My joints give me a hard time. When I first sought out chiropractic care, I was in a lot of pain. I needed a chiro who was compassionate and who could help me figure out how to work with my body to improve the pain I was in. Dr. Mooney at the Parma office has help me, and helped me feel validated through the process of my body healing. I know I can go there and be greeted warmly by both Dr. Mooney and Paulette, which is incredibly helpful when you're in pain and receive consistent quality care individualized to my body's needs. I travel to see Dr. Mooney from the other side of town and its worth every time. I highly recommend coming here for chiropractic care.

So I'm a young man who has been experiencing back pain. The pain started 3 months ago, I couldn't sleep, lift or do any meaningful things with my life. I have visited several hospitals with concerns. Just one random Wednesday I through out my back doing nothing crazy I was picking up a paper and and felt the pain shut down my spine. At that point I knew I was in trouble I needed a cane to be able to walk/stand. Dr. Shawn walked me through it and went to work on my back. My goal was to be cane from in 2.5 weeks before my vacation and he made that happen. Now I come to The Joint weekly to make sure my back, neck and spine keep working and feeling great. I was excited to come to this facility to finally resolve the nagging injuries that I have had for years, but that did not happen upon my first visit. I have prior injuries to my neck, lower back, elbow, knee, and shoulder. These are all soft tissue / sprain/strain injuries that can easily be resolved with chiropractic treatment. I filled out all requested documents and checked the boxes I felt were necessary relating to my current injuries. I immediately was disrespected and gaslighted from the start of my visit by Dr, Eagan. She didn’t say hi or try to build any type of rapport during my visit. I was interrogated by DR. EAGAN, about each of the boxes I filled out. She inquired about these symptoms/complaints as if I was lying and was very condescending during my visit. She continued to point out everything that I listed and each time it was pointed out and she spoke to me as if I was making up each of these and as if I was stupid. Any time I tried to explain myself, she would cut me off and continue to interrogate me. She refused to treat me and pointed out one of the main boxes, which was “difficulty swallowing” and proceeded to tell me that was related to a cardiovascular issue? I expressed my feelings on the situation by stating I was disappointed in my visit and lack of empathy and she responded with laughter. The visit ended extremely awkward. She did not say goodbye or have a good day or anything, just ended the conversation with laughter. I am so disappointed and appalled with the lack of professionalism on behalf of the doctor and I will not refer this facility to anyone in need of chiropractic treatment.

I've been to a few other chiropractors but this practice is different. It is affordable and efficient. I decided to try out the joint because it was open on a Saturday and I needed to be seen for severe back and rib pain. I am so glad I did. I came in having trouble taking deep breaths, and I couldn't stand up straight. Dr. Nguyen took time to listen to my history and adjusted my back, ribs and hips. I felt immediate relief. He suggested I be adjusted three times a week for a couple weeks, and I was able to because of their schedule flexibility and affordable prices. Now I come in once a week do maintenance adjustments. I have also seen Dr. Bodi, and he is fantastic too.

Walked into the Joint Chiropractic on Friday November 9, 2018 in severe agonizing pain. Could barely move my neck along with lower back pain causing me to not walk with balance as well. Once I met with Dr. Bodi he began to assess where my pain areas were located by applying pressure. Once he identified my pain, he began to crack my neck into place. And he used an instrument onto my lower back to relieve my pain. They apply biofreeze to my lower back for more relief. After my treatment with Dr. Bodi, I felt no more pain and have been able to walk with balance and move my neck freely. Thank you.

I am a very active person with weightlifting and sports throughout the week. Despite that, on a random Thursday getting ready for a game, I threw my back out closing a dresser drawer of all things. I was having trouble sitting, standing, walking and laying down, the worst pain I've ever experienced. I came into The Joint the next morning, barely able to stand and Dr. Cuong was able to assess me immediately and provided the insight and procedures I needed to get back on my feet (literally) quickly. I injured my back (lower) in July & August. Had an MRI done disclosing a bulging disc and arthritis in discs and facet joints. Was receiving decompression and laser therapy.
