Then requiring a three month minimum membership here has got ridiculous. Most people can fix their back issues in 3 or 4 visits (one month). I delt with it when they went to two months minimum but the three months minimum now ($240 total) is ridiculous. I'll drive to NuSpine Chiropractic off 105 up in Montgomery. They only charge $19 for new patients on the first visit, and then just $89 a month for four visits with no requirement to go past one month. $89 is a way better deal than $240.

I was told they understood joint hypermobility.... Nope.... I told them I had a spot in my back from an injury and please do not touch it. Stuck his finger in it, pressed, and moved it around triggering it. I dealt with ridiculous pain for 6 weeks.... Then I was told I bought a package of appointments and would be charged for the first month and the next. I find more charges on my bank account today. When I call I was put on a wellness plan. NO I WASN'T. She thoroughly explained what I was buying and how it was charged.... DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. I'M LIVID Update 8/26/25 Just called to cancel and Nathaniel answered. Figured they didn't do it last time I called and they didn't. He laughed last time when I asked if it was important to overdraft my checking account with an unauthorized subscription. When he asked why I was cancelling I told him this was most of the reason. I signed up for the package of sessions, not a monthly membership, and somehow NONE of those visits are available. He prefilled in the reason for cancellation as "not enough time to use appointments" and it can't be changed..... Interesting how the response below is gaslighting but didn't actually help... Look further below and this has happened before so it probably happens more often and people suck it up and just cancel.

I wish I could give them 0 rating I visited this clinic about three months ago and signed up for a promotional package — 8 sessions for $79 plus a one-time $29 fee. I was told this was a one-month offer, so I booked it. Unfortunately, I only managed to attend 3 sessions and saw no noticeable improvement in my condition, so I stopped going. Later, I noticed they charged me another $79 without my permission. When I called to raise a complaint, I was told I had signed up for a monthly plan — something that was never clearly explained to me at the time of purchase. I requested a refund, especially since I didn’t even use the full sessions from my initial package, but the only response I keep getting is that they’ve “sent my request to the department” — and there’s been no update since then. I feel this is misleading and unfair. I strongly advise anyone considering this place to pay only in cash and not share your card information, as they can charge you again without notice, and getting your money back becomes a frustrating and fruitless process

I’ve gone here a few times and I can’t say the place is good…at all. The first time I went there everything about the session felt rushed (never mind that the chiropractor was only able to get one thing to pop…but I’m no expert so who knows). Today I try to go in (severe migraines and a neck adjustment helps a ton) and use a Groupon my wife got for me and I’m told “it’s only for brand new customers”…the new customers only clause is in the very fine print but outside of that, there was zero effort to make anything right beyond “you can pay full price or you can get out” kind of attitude. I guess they get more than one star because they didn’t Steven Seagal and break my neck when they adjusted me the last time I went. Outside of that, I’d say it’s best to avoid this place.

I hobbled into the clinic, barely able to walk without assistance. I could not lift my feet off the ground without intense pain. Dr. Burnett worked on me extensively. Only thing I would change is opportunity to fill out medical history / medication prior to initial visit. That took a little longer on a tablet than I was expecting. I have been a member of The Joint for a couple of years. I have a chronic neck issue that are helped by my weekly visits. I mainly use the Tomball, Texas location and see Dr. Moran. On the occasion I have to use another location, I am never treated poorly, and made to feel like I am one of there regulars. Same at Tomball, I prefer to use Dr. Moran, but on the occasions he is not in, or a little busy, Using the other Dr.'s has never been an issue. I have never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen. The Joint truly values my time.

