I was turned away at the front desk at the Hillsboro Joint because the front desk woman (blonde hair, gap in teeth, gold eyeshadow) said they're not doing one time appointments anymore and was pressuring me into a plan. The Joint website still says one time care is accepted. Edit: This was "resolved" once my husband went in and showed her the website which states they still do one time walk-ins. The chiropractor who helped me was very nice. As for her, she kept trying to joke around with me and act like my buddy afterwards.

I woke up this morning and threw my back out just bending over to tie my shoes. I have VA health insurance, and what followed was a complete runaround—calls, approvals, urgent care, sitting for hours just to get a referral. Taylor is a magic worker. I have seen 4 chiropractors at Joint at different locations and Taylor is by far the best. He is gentle and attentive. I cannot say enough about this clinic. The staff are incredible especially Alicia!. The Dr are probably the best I’ve ever been to. Tonight was the first time. That I met with Dr. Karena and she adjusted me perfectly. Anytime I see Dr. Nick it is an amazing experience. Again I cannot say enough about this clinic from the moment you walk in the greeting from Alicia is incredible.

I don't love that it's not a private appointment. I didn't realize that it was one big treatment room with 2-3 chiropractors. And then they try and sell you a package....it just doesn't feel genuine and it doesn't feel like medical care. I think the chiropractor I had was good, definitely adjusted me well but didn't love that I was telling him what was going on with me in front of 5 strangers that were in the room. Nothing against the treatment I had. Just don't love how public everything was

The Joint provides the highest quality of treatment very quickly and its provided by knowledgeable professionals. I had suffered through 3 years of MD’s lack of focus and accomplished no healing. In three visits (2 per week) at The Joint I have reset my sciatica back to 30 or 40% present. I’m looking forward to the entire months routine to get back to where I was pre-injury.

After relocating to Oregon from California, my wife and I have been looking for a reasonably affordable chiropractor. As my of today we are done searching. Alicia and Nick are the best. I have been a faithful chiropractic client since I was eight years old. It started with a car accident. Over the years i've come to know my body very well and I have anatomy knowledge, so I usually walk in and tell them what needs to be adjusted. I have recently been experiencing some very new issues that I did not know what to do with. My regular doctors have sent me in for x rays, CT, and an MRI. I was then sent to a physical therapist and did not feel like I was getting anywhere. After just a few minutes of conversation with doctor scott , his eyes lit up, and he knew exactly what was going on. After his adjustment all of my symptoms virtually disappeared. Over the next several weeks I have battled with them on a very very small level. It took time for me to get where I was and I know it takes time for them to be fixed. The fact that the first adjustment alleviated all of my discomfort for the first three or four days tells me we are treating the correct issue. After a month, I am almost completely free of any discomfort from my issues. I am now seeing him once a week to keep it in place while my muscles get used to it. He saved me from going down a very bad road that I believe would have led me to surgery. Im very grateful!!! I highly recommend the joint Chiropractic, and if you are in hillsborough I highly recommend doctor scott. Everyone at the joint has been wonderful to me over the last three years. Im grateful I found them?

I came in for an emergency when my main Chiro couldn’t see me. Alicia was super informative and supportive, and Dr Harris was also very good at what she does and was informative, keeping me in the loop of what was going on and how they were going to treat it. I left feeling wayyy better than when I came in. I felt taken care of and it was quick, simple and cheap. Can’t recommend them enough!

I was on a journey to find a new chiropractor when The Joint was recommended to me by a coworker. So I looked them up and found a couple close to my work and my home. Figured I’d give it a try after a lake day of hanging on to an inner tube for dear life as a boat whipped me, and my spine, around. And frankly- I was undecided after the first visit. I was not used to the open forum and not knowing who I’d be seeing when it was my turn. But I had a serious commitment coming up that REQUIRED all of my 45 year old out of shape athletic prowess: Women’s Slowpitch softball tournament. And since I had committed serious crimes against my upper back and shoulders- a second visit was required. So I just showed up. After work. No appt to plan for or worry about traffic or have take time off. Popped in at 4:15 and didn’t even get a chance to take a seat before it was my turn. Boom- let’s get at it. And on my third visit, in less than a week, it was decided. I am a loyal fan. I’m a mom of two that hold an executive management position and still plays recreational softball a couple of times a week. I need The Joint in my life. And so do you- just…. Show up.

