She later received her Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa in 2007, continuing a proud family tradition in the field.

Dr. Myers has practiced in a variety of communities, including Glen Arbor and Beaver Island, Michigan, as well as Derry, New Hampshire. Her approach to chiropractic care is deeply rooted in her belief that consistent care helps families thrive. She is especially passionate about helping patients recover from injuries without the use of drugs or surgery, offering natural, effective solutions for long-term wellness.

Under this new management. Its a very horrible experience now, 0 customer service. I was ushered out by Jessica as i was finishing up a call. She stood there arguing in my face as i was on a business call ?. As well as another "doctor" refuses to adjust my entire body. For no real reason. Most of them have controlling issues. The joint the chiropractic place next to Kroger store in Bluffton has the worst customer service by a girl in the front. Her name is Rachel on Saturday with today’s date as per my review, no customer service skills, A form to fill out was not loading. Her response was inadequate acting like People as customers aren’t enough for her time and attitude. I wish I could be back without someone like this person handling the front. Horrible experience no manager on site awful attitude from two people inside at the front. Please do not waste your time in this place. The name Reachel may be fake, that’s the nature perceived on the rude nasty attitude girl.

I initially had a positive experience with Dr. Jody at The Joint Chiropractic, which gave me hope for continued treatment. However, my experience quickly deteriorated. During my second visit, the treatment was excessively rough, causing significant pain and discomfort, and I was forced to cancel my membership. In addition to the treatment issues, I encountered significant administrative problems. Despite having canceled my membership, I was falsely charged for the next month’s fee two weeks early, even though I had only attended two visits and had already canceled. Furthermore, the cancellation paperwork mysteriously disappeared, and the front desk staff employee Beth, were not transparent or honest about the situation. These issues have led me to lose trust in the clinic’s practices and feel unsafe returning. I strongly advise potential clients to proceed with caution and ensure that all terms and charges are fully documented and transparent before committing.

Never had a more disappointing experience at a joint Chiropractic and I’ve been a member for a couple of years. I called on my way to Hilton head on a work trip because I had not been able to get to my local office due to my mother being in the hospital. I told them I would arrive just before 2 o’clock and they told me that was not OK. They go to lunch at 2 o’clock and they couldn’t be bothered to do my adjustment before they went even though I was gonna arrive before two. Absolutely disgusting disappointing way to treat your t. Will never support your office. I will be calling their corporate office as well. Well, I understand it’s almost their lunch break. I would be arriving before they close and it literally takes minutes to adjust somebody. Horrible.

Rude, unprofessional, uneagar to help. Couldn't even stop walking to talk to me or listen to me, just told me to go to another Dr and he pointed and was walking away. We joined The Joint in Charlotte for the full year. So when we moved here, it transferred. Now, here, we really enjoy Dr. Jeremy (my nick name for him is Dr. Miracle) and everyone who works there (e.g. Tabitha and the others!) First time here, walked in to an empty front desk, had to wait a minute until I eventually see who I think is the chiropractor come from the back office. I kid you not, he greets me by sitting in the empty chair, kicks both his feet up on the desk and asks how can he help me. I say “I have pain in my lower back and I would like to be treated’. He responds with asking me if I’ve ever been there before and I said no. He says “I’m sorry I can’t help you, I don’t have any front desk girls working to sign you up in the computer”. At first I thought he was kidding because he had a little smirk on his face, but after I said “really?”, he said yes. I’ve been to chiropractors before, and this behavior from a “doctor” seemed quite unusual and wildly erratic as if he was under the influence of something. In my line of work, first impressions are everything, and this just wasn’t it. I won’t be back and since I am a local, I won’t be recommending this place to anyone.

