I was visiting from out of town for a show when I woke up with a migraine and honestly thought my entire day was ruined. I was especially worried that the Sphere would push me completely over the edge. Thankfully, I was able to book an appointment online and stopped into The Joint Chiropractic (5060 S Fort Apache Rd Suite 100, Las Vegas, NV 89148). I saw Dr. Donofrio (Rusty), and I couldn’t have been more impressed. He provided an incredibly thoughtful and thorough exam before making adjustments, which immediately put me in a better space with some relief. His care and attention made all the difference. After my adjustment, I felt well enough to actually enjoy the show instead of suffering through it. I was so impressed with the experience that I signed up for a monthly membership on the spot. I only wish I had someone like Dr. Donofrio back home. Highly recommend!

I really want to focus on self-care. I am a busy working (F/T) mom and wife. I had my first visit this past saturday. The front office clerk was very nice and patient with me on filling out the paperwork on the tablet. Dr. Ciro took the time to explain things to me.I felt better after getting that first adjustment. It's been a couple of years since my last one; I was going to a different one but it was a ways from home. I gave him a rundown on my list of physical activities; I'm pretty active. He suggested not to do Cobras or other Yoga extensions. Also advised against doing situps, but I prefer crunches. Twice a week. So far, so good. I really like it. THANK YOU to The Joint Chirorpactic.

I stopped in at the recommendation of a friend. My back has been naturally stiff for YEARS and previous chiropractors somehow always have trouble adjusting me because of it. I've had this midback stiffness and pain as far as I could remember. I took a chance on this location because I couldn't take it anymore, and took advantage of their new patient special. Dr. Milman read my patient form and asked great clarification questions. We sat and had a quick consultation. He's quick with the hands (as he should), BUT highly effective. After the consultation and checks. he adjusted my neck and literally annihilated my midback pain like it was nothing. I felt like I was in and out in 10 minutes, but the pain was gone! I signed up for their monthly membership to stay on top of my back health. The range of motion has been decreasing and the stiffness has increased with my current occupations standing for long hours at a time so I hope this helps long term. Thanks Doc!

12/13/24-In your response to my original review post you stated that If he contacts your office, you will "provide clarity of the charges and refunds"? Does that mean your office will issue him a refund like he requested? The facts are very clear. He told your staff he wouldn't be utilizing any further services from your office. The one star is for the front desk staff and how this office handle refunds. Or rather no refunds at all. If I could I would give the billing and lack of refunds minus 5 stars. My husband had business to do in Las Vegas near the Fort Apache office in Nov. 2024. He paid $79 for the 4 visit package price for one month. The receptionist told him they don't accept cash. So he paid using his debit card. At no time did the front desk staff ever mention that the $79 package was a subscription. On the 4th and last visit he mentioned to the front desk person that he would not be utilizing this chiro's services for awhile due to an upcoming surgery in mid-December. Then on 12/3/24 he noticed on our bank statement that this chiro office had charged him another $79 even though he had told previously told the front desk staff that he would NOT be coming back. He went to the Fort Apache ofc recently to ask for a refund. The receptionist handed him a form to fill out. He asked the receptionist if filling out the form meant he would be getting a refund. The receptionist replied, " I think so". As of the date of this review, he still has NOT received a refund. So, beware of shady billing practices of this business. They're quick to take your money. The new weekend doctor. Zay something is horrible. I'm in more pain now then when I walked in. If I say it hurts why keep try to force my neck to adjust??? Going to start going to a different location honestly considering canceling all together m. He seems so nervous and is causing more pain than good. I freaking hurt!!! I've tried him 3 times, not worth it. Lately all the docs just seem to want to get you in and out and don't care how they adjust you, it's painful. I'm going because I'm hurting, I shouldn't walk out with a headache and in more pain.

