He decided that he wanted to deliver the same benefits to others and was accepted at Life University in Atlanta, GA, and received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2001.

Dr. Pat married his college sweetheart, Monika, and moved to her hometown of Memphis upon graduation. He founded and owned Mid-South Chiropractic Center and is proficient in many chiropractic techniques, most often utilizing Diversified, Thompson Drop, and Activator techniques. Seeing the tremendous benefits that routine chiropractic care gave to people’s life, but frustrated by insurance restrictions and expensive out of pocket costs to the patient, he decided to bring The Joint Chiropractic to the Memphis area.

The services are mid. They are not very personalized, and the adjusters seem to want you in and out in 10 minutes. The cancelation policy is absurd. It must be in person (Why?). When I decided I wanted to cancel, they heavily encouraged me to just put a freeze on it. Be warned that if you decide to put a freeze on your account, they will send no courtesy reminders of when the payments will resume...No reminders to come in for a visit...They do not send emails about anything, except for the original contract you signed. This is a sneaky practice. My advice is to find a chiropractic clinic that will spend more time with you, and give you a more comprehensive and personalized experience. The Joint operates like a Starbucks. Spinal manipulation should take longer than the time it takes to get a cup of coffee.

Megan at the front desk is great! Kat made our appointments over the phone the day before and was incredible and both ladies made registering and even checking out so easy. They were very polite and very thorough. We can't say enough about Dr. G!! He helped us and we look forward to seeing him again in 3 days. The price for the service was something we could afford and they are open 7 days a week with schedules that will fit just about anyone's schedule. Their hours are Monday-Friday 10-7; and the weekends 10-4 at the Collierville,TN location. They accept walk-ins. This was my husband and I first time going to a chiropractor and it was amazing. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful when filling out paperwork and making us feel comfortable. We had Dr. Nickita and he was very nice. He explained everything so that we could understand it and not just large medical terms lol but he walked us through what to expect before doing any adjustments. When he had begun adjusting he knew exactly what we needed individually. Definitely can’t wait for our next visit!

This was my very 1st experience with a chiropractor. My experience was beyond my expectations for sure. I had never had my neck cracked before. I went in feeling stressed, stiff and sore. I left after my short visit feeling so much better and with a plan to continue to improve my aging 63 year old body. I feel great. Dr. Inman was caring, explained was I had going on. I think he his definitely on the road to fix my issues. I joined the membership program and I feel this is the best club I could be a part of. I love the fact that the JOINT in all over the place and that will work for me.

Please do yourselves a favor a do not come here It’s a scam and fraud I canceled after 2 months and they kept charging me 3 months and said I never canceled when I did the OWN MANAGER Kayla Pattberg refused to cancel and give me back my money I called multiple times for my refund to be told they don’t see my cancellation on their end and that they won’t cancel it!!! This is the manager who committed fraud and kept making excuses and such long and exhaustive interrogation to not give me my money back As you can see the same manager is responding what I said she will reply. I already stated in 20 emails that I canceled in person but she keeps making excuses and now she’s saying that she’s gonna charge me until February. These people are a scam. Please do not come here. They will tell you they have system issues and they will make many excuses and they will charge you even when you cancel and they will make you pay for multiple months. They are a scam. Please stay away from this place.

Waste of money, no real benefit, wrong communication about billing and subscription. I visited Joint chiropractic for back pain. With my initial discussion , doctor ask me a visit for 2 month and will be charged per visit. However, payment will be done each month. After 2 month I was in assumption that its done , and if id don’t have to use service, I don’t have pay. Next month I see $69 charge on my card , upon calling they mention it is a regular subscription of $69 monthly you use it or not. I ask to cancel and refund since I have used your service . response was we cannot cancel or refund for the charged applicated , does not matter you use service or not. Can only cancel with written & signed form given at the faculty for next month.

I've been customer since 12/22, enrolled in a monthly payment plan. On 2/202/23 I went in to get an adjustment. Advised the receptionist that I wanted to review my plan AFTER my adjustment; however, he instructed me to step to the side and allowed another customer to go ahead of me. I asked, why am I told to fill out a form to reevaluate my health (the very first form I filled out when I enrolled) when I've never had to do this before. I was ignored. I was previously told this location had a history of racist acts but I wanted to try it out for myself. I've never experienced racism here but not sure what I experienced today. It's 2023, I pay my fees just like EVERY other race or gender. Needless to say, many other customers came, scanned their key, went back for an adjustment, and left while I continued to ask why can’t I go back? If I didn’t have my 8 year old daughter with me, I would have demanded customer service I PAY FOR. Instead, Plan cancelled and I simply went across the street to The Chiro Place. Explained my situation and was treated very well.