So I came in in February 2025 with a neck pain. I just recently come back from a vacation and got adjusted for the $29 came out did the $79 for the month now. I talked to the lady at the at the front desk and I said this is not one of those deals that just keeps coming out of my account. Does it? You're not going to keep hitting my account every month. Are you because they did that to me at H2O two doors down and I'm not doing that. Oh no, no, this is a month by month thing. You decide whether you're going to do it or not. I said cuz I'm having a heart surgery March 4th so I'm going to be out of commission for a while. Oh no. Don't worry find out. I look at my account today and and I've been charged $79 every month. Seriously. Well it says so right in the piece of paper I said what piece of paper the one you kept yes. Well that's not what the girl told me by her lips because I'm 72 years old. I didn't want to get hooked up in one of these things again like I did with the H2O people. Two doors down. That's my complaint right there. I have a complaint with them lying to me and telling me that they're not going to take the money out every freaking month and they do

Had my first visit here this past week, and I’m so glad I finally started going again. Dr Jeremy is awesome. I drive 40 minutes to get there. He takes time to connect at the beginning of visits and actually listens to what is new or changes that have occurred. I really like it. I was experiencing a lot of pain and it was making an already very physical job almost impossible. I wasn’t sure any of it was fixable but somewhere around the 2nd-3rd week I had my first pain free day in a long time. I go religiously now and sometimes add in an extra session if I’ve had a particularly grueling week (it’s only $10 if I go over my allotment). I wasn’t sure about the membership part at first(I googled it to death) but it was carefully and, I must say, patiently explained and it appears easy to cancel if you want. A whole month there is less expensive than a single session at any of the private practices I looked at. I feel like I get the same attention and amount of time on the table as the last place I went to a few years back and, as this works out to about $20 a session and I’m getting great results it’s well worth it to me. Also they give you extra free sessions when you start which really helped me. Oh, and I also like that it’s walk in. My schedule can be unpredictable so the ability to wedge in a session at my convenience is super helpful.

Dr. Jeremy showed up 30 minutes late to my appt… I was supposed to be at 10am but I didn’t get adjusted until 10:35… he smelled and looked like he just rolled out of bed, many people walked out, I should of as well because he did two cracks and then I was out. My chiropractic care elsewhere has been much more thorough. The receptionist was nice but I will never come back here.

My wife walked in several months ago for an adjustment. It was a one-time visit to work on her sore neck. At checkout, the girl at the desk convinced her to sign-up for a month for $79 instead of a one-time payment of $45. This would allow for four more visits within a month, in case she needed more work done. There was never any mention and/or discussion around a subscription service of $79 per month that would be charged each and every month until cancelled in writing. She blatantly lied to my wife. This company is a complete scam that takes advantage of trusting customers. Do yourself a favor and find a qualified chiropractor that doesn’t operate a Ponzi scheme and charge it’s services through a subscription method.

I drive over an hour and a half just to see Dr. Jeremy. I have been going to various Joint locations for years, he is my by far the best Chiropractor in this area! I had a headache that lasted a month, 4 other chiropractors adjusted me ‘fixing’ the issue but really just irritating it more. Dr. Jeremy identified the issue, and was able to fix it after 1 visit. I cried after I was so happy to finally not be in pain. I will not go to another doctor if he is within driving distance. HIGHLY recommend for anyone needing chiropractic care!

This place is a money grab. The service you get reflects in the price. They don't adress your individual problem. They use the same universal 3 adjustments techniques Everytime wether it works or not. I've been to the Joint Chiropractic in Tennessee and they were great. I felt genuine relief after 1 visit because of the attention paid to the individual. This Bluffton location seems more like a get them in and get them out kind of place.

The doctors at The Joint in Bluffton, especially Jeremy and Dave, are outstanding! They take the time to understand my health concerns and work with me to create a plan to address all of my needs. I feel heard. After an adjustment, I feel better… mostly. The problem is that the owners of The Joint in Bluffton don’t care. The wait to be seen is (always) too long. Upon check-in, I am usually informed the wait is an hour. Instead of properly staffing, they share doctors with their Pooler location, and that spot is their priority. The people who are there, forced to rotate thru on a constantly changing schedule, are fed up. You can feel their frustration and it makes the environment difficult. I wish the owners would fix their staffing plan, because the doctors (and their patients) deserve better.

