I felt like I was invisible to the staff. I walk in and they asked me to scan a chip of some sort and I didn’t know what that was, so they asked me to take a seat. I sat down while 4 others walked in and were helped, one of which wasn’t there previously and had to fill out paperwork. I sat for about 15-20minutes was never handed any paperwork, and yet someone who was there after me was able to get help before me? I been to this business one other time pre-Covid when they were located on Whitney Ranch. They had much better customer service then, and I don’t think I’ll ever be returning to this place because they didn’t give any quality of customer service to me at all. Told to sit down and was forgotten about.

Dr. Colgin was the best thing ever! He made me feel so good! I havn't been adjusted for years and came into the Joint because it was close to home and I LOVED the adjustment! The walk in service was amazing as well!

This place is very basic and very cheap. Unfortunately I won’t be coming back because they only know basic things. If you want someone to crack your back and neck this is the place. But if you need a real chiropractor look elsewhere. This place is a waste of time.

I first discovered The Joint about five or six years when my regular chiropractor was out of town. Having said that I have dealt with lower back pain on and off for the past 36 years. What I've learned from going to The Joint is that not all doctors are for all patients. What I mean by that is my lower back is about as tight as a guitar string, my former chiropractor used to tell me he gets a work out adjusting me. I've had good and not so good experiences at The Joint, when Dr. Jeff Keysar was there I knew I was going to get a good adjustment, the same as when Dr. Julie adjust me as well as Dr. Stanton. I've been adjusted by Dr. Owen and just can't have him adjust me anymore, he does fine with my neck and when using levers on the drop table, when he adjust me I'm on my side it doesn't feel like he did anything. I wasn't sure I would like the extremity adjustment Dr. Julie does but after seeing her several times I've warmed up to that adjustment. Overall my experience at The Joint has been good. I don't know the names of the girls working at the front desk but they are always friendly when I visit.

The waiting room had too much sunlight from the setting sun and the receptionist refused, due to managerial instruction, via phone to use the sun blinds. The doctors are good. The receptionist could use much more customer service training.

I believe it's an amazing experience with great advice. But unfortunately, I was never reimbursed, I got charged twice in one day, as I explained to the receptionist, she stated she would not charge me for this day and still did. Into respect to not giving five stars???? and hesitant on going back again????

Doctor Owens is number one. I met many doctors from any clinic , hospital, eyes doctor, surgery doctor, ER doctor, etc. But doctor Owens is number one on top of all doctors I met before. He treated patients with all his heart. He is a nice man. Any patients have their questions, he always listened carefully. I still keep a member with the Joint Chiropractic and see doctor Owens every week. Sometimes my back pain, I went to twice a week. I will see doctor Owens only.

This was my first time going to a chiropractor without needing an appointment first. I was a little skeptical, but it has been great so far! I like being able to go in whenever I have time, and I have never waited for more than 10 minutes to be seen. Dr. Owens and Dr. Grove have both been great and really take the time to make sure all of my issues are taken care of during my visit. I highly recommend these chiropractors to everyone!

This follows up the long review I just added. Just a note to anyone about the wait or who goes when. They do allow you to swipe your card and if the wait is longer than 15 minutes, you can leave and they'll call you 15 minutes before your turn. I don't see any reason why someone can't go 1/2 mile away to Sprouts (which I did last time) to pick up a few things then call comes in, I zip right back. This was WAY better for my back too as I could walk and shop and not just sit there when the wait was about an hour. Many, many of my friends love the idea to get things done rather than waste time on a cell phone sitting in one seat. Just my two cents thank you!

I first came to The Joint just two weeks ago after suffering from such debilitating back, hip, and leg pain that I could not stand upright for over a month. This was from a fall in a gravelly rut on a 175 lb. electric bike on my left hip which reinjured former hip and back injuries. From then on, I couldn't walk upright, stand, or even sit without excruciating pain, and awoke in pain every day. My primary care doctor referred me to appointments (hip ortho, P.T., pain mgmt.) all of which were scheduling nearly two more months away due to COVID restrictions. I was told to keep taking Ibuprophen, Tylenol, and a muscle relaxer, and to use heat, stretching, exercises, and ice at home in the meantime. None of this was helping! :(
I saw Dr. Bryant on my first visit and *immediately* could stand upright after the first adjustment. I have been to chiropractic care decades ago, but this was just AMAZING! Dr. Bryant knows exactly where I need adjusting every time! I came back the next day and Dr. Grove also adjusted me. He was really great too. By that evening, I was actually able to attend an event that I seriously thought I would have to cancel due to pain and inability to walk normally. I did not even have to leave early which I had originally expected because I would be on my feet for most of the event. I was nearly pain-free! After only two more visits, I actually cancelled my pain management appointment as I really do not think I need it anymore as long as my back stays adjusted! Being a functioning human being again, and able to walk and stand and sit again, has convinced me that I do not need the meds either! My mood has also improved greatly. I've gone from grumpy to happy again! Thank you SO MUCH!!! See you soon!!

disappointed in this place. Was told that it was going to be an hour and a half wait earlier today. I thought the Joint Chiropractic chains specialize in routine, chiropractic maintenance that makes it quick and easy to maintain your chiropractic health. Adjustments typically last 5-10 minutes here, long enough to get efficiently adjusted. That’s just not happening anymore here. 90 minutes to wait? All because there were new people with an appointment. What terrible customer service. The two receptionists and one doctor made me feel like that the new clients were more important, when I’m the one already paying 70$ a month. I feel like the company and this location will do anything to get you in the door and then when they do they don’t care about you anymore. I would take your business somewhere else or another location, it has been consistently bad since COVID hit, and even worse now that Dr. Keyser has left. Definitely an unhappy customer. I will not stop until I get a real apology or some kind of coupon/gift card from this place. Beyond terrible customer service, been that way for a while now. I Don’t trust this location and would give 0 stars if I could..

I went in on Saturday 8/1/2020 for a adjustment. I scanned my card and as I’m sitting waiting the front desk lady calls a client to tell them it’s your turn. The people were not there and they are full waiting on this person to show up. Not moving on to the next person. This is so sad. I have never walked away from a chiropractor visit. I visit the location in Aurora Colorado and they take great care of my family. I will never go back to the Henderson Nevada location.

Dr. Keysar has been treating me for a few month now, and has helped tremendously. I have had to seek chiropractic service for the past 10 years due to two motorcycle accidents,and appreciate the time and care Dr. Keysar has given me. Having seen almost a dozen chiropractors in the past ten years I appreciate it when I find a good one. Dr Keysar is such a one.
