I had a great 1st time experience. I was in and out quick. The $29 adjustment first time visit is what I got. Neck crack on both sides and mid back crack both sides. That was what you get for first time and then you get more in depth treatments for $89 a month, 4 visits each month and 3 months minimum. The 3 month minimum had me hesitant to sign up. Besides that Danae was extremely nice and helpful. Dr Jackson did a great job as well. My budget just couldn’t commit to $89 each month.

It's very frustrating but this place has a really good sales pitch but sadly I believe it's a scam. After 3 months trying to go here and walking into rooms full of 30 people waiting for one chiropractor, I was forced to cancel. I lost a lot of money and only saw a chiropractor a couple times in 3 months because they're always too busy, kind of like the DMV or social security office. They take the money but they don't provide the service and that's what I call a scam.

I went to this location and the chiropractor and the front desk was good but I think this *the Joint* is kind of a scam because the other location on Eastern had 11 people waiting for just one chiropractor and they don't take an appointment so it's not really the best setup. You have to commit to 3 months of waiting two or three hours to see a chiropractor in a room full of people without even chairs.

I used to love coming to this location when Dr. Cox was there. I’ve tried on 3 different times recently, and all visits were not beneficial. Dr. Rusty was very nervous in my neck adjustment which made me nervous the first time back, the second time I tried, they only offered to adjust my spouse with the tool after a SI joint injury. We had to take him to the sunset location for him to actually get relief. I tried them a 3rd time. Got there at 4:30pm and sat in the back for 20 minutes before the blonde front desk lady rudely told me that if I want to get adjusted I need to fill out paperwork. She said because it was now 4:50 she couldn’t see me that day and I needed to come back the following day. They didn’t close till 6… so I called the sunset location and yet again they saved the day. I did my paperwork in 5 minutes and got adjusted all before 5:30.
The green valley location is a joke and needs some serious changes in management.

First time at this Joint office. I have been to offices in Florida, Texas, and Oregon. I always receive great treatments. But this treatment was by far the best I have had at a Joint office. Dr. Jackson was kind, thorough, and listened when I talked to him. The adjustment was fabulous. I feel my best adjustments are from Palmer graduates. And Denae at the front desk was amazing. So pleasant, knowledgeable about services, and never made you feel rushed. My husband signed up for package and she walked him through setting up the app on his phone and explained all the features. She is definitely an asset to the office. Highly recommend this office.

I am sharing this because I believe patients deserve to feel safe, respected, and confident that their personal information will remain professional and confidential.
After receiving treatment at The Joint Chiropractic, a chiropractor used information connected to my patient profile to locate me on social media and pursue personal communication that I felt was inappropriate and crossed professional boundaries. The situation made me extremely uncomfortable and caused significant emotional distress.
As someone who has experienced past trauma, this situation affected me more deeply than I can fully explain. What may have been dismissed by others as “not a big deal” left me feeling unsafe, anxious, and violated in a place where I should have been able to trust the professionalism of my healthcare provider.
I reported my concerns to management hoping the situation would be taken seriously and handled appropriately. While the manager did speak with me, I left the conversation feeling unsupported and discouraged after hearing responses focused more on surprise or disbelief than on patient safety and privacy concerns.
I also attempted to contact corporate multiple times and left voicemails explaining the situation, but I never received a response or follow-up.
Patients should be able to trust that their personal information will only ever be used for their care. This experience left me deeply disappointed and uncomfortable continuing treatment there. This review reflects my personal experience and how the situation affected me.

The process is simple if you’re a new patient. They explain in detail what to expect, how the plan works and the costs. My first visit went as well as it could have considering I was a little stiff and tight, so it was harder to be adjusted in the way you would hope. But I know each visit will be better.

I came in with a really jacked up neck; could not even look to the left. Dr. Jackson gave me an amazingly effective adjustment which gave me tremendous pain relief, and immediately increased my mobility.
Prior to the adjustment he explained to me what he diagnosed to be going on with my neck, and he demonstrated what he was explaining with an anatomical model, and he told me what he was going to do. This was really helpful. I felt confidence in his knowledge, and was very relaxed when he did the adjustment. He is very personable, put me at ease, and was professional yet relatable.
I am going back for a second adjustment tomorrow.
Also, I was a walk-in, from out of state. The receptionist was lovely, the initial process not complicated, and I'm so grateful that I was able to be seen so quickly.
Finally, the price was very reasonable. I will absolutely recommend this Joint Chiropractic facility, and Dr. Jackson.

3 star is solely for the chiros at this location. Rest is mediocre at best. Tonight though, I just have to say it, as a member over 15 years, disappointed to see the closure at 6pm now versus 7pm. I am in desperate need of an adjustment. It’s the reason I’m a member, later hours and weekends. Why be like the other in-office chiros? They spend their time with you, charge the same and have similar hours. What’s the point of difference anymore?