I went in on 8/6/24 on a whim hoping to get relief from 2 days of vertigo and the receptionist was so sweet and welcoming (I can’t remember her name). The receptionist who was maybe 10' away ignored me. finally after a trying to understand the situation, she had some else open the door to tell me they were closed. Lost the only chiropractor who was any good, Dr. Miller on the weekends. This place has a fast food, cookie cutter mentality when it comes to treating patients. There's no precare or aftercare given but just a turnstyle of patients getting snap, crackle and pop. The only time this formula might even slightly entice the consumer or attract someone to these services is when you have a really good chiropractor who can "hit the spot." That was Dr. Miller and without her I'll take my business elsewhere.

Overall I had a great experience visiting for the first time today. I did have to go to a second location since the first location closed early. The receptionist was polite and knew about the business. I waited maybe 15 minutes before I was seen by the chiropractor. Adjustment took about 10 minutes and it was painless. I signed up for their wellness plan a minimum of two month commitment, it’s a great value for the #of sessions you get.

Today is my first time at The Joint and it was a good experience. The front person, Jackie, was informative, friendly and very professional. Chiropractor Dr Milman read through my information before he took me in and then asked me more information to better assist me in what exactly I needed. He adjusted my neck and back which gave me relief. He also gave me an exercise I can do at home to improve my shoulders/posture. All in all, it was a good first time experience at that clinic. I am looking forward to meeting and getting treatment from the other chiropractors there.

I’ve been getting adjusted once a week to follow up on my maintenance, after my first week going in 3x. When I tell you I feel 10x better with my back and neck it’s no joke. Best location with great chiropractors. Dr. Miller and Dr. Jo Jo are awesome. I typically go to Dr. Miller as her schedule works best for me. She’s careful, attentive and professional. Most places just jumps into adjusting you but she takes her time warming up your muscles first before going into it. The front desk staff is polite and helpful whenever I visit. I highly recommend this location!

I now travel 30 Minutes across the valley to get my back adjusted when time permits as she does a fantastic job. My brother in law went there once ever since he walked through that door 7 months ago until today they keep charging him for service. We tried calling multiple times to explain to them that he only wanted a one time treatment. They also signed him on some papers before treatment and never explained to him what he signed my brother in law is out of state and this place takes advantage of that I will upload a screen shot of previous conversation with them and let you judge if it's a scam or not DONT GO THERE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF P.S There is no negative star option on Google so they did at least get one from us ?

I had severe headache, neck pain and dizziness. Dr. Dami was really good at listening to my concerns she probed for more issues that may have contributed to my issues. Once she finished she knew what exactly to do and how to help relieve my pain. My pain was about 200, by the time I left it was down to 20%. Great at first, but the sessions are only 5-10min. For $69, I can be doing much more. They keep charging my card even though I dont use their services. About a month and a half ago, I went to a session and was told I had an outstanding balance by a young female receptionist. Even after knowing the situation, she never mentioned a cancellation form to me at that time. ??? Update: giving this 3 stars instead of the one I was initially going to give it. An elderly woman took care of the situation at hand, professionally and courteously. Thank you. ?

I am here on vacation and I drive all the way out here for an adjustment and they refused to see me. They have 2 receptionist sitting at the front desk but when I called no one answered the phone. They sent me a text where I asked about an appointment and never received a reply. Lastly the chiropractor came to the front to see if he had a patient they told him no because I was a new patient and he said "I didn't want to see her anyway" and went to the back. Many things could have been done better. Compassion for a patron should have been number one.

I made an appointment at 10am on Sunday and they told me this is one of the only locations open on sunday. I got there and it was only one person there and he said he couldnt take me cause they were understaffed.. Whats the point of making an appointment then. Will never go again

Went for the first time with my husband and my 14 year old. No appointment needed. Dr. P. Did a thorough assessment and was very professional. He explained what we should expect and what he was going to do before performing anything. He took his time to explain and answer all our questions, even though there were people waiting to be seen. Covid-19 regulations: they had signs encouraging people to keep their distance, the (comfy) chairs were placed at least 6 feet away from each other, there was hand sanitizer available on front desk, dr. P changed cleaned the table between patients and everyone used a mask.

I had an appointment at 4:00 was seen at 5:10 pm. Nobody warned me about the wait to start. Which is understandable if I was a walk in, but had scheduled a week in advance. When I was seen the “chiropractor” spent more time trying to sell me a package then actually doing any work. I wasn’t helped in any way, i feel no better. This place is a a corporate scam. Also during COVID it’s weird to have everyone’s packets on a single clip board being passed around...

