Terrible terrible service! My wife and I get there 10 mins to open and we were able to get in to sit. The chiropractor doc is next door buying coffee at smith. Receptionist no where to be found. We were the second person to enter and wait. 20 mins later after receptionist shows up and now people are coming in. We waited 1 he and the rest of the people are seen. I said to the receptionist why are we still waiting after an hour when we were here 2nd. She says oh the doctor has to review your records. Terrible!

OMG. Please visit this location and see Dr. Allan. I walked into another location and was sent to this location for an appointment. I was in pain and very stiff when I entered. Dr. Allan introduced himself and we talked a little about my problem areas. He told me what he was going to do to help me and Lord behold I was smiling from ear to ear when he was done. I had so much pressure released from my neck and back. I even signed up for his wellness plan so I will definitely be back. I feel he was God sent because I needed pain relief. FOUR THUMBS DOWN!!! The only reason I am giving one star is to get this post to work! I can't speak about the chiropractic care because i couldn't make it that far. The service from the receptionist was terrible. After having great service from locations in Reno & Austin, this location refused to see me because my "membership payment" to my "home" location was not current because I pay cash and have not visited that location recently and was a month out of date. While traveling, I had an emergency situation and the folks in Austin fixed me up and were great! The folks in Reno were also great! Yesterday, I needed an adjustment badly and went to the Montecito location. Even though I am sure that I have plenty of unused adjustments on the books she informed me I could not make a payment at this location or pay cash for an adjustment! In no way would this individual work with me so I left in pain and am still in pain. I was standing there with a fist full of cash and she wouldn't let me pay for a $29 adjustment. People like this are too uncaring and too stupid to be in the business of helping people. I would not recommend this location or their membership plan!

I have used chiropractic care for the past few years to help alleviate back and neck pain due to scoliosis. I am extremely excited to have found the Joint Chiropractic Care because of their affordability (wellness plans), excellent quality care, multiple locations, and flexible hours- they are open weekends from 10am to 5pm, which is awesome! All The Joint Chiropractors use different techniques/treatment, so I am so very happy to have found Dr. Roland Brim. I’ve only seen him a few times, and his 20+ years of practice and 40 years of weight-training experience reflects in the treatments I’ve received thus far. He is caring and is the only chiropractor in all of my years of receiving chiropractic treatment who’s told me that strength and weight exercises will help me to alleviate pain from scoliosis. Dr. Brim even took time to show me how to properly use free weights and told me the kind of exercises I should do during one of my visits. I have noticed the positive improvement in my body with his chiropractic adjustments along with strength and weight exercises, and will continue on my path toward wellness. I am forever grateful to have come across The Joint Chiropractic, and even happier that I met Dr. Brim. I have and will continue to recommend The Joint Chiropractic to anyone who is need of finding a chiropractor who provides quality care at an affordable price and has flexible hours. I jumped out of a plane quite a few years ago and had a bad landing. Since then. I've has issues with my lower back (Sciatica). As a pilot I have to sit for long periods of time, and since coming to The Joint, the pressure I once felt has been relieved. I no longer have to lay flat on my back in the living room on an ice pack for hours. I'm able to walk around, and even able to sit for long periods without issues. Dr. Handelman has helped so much! I have only positive experiences with Dr. Handelman. I have seen dozens of chiropractors in my life, and I definitely did not like them. Due to degeneration in my lumbar disk, it is difficult to adjust my lower back where most of my pain is, Dr. Handelman is able to give me complete movement, resulting in more comfort!
