It was Saturday morning my normal chiropractor was closed. I really needed help. I googled chiropractors near me and I found the joint. They have this special for $29. I scheduled the appointment right online and drove down immediately and got in within 15 minutes after filling out the paperwork. I did say no to the marketing on the paperwork and they had to get that approved. That was the only weird thing. After that, everything was awesome! I was completely impressed with the thorough adjustment that I received from Dr Riley. I’ve been seeing the same chiropractor for 15 years previous to this appointment, and I don’t have any complaints about the other chiropractor, but for their membership cost, I can go in to see a chiropractor every week whether I need to or not. It’s absolutely the best deal ever. The second time I went in for an adjustment it was a different chiropractor, she was Excellent as well. She was adjusting me in positions that I had never been adjusted in before very accurate, very precise and very careful. Both of the chiropractors had the same vibe. I think that some of the complaints that I read in the reviews are either people who have not actually spent much time at a chiropractor’s office or they’re just difficult people with unrealistic expectations. You cannot beat the affordability and the quality of the adjustment. Honestly, it’s the best adjustments I’ve ever had! I do hope that they add an additional chiropractor during the busy times a day so that there’s not a long way to get in. These are good problems for the company to solve. I value and appreciate the services that I’m getting and I’ve already recommended them to multiple people, including family members. Honestly, chiropractic Care is a service that people should have access to immediately when they’re in pain because a good chiropractic adjustment can relieve pain instantly. I don’t know how people live without it. One last thing I want to mention I observed the chiropractors adjusting one patient after another I think with that volume of adjustments the experience that a professional gains is really hard to compare to many other professionals. I was so impressed and it must be very physically demanding. Anyways, I highly recommend you go down and check it out for yourself. It’s a different experience but it will improve your health by having regular adjustments.

At first, things were great. I could get in to see a chiropractor seven days a week. Then they started closing early one day a week for training. I could live with that and I continued my membership. I don’t think I ever saw the same chiropractor twice. Last Saturday, after a minor bike crash earlier in the week, I decided I needed an adjustment. There was a substantial wait. I don’t know why they have all of those tables when they only have one chiropractor on duty at a time. When it was my turn, the doctor didn’t even look at my chart. And didn’t wash his hands. My chart specifically states that I do not want my neck cracked. I have read stories about people being paralyzed from that, so I wanted it to be very clear, not to crack my neck. As he was ending the session, I thought he was feeling my upper spine to make sure everything was in place. Next thing I know, this man has cracked my neck. Luckily, I am fine. But that was it for me. I thanked him, walked to the front desk, and terminated my membership. I made the very bad choice of convenience over quality. Please don’t make the same mistake.

I was a walk-in, based on A frame sign I saw as I was coming out of the coffee shop next door. I went in and asked how long the wait and what it took to get seen. I was in and out in about 1 hour along with my sister in law, we both signed up for auto withdrawal for a monthly plan. A bit of my background I recently relocated to the area because of an abusive now ex-husband. I was so tense I could barely move my neck, and if anyone touched me, I would cry. Now I am smiling and not fearing my shadow, and my body feels amazing, I am back enjoying daily life, and my total healing has been attainable by regular adjustments from the Joint Chiropractic. My first & second adjustments came from Elaine, who is gental, and (I feel) she has a holistic touch within her practice. I enjoyed her services, so I was shocked when I came in, and Scott was there, he has a great spirit, but he was a man and at that point in my healing no man had touched me since my ex-husbands last assault on me, I felt bad as soon as Scott laid his hands on me my tears started to release, yet I felt safe, Scott's touch was tender and loving, I knew he wouldn't hurt me, yet my body was fighting I wanted to get out of their quick, trauma sucks, because it doesn't know the difference between the good guys and bad, I waited a week 1/2 to come back because I was feeling so much better, I didn't want to give up, I went back and Scott was the physician on again he was sweet as pie, Scott was very professional, as well as Riley, that brings me to my experience with Riley, Riley has a strong, firm, comforting approach, I have seen him twice so far as well I look forward to working with this group for years to come. This was the best chiropractic experience I've had! They make it super affordable. I'm on a plan that's only $89 a month for 4 visits which is amazingly affordable and there's many other plans to choose from. Dr. Riley was very educated and informative. He gave me great exercises to start on and I'm looking forward to feeling better!

I’ve been treated by chiropractors for over twenty years for chronic neck and back issues and it really helps me, but work and competitive sports makes scheduling appointments way in advance a tough issue. I decided to give The Joint a try and I feel like I’ve finally found a great solution. Dr. Bransteter focused in immediately on the adjustments that would help with range of motion and pain relief in my first visit. Not only that, he showed me stretches and exercises to improve my issues, which is more akin to physical therapy than chiropractic but should always go together! Be careful. I’ve been a member for awhile and not had a bad experience but I brought my husband in for some minor pain and stiffness and he’s been 10x worse since the moment he walked out. We always expect to be stiff and sore after a Chiro appointment. This is different. We are now paying $150/week for physical therapy. The PT said the Chiropractor he saw was entirely too aggressive in his approach.