Made an appointment for 10am as a new client. Website says to arrive 15 mins early for new client orientation, was unable to do that as doors open at 10. Finished packet within 10 mins. Waited to be seen and at 11 I still was waiting as other walk ins were served. The adjustment area is also public space meaning you are around strangers and kids as you are serviced so not very comfortable when they are asking about personal medical needs for the adjustment. Great for “social / on a whim” people. You can’t make an appointment for regular adjustments so it’s just not a space for people that like to be punctual and private. Staff was lovely for the check in experience but I ended up leaving after waiting an hour and will not be returning. But for some people I’m sure it works great

I actually frequent a different joint, but Hudson was there filling in for my normal doctor and he was fantastic! He seemed very knowledgeable and gave me some guided help on recovering from a slipped rib. If my usual is ever out, I would definitely love to have Hudson back!

DO NOT USE THE JOINT CHIROPRACTIC HILLSBORO ON CORNELL RD! I went in with a flare up of an old injury for 25+ years ago causing lower back pain. It has been the majority of my life dealing with this reoccurring injury, I know how my body reacts to therapy for the situation. After 3 adjustments in a week I was in urgent care unable to walk with a numb foot and severe sciatica. When I called to ask about canceling the subscription for continued visits I was called by the one who performed my adjustments and she blamed me for the injury. Chiropractic care is an amazing way to care for your body. Please do yourself a favor and look for a better place than the Joint In Hillsboro on Cornell Rd. Unless you like paying a lot of money to your local urgent care to make you able to walk again.

Today I woke up with extreme pain to my hip & butt area. My partner insisted I go see a chiropractor as he's been to this clinic before. I was seen by Dr Hudson Clark D.C. He relieved so much of my pain. I wanted to cry of joy after my adjustment. Pain I thought I'd live with forever was relieved within minutes. My mobility is so much better. I can turn my head with no pain or stiffness. My hip pain is still there but it was relieved 70%. I'm excited for the future & happy I finally went. Just mad at myself for not going sooner. Walked in on a Saturday at 3 and was told I could not be seen as it was too close to closing time. Then I was asked if I would like to come in on Monday and I said sure. Then the receptionist asked what time and I said 2pm. I show up on Monday and it’s their lunch time. Overall very unprofessional and incompetent receptionist. Don’t waste your time trying to walk in or make an appointment here just find another chiropractor.

Perhaps this location is great at their chiropractic service but we were unable to actually get service done here. I called prior to coming in and was told that when my husband would arrive in 5min they would be able to fit him in (it was a little over an hour until closing when we called). After the assistant gave me a run around on the phone confused about if the place she works at is walk in only or not she finally said oh well yes if you come now we could fit you in but it gets busy in the last hour so no guarantee if it’s later. He arrives in a few minutes, not a single person in the waiting area, and the assistant is all confused why he’s there and said there’s no time to fit him in today. They made him an apt for 2pm Monday. He goes and the assistant is again confused and said oh yea we saw you had an appointment but the weekend has different lunch hours we’re closed right now for lunch come back in an hour. My husband works nights and woke up in the middle of his sleep to come to this appointment. It was a massive inconvenience and would be to anyone else regardless of why because an hour appointment difference requires a shift in how your day is planned out. If you had seen that the appointment didn’t line up with when you were actually available why not give a call in advance rescheduling? And why does your assistant for the weekend not know the true working hours for the week when presumably the majority of scheduled appointments have to take place during the week? Very incompetent assistants working the desk and we have opted elsewhere.

