You cannot cancel your monthly plan over the phone or in the app you have to drive in person to cancel it we paid 125 dollars for 4 sessions and when he tried to use one we realized they all expired and they told us we were shit out of luck basically even though they got us with the 25 dollar new patient special but after going the first time his neck was hurt and the doctor told him not to go till later so when he came back I found out my 100 dollars was useless I will never go back to these people I’m so disappointed I paid in advance please don’t pay in advance if life comes up and you can’t go those 4 sessions in advance EXPIRE I work hard for my dollars and this is ridiculous we will never come back and they’ve already tried to charge my card three times and I’m going to have to make an additional trip just to cancel

Dr. Jesse broke 6 of my ribs . 2 emergency room visits and pain management clinic. I called the main office and the machine said leave a message and they would call back im 2 days and haven't. So far the 60$ for the visit and the follow up which I am not going to medicines and I am not even worth a call back and every minute of every day for the last 3 weeks I m thinking of them. I love this office, its conveniently located and affordable. They offer $84/month (once a week adjustments) and dont use insurance which makes it cheaper. I wish i could go multiple times a week without having to pay an additional $20 but thats not bad at all. The Drs in the office that have adjusted me have brought me so much relief from the intense pain ive been in from a recent injury and are incredibly strong women. I told them i need aggressive and boy did they deliver. I feel like a new woman after being adjusted twice, i will continue going to them and appreciate their attention to detail, their care for their patients, their physical strength and strategy, and for their affordability. I highly recommend going to them.

The doctor told me it would only take 2 months, and I paid everything. You deducted money from my account for the 3rd month. I want to cancel the card and get my money back. Please. Don't sign a one year contract with "The Joint Chiropractic". They don't notify you that your contract is up and they don't inform you that it doesn't automatically cancel, they then charge you month to month automatically. If you don't pay the next month they send you to collections. This is a deceptive practice that companies use to get the very last dollar from you before you cancel.

Love the group of chiropractors here. I’ve been to A LOT of Joint locations because I have chronic headaches. And the biggest downfall is lack of consistency in how well my neck adjustment goes. Every single chiropractor at this location NAILS my neck adjustment. What a RELIEF to know it doesn’t matter what day or time I go, I know I can get the adjustment I need. I also appreciate how kind the individuals are that work the front desk (sometimes you walk into a location and you feel like you’re bothering them…not the case here). So thankful for this location and the team!

The girl at the counter, the welcome person who does all the paperwork and everything she was wonderful. I kept having problems with the little lap pad thing super nice and then the doctor I think his name is Dr. James. He was the only man there he was wonderful, unbelievably wonderful and professional, and he was spot on with everything. He said that I’ve heard before about my body. So glad to have The Joint in Spring Hill. I used to go to Franklin or Brentwood but it is much more convenient down the street. I ended up at The Joint years ago bc it is walk in, no appointment and I was in pain…most chiropractors offered to get me in in a week or so and I just couldn’t wait that long for relief. Monday was my first visit to the Spring Hill location and I was super impressed. The front desk receptionist was so kind and pleasant. I showed up in a lot of pain after not being to a chiropractor for quite a while. They got me in right away and I got almost immediate relief from the adjustment by Dr. Madison Monday night. I am not 100% better but after just 1 adjustment I feel much better and I am sure that will improve with more care. Dr. Madison listened to my concerns, was pleasant, and explained what she was doing. I definitely recommend her and this location!

Had my first visit today and I think I found my chiropractic home! They practice a more manual approach to care, physically manipulating and adjusting the spine- which I love. They are very affordable and are HSA approved. And despite having some “cookie-cutter” payment packages, they worked with me to make sure I am still getting the personalized care I need.

It is one of those good self care choices. The paperwork and sheer amount of explaining, yep I got nervous and was reminded of too many doc appointments that these type of issues were not addressed. To me, it’s not just the adjustment. The communication, questions to better understand what is going on, it means a lot. A PLAN being created, not just my name on a form that is treated like an object. It’s worth the experience. You’re not left to figure out why certain stuff happens in your body after an appointment, that awesome communication explains it. I look forward to sticking to the plan, and seeing where this awesome choice leads me on this journey.

I was hesitant at first because I hadn't seen this business model before. Having been a few times I genuinely like it. Friendly staff, knowledgeable and friendly DCs. Discovering The Joint has been life changing for me! It is an adjustment clinic, rather than a typical chiropractic clinic, and this allows them to serve clients both efficiently and affordably. I desperately needed a chiropractor but didn't think I could afford one until I found these guys. They've significantly helped to reduce my pain and restore mobility that was affected by multiple low back injuries. What I like best about the joint is not only that they have qualified chiropractors but also that you don't need an appointment for a routine adjustment. You just drop on by, sign in, and are usually seen to within a few minutes. You can request specific chiropractors, and if you need consistency with the same person, you can do that. But I've always just dropped in and taken whoever was first available. While not always getting the same chiropractor can raise the issue of them being less familiar with your specific needs, it comes with the benefit of different chiropractors noticing different things and trying different strategies. This has actually been super helpful to me!

