Front desk staff personnel are friendly knowledgeable and efficient. My Dr was Dr Paul, he is fantastic- knowledgeable and efficient. My alignment was gentle and my treatment plan was thorough. I liked Dr. Marcus and Dr Larry but they were limited. The wait was long. The older black haired lady seemed lost on the computer. Told me one think it never happened. Plus she had her grandkids on a blanket I. The room were I was trying to get adjusted. Seemed really unprofessional to me. Finally got my issues worked out with the younger lady at the desk. I was in ALOT of pain! I was not sure what the problem was but I am so glad that I went to the joint. I was so out of alignment that I had to be adjusted two days in a row. The packages they have at the joint really gave me options to be able to choose what was going to best for me and not overly expensive either. No push for, come 3 days a week. I will be going back. I would leave a lower star review but i didn’t get to experience the work of the chiropractors so i I’ll leave it at this. I made an appointment online for 10:30am (which based of their hours is 30 minutes after opening) and showed up this morning with nobody there but the chiropractor who said he wasn’t sure how to work the system so he couldn’t get it setup for me to still be seen. I would make a new appointment and try them out but not sure i want to take off from work and possibly waste my time again.

Hello! My husband has joined a monthly fee for $20 and then comes when he needs an adjustment. He highly encourage me to do it so today was my first day and I’m so glad I took his advice! Logan was the chiropractor that took care of me today and I have to say I am so completely impressed! He did a thorough consultation with me and went over everything before he even got a plan of action together. I’m a new patient and Dr. Adam G. was recommended to me. I paid for multiple visits to have Adam work on me. I saw Dr. Adam twice and when I showed up for my third visit, I was told he’s gone. I really liked Dr Adam’s technique. The other guy, the only guy there working just wasn’t the same. I’m not saying he wasn’t good, however I was paying to see Dr. Adam.

What an absolute lifesaver. I had my granddaughter, three years old, for 48 hours and she wore me out. I pulled my back and did some unwelcoming things That put me in a lot of pain. Could not get comfortable sitting more standing. I called up the joint. They got me in right way, Dave took great care and did it adjustment on me and then explained that my pelvic bone was tilted. Gave me some suggestions on how to sleep. Amongst other educational information about my back. I left feeling 100 percent better. I would not give it any stars if I had a choice. It was not explained to my husband that it was like a gym membership. He paid cash for his visit but they said they needed his credit card on file. It was not explained why and he had never had any experience with this before. When you call to cancel don't expect to get your money back soon.

Quick and easy new patient process. They really care about your comfort and explain your pain. They even left me rest on a table to let the initial pain subside. My back and neck seized up so I came today in a tremendous amount of pain. This is strictly an adjustment and go kind of place. As someone who has been to many chiropractor offices throughout my lifetime this is a different and simple way to get adjusted. I do miss the massage chairs and the machines that help your pain though. It would be nice to have the option if needed. But I get the feeling this is made to be simple, fast, and easy to walk in anytime without making appointments and missing appointments which is really a free, no pressure kind of place. I like it.

I visited Cookeville’s The Joint location I found the receptionist very friendly & knowledgable. She patiently informed me through The Joints visit pkgs available & thru # of pgs of paperwork prior to seeing dr on my first visit. The physical therapist was awesome, very knowledgeable w my medical issues. I do feel better after my first visit. I plan to return for more visits next week. For the past several years, I have been living with this pain in my hip that doesn’t happen all the time but tends to happen when I’ve been standing or sitting for a significant amount of time. After spending a couple of days on my feet nonstop recently, I was unable to get any relief from the pain in my hip area that extended to a tingle all the way down my leg. I shared with a friend the pain I was experiencing, and she recommended The Joint to me. I had never been to a chiropractor and didn’t know what to expect or how much it would cost. She reassured me that it was quick and affordable. I called the office in Cookeville, and Olivia was so incredibly kind. She emailed me over the paperwork which I quickly completed and immediately went in. Upon arriving, there was absolutely no wait, and it was truly the best experience! Dr. Nokes was able to not only explain what was wrong and provide treatment that resulted in immediate results, he also made recommendations and put me on plan to correct the issue. In that moment, would have paid a large sum of money for the relief alone, but it was incredibly affordable, and I’m proud to say that I am now on a monthly plan with The Joint. I went back today for a second appointment and it was once again quick and easy. Olivia greeted me by name, Dr. Nokes made me feel better in less than 15 minutes, and I left feeling once again refreshed and so incredibly thankful I made the decision to just go. I truly cannot recommend The Joint enough! Their staff is absolutely wonderful, the services are excellent, and the price is truly amazing. I went today for the first time because of the free consultation/adjustment. It's been way too long since I've been to a chiropractor. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the plans are VERY affordable. There was nothing pushy or pressuring about them. Thank you, Dr. Silvey and staff.