I had such a great experience at the joint chiropractic in bend. The receptionist was so nice and was able to get me in right away. Its about money,auto renewal on any plan, they get you sign up when you come in and in pain, tell you at the end it's auto renewal payments, at a time when you just want a session to end the pain, in my case I didn't go back; they made it worse, not every back fix is the drop table method; but obviously they think it is. They are counting on you to just forget about the auto renewal because most people do, great marketing scam, but very customer unfriendly.

Response to owner rebuttal... If you truly cared you would refund at least the last month as I would concede the first charge. However it's seems to be money over customer service. It would be simple you could easily do it as you rendered no services either month and I was In less than 48 hours after the second bill on a holiday weekend...with still no communication about reactivation Like I said bad business don't fall for the subscription. I originally went to end it completely until winter was over but was advised against it and told I would be notified when services continued. I was not. As you can tell I am not the only one. Bad business practices!!!Terrible customer service...Don't fall for membership...Was convenient however after I suspended my account temporarily they sent no texts or emails indicating they were restarting payments. (They sent me plenty prior) They charged me $180 for 2 months ($90 per month) which I realized after seeing it on my banking info. I went in and asked to cancel and stated after receiving no services for the first month I would concede that payment but asked that they reverse the second charge as it was a holiday weekend and I went in 2 days after the billing...they refused. No problems charging me 2 months for no services at all...I would never recommend!!

(sorry, reposting this from my personal account where it belonged): Great clinic. Great chiropractors. Decent service (although I would agree with some of the commenters about it seeming like they're not giving you a full service, which seems odd, but, only an observation). However: they're not going to necessarily tell you about their reduced flex account for people who don't go 4x per month & won't reimburse you for the months you kept paying full price because they neglected to tell you, and when you send in a cancellation (which I've had to do twice, as of today, since they didn't bother to respond the first time), don't expect to get an email back. I signed the contract, so, I am just sucking up several hundreds of dollars at this point, simply because I didn't know I had options & was naively trusting as they were so nice. If it wasn't for the predatory billing practice and epic failure on overcharging people, using old-skool gym style membership "gotchas", this would've been a full, 5 star review for the service aspect. Use them if you need your back fixed, but do NOT sign up for their ongoing service unless you make SURE they tell you about ALL your options, and even then, make sure to watch your account, cause they may bill you and say they can't "reverse" it (which is unfortunately, not true). Too bad - I sent a lot of folks that way. My mistake. There are a lot of other chiropractors in town to choose from, just... check around before signing up for any "ongoing" subscription, so a good back fix doesn't turn into an unfortunate financial mess. That's all.

My back had been out for sometime. My back was getting stiffer, much more tight, limited movement, etc. Due to a change of insurance, my regular chiropractor was no longer in network, so I would have to pay out-of- network fees. I actually left before getting seen. In their privacy policy it asks for consent to give your MEDICAL information to telemarketers, and by signing you also take yourself off the “Do Not Call” registry. Literally signing away your HIPAA rights. Same goes for email, they say they will give it to telemarketers if you sign. On top of telemarketing, they can share your medical information to anyone associated with their company, which includes anyone they might contract with for “marketing and promotional communications“ they WILL NOT see you if you don’t agree to allow them to sell your info. I asked if I could continue without those clauses, and the front desk guy said no and was somewhat rude about me not wanting to continue. Then said “it’s no different than your phone listening to you all the time” in an angry tone. I know a lot in this world isn’t private anymore, but I’d rather not have someone selling my medical and some family medical history/info. And they ask A LOT of medical questions.

Felt very used cars salesman. Not really concerned with your actual health. Dr working on me for 20 mins definitely did not use deodorant at all. Would not go again Edit. It's been 4 weeks since this. Now I have to go get a sedated MRI with new pain that has occurred after YOUR DR worked on me. The owner reached out once making excuses that the AC wasn't working in the building and at the Dr's house. Which is a complete lie. I was in the building that day. Ac was working just fine. Your Dr doesn't use deodorant. Nice try. You'll be hearing from my lawyer very soon. I haven't been able to walk for 2 weeks now. I got plenty of medical bills occuring.

It’s an incredible value. I had the 2 visits in 2 days. I was I. So much pain. I went in on Sunday and had a very different experience . It is usually a very rushed treatment but Sunday took the cake. I was not provided any assistance with my getting up and or down. It hurt so much. I don’t recall the name of the man who worked on Sunday,,.. he will never “treat” me again.

