Meet The Doctors

Joseph Bellissimo, DC is a Long Island native and attended SUNY, Albany, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in theater in 1997. Having long had a keen interest in medicine, science and wellness, he began to pursue a degree in Chiropractic at the University of Bridgeport Chiropractic College. He graduated in May 2011 Summa cum laude earning honors in research, clinical care and academic achievement. In the summer of 2011, Dr. Bellissimo opened his own practice, Bello Chiropractic, LLC, in West Hartford, Connecticut, while serving as adjunct faculty at the University of Bridgeport Chiropractic College, until he moved to Ohio in January 2013.

Dr. Bellissimo believes strongly in patient education which empowers patients to make informed health care decisions. He is Board certified and licensed to practice in the state of Ohio and is also a member of the American Chiropractic Association.

Dr. Cynthia Campbell, D.C. is a Chiropractor at Bethel Road

Dr. Cynthia Campbell graduated from Life Chiropractic College West in the San Francisco Bay Area in 1998. She went on to own a chiropractic wellness center for 14 years and enjoyed seeing the benefits of combining health disciplines for ultimate patient care. She worked as a state appointed Qualified Medical Examiner for 11 years and gained certification in Manipulation Under Anesthesia. Post graduate education included Active Release Technique and Chiropractic Rehabilitation coursework. She and her family relocated in 2013 to the Columbus area to be closer to her husband’s family. She worked in a practice as an associate doctor in Westerville until joining The Joint in December 2014. She is thrilled to be a part of such an innovative and patient centered team of professionals.