Doctor recommended the chiropractor for help with migraines. I was having trouble sleeping for 3 nights and missed one day of work due to really bad lower back pain. It hurt to walk, sit, lay down, twist, and get up. Update 11/4/2024: Dr. Warner has moved to Magnolia, which makes for quite a drive. I was excited to find a new chiropractor at this location who adjusted me perfectly—something that's not always easy to do. I called today to check if my preferred chiropractor was available since I’ve seen him a few times. I wanted to update my review to let others know that if you're not a member and just walk in, you’ll be assigned whoever is available. In the past, I've been able to request the chiropractor I prefer for my adjustments. I only go when absolutely necessary, especially after long periods of work that leave me tense. With the cost of $200 or an $80 membership fee, it’s just not feasible for me right now. I’m disappointed that the policy has changed, making it impossible for walk-in patients to choose their preferred chiropractor.

I understand the corporate and business objectives are to increase repeat business, and it was a very polished and perfected pitch. However, it felt like higher pressure than necessary. First Time here, I walked in and Shelby welcome me and answered every question i had, very courteous, Friendly and Professional the process checking in was very easy cause Shelby made it so easy to understand. I saw Dr Moran and he was amazing! I was a little nervous cause i didn't know what to expect and i have always been scared of my bones cracking and popping lol but he listened and explained the whole process, i had some pain on my upper back and neck, after he did the adjustment i walked out of there feeling so light and i could move my neck around without discomfort. He recommended a follow up treatment and again Shelby explained the best options for me, didn't push me to buy anything like a sales person but gave me options to try and i walked out of there trusting Dr Moran and this team! Very friendly, and caring team I was greeted by Shelby with a very friendly welcome. She was sympathetic to the pain I was in and helped me get checked in quickly! Dr. Orrick treated me with much compassion and understanding of the pain I was in! Great team and great office! Happy I walked in!! I had been going to see Dr. Miguel over the last 8+ months, and have always had great experiences. The staff is welcoming and loving and the doctors are very attentive and thorough. I just recently went again yesterday, only to find out that this location has new doctors. Yet, I still received the same great treatment. I was welcomed by the sweetest face ever...Ms. Shelby...and Dr. Wells was thorough and caring of my needs. I not only left feeling an improvement, but I was provided a prescription note with the doctors suggestions on what to do as a follow-up (stretches, ice compress, etc). To say the least, I knew I would be back, so I opted for a 6-massage package before I left. Money well spent!

Got in and out very quickly. Very clean and professional offive. Iqra at the front desk was very pleasant and Dr Reynolds did a great job. She did a complete preliminary assessment due to the fact that I hadn't been there before and did a full adjustment on my back and checked over other joints as well.

I'm 31 and I hobbled in with two canes because of some severe inflammation in my lower back, and I walked out almost without using them. My lower back issue is still there but the session definitely helped me move normally. I'm for sure coming back for additional visits and advice.

Absolutely terrible. I have been to chiropractors all over the world, first time I felt like one was intentionally trying to hurt me. He physically pinched my neck to the point where I had to tell him to let go. My wife is a licensed massage therapist. You don't grab someone in the level of pain I am in like that right off, you work into it. Didn't adjust my shoulders, acted like he adjusted my middle back but nothing happened, only adjusted my neck which has nothing to do with the pain I am still experiencing at 2:30 a.m. Absolutely did not care or listen to me when I told him what was going on beyond trying to convince me I had a made up condition and that, naturally, I would need four more treatments lol. I have a pinched nerve from sleeping wrong. He was only interested in selling me on more treatments. He could've adjusted me and helped my situation, he chose to further injure me and ignore my actual problem so that I would come back for four more treatments.

Got in immediately. The receptionist was extremely nice and helpful. The treatment took me from barely being able to get out of my truck to standing with no concern immediately. Went above and beyond to target the muscle groups on top of the joints/adjustments. I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone. Dr. Millan was awesome! This was my first time going to a chiropractor and he explained everything very thoroughly before doing anything. I saw a sign when going to work. Called and Rachel was very helpful. It's nice to have a company that is open later on the week day's so those of us that don't work normal hours can have care without having to take time off from work. The doctor was very careful and friendly and took the time to listen. So nice to have a chiropractor that doesn't charge an arm and a leg to get care. In just one session so far I can move my neck again with little to minimal pain. Looking forward to addressing my other pains soon.
