This place is wild to day the least! I was seen one time they talked me into paying for a month's worth of visits. Then told me to get an mri done by someone who doesnt take insurance either I told them im not paying for an mri out of pocket to cancel my treatment. I’ve been going to The Joint for a couple of years now, and it’s truly become such an important part of my routine. I’ve had the chance to see several of the doctors from the Toledo and Perrysburg location and honestly, every single one has been great. That said, I've become a loyal patient of Dr. Lucas over this past year, and he is absolutely incredible. I came in very skeptical and honestly scared to trust anyone with my lower back. With stage 4 spondylolisthesis, the wrong adjustment can have serious consequences. But after seeing Dr. Lucas weekly for a few months, we built so much trust that I quickly became completely at ease with him adjusting my entire spine. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and always takes his time with his patients. The progress has been amazing. He’s realigned me little by little, and I feel such a difference after every visit. If I miss a week, my body definitely lets me know. I always leave feeling better, and it’s clear my spine is continuing to improve over time. It’s truly become something my body depends on in the best way. AND I have to brag about the front desk team. Jessica and Michelle are the absolute best. They are always so welcoming and so kind. They remember you, make you feel like more than just a patient, and set the tone for the whole experience. Walking in feels like seeing friends, not just checking in for an appointment. My wife just went there needing some relief. She was the only person there at 6:10pm. They turned her away because they were closing at 7pm and they told her there wasn't enough time to help her. Again, she was THE ONLY PERSON THERE and they had almost an hour until closing time. Very disappointed. They just lost both of us as customers. The BONEYARD across the street stays open late if there are still people there. That guy cares more about his patients than closing time.

Chiropractic is not the snake oil I expected it was. It was about time I investigated it. Listen carefully, voice your concerns, and DON’T let yourself be lazy enough to make chiropractic adjustments the only aspect of your approach to your spine’s health. Do the stretches, work on your posture and strength. Very pleased with Doctor Lucas Maynard. Even though we have different approaches to medicine, he respects me. I suspect they would encourage you to come more often than you need - a reflection purely on the company, on the doctors. But I haven’t been enough times yet to know if that’s really true.

If they spent more time trying todo better adjustments versus sales pitching maybe they would be busier.. I'm very grateful for this clinic and their flexible hours. I popped my rib out of place on a Saturday and was in extreme pain. My usual chiropractors office was closed, and I was happy to find a place was open. The wait time was much shorter than I expected as a walk-in patient without an appointment. Dr. Lucas was very gentle and was able to adjust my back and neck painlessly. I felt better instantly. If not for this place, I would have not been able to move all weekend, and I doubt that I would have been able to return to work on Monday. Furthermore, the front desk coordinator was very kind and professional. I will definitely be back.

Lucas literally FIXED ME. I had been dealing with migraines that left me with numbness and vision impairment, that the doctors couldn’t figure out. Horrible customer service! I signed up for the monthly plan after my intake went so well, but once you’re a member, the service goes down. You can’t make appointments, it’s just walk in, and if you happen to go when they have a new member, you have to wait an hour to get adjusted. Today would have been my first appointment after my intake, and I waited forever, and the doctor was just in the back doing who knows what while we were all waiting up front. She could have taken me back before the new patient because they were still doing their paperwork, but instead she decided to take a break for over 15 minutes. If I had waited, I would have been there an hour and a half. Now I’m locked in for two months :( Don’t sign up unless you have time to wait for hours to be seen.

Dr. Estrel is typically who I see. He is super personable and great about remembering your specific problem areas and recommending different stretches/exercises to help supplement the adjustments. I was in so much pain. They were worried that I was in too much pain. They gave me some ice packs and then looked at me to try to figure out my pain. He was able to find the source and do some minor adjustments today. I am so grateful they were able to get me in and I will be headed back tomorrow for some more!

I'm so grateful for this chiropractor services. The open availability had been a game changer for me. I had not been to a chiropractor in a year due to scheduling conflicts. Now that I'm able to go after work hours I feel back to myself. The doctors are all friendly and knowledgeable and have been able to help me. I feel like a different person. Drove up to cancel my subscription(should be able to do on website or by phone like all others), got there at 9:50, they open at 10, at 10:07 I got out of my vehicle and asked the desk girl if she could take my name and cancel, no you need a to sign... But my key don't work and the chiropractor is running late... About 10 minutes he'll be here. DON'T SUBSCRIBE!

Always welcomed with a genuine friendly greeting. Our Dr listens to us and adjusts accordingly, Constant checking in while adjusting to insure we are ok and it's not too much. A plus is the conversations help ease the anxiety of going in and makes it not seem like a dreading task. We drive 80 miles round trip to just come to perrysburg. 10/10 would recommend definitely worth it!!!!
