Her journey into chiropractic began as a teenager, when she was recommended for back surgery due to scoliosis. Instead, her parents sought care from her cousin—the first chiropractor in her family—and she experienced life-changing results. That experience showed her the power of chiropractic care and inspired her to make it a lifelong part of her own health and future career.

While completing her undergraduate studies, Dr. Forrest explored various healthcare professions but quickly realized her true calling was chiropractic. She went on to become the third chiropractor in her family and has since dedicated her career to helping others achieve better health and function.
