I had a great experience today at the Hermitage joint. Check in via the app was smooth. It was late in the day and I knew it would be backed up so as soon as I could check in i grabbed my spot. The wellness coordinator greeted me and thanked me for using the app. She confirmed the wait time and I settled in for 15min. the doctor was taking time with each patient and everyone seems satisfied. As we passed closing time, I asked if they would still see me. Both the WC and doctor confirmed they would stay. I appreciated their customer service! I saw Dr Hatcher. Def recommend this location.

I saw the Joint on Google and immediately called them. They allowed me to come in minutes after to get adjusted and have a thorough review of my issue. The chiropractor gave me a full diagnosis based on the details I provided about my day to day. I signed up for the Wellness Plan and within the next few weeks my back felt brand new. With the Wellness Plan you’re able to visit any Joint location so when I travel for work, I’m still able to get adjusted. They are always quick and efficient. The doctor will also provide practices for you to do at home in between visits. I’m forever thankful to the Joint Chiropractic.

I felt immediate results. They're all very professional and you get the vibe that they're not just there for your money, but actually care about your well being. This was my first experience with a chiropractor and they earned a good review. I'm hoping the next couple of months will reverse the results of years of my horrible posture. EDIT: I was misinformed multiple times about the day of renewal. I went in on the last day of my first month, to get my last visit before it renewed. I was told I was a day late and had a balance to pay cause my med card apparently didn't go through. I said I had to cancel because I can't pay it and if my med card doesn't cover it I can't continue. She said I can't cancel until I've paid for 2 months. I was never told I was in a contract for two months. I was told it was a month by month plan. They never mentioned any obligations. And I was told I could cancel at any time They lie. The chiropractors are the only reason I left this at 3 stars and didn't flat out give this place 1 star.

I’ve been to quite a few chiropractors and a few different The Joint’s across the US. Always pleasantly welcomed, and treated well by the chiropractors. Some of course of more knowledgeable than others, and you never know, when traveling what you’ll encounter. While in Nashville, I went to The Joint and was seen by Brian. He was so friendly and knew exactly how I needed to be adjusted. Many people need to be adjusted differently than others, he was up to the task and had me feeling good. Headed back there before my long travel home.

The reviews are true! Dr. Brian was amazing- it’s just something about him. He’s so warm and inviting. I went in extremely nervous, even brought my 14-year-old daughter with me for support. The lady at the front desk was very reassuring and kind. She was happy to answer any questions I had. This was my first time coming to a chiropractor, so I was very tense and on edge about this appointment. When I met Dr. Brian I felt an instant calmness. I went in with limited range of motion and could barely walk from severe back pain. Dr. Brian was so gentle with me, this was my first adjustment and I walked out feeling like a new woman! I was back to being Super Mom! Thanks you guys!

EDIT: I’ve been going for only two weeks and already notice a big difference. I stoped in today for my first visit and adjustment. For only $29 the process was great, I felt immediate relief and everyone was nice! The woman at the front desk and Brian who adjusted me were both so kind, I was nervous but they made the process smooth and not scary at all. I ended up signing up for the monthly membership at $79 and then additional visits were $10 each on top of the 4 included in the $79. This is cheap compared to what I had been finding online so I was content with the price. I’ll update as I get more adjustments to see if I notice a consistent change.

Ok I was a bit skeptical regarding whether a chiropractor was what I needed. I saw an orthopedic doctor already X-rays and all just to be told my leg pain is from arthritis. However for Dr. Bryan made me a believer who knew that chiropractic care is about more than necks, backs and hips?? I was able to raise my knee while laying down after his adjustment it’s been months since I could do that. His bedside manner is nothing short of GodSent and he also suggested I have an MRI such a blessing.? ?

Went here today for my first time at a chiropractor. I went in with serious back pain from work and was a little hesitant to try it, but also desperate enough to go through with it. The staff was amazing. Megan, the receptionist, was so kind, helpful, and personable. I didn’t catch his name, but the man who did my adjustment explained everything and truly listened to my pain and concerns. On top of all of this- it was so much more affordable than I thought it would be. Definitely recommend!!

This is not a professional chiropractic service. The chiropractors here do not even look at your spine to determine your personal back issues. They just lay you down and crack EVERY vertebrae in your spine. This is not professional or specific to your personal needs. A chiropractor should feel your spine and correct ONLY the parts that are out. No need to crush an entire spine. Only time will tell if I have recurring issues because of my appt. Terrible chiropractic “care”. Not to mention the “care” put my body in shock. Not a minute after the chiropractor finished I got dizzy, broke into a sweat, lost partial hearing as I almost passed out. All while the chiropractor tells me it has happened before so nothing to worry about. Not caring at all. Putting somebody’s body into shock is not chiropractic care. Needless to say I will not be returning and will never recommend The Joint Chiropractic to anyone. This is not chiropractic care.

I was in town for the weekend and needed to stop in because my neck was hurting bad. The staff was so friendly and the Dr who adjusted me was amazing. I felt so much better after and was able to enjoy the rest of my trip. I go to a Memphis location weekly and if I cant see one of my regular Dr's i always leave still in pain so I was worried that seeing a Dr who didn't know me here would be the same thing but he definitely knew what be was doing.