Biggest scam in the industry. I was signed up here for a minimum of 2 months without my consent and they refused to cancel their plan. I confirmed with receptionist and chiropractic it was just a one month plan. I only needed it because I was on vacation and have free chiropractic visits at home. Who would agree to $160 when they have free chiro? Nobody! The front desk attendant and chriro were both jerks from when I walked in the door with my wife. Their local and corporate customer service is a joke and non-existent. Multiple phone calls and emails to corporate. Nobody gets back to you via phone or email. I've been trying for weeks. If you want to have your bank account swindled, then this is your place. I HIGHLY recommend you go elsewhere! Worst chiropractic experience in over 25 years! DON'T DO IT!!!

First i waited for over an hour, and they kept taking back clients before me. I asked about it, and the receptionist kept saying i was next, even though they don’t take appointments. She said because it’s an initial consult, it would take 20-30 minutes. I said okay. I just moved here. With my new job, didn’t know how often I would be able to come in, so when the doctor on 7/13 took me back, he said i need to come in 2x a week (before he even looked at what was wrong with me). When i told him i would see how my job is and how often i will be able to come in, he threw my consult form to the side. Laid me on the table and Gabe me an adjustment. Didn’t spend more than 5 minutes in the back. He didn’t check for any misalignments. Terrible chiropractor, terrible experience. All he wanted was me to sign up so he could make commission. Once he found out I wasn’t signing up today, he didn’t care to help me.

Only used my membership 3-4 times before I unfortunately had to relocate out of state in October. After, I called & explained needing to cancel, they then told me I had to sign the paperwork in person in order avoid further charges, stressing it was impossible to do so via phone. Because of this I was left with no choice but to travel out of state & resolve the issue before the next monthly charge.The man at the front desk asked why i needed to cancel, tried to talk me into staying & then finally gave me the paperwork to sign. I left and traveled home. A month or so later I found the Joint Bluffton was STILL charging me membership fees. Refusing to drive out of my way again, I called my bank and took care of the issue. Flash forward to May & they are asking me to provide credit card info (attachment is the email from them) How can one expect me to provide a new form of payment over the phone AFTER telling me that confidentiality requires cancellation in person…? Not to mention the staff mishandled my initial cancellation paperwork. Absolutely unorganized, inconsistent, and unprofessional establishment. Do not waste your time and resources.

I highly recommend stopping in for an adjustment... I regularly seek ongoing wellness care; my recent visit with Dr Misty Geiyer required a bit more attention than usual since I drove 16 hours for my family's annual get-a-way vacation. Dr Geiyer impressed me. She worked on my body for a few minutes and my back and neck feel wonderful and I have relief once again! I think that I'm going to stop back and visit on our trip back home to Wisconsin. Glad I found this location.

I went to the ER for severe pain in my arm and neck, I was given an x-ray, with a wrong diagnosis, and medication that did NOT help my pain. So I decided to visit the Joint Chiropractic(Bluffton) and the Staff diagnosed me immediately and began therapy. Within in 7 visits I felt brand new. After coming here for months, I’m really missing Dr. Jody. I came to appreciate how he worked—he never went straight into chiropractic work while my muscles were still tight, but instead worked my neck and back a bit to loosen up muscles for the best results possible. Please bring Dr. Jody back to our Bluffton location! Three visits in, and I’m seeing great results from Dr. O’Hea and Dr. Geiyer. Love that you can just walk in! My back feels great but I canceled my monthly membership. I'm not used to paying $79/month plus walk in fees or whatever it cost for just a back adjustment. I was getting an hour massage and a back adjustment for $10 in Naples.. it's to expensive and I can't continue doing it.