Absolutely love Dr. Rusty and the front desk receptionist, they were both very kind and explained everything. Dr. Rusty especially took his time unlike everyone else I've been to, pain management, physical therapy, orthopedic and previous chiropractors I've tried everything. I know it will be a road to recovery but I'm confident in Dr. Rusty hes very knowledgeable and even suggested some natural supplements to help with inflammation and other benefits. Just after 1 visit I felt so much relief. THANK YOU to him and his staff!

The doctor I saw today was rude and touched my face with dirty hands.
His hands smelled horrible, like he had just smoked and forgot to wash his hands. Only, he was with another patient before me.
Furthermore, he was sarcastic and demeaning. He put words in my mouth and didn’t let me explain what was going on before he gave me snarky comments regarding his assumptions about me.
I’ve never been to the joint before this experience but went out of extreme pain and desperation on a Sunday as my normal chiropractor was closed. Next time, I’ll just wait.

Front desk is rude and chiropractor is rude. We came in and let them know someone gave us a call and scheduled an appointment for us. The front desk laughed and said they don’t do appointments and it was a robot. We explained it definitely wasn’t a bot. We asked if we could still get seen and she just kept cutting us off and laughing when we’d respond to her questions. The chiropractor skimmed our intake forms and made an assumption that my significant other injured himself at the gym and he kept making awkward jokes and made the entire situation very uncomfortable. He kept saying he was a doctor for years. Chiropractors are not medical doctors. I went with my significant other and he didn’t allow him to explain because he kept making jokes. My significant other asked me to speak and the “doctor” told my partner to walk away and speak to him and said, “are you an adult?” He kept putting words in my significant other’s mouth and not letting him finish but instead assuming what he was going to say or meant.
I didn’t think The Joint was like this as it came highly recommended by so many other people so maybe it’s just this location. I wouldn’t recommend. It took almost an hour of before any adjustments actually happened.

I was in the office already, sign said open. The receptionist said "Do you want something? ". Then the doctor came out and asked if I could come back at 2:30 so they could have lunch. I've been in the service industry for years.... if the customer enters before the door is closed/ locked, you serve them! This coupled with going to the Joint on Eastern earlier the same day only to find there was no doctor there and a receptionist who simply said the information is on the door REALLY made me question this company as a whole... and this was not the first time I had experienced that there. The reliability of this company is seriously lacking as of lately. I will be looking at other options for chiropractic care from this point forward with no intention of giving another red cent to this establishment.

Very nice and helpful ladies at the reception counter, in my opinion that is the most important job at any company. The first impressions, especially when you're in pain, are huge!
The doctor was very nice. He listened to me so he could understand my problem and then offer solutions. I don't normally like or trust chiropractors to give me adjustments, but this doctor was gentle yet effective. Very pleased with my experience.

For my first time ever seeing a chiropractor I found this experience VERY uncomfortable.. if I could give zero stars I would. Dr SMITH was so quick and didn’t seem like he even cared to be there or my concerns I was first time visitor and once I was back there it took 20mins for the whole thing and he smelt like a gym sock and was breathing in my face after his lunch..there was no xray done on my back so how can you even know what’s going on or what you need to fix he did 5 basic potions wasn’t worth the $45 …The very first thing that made me uncomfortable was the fact that I DID NOT HAVE PRIVACY, there is a lobby in the front then the “back lobby” where you will see 3 tables and about 10 seats that are filled with people and they get to sit there WATCHING YOU and LISTENING to you talk to the Chiropractic Dr. during the WHOLE appointment while you talk about your needs concerns and I would say personal information about my body and my pain and how this pain came about. I didn’t feel comfortable enough to even express my concerns on why I’m there because I have an audience right behind me. The second thing is As a female being put in awkward positions, I don’t want men sitting behind me Watching me get bent around there are some serious weirdos out here in the world and to think I have to have my body in vulnerable positions for this audience to watch..is disgusting!!!

I've never been to a chiropractor so I can't speak as to what the experience is supposed to be like. But I can tell you this. I went to this doctor and I felt like I gave him money for absolutely nothing. I was in there for 5 minutes. He literally put me in two positions to relieve pressure on my neck and did absolutely nothing. I felt worse walking out than I did walking in. Not to mention the money and the time that I lost by even coming to this location in all honesty, I would never refer or suggest that you go to this location to see this doctor. You're better off staying at home

I love this place.... I always feel like I just woke up from a nap.. The doctors they have now are consistent and reliable. They have added extra doctors so the wait time has improved greatly and it is affordable. I highly recommend The Joint Chiropractors!!