First time at this establishment. Not first time at chiropractor. Walked in, did some paperwork and was seen in under an hour. Without an appointment. Very smooth process. That doctor worked me over. Have never been aligned like that before. Was amazing the sounds coming out of my back. After it all. My back is on the mend and feels so much better. After my first visit my pain has decreased by about 50%. I’m looking forward to seeing the benefits of my next visit. I hadn't seen a chiropractor in years. I woke up yesterday with dull nagging pain between my shoulder blades. I used every pain relief technique and medication available to me and nothing was helpiing. I could barely concentrate at work. I thought I would have to go home, then I thought maybe I'll try to see a chiropractor. The chiropractor a coworker recommended had no new patient appts, so I went to the Joint in Hillsboro, OR. Gwen checked me in. She was very kind and it was very easy. Hudson Clark assessed me, explained his diagnosis and adjusted me. He didn't waste any time and seemed intuitively and laser focused. He suggested a tiny easy exercise to do a few times that day and an NSAID and ice recommendation. I still can't believe the relief I had immediately afterwards and it's still better today. I'm going back on Monday.

I was having a hard time getting in to see my regular chiropractor, saw an ad for The Joint and remembered my daughter mentioning that she had gone to the location near where she lives. I figured for $29 why not try it. The open room concept is different, but the ability to get in, treated and out in such a short amount of time, with out having to commit to an appointment time or sit in a waiting room for more than a couple minutes makes this place exceptional. Dr. Harris and her staff are friendly and informative.

I woke up yesterday with what I think was one of my spinal discs sliding out of place and I couldn’t walk without the assistance of someone. After visiting Dr. Clark I was able to walk afterwards by myself. I’m still feeling some discomfort and slight pain but I was told that was normal !

OMG OMG! I Hope I don't make this too long. But I just found out about this place today on Sunday because my lower back went out again, like it has been doing for years and years. So I went in got an adjustment.their prices are amazing. Can't believe they got me in on a Sunday. I've been to chiropractors half of my life I'm 61 years old a few car accidents. So my neck has been very messed up. I've been to physical therapy. chiropractors, so many. I've had steroid injections in my neck up my spine to my neck nothing has worked . The last five chiropractors I've been to could not even adjust my neck at all. This chiropractor adjusted my neck and I can't believe how good it feels. I'm So amazed and actually kind of freaked out because I can't believe that he made my neck feel better and actually adjusted it. I recommend this place to anybody I went to Hillsboro Oregon. And Dr Clark was my doctor. He's amazing.

It’s been a interesting journey meeting Dr. Harris when I ended up with a “tech neck” from poor ergonomics and overworking. It was so bad just trying to look down sent lightning pain down by back, quality of life was severely compromised. Dr. Harris took care of me, and within a month, I am pain free allowing me to rotate my neck all around. This year I’m seeing her for a good news - much awaited pregnancy! Due to desk job and fatigue I haven’t been able to move my body as much, but Dr. Harris adjusted her treatment so it’s safe for my baby. I plan on going in every week until labor, as she still needs to drop. So grateful to have accessible and affordable care by a trusted professional, not to mention its so close to work! :)

I was having sharp pains in my shoulder with any movement. My Tens unit or massage did nothing and I had been stuck in bed for 3 days in pain. Luckily I had a friend that uses The Joint and insisted I try it as they are always able to get her right in. Well the popped 3 ribs back in place that I had no idea we’re out. This is my favorite Joint location. The doctors are all amazing and really listen to what's going on. They give advice on stretching so you can keep your body pain free. The entire office is friendly, welcoming and always smiling. All in all, though, The Joint is amazing and if you're looking for quality chiropractic care that's affordable and effective, this is the place for you. I've used locations as I've traveled and love that my chart is wherever I go and Iget the same care as I would in my home location. But the Hillsboro team will always be my favorite!!