Upon entering The Joint Chiropractic I was greeted with a friendly smile. I had not been to The Joint previously and asked if they took walk in appointments and they stated yes. I filled out some information on an iPad and within a minute from completing that I was taken back for my adjustment. Dr.Misty Geiyer greeted me and asked a few questions then she did my adjustment. I’ve been going to the joint for couple months now. Between my work, life style, and the way how I sleep, I always wanted to go to see chiropractor to release the stiffness of my body. But most place don’t open weekends which I prefer to go get adjustment on weekend. The Joint Bluffton located at very convenience area. I can just stop by to get adjustments before go to the grocery shopping and etc. Also it’s very reasonable I think. I’m on wellness plan(twice a week)and I only pay $70(w/military discount) a month. YES, A MONTH! Dr.Misty and Dr. Jack are very friendly and I always get good cracks from both! And I always feel great after adjustments! Highly recommend!!!!!

The Joint Chiropractic on Victory Dr. in Savannah Georgia has a professional team catering to the needs of their clientele. The front desk gal is always cheerful and greets each patient by name as you enter the office. I cannot say enough about Dr. Ralph Davis, DC. He is by far the best Chiropractor I have been to in Georgia. He does a thorough spinal exam before and after his adjustments. He is thoughtful, kind and a joy to see especially when you are in pain. Thank you so much Dr. Ralph Davis! I have been to several other chiropractors at the joint at various locations. Some could not adjust my neck properly. Dr Dave is awesome. I’ve been to about 50 different chiropractors in my life & he’s by far the best. He listens, he cares & will find the most appropriate adjustments for your particular issues. And he will explain what he’s doing to make sure you’re at ease & comfortable. I’ve struggled with neck issues for decades & very few drs could ever provide me with adequate relief. But Dr Dave took the time to figure out what would work best for me & I’ve felt fantastic. He also was the only dr who took the time to help my husband with his low back issues & pull him out of a very painful situation. Other drs hurt him or gave him no relief. Although Dr Dave is not a regular dr at the Bluffton office-he currently works in Pooler- I will travel the extra distance to see him if I’m having a flare-up. The office staff is also extremely courteous & welcoming & the atmosphere is very soothing. Highly recommend.

I’m visiting my mom in Hilton Head and have had some low back issues. I’ve seen Dr. Misty Geiyer twice this week and she’s been a godsend! I have been having issues with sciatica and neck issues for a long time. Chiropractor care helps but I haven't found a chiropractor that gives me complete care on a regular basis until I found The Joint Chiropractic. The ability to just walk in, scan my membership card, and (usually) see a chiropractor immediately. Once you're done you can just leave. The monthly plan is definitely worth it. Would highly recommend

I had been seeing a chiropractor when on active duty, but after transitioning out, needed to find a new provider. The Joint in Bluffton was able to quickly and seamlessly get me started, even sending the new patient registration form via email before my first appointment. Both doctors are great, and the staff are super friendly. This is an affordable clinic that excels at getting you out the door quickly while still ensuring your questions and concerns are adressed. Being able to take my daughter with me is a lifesaver, and they offer her crayons and paper to color with. Shout out to Olha and Laura for being so sweet to her ?

On the whole, I have felt better since I began going there. Dr. Jack in particular is very gentle and asks about preferred methods of treatment before proceeding. All of the therapists that I have seen are very nice. I sometimes feel worse before I feel better, but am told that is normal.

The staff is super friendly! I recently got out of the Marine Corps and have a lot of unresolved pain. The chiropractor here really seems to care, asked the right questions, and reduced my neck/back pain tremendously in just the first 3 sessions. She is also aware of my previous injuries and careful with those. I feel more cared for here than with the previous chiropractor care I received elsewhere. I was on my way to Hilton Head for vacation and stopped in for a much needed adjustment and was promptly seen. The drs were very friendly and knew exactly what I needed to give my body the proper treatment for my misalignments. However, it turns out that the receptionist misrepresented the plans that I purchased for my granddaughters. I thought I was buying the girls a 2 month plan like I had purchased for myself. I live in Perry, GA and only come to the Bluffton area in June every year to vacation in Hilton Head. I paid with my credit card and had no idea that the youth plans that I purchased would have to be canceled or I would be paying for these plans every month. The receptionist knew that I was buying the plans because it would be cheaper than paying for 5 visits during the week. When I noticed the charges, it was 9 month after the purchase. I was told to call corporate and the web page told me to contact the Bluffton office. I am basically told that I should hsve canceled this plan and can not be refunded. I love The Joint, but am terribly disappointed in this office.

