I was dealing with pretty significant sciatic pain and thought they could help. The woman at the front desk was rude and did not even look at me when I walked in as a new client. She just stared at me for a few minutes until I told her I was a walk in and had never been there before. The adjustment was a joke lol I was on the table for a total of 3 minutes. The doctor talked more than he had his hands on me. He barely touched me and told me I needed to come back 3 times a week lol. I sat in the lobby for 30 minutes and watched the doctor see at least 5 people in just 30 mins. Don't waste your money here.

Dr.Wills was impressively strong. I prefer a manual adjustment all around and am skeptical of strength of docs. I feel very incredible after my adjustment- he really aligned me sacrum to skull. Loved how quick and efficient he was but still caring and thorough. He encouraged me to check out other docs and locations (a cool perk of the joint) but honestly I don’t need to because he’s definitely exactly what I want and need in a chiropractor! The cost efficiency is really what blows me away, I kinda felt like it would be quality cutting too. As someone who has grown up going to chiropractors and working for them, I can tell you that is not the case.

Dr. Eric is the new full-time chiropractor at this location. He is very thorough with his adjustments and gets deep cracks for me that others haven’t been able to achieve. I suffer from chronic pain in my SI joint and each time I come out with substantially less pain and able to walk better. I’ve very glad to count on his as a part of my care team. If you're having back pains, this place is going to help you out a lot. When I first came into the office, I was in a lot of pain. I drive 18 wheelers so the pain in my lower back was very very excruciating and preventing me from doing my job comfortably. I will be very truthful. I was skeptical about chiropractic service upon my first visit, but all that skepticism was taken away After my First visit. Believe me when I tell you, I noticed instant results after my first visit. The pain that had been plaguing me for weeks. After my first adjustment, the pain was gone pretty much the next day. I mean, I felt the results that fast. I was actually amazed and very, very happy because the pain had been just unbearable pretty much. Dr. Faulkner and her team did the best job of explaining exactly what my issues were and exactly the treatment and what they were going to do to fix the issues that I'm having. They have several different plans and options for whatever it is that you might need every individual is different and they do a great job explaining And providing the care needed. Right now, I am down to about one visit a week and all I can say is it has definitely made a difference in my life. I am an active person I work out I run and I try to take care of my body, and Dr. Hannah and the rest of the team at the joint have put me back on my path and for that I'm very grateful. Like I said at first, I was skeptical but right now after about a month and a half, and I'm very happy that I walked in to the joint chiropractic. Another plus to the service ithat they provide is the fact that they do have clinics all over the country so when I was not able to attend a visit in Columbus, I was able to Go to other locations and get my adjustments and keep me on schedule. I really like that, but this is my testimonial and I hope that this helps someone as much as the rest of the team at the joint has helped me.

I have been a regular nuisance plaguing this location for the better part of the last 2 years with my weekly visits. I spent years running my body into the ground with athletics and 70 hour work weeks but the staff here has been paramount in making sure I’m still a somewhat functional member of society. All staff is very helpful, cheerful and kind. Dr. Megan’s cheerful disposition and willingness to go above and beyond is worth noting. She deserves all the praise possible. She puts up with me and most chiropractors would run for the hills after seeing me, built like a NFL linebacker crippled with the bone structure of a 12 year old girl. all in all I suggest this place to anyone willing to listen and in need of a better quality of life.

I originally went in for lower back pain from lifting something at work. I was diagnosed with a lower Lumbar sprain. It was suggested to come for a 6 sessions and by session 2 I had relief and now the pain is completely gone. This was my first time using a chiropractor and it was a great decision. Horrible experience. Lady at the front desk told me I could sign up and cancel before the next cycle because I had never been. I only went twice, didn't help and kinda made the pain worse, and went to the doctor instead. Now I'm being billed for two months ("contractually") after an initial $69.99 payment for another month (that I'm not using) for an additional $69.99. Save your money and go the doctor who will actually set you up with professional help and not bs contracts to scam you.

Felt incredibly uncomfortable at Johns sales pitch to buy a $840/ yr subscription. Reminded me of a timeshare salesman low on a quota. After saying no several times- he put a Medical Hex on me saying "I'll become sick if I dont buy in." I did NOT appreciate the whole ordeal. The chiropractic aspect was good- which is the whole point of a "chiropractor." So, despite my strong grievance, the original purpose of the appointment was good. I'd be a regular customer but I felt like I was trying to be deceived. Despite being the best bang for buck in town I'll gladly pay 30% more to be elsewhere.

I just came back to Ohio from Texas and prayed to find a chiropractor at the least as awesome as the one in Temple, Texas, and boy was it answered x10!! I drive 50 minutes each way to get there and back, but the thorough quality service and hospitality of the chiropractor and receptionist both help make it so worth it! Love this place! I’ve been to a few other chiropractors after being in chronic pain for years. Dr. Aaron is so nice and always helps with the pain I’m having that day. It’s nice and clean in there and everyone who works there is always pleasant!

The front desk lacked some communication and clarity. The adjustments or stretches are pretty quick. $29 initial visit was over in about five minutes and I could not get on a monthly plan then. I did not get additional information as requested.