I've never been to a chiropractor before, but I had a really bad pinched nerve in my neck/back and I couldn't move my head and it hurt to walk. I tried this place out since it was low cost and they've been great! I can move around with very little pain (getting less each session!) and they are all so kind! I hurt myself a couple of months ago and finally decided to seek medical help with the lower back and hip pain than stemmed from pulling weeds. The moment I walked into the clinic in Hillsboro and was greeted by Kris I knew I found the right place: Kris was so friendly and helpful and made me feel like an old friend. I was with the dr mere minutes after my arrival and was out in 30 mins, feeling better than I had in weeks. I went back today for my second visit and feel even better. I had a great consultation and adjustment. Dr. was very thorough and explained everything. The only thing I did not like (or appreciate) was the push to get long term care with auto charges to my card. Other than that my visit was very pleasant.

Some of the best chiropractic care I have ever received has been at this location. When I have had serious problems and couldn't get in anywhere else, I have always been able to get into one of these places with instant relief. You can't beat the convenience of this place. I have a very good health plan and still pre pay for a membership for the convenience. I always know that I can rely on this place to fix alignment problems when others are not open or do not have any openings.

I took my son there and honestly expected them to do the bare minimum because it's a chain and such a good price. Seemed to good to be true. Boy was I wrong! The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. Dr. Z took great care of my son, took the time to get to know him and explained everything in detail. He even called the next day to see how my son was feeling. I didn't feel pressured to sign up for anything I didn't want to and left knowing my son's treatment plan and feeling great about the experience! The ability to come in at our convenience and get in and out quickly is a huge benefit with my family's crazy busy schedule. Very happy customer!

The only good thing about this place is that it used to be quick. It's been taking too long the last few times I've been in, considering there was not much going on at the times I was there. The billing setup is garbage, also. The person that usually works at the desk is less than pleasant to deal with at times, and pushy. It's often that only one person working when I've been in there lately. It's a generic, rushed adjustment every time.

Gone there with several problems, started with stress on upper back, injuries lower back on massage machine with built up tension in between. Dr. Z did his analysis and thru our conversation, did some adjustments with future plans before I leave to go back home, Hawaii. Feel energetic before I left and good through the night. I've had two chiropractic sessions thus far and I got to say, they have both been incredibly amazing and have helped my back/neck (especially my neck!) feel looser, more limber and overall better. Neck feels like it was given WD40 seeing as the tension on any neck turning is completely gone! My back feels pretty good too although definitely has a lot of work to undergo still; great place, kind people, and all in all worth it thus far.

The doctors are amazing! I love that they each have their individual techniques. Depending on my current issue, I am able to visit whichever Dr. that has the technique that will address that particular issue most effectively. The notes they make in the computer file are so effective, as it assists the treating doctor( no matter the location) to meet my individual needs. I will say, that "Dr. Z is my #1 choice as he is exceptionally thorough". I love that he judges his success by patients not having the same reoccurring issues. All of the doctors are truly a blessing though. SO happy and Thankful that I found you all.

I subscribed back in the beginning of 2023 and I've tried to cancel my membership TWICE, once in June and once just this month and I keep getting charged. THE JOINT SLABTOWN LITERALLY TRIED TO CHARGE NE THIS MORNING BUT I LITERALLY HAVE NO MONEY TO TAKE!! No one can afford anything anymore and $20 charges are coming out every month. I'm really upset with how hard it is to cancel and I'm actually livid I'm still getting charged. I would be careful working with this company bc this is downright thievery at this point.