This is by far the best chiropractor i have ever been to. Granted I have only ever been to one chiropractor in my life so take that info as you will. Joking aside they really do an amazing job, when I first started going there and most of the time I had trouble walking let alone working. And now I can work unhindered, unless I do something extremely stupid which in my line of work is a regular occurrence. Another good reason to be a repeat customer. All in all very pleased with the service and the results.

First time coming here. I have been to another joint chiropractic care facility back in California but I was a bit skeptical about this one because it’s new and no one likes change BUT, 10/10 would recommend to anyone. I have been struggling with a really bad back muscle spasms and painful sciatic and pain radiating throughout my hips and the relief I felt when I got adjusted today was INSTANT. Breath of fresh air. The doctors get straight to work. Listen to what you’re saying and get to it. I was probably in here for 30min max and I feel like a new woman. Dr. Myers was amazing and she listened to everything I was saying and focused on the areas that I had major discomfort in. Plus did an overall adjustment. Amazing amazing amazing!!! I love The Joint in Bluffton! The front office staff is always so kind and personable. Olga and Allison always greet me by name when I enter the door, and that’s pretty special. After my treatment they remind me to take a cup of water with me, which helps my awareness of my hydration - so important! I have used chiropractic care for 40 + years and Dr. Geiyer is one of the best! She understands the special attention I need due to a bad car accident in 1973. I am a The Joint Chiropractic patient out of the Nashua NH location. While visiting HHI, I needed a tune-up having sat a lot on the plane and in the rental car causing everyrhing to get tight, twisted and jammed up. Most insurance plans either don't cover chiropractic care or like mine not until I've met my deductible. After seeing Jack work on me, my husband finally agreed to give chiropractic care a shot. He had pretty intense pain in his neck and shoulder. Jack fixed that for him! Give them a try! You won't regret it.

I came in with neck stiffness and very limited ROM. Came in yesterday to get it worked on, after the visit, my neck was very sore, but as the day went on I found that I was able to gain 70-80% of my ROM and was able to sleep comfortably for the first time in a few weeks. I have been very much enjoying the packages that I have purchased at the Joint in Bluffton, SC. It’s a pleasure to walk in to the open friendly space. Their lovely receptionist is super friendly! Dr. Geyer and Dr Jack and they have a new doctor that worked on me today she is lovely I regret that I do not remember her name but I will add it later. I wish this office was closer to home because the service is far superior to the Savannah office. That said, I travel to see Dr. Geiyer weekly, and she keeps me out of pain. The front desk staff is helpful and polite, and there is hardly ever more than a 5 minute wait. I would recommend them for affordable, hassle free chiropractic.

LOVE THIS PLACE. ❤ The doctors here are so kind, understanding, and helpful. Their prices are amazing as well, and they do HSA and FSA cards! The way their systems work is phenomenal and so easy. No need for appointments and they work with your schedule and your comfort. Highly recommend for EVERYONE, but especially for people who are new to chiropractic care, or have a tight schedule, or college students (like myself). 10/10 I love this place and will continue to go here for a long while wherever I go, since it's so easy to go to different branches! They are not open and upfront as far as plans and cancellation. Went to cancel wellness plan and was told that I still had three visits left for the month. Was going down into a flex plan afterward. I asked multiple times before my cancellation whether or not I would still have those three visits for my bonus plan after this cancellation and moving to the flex plant and I was told each time yes.. Went to check in today and was told that now my three visits for the month for now no longer valid so not only did I miss out on my rest of the money for the wellness plan but now I got screwed out of the first payment for the flex plan as well. Never going back again.