Showed up for my appointment ten minutes early, the doctor doesn't adhere to appointment times which is fine I understand things are hectic right now. But front of house didn't notify me or even speak to me really. I called before to verify my appointment time and she was quick and hung up on me - no heads up there was a 45+ min wait. Reception is lacking in communication skills. Sad but I definitely won't be going here because I value my time as well as others. ?

Dr. P and desk staff were efficient, thorough, polite, helpful and honest. I felt brand new leaving their office. Definitely recommend this location. Love the fact they have different package options available or you can visit as you wish and pay the reasonable per visit price.

I was in 2 car accidents within the last eight months and went to see other chiropractors that just did a basic job. So I got online and found a free consultation and adjustment on their website. I did a walk in today and they were able to get me in within 45 minutes of being there the doctor took the first 10 minutes of the appointment to look over my back and asked me about my history. He then stretched and cracked my problem areas without me even pointing them out. Solved my problem that 2 other chiropractors didn’t. I signed up for the $69 wellness plan and was gifted 2 extra days on top of the 4 you get. My chiropractor was hilarious and made the appointment fast and fun! Definitely going back to this location <3

I walked in with excruciating neck spasms, and knocked like whiplash neck stuck. My pain had been non stop from 2am through when walked in at 3:30pm. As soon as doctor saw my posture and heard my complaints she quickly knew what steps to take to start relieving the pain. Popped my neck massaged some pressure points and today I am 50% better. Going back today and Monday. This has been the best experience! Friendly and helpful staff.

Although this practice doesn't take insurance, I was able to use my HSA account. And it's definitely an affordable investment! I have seen many Chiropractors come and go from this location over the years, most just ok but the great ones never stay long. Today I meet Dr Chin. I've never had anyone do so little to adjust me. If telling me I had scoliosis what's shocking enough (which I dont), he did not adjust my hips and only attempted my spine once. Wish I could get my visit credited back.

Hello Dean, Dr. Jeff is an excelent Chiropractor. I have been feeling a tingling sensation on my back the last 4 days. And it is getting worse everyday. I am a Tour Operator and mostly i drive a Tour Bus. So i am sitting and driving long hours. I browsed some clinic and found that the Joint at Tropicana Plaza is the nearest from my place. It was the best move that i did. I came to the right place. The receptionist was so helpful and informative. Dr. Jeff fixed me. I felt better and have more agility on my movements. Am looking forward to my next visit. Thank you Team Joint at Tropicana. Now i can play Table Tennis again.

Being a mother of 2, my back always felt so tense. Massages weren't helping me at all. Finally I tried the Joint. I've never felt so much relief on my back. Horrible false advertising! I was denied immediately not even a consultation, exam or adjustment as your website states. A woman with dark skin and dark hair came out telling me to go to urgent care? Every other review I read stated completely different. She also stated I look like iam gonna cry? Are you kidding me? I want the real reason why I was turned down so fast. I will be also contacting the corporate office for your so call special for 29.00 bucks and than be told they can't help. Your disgusting!

Have been going to the Fort Apache/Las Vegas location for about a year and a half, and love it! I have referred many others locally and to a location in their area, as they have offices all over the place. You can visit any location when you are out of town on vacation, business or if it's just more convenient. You can even check in through their app. when you are on your way. You definitely should give them a try.

This clinic gets beyond 5 Stars. I have to say that as soon as I walked in I was greeted by a nice receptionist with a unique spelling of her name (JennYfer) I walked in to just get some information about the services. She was very informative and explained everything well. As she was talking to me of course I can hear the doctor talking to another patient (Nathan Blanton) and I knew then I was in the right place. He was kind, sincere and very knowledgeable about his job I never in my life heard a doctor talk to each patient with compassion and care. I recommend this clinic to any one who is looking for a Great staff that is concerned about you more than you do yourself. Great job Doctor Blanton and thank you Jennyfer.