For two weeks I could hardly move, I have degenerative disk disease, was told by TOA not to go to a chiropractor…. So naturally I went to them when my back pain got so bad I couldn’t move. Sat 1 hour in waiting room, another hour of X-rays and talking and all they would do is a steroid pack, I needed relief now!!! Not in a few days! Saw the add on Facebook for the joint, signed up for the new patient special, was in and out in under 45 mins and my back is already feeling much better, that first pop on my middle back just saved me a week of now sleep. Dr. Madison is a great chiropractor as she listens to your issue and tries to address it in an efficient approach. She uses a combination of hands on and the actuator, as needed, based on my pain level, She discussed my situation with another Dr on staff in case she wasn't available when I came in for future appointments, which shows she cares. The system on membership is a good value, with no fancy equipment with costly overhead. I have had 3 appointments and plan to complete12-14 more, as I have multiple long-term issues being addressed.

I have had a great experience at The Joint. I started going after having pulled a muscle in my back. Dr. Oakley took the time to explain everything very well and has helped me get back my full range of motion and some flexibility over the past couple of months. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Be careful before signing up, as they won’t let you cancel. I was told I needed to sign up for two months, and I specifically asked the receptionist if I could cancel the service. She assured me that I could, as long as I provided a week's notice. I paid $108 for the first month, but after just two and a half weeks, I realized I wasn’t satisfied with the service. Despite giving them more than two weeks' notice, they refused to let me cancel. Be aware that each visit lasts less than 5 minutes, with only a few twists.

The Joint Chiropractic has really helped me! Daily headaches, pain in my neck/shoulder blades, and pain in foot/ankle due to previous injures brought me in. Beware of the contract you sign and make sure you fully understand that they will take the $79.00 from you every month even when you don't come in. Plus you cannot cancel if you are not paid in full and paid up to date. So they will keep stacking up the 79 bucks every month forever... and won't let you cancel until it's all paid.... so if it's 10months that's $790.00 to be paid and then you can cancel....I feel so taken advantage of. I asked for a refund because I'm not available to visit anymore and that was absolutely impossible I was told..."It's like a gym membership " was the exact words. I would not recommend this place.....

I Called and made a first time appointment for 5:45pm. I show up at 5:30pm. I fill out all necessary paperwork and hand it back in by 5:40pm . I then continue to wait as other people walk in and I keep getting pushed back. It’s 6:05pm at this point and I say I have to go. They then say he can get me in but it’s still going to take 20 min to do the consult and adjustment, which is wild to me. I’ve been seeing chiropractors for 13 years and it doesn’t take that long even with a new patient. I just feel that is not the way to treat a new patient who made an appointment , to keep pushing them back just because other existing patients walk in.

Super nice chiropractors. There is one that is a little rough and can never quite get my neck. I’m not that tight and I’ve never had a chiropractor that can’t adjust my neck so it’s a little frustrating. Other wise it’s a good place for maintenance chiropractic care. I think if I had an issue I’d probably go somewhere else. But for a headache a rib out, or immune system maintenance Its good.

Started going here after I did something to my hip and right shoulder. It was hurting and it had been several years since I went to a chiropractor. I was skeptical coming into The Joint at first because of some chiropractic trauma I experienced a few months ago with another chiropractic center but my lower back kept spazzing so I figured to give it a go! And I’m so glad I did. Jennifer up at the front was so friendly and understanding of my hesitation. The lobby was so peaceful.. it felt like a spa! When it was time for me to get adjusted, my anxiety was in high gear but I was guided through every adjustment seamlessly and calmly! There were no aggressive movements or ones I was not prepared for. They walked through every adjustment and its benefits to my body. At the end, there was no pressure to sign up with monthly / yearly plans but they were knowledgeable in their financial menu and answered any question I had! As someone who was skeptical at first, this whole experience put my mind at ease and I’ll definitely be coming back! Shoutout to the whole team of Spring Hill and welcome to the community!!

I ran across a advertisement (and invitation) to The Joint Chiropractic on Facebook. After months of pain I made an appointment for the following Monday morning. Three visits later my pain level went from 8-9 to 4. With regular maintenance I've been able to look forward to a better quality of life. The visits are quick and easy. The staff are great. Editing, both my favorite docs are no longer at spring hill location which led to lots of changes and I canceled my membership. Seems like the staff is not consistent and it's usually understaffed. Keeping the old review :Love coming to the spring hill location. Both docs are awesome. They take their time and get to know you. The wait is never that bad. I like that it's a walk in so it's easier to fit into my schedule. I've been to other locations too but now Spring Hill is my favorite.

I thought this place was great until I tried to cancel the subscription. Firstly they don't tell you when you sign up that you have to let ot renew at least once. Then when you call to make sure it doesn't renew again they make it very difficult to actually cancel. They won't let you cancel over the phone or online. They insist you come in person so the doctor can check you over and make sure it's best to get off the plan. For people who work 6 days a week, this is not easy to do. I will just make sure my HSA card blocks their renewal attempt. I regret all telling so many people about this place.

Told me it was month by month basis and still had unused visits from first month but had no plan on going back. Then the went ahead and billed me second month. Called to talk to them and the were rude as hell when I said I never agreed to that. They then hung up on me. Calling my bank first thing in the morning to cancel any charges this place tries to make. Very disappointed in the dishonesty of this place. Steer clear at all costs!

Dr. Oakley was so professional and took his time with me and listened to my concerns and popped my back and body in ways that I had never been popped before I feel absolutely amazing my first visit I cannot wait for my second he took the time to set up a therapy plan and also was very patient with my four-year-old!

Don’t hesitate to set an initial appointment. This is not the premier chiropractic model that cost thousands a year. The adjustment was amazing and the treatment plan affordable! Do yourself a favor and just go… your spine will thank you!