I would have recommended The Joint to anyone… until I attempted to cancel my monthly plan. I emailed asking to cancel and was told I would have to come in the office to do so. When I went in to the office and told the gentleman at the front desk that I wanted to cancel, he informed me that I would have to be cleared by a doctor before I could do so. I told him that I didn’t have time and was in a hurry, to which he responded “You don’t have 5 minutes?!” Apparently this is a requirement and they will continue to charge your card until you do this. He directs me to one of the chairs and the doctor comes out to speak with me. He asks why I want to cancel and I informed him that I was really in a hurry and simply wanted to do what I came to do. He is standing in front of me, towering over me and I once again tell him I am not comfortable discussing anything else except for my monthly plan. He tells me that it’s been months since I came in to get adjusted and asks why. I tell him that I honestly just don’t have time. He responds with “How do you not have time? We’re open 7 days a week.” I said money is also an issue. He asks where I work and if I’m on my feet a lot. I was not comfortable answering these questions and being bombarded in front of other patients.

Had really bad experience here with the front desk. When I signed up for the monthly subscription there was a fine print that said that it would be a 2 month commitment but when I asked the lady at the desk I was told as if they would make an exception if needed if I wanted to cancel the subscription after the first month and so I went ahead and signed up for it. But the later when I tried canceling it after my first month there a different person at the front desk that told me that I would still be charged for the second month because I agreed and signed to the terms and totally disregarded what I said about what I was told when I signed up and just showed me my original agreement. Had I know of this I would have not even signed up. These are all just cheap tricks to get you to sign up first and then make you pay extra. Would totally suggest anyone to avoid this place.

So I came in hobbling due to hip and tailbone pain and I think turf toe on my right foot from overcompensating for my left side and limping. Dr. Gangwish and the amazingly sweet and caring lady at the front desk explained how everything worked concerning the membership packages(which are very affordable and well worth the money plus I was able to use my hra card). Then he explained why I was having pain in great detail and formulated an easy treatment plan that fits my very busy schedule. I went in limping and after an adjustment( my whole body sounded like someone eating a rice crispy treat lol) I left there walking upright with no limp and feeling great. Everyone there should get a huge raise?

I can't say enough about this about The Joint Chiropractic. It was my first time going to a chiropractor. I was very nervous not knowing what to expect. The gal at the front desk was so sweet, when I heard some loud bangs ( just the table noise ) she asked if I wanted to take a peak around the corner just to show it wasnt anything to worry about. Then Dr.Gangwish introduced himself and went step by step on everything he was going to do. Very knowledgeable and professional. After my ajustment , I must admit I started crying a bit ( tears of joy ) my neck pain was gone, my headache, gone...my haitel hernia symptoms and pressure was no longer present. I had to give him a hug. Amazing! I love how affordable it is as well. I definitely recommend trying this❤

First time ever have a experience with a chriopactor, but even that was a major difference. I've been having mild to somewhat awful lower back pain for about 5 to 6 years. Customer service at the front desk was HORRIBLE! I received very unprofessional service earlier this week. The lady working the front desk the afternoon of Thursday, August 20th, was very unpleasant and not welcoming. I walked in to get more information on the services that are provided at this establishment because I was interested in seeing a doctor and she did not want to be bothered. Her body language and the way she was responding was very poor and told me everything I needed to make the decision to walk out and say forget it. She was looking like why are you even in here and why are you talking to me! It wasn’t until I expressed that she act like she didn’t want to be bothered and proceeded to walk out until she cared to listen or answer the questions I was asking. I just shook my head and left and went straight across the street to Chiro Place and was welcomed with opened arms and even received an appointment the exact same day! She needs customer service training and she needs to learn how to welcome people inside of the office. If you don’t like your job, find another one!

Everyone was super nice and Dr. G was very knowledgeable as well. I was a bit nervous about seeing a new chiropractor, but he was awesome! I have scoliosis but my main problem was a migraine. He was able to give me some relief in one adjustment and even tell me some things to do at home to help. I am looking forward to my next adjustment already!