When I came to have my back adjusted I didn't think it was going to work, they were very knowledgeable educated me on my issue sent me with stretches to do then it wasn't immediate but by that night I was sleeping so comfortable. The experience that I went through was excellent, and the process was clear and specific. I went in for intensive back pain which effected my ability to do the simple tasks such as walking ,sitting, and sleeping. After my visit my back pain was relieved, and I was able to my day to day things. Never again I’ll take the simple things for granted. So I went in to get adjusted and they recommended to come 2 days a week for a month so I did inwas help by a guy name Trevor excellent duded knows what's he's doing and get u feeling good. unfortunately my last day I went he wasn't there! I wasn't told that he didn't come in and when I go to the back I was help by someone who never help me before! He only cracked my lower back and my neck I was needing be cracked on lower hip area lower back upper back and neck! After I went home the next 2 days hard sharp pains under my arm and couldnt sleep all my body pain came back and I kinda feel like he put me outta place before it was my last day i never felt this way so all the hard work Trevor put it went away! I would assume they should know what to work on every person! When u clock in! Toll now I'm feeling really bad but should be getting fix soon! Thanks

First time at this location and service was great. They made sure that I left with no questions left unanswered. Four stars because, in retrospect, I was a little disappointed. Again, first time at this location and it's been over a year since I've gone to a Joint. The doctor did address the pain that I came in for [sciatica from pregnancy] but didn't bother to check my hips since I wrote on my profile that I had a hip injury on the side he worked on. At other locations, every time I had someone new, they always checked on me head to toe. Definitely going back because I'm still in pain, and I'll definitely inform the doctor that I'd, at the very least, like them to check from the hips down.

Dr Trevor Is amazing! He is knowledgable, skilled at assessment and correction and always gets us back to 100%. Our whole family sees Dr. Trevor at The Joint. We love that we don't have to make appointments and most of the time we are seen within 5 minutes or less. Dr. Trevor has helped me with various issues from a locked up Piriformis muscle to tense jaw with radiating pain and spinal issues. My daughter has been seeing him for her slight scoliosis and it hasn't gotten worse but better! I highly recommend the Joint. Plus the prices are reasonable! Update: May 2025 I've now switched to the pay in advanced for 6 visits because we weren't coming in as often. Alicia the front desk lady was super kind and helpful as ate all the front desk people. I miss seeing Chris as often as I used to. Sadly the joint doesn't have Trevor anymore. He moved on.

The staff here are AMAZING! They do have drinks and mints sometimes while you wait or right before you leave. When you do sign up you get two free appointments within 30 days of signing up. They have recently upgraded most of the stuff there and the chiropractors finish fast and efficiently. Once you sign up you get this key chain that you can scan every time when you come to check in. The wait time is usually around 5-10 minutes. They have OVER qualified staff. This is the best chiropractor I have ever been to!

I realize Doctors need to have lunch breaks. But no one needs to be rude about saying the Doctor is on lunch. The door wasn’t locked the receptionist was cleaning and made me feel very uninvited into this particular location. I have never felt that way at another location before. They are the McDonalds of chiropractic. I was in a pinch (literally) and needed a weekend adjustment. The doctor was telling me that I needed a treatment plan of 2 times per week for up to 6 weeks. I used to work in chiropractic, where all of my services were free and used to be in much more pain years ago. Never not once has any of the chiropractors I had seen over the years ever said I needed extensive treatment. I have always been a maintenance patient. Fast forward to my visit and the moment that I told the cattle herding front desk gal that I was not interested in signing up for their treatment plan her attitude and smile completely changed. I have gotten about 20 emails asking for my feedback after having unsubscribed from each of them without ever being removed from their harassing emails. Even if I was in the worst pain of my life I would not return to The Joint.

First time going to a Chiropractor, I was kind of nervous but Dr. Hollingsworth is very thorough and explained exactly what he was doing and why. The front desk lady is very helpful and a great multitasker as she had multiple people coming in, phone calls and new patient paperwork and she had no problem making it all happen. I was pleasantly surprised at the price. Although the price seems to reflect the technology, like no x-ray or pneumatic tools, the service itself was everything I had hoped for. I brought my wife in for her first time ever with chiropractic, and she was very hesitant at first from bad experiences with physical therapy in the past. I've been going here for about a month and Dr. Kevin has really helped my back and neck pain. I love the affordable monthly membership option so I can go as much as I need to and the overall cost is much less than I have paid at other chiropractors in the area.
