clear there’d be work I needed to put in outside of seeing him to really get back on track, which I appreciated. Replying to owner based on comment on my last review- you would have my last name in the system as Madison and I’m rating you poorly due to the fact that I came in today to cancel my daughters membership and was told because it wasn’t 2 days in advance I’m still being charging for this month. Last month you charged me on the 12th today on the 9th. But I still try to cancel today and since you already charged me you won’t give me a refund. I find that to be poor practice and just ridiculous. I’m paying for something I can’t use.

Once the Dr was done with the examination she explained what was going on and why I was in the amount of pain that I was experiencing. The Dr the adjusted me and told me I'd be sore. I was the only patient in the entire building. They close at 7:00 pm. I got there at 6:30 on the dot and they wouldn’t see me. Said I had to fill out paperwork and with the adjustment that would take 30 minutes and that would be 7pm! I’m actually very upset and am In pain. Receptionist told me to go to urgent care!?!?!? Hugh? I have what I believe is a pinched nerve in my shoulder. I will never ever go back there and I have been going there for years. Dr and receptionist watching me as I drive away. Dr fully heard the conversation with the receptionist and chose not to see me in case the appointment runs right up to 7pm or a minute later.

Everybody, there was super friendly that doc was awesome knowledgeable and skilled. Unfortunately, it struck me as Subscription Scheme, they wanted to Charge my credit card automatically every month. Much like those online and app subscriptions that you forget about and they go on charging you month after month. The only way to cancel the membership is to do it in person. So they make it difficult to get out of. That is something I am not comfortable with. For that reason, I will not be returning.

A few months ago I went to this office for a neck pain, which ended up sending me to the hospital, the point is that after 3 months I looked in the bank account and saw that every month they were withdrawing money from me. I would give zero stars for this if I could. This place is a joke, when I was in Lincoln and paid for services in advance, that was fine. Since I have moved, they want me to travel over 100 miles to come get adjusted when I have found a local chiropractor. They have refused to refund the money the took from me and this is extremely unprofessional. After sending a complaint to the corporates office I doubt anything will be done. would not recommend getting treated here.

Good place if you can get in. Five times I have been there when a new patient is ahead of you. Everything grinds to a halt while they process the new patient. Everybody else waits for 30 to 45 minutes until they are done. I have seen four and five people waiting while a new patient is being taken care of and processed. They need to change there process for that. Tried to get in twice today. Both time new patient ahead of me and others. They turned away two return patients because they were processing a new patient I am done. Five times this has happened to me. I will go where I can get an appointment

Been back in there twice now just went in few minutes ago paid full price she popped 2 bones and said done. I'm in wise pain now than before cause they refuse to adjust everything that is needed to be adjusted ever sense my doctor died I can't get anything properly adjusted from them yet still have to pay full price for barely any work performed. I'm a trucker so when I get the chance to stop it's extremity important that they get everything not to mention I'm paying fir that service. I have a spinal injury and when I say adjust everything I mean it. It's imparting that I get a full adjustment. And again I'm paying for one. I'm sitting here at truck stop now totally out of money and time in pain wise than before. Thanks a lot but I consider that theft of service. P.s. not that you care but I'm sitting here in the parking lot taking pain pills to kill the pain I now have that I did not have prior to you working on me. Your services have literally went in the toilet. Absolutely unreal.

Good people and great prices. As long as you don't mind waiting a bit for your appointment the flexibility is incredible to just walk in and be seen. And the delay is usually not excessive. EDIT: For the record, they DO try to push the wellness plan. You get 4 visits per month for 79 dollars, use them or lose them. If that is not what you want, buy individual visits. At times they are very busy, and probably cycle thru patients faster than some may like. They do NOT take insurance. At 20 bucks a visit this is an incredible value IMO, if you need/want care on a regular basis. I have amended my review after reading others criticizing the business practices of this office and I think that is unfair. I have been in the lobby countless times when they explained the way it worked, and would not deal with them if they were deceptive. They are also very up front about the level of care the can provide (no xrays, massage machines or extended treatments). If it is not right for you, I suggest you find a different Chiropractor that will charge you more. I hereby affirm I am a patient at this office and was NOT paid in ANY way for this review. Don't waste your time. They charge you monthly whether you need the adjustments or not and whether you have appointments or not. They did a poor job of explaining the contract you sign and that is my fault for not reading it. When I got my adjustments, I was in and out and felt like I was recieving the absolute bare minimum. I went maybe 3 times the first month and I was really disappointed in the services provided so I stopped going. I've now been charged for 3 months and they are unwilling to give a refund. A subscription service for a chiropractor is a garbage business practice, in my opinion. From my experience, they just want your money, that's it. Edit: In response to your response. An apology won't put that wasted money back in my pocket. In no way was it expressed that it was even optional. There was a communication error on your end and sub-par services. Make it right.

