    I hate to do this because I love the lady up front. I have called now for three days straight 2 times a day no answer. I am reaching out because I have been charged three times after SIGNING and ending my 3 month “trial.” Now I see Iv been charged the past three months, which means the paper I signed meant nothing?     I don’t remember the name of the dr I seen today 8-1-26, it was only his second time being at the Deerfield location. He was absolutely amazing! I drove almost 2 hrs to go there in a pinch on a Saturday due to my usual chiropractor not being open and have a half marathon race to run the next day. Long story short, I misaligned my cervical spine the night prior and panicked when I couldn’t move my neck when I woke up that morning. He did a thorough exam and got me adjusted and out of the stabbing pain I was having. I will be able to run my race tomorrow because of him! Highly recommend!!

    Today, I got my very first Chiropractic treatment of my life from Dr Lewis. His team provided excellent professional service. I walked in with lots of pain on my back, shoulder and arm….. The pain had been so severe that even simple things such as eating, walking, sitting, brushing teeth are painful. I had a hard time falling asleep and couldn’t sleep enough. I had been feeling miserable and hopeless for the past week due to the pain. Just with his first treatment, however, I walked out with huge relief of pain and walking more like a normal person again.     Don’t even try to get a membership they are a scammmmm , they will treat you really nice at you first visit , and then when you call to cancel your membership they will tell you that you can't do it on the phone and that you have to go in person, and they are super rude and not professional , don’t wasted your time or you money , I call my bank and order another card cause I’m not surprised if they gonna keep charging me for no reason ???     This was my first time ever seeing a chiropractor, and I was pretty nervous going in. From the moment I walked into The Joint Clinic, I felt welcomed and at ease. Emily at the front desk was so kind and reassuring, and Dr. Ross did an amazing job explaining everything and making me feel calm throughout the adjustment. The experience was incredible—hearing my body pop was actually amazing, and I walked out feeling phenomenal. I had stiffness in my neck and back from sitting at a computer all day, and afterward I felt completely relaxed with no stiffness at all.     I called for a simple question about services, got my answer, talked to a nice person. However, that was weeks ago and even though I'm not interested, they will not take me off of their call list. I've blocked the numbers and somehow they can still leave voicemails multiple times a week. They add you to a text line without your permission which you can stop, but the calls are just too much.

    So far i have thoroughly enjoyed my time spent at joint. Even just the 4 times I've been adjusted has done so much to relieve my pain and tension from years of working on my feet, while having sciatica and autoimmune deficiencies. Dr Tanner seems to really know what she's doing, wants to help others, and make you as comfortable as possible through the process. So far I would absolutely recommend. To anyone thinking about it, just take the leap and do it! You have nothing to really lose especially with their $29 new client special right now which i definitely took advantage of. On top of the fact i was given a couple free adjustments along with my wellness plan that has made it mere dollars to better your physical and mental health! Was seen a few times, but then told by them that they cant help anymore, go to an urgent center and get an MRI. Didnt get to finish what was paid for on the wellness plan. Tried to cancel and was told have to go in and cancel and still have to pay the MONTHLY fee. FOR WHAT? You said you werent able to help. There shouldnt be a charge at all.

    Sadly, if I could have given less than one star I would have. I signed up for the membership, hoping for relief from my back pain. I went 2x and the 3rd time I was turned away, I showed up 45 minutes before closing and without even giving my name I was turned away by the front desk receptionist. We drove 40 minutes and their membership and website state walk ins welcome. I emailed and left a voicemail with no response for over a week. I called and finally got someone on the phone to cancel my membership and was told I have to pay for the 2nd month due to the promotion. It feels like a complete scam, you're treated nice at your first visit, so you sign up for the membership, then you're turned away for service.

    I would give this place a fair rating if they would provide the services they claim. I called to find out their hours and explained I was in town on business and needed a quick adjustment and I was a new patient. They gave me their hours and said to drop in as they did walk-ins. Drove 45 minutes only to find out they had no more "new patient" times available for the day. They asked when I wanted to come in the following day, to which I told them I had already called and drove there to be seen today. They tried calling another office, but they had no time available either. I hope the providers can give a good adjustment and provide relief and wellness, but they need to get office staff that understand how to talk and listen to patients on the phone. Unfortunately I had no time available the following day. Still in pain and hugely disappointed. For new patients, you might get a discount if you can get an appointment. UPDATE: Was able to get an adjustment once I returned home. 5 Minutes, some good pops and cracks on my neck and upper back, issues were gone. Unfortunately, the office staff at this facility wasn't willing to help find a solution for someone in pain that only required 5 minutes of an adjustment.

She explained each step of the adjustment and made sure I was comfortable before proceeding. She gave suggestions for things I can do on my own to help relieve pain/discomfort between visits and laid out a plan for future visits.     Dr V. has been absolutely amazing. I have been dealing with a herniated disc and previously prescribed muscle relaxer, pain meds, injection, and physical therapy with very little relief.     I've been a customer for months now. I've been working out the country so I cannot utilize the company. I've tried to cancel my membership for a while now. Can't get anyone on the line. Can't unsubscribe. Called my mother location and CORPORATE. Left tons of VM... No response or follow back call...And they are still charging me without my permission or the utilization of their services. And when I did come back they said my cycle was over and I'd have to pay agin. Although the $ came out Dec 28th on January 21st they denied my visit.. I should get 4 visits every 30 days.     The only reason I’m posting a 4-star review is that I’m still new here. I’ll post an update after the first month is over. This is a nice, well kept location with friendly staff. The front desk has a new face every time I visit. It’s a walk in only clinic for registered patients. I wish they had a booking system so I won’t have to wait for my turn. The focus is on low cost. As a patient, I’m more concerned about getting effective treatment than the cheapest rate in town. But the cost is low enough to be not a barrier for someone to try out the clinic.

    I was having some lower back pain and hip pain for 3 weeks all my Dr was giving me was pain meds that wasn't really doing anything. My daughter told me about The Joint and found me a office in my area. I like The Joint because of the convenience of seeing a Dr when you can. I was in bad shape with lower back pain and hip pain and after my first visit I can tell it help alleviate some of my discomfort I was having. Three visits in and I can tell the difference.     I always receive great care here. The come in as you please is very nice, no need to book appointments after the initial visit just show up. This is the reason I'm back in chiropractic care.     I made an appointment online for 12. When I arrived, a man was signing up for a membership so I was delayed checking in. At 12:10 I was given an iPad to complete patient registration. There were over 20 minutes of forms to fill out. During that time another patient walked in and was taken back. As I’m still completing this seemingly endless amount of paperwork, with some shady language in the disclosures, 2 more patients check in. By this time it is 12:27. My appointment was from 12:00 until 12:30. What was the point of the appointment time if it’s just a free for all in there? I returned the iPad and asked for my information to be deleted. This is a weird, helter skelter approach to chiropractic care and I will not return. There is no privacy. I could hear 2 patients describing their issues, in detail, while filling out the forms.

    I’ve just recently started going here. We have set up a treatment plan and are working towards our goals. I like the convenience of not having to make appointments. Walk in appointments are a great concept and the cost of a visit is affordable. It is However only an adjustment without stimulation therapy or therapeutic massage. But since health insurance plans don’t offer preventative care coverage this is a great alternative to keep a patients out of pocket expenses to an affordable cost

    The staff at this Joint location are always wonderful to work with! The chiropractors are caring and remember me along with any issues that I have been having. I specifically choose to go to this location because of the staff even though there is a location closer to my house.