I was in town for a convention and was in really bad pain after tweaking my back. I Ubered over from the Pallazo and was seen quickly. The Doc got me back in shape and I'm hopeful I will not be in excruciating pain for the flight back home in a couple days!

Dr. Chris Smith is amazing!!! With my health conditions I need an aggressive approach to get results. Dr. Smith educates through the whole process which makes me feel safe to relax through the movements. He is always present with each patient giving a sense of emotional connection. In our world today it seems rare to find someone willing to connect with someone let alone every patient. He holds a conversation very well and you can tell he is not a judgmental spirit. He knows how to give a personalized adjustment, great conversations in a very efficient amount of time. He also ends every session with "do you have any questions." Oh boy do I love asking questions. He is kind and thorough with each question. I love the friendship he has with his staff as well. Jordan the front desk staff has incredible work ethic, kindness, and a great sense of humor. I really like seeing how Dr. Smith is respectful and treats Jordan like an equal. A lot of doctor offices have a huge social separation between doctors and staff. Dr. Smith paired with Jordan makes this location feel like a community. I have a very hard time enjoying myself in social situations due to being autistic. I am very greatful that I have my visits with you two to look forward to.

Update: Went over the weekend to get adjustment then couldn't get the brief notes that I usually get from dr so I came back Tue to get it and felt I was dismissed by the girl upfront from getting my copy as most times don't have issues getting them but she waited on person after me when I said I was in a hurry and I had to go so I called back up today, Thur, spoke to same person I saw Tues seem there were misunderstandings of my request when most times I get the.notes and pay them then be on my way. i think sometimes communications is the biggest issues in NV.
This happened yesterday but for most part, Cheyna from this location of The Joint was very helpful in getting back to me on questions I had for other location that I tried writing to but they never off Sunset location responded so the one on Pebble Rd off Green Valley, Henderson, NV had worked with me till she got the answers. I am grateful of her to help me out due to my issues that I"m trying to treat. Thank you again, Cheyna…Well done and keep it up!!

Recommend this location. Friendly, spacious, relaxing, no pushy sales pitches. I've seen a number of chiropractors since a neck and spine injury in 2008. When choosing a chiropractor, it's especially important that it's someone who is knowledgeable and who you fully trust to help heal (not hurt) you. Dr. Cozza is one of the best and he listens. He was very thorough with my intake exam and medical history discussion. Plus, he proactively checks-up on my occupational habits since my last visit to identify specific adjustment focus areas for that day. Both Dr. Cozza and Dr. Wolf also perform extremities adjustment (wrists, elbows, knees, ankles) -- not all chiropractors offer this. This provides indescribable relief for the damage done by daily computer work.
Dr. Cozza usually works weekends while Dr. Wolf covers weekdays (M-F).
Heads up, this is a no appointment office (which I love because of my ever-changing schedule). So sometimes there's a wait. You can call ahead to check on the wait time if you want. Usually, if I have a short wait it's no longer than 20 minutes (which is about the same wait time as an appointment office that's running behind schedule).

Dr. Wood is absolutely the best! I’ve seen many many chiropractors, and paid crazy amounts of money to see “the best in the area,” and they’ve got nothing on Dr. Wood. I was nervous to go to a place like The Joint, because I sometimes require more than being a number in line, but it wasn’t that way at all! The lady at the front desk was a sweetheart too. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Also, he’s perfectly comfortable adjusting pregnant ladies, which seems to be a tough find in Las Vegas.

I've been going to a chiropractic regularly for years. I've tried different chiropractors so I know what is good and bad. Recently signed up the joint in SoCal. My first trial at the joint was excellent. Second time at a different the joint location in SoCal was really bad. It was my worst chiropractic experience in my life. Third time at this Green Valley location was excellent. Dr Wood knew what he was doing to adjust me. He has an excellent chiropractic skill. Will always be coming here as long as Dr wood is in. Him and shanya (sorry about spelling) are always so personable yet professional. It is well worth my drive across town to see him. Office and restrooms are always spotless and clean. Nice calm yet inviting atmosphere. No matter when I go in the wait is always under 15 mins. No matter what days going in. 10/6/17 I normally see Dr Garleck or Dr Brimm on S Eastern, however they were both off today and I was in so much pain I needed to find someone. Normally when I'm in pain I'll wait until I can see one of my usual doctors however Dr Wood was so great I will definitely come to him when I'm in the area. He took time to stretch my back and did a great adjustment on my neck and upper body. It's always a relief when you can add another trusted chiropractic Doctor to your list.

Had an amazing experience so far especially for someone scared of getting adjusted. I go as often as needed per my neck and lower back. Last time also got my elbows & wrists adjusted & it was a relief considering weight training I do

I was suspicious when I saw the price but this place is awesome. Dr. Wood has made a huge impact on my health.