Very Rude Chiropractor! I do not know the name of the chiropractor because she did not even bother introducing herself before she started berating me the second she started talking to me. The moment I walked back to see her she started lecturing me about how I haven't been to The Joint in over a year and how I need to start coming 2-3 times per week. She did not ask me my name, how I have been, about any physical activity I do, or whether I have sought treatment elsewhere or by other means. After she was done reading me the riot act, I told her that I have been dealing with back pain for 10 years and I have found methods that work for me. But while I was trying to explain to her my treatment methods and how I want to incorporate chiropractic's in my treatment methods she immediately cut me off, talked over me, and started telling me how I won't get better unless I start seeing her 3 times per week. When I walked into The Joint today, I honestly had every intent of buying between 6 and 10 visits. But due to the chiropractor being rude to me, cutting me off while I tried to explain to her my health goals, and outright talking down to me, I decided I would just do one visit. In fact, I heavily considered walking out before she even started adjusting me due to how rude she was. at the end of her session of cracking my back she was not better. at no point during or after my session did she try speaking to me like I was a human being. She just scolded me and told me I needed to start seeing her 3 times per week. I have seen a total of 6 different chiropractors over the past 10 years. I have spent thousands of dollars on chiropractics. I was even a monthly member of The Joint two years ago. I have since started doing massage therapy instead of Chiropractics. I wanted to start incorporating chiropractics back into my health routine with my monthly massages. But again, the chiropractor today did not give me a chance to say this to her. So therefore instead of purchasing a package with The Joint, as I intended, I paid for my one visit and left. I WILL NOT go back to that chiropractor.

So my wife was trying to find me a chiropractor and calls in to see if an appointment is needed or anything else that might be required. The gentleman that spoke with her said that they may need xrays but to tell me to come in and that walk-ins were welcome just be there by 6pm. After 20 years of serving in the military (Infantry), I’m well aware of what’s wrong with my body, IVDS is what my issue is. So I’m excited and happy to be getting an adjustment. I walk in and the gentleman behind the desk put two and two together and before I say anything he asked if my wife called earlier. I was impressed and told him in fact that was her. The lady beside him began asking me questions and after I explained what my wife had already explained on the phone, she said she won’t give me an adjustment without xrays and a packet of paperwork. I’ll be honest here and say that as she was asking me questions, I was getting the feeling that she didn’t want to do it and I was a little surprised that when I said I had IVDS, she didn’t know what that was but the gentleman there didn’t hesitate to say what it stood for. As I said, I’m well aware of what’s wrong with my back and neck and if this were something I wasn’t fully aware of I’d have gone to my primary doctor or the VA and been diagnosed, then take it from there. Now I’m not unlike anyone else in that I don’t like wasting my time, so I was aggravated to say the least when my wife could have easily been told over the phone that I needed to bring in xrays before making the drive and sitting in traffic just to be told that useful bit of information in about 3 minutes standing at the counter. To add to that, I can’t say I understand why they advertise walk-ins welcome when I’m just walking in to be told come back when you have everything we need before doing something. I’d like to think I’m not unreasonable, and I get the safety factor of working on someone without knowing the root cause, but as stated earlier, I’m well aware of what’s wrong and what I needed was an adjustment then, not a week from then. I wouldn’t have wasted my time driving there if I didn’t. I’ve been getting adjustments for years and this was the first time I was told not without xrays. That being said, I’ve been to plenty of chiropractor’s and I’ve been told that they wanted to see xrays, but they still did the adjustment that day. In short I spent an hour of my time driving in that aggravating traffic for several minutes of nothing. They definitely lost a potential long term client.

Did you know that if you have a fall and are not being adjusted regularly, that you have to have a release from your medical doctor before you can be seen. Didn't know that when I went in. Then they told me I had to get xrays and an exam before I could be seen. Doctor would not listen to me. Wanted to put me on a program even though I had no issues. I won't be returning.