I was suffering from painful sciatica. It was painful to walk or sit or generally just move! I decided to see Dr. Marie Rudback at the Joint Chiropractic Center in Bend. After several visits she had me feeling so much better. Her adjustments were gentle and very effective. What a great relief to be free of pain and life is good again. Updated review from 2 to 4 stars: Within 30 min of posting this review, the owner of the Bend location called me. I was impressed with his customer service and he apologized for my experience. I returned for an adjustment today and was very happy with my visit. I appreciate businesses who value feedback and listen to their customers. I believe The Joint is one of those places. I filled out an "I'm interested" form online and received a call within 10 min. Very impressive! The receptionist told me I had an appointment at 11:30 for an exam with the chiropractor. However, it was after 12:40 before I was seen. I understand the walk-in approach, and I understand the vast fluctuation with wait times, but I would strongly recommend communicating that to new patients and not giving the impression that they will be seen at a specific time. I considered walking out when what appeared to be the owner/manager came to have a business meeting with the receptionist in the waiting area. I stuck it out because I've heard great things about the chiropractors. Unfortunately, I was disappointed again when all that was adjusted was my neck and mid back when I specifically wrote in my intake form and discussed with the Dr that my low back and hips were an area of pain for me as well. The small adjustment I did get was helpful, and the receptionist was very pleasant. I really wanted to like this place, but all things considered, I won't be returning and do not feel that it was worth even the discounted rate of $29.

I highly enjoyed my experience here. The prices are affordable and I got a good adjustment. Even as a self adjuster, I was able to be adjusted in challenging areas and they had some other therapeutic movements and tips for me as well. If you're hesitant, it's less than $30 to go in and see what it's like, im sure you'll enjoy it, and the space is lovely and modern.

A few days ago I got to experience what The Joint Chiropractic is all about! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and very kid friendly. I brought two young toddlers to an early morning walk in and they had a blast with the owner, he blew up some balloons for them to play with. Afterwards we even got a treat and coffee next door. The service was very fast and extremely affordable. As a mom of three the budget can be tight for extra expenses, like chiropractic work but this place makes it where we can easily budget a regular work up into the equation. I have experienced sciatic nerve pain, and hip rotation since I was a teen. I’ve been to multiple chiropractors and have only found one other business (in CA) that practices a particular kind of work that helps me find relief. Tyler had some of these practices in his tool box, I am hopeful for the future with the Joint Chiropractic knowing my concerns are heard, acknowledged and a plan of treatment is dealt out in a timely manor. I even had a call from Tyler a couple days later to check back in with me. Also, did I mention they support our local school events!? Community outreach is important, shows they care beyond just the numbers. Definitely worth checking out and getting that 29$ first visit. Believe me, you will want to go back!

I am a Joint subscriber for the last two years and I generally get my adjustments down in San Diego, but was happy to see that there is a location that just opened up in Bend! Great location! Traveling full time in an RV, The Joint is a godsend. Waking into a location you have never been and having all of your information in the system is amazing. The Bend location did not disappoint. I scanned my card and was immediately led to the back by the friendly receptionist. The chiropractor was great. Overall, The Joint is just ok… Loved how the doctor listened and took down information to diagnose my problem areas and what they might be. Now I’ve been to other chiropractors in the past and just didn’t feel this doctor was really able to align me in the way I needed. When asked, “Do you feel the difference now that we did and adjustment?” And I tell the doctor no I don’t feel a difference in flexibility and then I’m told, “Oh, well it’s much better.” Then why did you ask me the question if you’re not going to really take my response into consideration?!? I really did like the fact that I could just walk in at any moment, but I didn’t like the fact that I’m trying to be sold on a monthly membership. Also, I have insurance for a reason and would really like it if they could work with my insurance to just submit the bill. I’m not health insurance savvy and I know most are not at as well. So to try to get the paperwork correct every time I go in to submit to be reimbursed by my insurance company just isn’t convenient for me, nor anyone. What if I pay monthly and don’t use all the visits I pay for?!? I’m just out that money.. dose not seem like a great plan for the customer. Especially when The Joint tells me when I ask about the company that they are customer focused.. I guess not

I had a great experience at the joint! I was welcomed in by Callie who was professional, kind, and efficient when checking me in! Since I was in on opening weekend I was also able to chat with Dr. Elaine! She was so lovely! Then I was seen by Dr. Tyler and he did a wonderful job with my adjustment. He walked me through what he recommended which made me feel very comfortable and confident in his abilities! The adjustment itself felt fantastic! I work at a desk so I had a lot of stiffness in my upper back and shoulders. Dr. Tyler listened to my concerns and I felt much better when I walked out! I can’t wait for my next visit!

I went into the Joint because I was feeling a pain down the back of my right thigh. After an evaluation, Dr. Tyler adjusted where he felt was most needed. I stood up and the pain was gone. I highly recommend this place for chiropractic care. The staff is super friendly and professional, and I will be signing up for a service plan asap. I think you should too!

The front of house has great customer experience. Dr. Tyler understands and cares for his clients. Being technician we involve a lot of carrying over 50 pounds. They got me in soon as possible. I felt a lot better immediately when I got out. Hands down the best first experience. The great thing about this facility is that they take in walk-ins.

Very effective and affordable chiropractic service. My daughter turned me on to these guys when I was visiting her in Salt Lake City when it was going to take me days to get into someone before I left. I have never been to a chiropractor in 59 years These are the most amazing Doctors the receptionist is an amazing beautiful young lady who goes out of her way to help you the doctors sit and explain everything they're going to do before they do it to make sure you're OK I would i never go anyplace else.