Dr. Ellie Lehne, D.C. is fantastic! She is the most approachable, knowledgable, and skilled chiropractor I've ever been to hands down. Five stars for her! As I'm healing post surgery from a traumatic sports injury, she has quickly become a trusted member of my rehabilitation team. Kayla adds a friendly, helpful, vibrant vibe to the Hermitage location. While I understand and appreciate the walk-in business model of The Joint, I did not appreciate or feel comfortable on my first visit (and consultation) sharing my private health information and current issues within 15 feet of other patients/clients/strangers waiting in the treatment area. That felt on the verge of HIPPA issues. I do not like others waiting there and being able watch while I am being treated. Nor do I feel it's appropriate for me to witness others. I came back because Dr. Ellie is that good! Not sure I'll stay if that changes. Please consider a re-vamp of the waiting area/patient flow and adding another practitioner during busy times for a more compliant and sustainable practice.

Today was my second visit, in what is my first experience with a chiropractor, and it’s going so well! Dr. Ellie is very kind, patient and informative, which as a new person to chiropractors, is very appreciated! Today, I had the please of being checked in by Kayla, who was also very kind. There was zero wait time which is great, seeing as it’s a walk in clinic. Even after my first visit yesterday, I saw significant improvement in the range of motion in my neck, which has been very stiff and causing me tension headaches for years! Dr. Ellie L. is incredible. I’ve been dealing with some stubborn chronic back/neck pain for years now with limited relief, and after only a single adjustment with her today feel better than I have in years. I have fibromyalgia, herniated and bulging disks, small tears in my left rotator cuff, and being from Florida, I have been in many car accidents (none my fault). I typically take a while to feel comfortable with a chiropractor and am a difficult person to adjust. I haven’t been able to use my left arm in 3 weeks and finally figured out that it was a pinched nerve in my neck. I walked in and Kayla greeted me and my husband. We discussed my history and what was going on, I completed the paperwork, and went back and met Dr. Molly. Molly was very nice and asked me some questions and adjusted me. It surprised me that she was able to adjust me, but I felt at ease with her. She gave me the relief that I have needed to be able to use my left arm and not walk around with a migraine 24/7. The next morning, I received a call from Kayla asking me how I was feeling. I love that she went above and beyond and called me to check on me. I returned 2 days later and met Dr. Brooke and Jennifer. Both were very nice and asked questions on how I was feeling and what issues was I experiencing. Dr. Brooke was also able to adjust me without any issues. I felt so good that I was able to ride around in my husband’s Wrangler today and go exploring and I don’t have the headaches anymore. I’m extremely grateful for all 4 ladies for being so kind and helpful. I really like this location and signed up for the membership. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

I gave a five star review because of Dr. Brooke. She has helped me tremendously and really cares about her patients. However, if Dr. Brooke is not there, I would suggest not going because the other doctors are inexperienced. I have walked out multiple times because Dr. Brooke was not working, and she is the best one. As long as Dr. Brooke is there, this place is a great place to go.

The Joint chiropractor in Hermitage is a great place to get adjusted! I started getting adjustments in 2008. Probably like many people, I didn’t think I needed to go to the chiropractor until I was educated on how it doesn’t just help the back, it helps the whole body. For me, it’s helped with digestive issues, major hand and wrist pain, lower back and neck issues. One time, I fell on my knee. After the adjustment, it felt so much better. It didn’t take long for the soreness to go away. The price is right @ just $20/ visit.

Want to give such a huge public shout out to Dr. Joe, who was able to give me a wonderful adjustment this morning! Several weeks ago I went to a different chiropractor, not affiliated with this location, who did more harm than good to my body. Dr. Joe spent the time to understand what my problems were, didn’t rush brought the adjustment, and at the end went back over one more time to ensure all areas were realigned. After only a few minutes I’m feeling 1 million times better and have a sense of relief! I truly appreciate his care and concern for his patients; you sir; give chiropractic a GREAT name!

We stopped in while on vacation for an adjustment. There was only one doctor there. So we waited for quite some time. He was knowledgeable and showed my boy some stretches to do. I went to this place because I needed immediate relief. I’m a seasoned client who cannot stand people who patronize. This office has a 99% rating in my book. Pleasant staff, availability and thankfully Dr. Garrett provided top tier assessment, adjustment AND pro-tips on how to continue healing and maintaining one’s health outside of the clinic. He is the reason why I’m choosing to keep coming back. One critique is the closing of the sale of a new customer. Makes them look like they are trying to get the sale because they can’t stand by there work. That’s a shame. If I agreed to the prescribed monthly plan, I would have resented signing up for something I didn’t need. They offered me a packet with FULL disclosure on services. I am already sold on the amazing skillsets and care by Dr. Garrett. I’m going to end up paying them more because I left with the info and can make an informed decision. Trust the quality of your work. If Dr. Garrett is any indication of the care you provide? You’re in good hands.