2023 UPDATE: I am updating my review because my original was from 3 years ago and needed a refresh. I am still a member of The Joint Bluffton going on more than 5 years, and it is still a lifesaver. I can’t give enough stars to Dr. Geiyer. She is my go-to doc at this location. I have literally limped in, having tweaked something, and then walked out striding through the parking lot with ease. Dr. G really takes the time to understand what the root cause of the issue is and work through healing it from week to week through regular care. She also takes the time to explain the issue to her clients to help them with self-care and stretching exercises to practice at home and make the process most effective. If you are new to chiropractic care, please understand that one visit usually doesn’t do it, if you feel discouraged. It isn’t instant, but often a process of undoing years upon years of misalignment and strain in the body. I definitely recommend getting the monthly package and going weekly to get the best results in time through regular maintenance. Consistent care through chiropractic works and I say that from experience. It has made a world of difference in my overall health and flexibility. I truly feel a huge detriment when I haven’t been able to go weekly. The whole team there is so kind and welcoming. I really enjoy visiting this office and recommend giving it a try. I have done the research and you truly can’t beat the results for the price! ——————- 2020: I have been a member of The Joint in Bluffton for close to 2 years now and I love it. I visit once a week and their packages are VERY reasonably priced for me on a monthly basis. I went to a few other reputable chiropractors in the area before landing at The Joint. They wanted to charge upwards of $125 per visit and told me they wouldn’t accept my insurance for some odd reason, even though my insurance is very comprehensive. Thankfully I found The Joint. I work in Food and Bev and am on my feet constantly, putting wear and tear on my body. I literally limped in barely able to walk due to hip pain. Within weeks I was turned around and free from the searing pain I had been experiencing. Both Doctors (Kara and Wayne) are awesome. Very approachable and concerned for your well being. Kara has helped me tremendously with my hip pain, as it tends to flare up due to overuse, and she works with me to find solutions to my issues. I work out regularly and would recommend adding a visit here to the regimen for anyone who works out on a consistent basis. It helps to keep everything moving and flowing with ease. I tell all of my friends about this place. Can’t recommend it enough!

I was seeing a different chiropractor in Bluffton and then he moved away. I was paying $280 a month in co-pays for 8 visits a month. So anywas, I started looking for a new location and I found this place on Facebook. The staff was amazing. The front desk explained the process and had me fill out paper work. As soon as I was done, the Doctor came to the front to meet me and took me to the back. We breifly discussed my symptoms and he got right to work. They have an open floor plan so that patients can be seen quickly. There are no appointments. In the time it took me to complete my paper work, I think he adjusted four patients. Open til 7 so I can go after work and even open Saturdays. 4 visits a month only cost $60 dollars and 8 cost $100 dollars. Huge savings for me, without the hassle of insurance. They have other plans as well, including one time visits.

I was on vacation in South Carolina dealing with a tension headache that was being caused by my neck being out of alignment (not my first rodeo). I called them and explained the situation verbatim. Told him I wasn't under routine chiropractic care at home, that I was here on vacation, and that I had dealt with this before. The receptionist spoke to the chiropractor on staff and explained the situation. They told me to come down and they would get me adjusted. I drove an hour to get there, filled out all of the paperwork, and waited my turn, only to be brought back and told that they wouldn't do the adjustment because they couldn't follow up with me. Completely wasted my time after knowing all of the particulars ahead of time and after telling me to come in.

I really appreciated the work that dr fennell did on me and the receptionists were all very nice. The reason I gave The Joint two stars is because I was charged a second months fee because my cancellation paperwork was "lost". I contested the charge with my credit card company and I lost because I was given no paperwork whatsoever except for a receipt and membership terms. The owner or manager, whatever she is, of this building refused to speak to me and not once did she acknowledge the fact that I did indeed cancel my membership (the receptionist confirmed on her computer that it was cancelled but could not find any paperwork). So all in all I will never again do business with a company that will not/cannot give me copies of all my paperwork.