The Joint in Lincoln is a terrific chiropractic option! It is also a great value. Paying a monthly fee saves a significant amount of money! If you visit for 2 adjustments a month, it is less expensive than the cash price of any other chiropractor in town. The staff is generally very helpful and courteous. I really enjoy Dr. Bennett! He has such a wealth of knowledge of the physical body, the proper function, treatment, and nutrition needed. They only improvement that could be made is to have Dr. Bennett at The Joint more than 2 or 3 days a week. Since I live 30 miles away, I have to plan my trips to Lincoln around his schedule. It is inconvenient, but I make it work. I would definitely recommend The Joint for chiropractic care!

I've been to many chiropractors all over the USA and Mexico. In Lincoln and Omaha alone it's been dozens. Dr. Bill at the Joint is by far one of the best chiropractors I've found. We live in Cabo during the winter months. The chiropractor I go to in Cabo San Lucas used to work with the 49ers football team. He is one of the best around. Every time I come back to Cabo he can't believe my spine. I kept telling him I can't find a chiropractor that can help me. I arrived in Cabo a few days ago and my chiropractor said you need to tell your new chiropractor in Lincoln... your spine is the best it's ever been coming back to Cabo . I've been to dozens of "Joint's" around the country and Dr Bill Pohlen hands down is the best I have been adjusted by. After 28 hours of driving my neck and upper back were a complete mess. For 3 straight days, Dr Pohlen adjusted me and with each passing day I was feeling better and better. He was careful not to push the adjustments past what he felt I could handle at the time. Gradual adjustments and he was right to do so. My back will be back!

ALERT! Do not go here. I called this office and asked if I could be adjusted even though I have a Spinal Cord Stimulator and another bone issue. The rude male that answered the phone said I would have to come there, pay a fee and then discuss it with a chiropractor. He refused to ask the chiropractor one simple question and kept repeating I needed to pay in order to get an answer. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS! I told him I wasn't paying to ask this type of question and requested the person's name and told him I wanted to file a complaint. He claimed I was being rude and hung up on me.

Not the most precise, if you just want something adjusted i guess they’re alright. Also very odd that when it was my first time here they made sure to get the existing customers in before my longer appointment, but on my second visit, they made multiple existing customers wait 40 minutes for a new patient who wasn’t even done with their paperwork. Definitely worried about money more than patients health. Update: it has nothing to do with staffing shortages, if I am checked in before someone has done their paperwork (making them not a patient yet) then the existing patient/customer HAS to be prioritized. Just make that new person wait 5 more minutes, ITS NOT THAT DIFFICULT.

???STAY AWAY!!!???Concerned about $$$. Not the patients. 70 yr old Mother visiting from Arizona for Christmas, slipped on ice day before arriving in Lincoln for Christmas. She spent an hour filling out paperwork for a "membership" so she could get an adjustment & not be in pain. Filled out paperwork only to find out they dont accept her Medicare insurance. Refused treatment & wouldnt take cash. Said her pain wasn't their problem. All on Christmas Eve!!100% the worst chiropractic experience my elderly mother has ever had! When I went myself previously, they spent 50 minutes explaining in unnecessary detail, the History of Chriopractors across the world. Spent less than 5 minutes unsuccessfully "adjusting" my back. They SUCK!! Their business model focuses on profit over customer satisfaction. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Worst Joint location Ive been to and I’ve been to multiple locations all over the country. Only one doctor on duty in a Saturday, which is the busiest day. Then he micromanages the girl up front, who has decided to bring her baby to work as well which just makes everything take longer. Patients were skippedas well. Just really unprofessional and nowhere near efficient. Glad this was a pass-through visit. Won’t stop here again. Adjustment wasn’t bad though. Dr Kyle is a nice guy, the store experience is just very mismanaged.

Quality is sacrificed for "convenience." The adjustments are not thorough or personalized at all. I waited forever in the waiting area just to have a 30 second consultation and an adjustment that wasn't much longer. I have been to other chiropractors and this one is by far the least bang for your buck. They are open late though!

By far my best experience at a chiropractic office!!! I had severe back and hip pain throughout my pregnancy and I'm not sure I could have made it through the work week without my weekly visit to the Joint! Highly recommended!

I went in today, never been to a chiropractor before..... didn't have to make an appointment and didn't wait long either, which is GREAT! I i like the idea of just stopping in whenever needed without making an appointment! I do recommend this doctor, specially if you are like me just walk in whenever you needed.

This is the first time I have been to a chiropractor and I was very impressed. I had some issues with my hip after a recent accident. I walked in w/o an appointment and they got me right in. After a few adjustments, I was feeling great again! Didn't expect it to be that immediate. Overall, great experience and I will be back if more issues arise!

At first I wasn't sure how I enjoyed the layout of the place and the "lack of doctor office" feel since I can't get the post adjustment therapy I did at my old chiropractor. However, I love that I get in and out so quickly and the price is right.

I finally found what I was looking for in chiropractic care with Dr Kyle at The Joint! Dr Kyle listened to me and tailored his "routine" to me. There's no fluff, I can get adjusted quickly (which fits in great with my schedule), and Dr Kyle is great at what he does. He won't suggest additional care or visits if you truly don't need it. This place is definitely worth it!