Was turned away for emergency adjustment today, bc of billing glitch. (payment declined yesterday due to bankcard being reordered due to fraud). I asked if I could pay out of pocket for one time visit for emergency back pain, and receptionist told me no. I've been a patient there for years, so this was a slap in the face, and I'm going to look for another chiropractor. The Joint's policies are money centered, not patient centered.

I’ve been going to Joint Chiropractic for 2 years but this location cannot seem to figure it out. The constant last minute changes to the doctor’s schedules makes tracking down the doctor you want to see an absolute joke!!! I love that they give you a schedule of where the doctors will be but it is never accurate. If you call the location it goes to a “call center” and no one answers (especially after 5pm) so that’s no help. I spend more time trying to use my 4 visits a month than it’s worth.

I had been in chronic continuous back pain for a little more than three years, after an injury and I had not been able to go to the Chiropractor due to finances. On a Saturday there is one person working with 4 people waiting. She manages but is definitely worn out due to physical demand of the job. Felt very disconnected like a drive through. The adjustment I received was rushed and more painful than I have had in the past and since I didn’t arrive with a certain area of pain I knew it was the adjuster and not a nerve issue. I wish I could of had time to talk more about the process but was very much rushed in and out.

May 12 2022: The response from the owner on this review is invalid. I went to the clinic in person on May 9 2022 and was told by the receptionist as well as Dr. Jenn who were both standing right in front of me at the same time that everything necessary to cancel the membership had already been taken care of. Like I already said, the people running this place are clearly scam artists. May 9 2022: Doctors there are good people. Whoever runs the business side is a scam artist. I wouldn’t recommend getting in an ongoing relationship with these people. If you ever need to get out of it they make it difficult and weird!!!

You can't beat the price for chiropractic care. There are so many doctors and locations, and the hours are really convenient. I drive to Hermitage to see my favorite doctor, Dr Jen, but there are great doctors at every location.

I've been a customer of Joint Chiropractic for a couple of years. Started out in Hendersonville (when I lived there), moved down to Birmingham (AL) & have visited locations in Chattanooga (TN), Atlanta (GA), Jacksonville (FL), Montgomery (AL), Huntsville (AL), & Daytona (FL), & now the Hermitage location. All have consistently good chiropractors and staff. I walked in (no appointments needed) to Hermitage location in so much pain. I get migraines often & chiropractic adjustments do usually keep them under control. Silly thoracic spine just likes to stay out of adjustment. I saw Dr. Jared. He was AMAZING! Background in Sports Therapy, he knew exactly why I was in pain, & manipulated the spine and muscles around it. I usually don't feel immediate relief (like many others do after chiropractic adjustments), but, this one was MAGICAL! I wish I lived back in Nashville again, just so I could see him or Dr. Jenn (heard she has similar technique). I am so very thankful that The Joint Chiropractic is around and allows for so much flexibility! This location is a truly a blessing to the franchise! Y'all keep up the good work, & next time I'm in Nashville, I'll come see y'all again! Thank you, Dr. Jared!

Amy is great! The adjustments she gives are spot on and I leave feeling better than when I walked in. She makes an effort to ensure she is providing an excellent experience and she is easy to chat with. The front desk folks are welcoming and the office is quite nice. Very clean and presentable. I’ve been to quite a few different locations and The Joint in Hermitage is by far the BEST one. Every doctor here takes such great care of you and really takes their time adjusting you and making sure you leave feeling good. I have a lot of upper back issues from years of bad posture and they have shown me some really good stretches to do on my own and they massage/stretch that area every time I come in which no other Joint has done. I haven’t had any other chiropractor(s) take care of me like this and I’m very grateful for this place. If you haven’t been to this one yet I STRONGLY recommend you stop by and see for yourself how great it is!!

I can’t express how amazing the three doctors at the Joint in Hermitage are. Honestly, Dr. Jason Jared saved me! I have very uncommon issues, and after two very intense sessions and about two days of rest after that, my hip went back in socket! Yep. That’s right!! I had severe misalignment and would have had to wait two to three weeks to see any other chiropractor in town. And I called seven other offices before I went to the Joint. I was able to get in same day. The staff is so kind, and that made everything so much easier. I HIGHLY recommend!!!!! Highly.

Dr Rynd seems like a very knowledgeable doctor. I'm extremely happy with the visit here and the results that I'm receiving. He has also given me some good tips on what I should do at home in getting my sciatica issue to go away. Most chiropractors don't give you any suggestions on things you can do at home to get healthy. For those of you who have always been reluctant to get adjusted by a chiropractor and have concerns that you will get “trapped” into appointments over and over, here is a review for you. I thought the same thing, however after feeing so tight and not being able to turn my head without pain when driving I decided to give it a try. (Plus they had a pretty affordable offer) My first visit almost brought me to tears with joy! They found all of my trouble spots and worked on them. They also keep a log so if and when you return, they know what to ask about and focus on. I drank a lot of water after my adjustment which helps flush out everything they release in your body when working on it. Give it a try! If you are in pain, sore, not as young feeling as you used to, just give it a try! It could give you some relief.
