Saw the special and thought I'd give you a try. Made an appointment and traveled 30 miles to your location, but that didn't matter. I was told it would be an hour and a half to get in. Apparently walk-ins trump appointments. Poor customer service. Sad.

There are no longer enough doctors to accommodate the amount of patients. Went in two days in a row in extreme pain and was told it was a forty minute wait both days because of only one doctor being allowed to work. Canceled my membership due to the inconvenience and now since I was already in mass amounts of pain now it hurts to just breath. Never again will I go to your establishment.

I was very impressed with my first visit. Valeri was helpful and knowledgeable to my every question. She helped me out with a tailored plan for my recovery and she provided deep relief with treatment, even with me being a broader, muscular frame that tends to cause treatment challenges for others. I really appreciated all that.

Had a lot of miscommunication trying to cancel our membership for financial reasons. We were charged an additional 3 times without our consent or awareness. We had to contact the owner to get refunded and even after jumping through all those hoops didn’t feel heard or understood or even taken care of in a humane way. It’s all about Money to them. Felt like they diagnosed everyone the same and always did the same adjustments without work on exercises like promised from the chiropractor. Felt like it was a waste of time and money… really disappointed in the overall customer service and interactions we had.

Had a young man that was in need of relief from vertigo. Didn't necessarily have the means to pay for it, so I went ahead and got him signed up for the monthly reoccurring visits to manage his symptoms. When he recently left to go on his mission, I called them to cancel the reoccurring charges. They stated "he has to come in to sign paperwork in order to cancel." I let them know it was on my credit card and I wasn't disputing what had already been paid for, I just didn't want to be charged moving forward. Again, on my credit card--not his. They stated he would have to come in for that to happen. So, now I have to cancel a credit card, forge a complaint with the Bureau of Consumer Protection at the FTC in order for them to do the right thing. What a nightmare for trying to help someone out.

So I was browsing YouTube and got obsessed with chiropractic videos. I love the ASMR aspect but then the health aspect really started to be apparent. I started looking at The Joint when I started having massive headaches. After a treatment I would be fine until I did something strenuous. After only a couple of appointments they recorded an x-ray of my neck. Upon review we found I had some birth defects. Playing with my puppy one day I suddenly felt a very sharp pain in my lower back. I dropped to the ground barely able to move and in excruciating pain. My son broke his back and pelvis in a dirt bike accident a year ago and after the bones healed he was still experiencing lots of pain. I was given a chance to come to the Logan Joint Chiropractic when they first opened. Everyone is so friendly, Greet us by name and really listen to what we need. His adjustments never hurt. I sleep better, sounder and deeper, I'm not as easily awakened by sounds. I had a stroke in 2014 and as a result could not feel the top of my head, and my hair has fallen out a lot. Now I can feel my scalp and hair has not fallen out. It is easier to relax my whole body and I seem to be balanced.

I started feeling tightness in my thoracic spine due to working from home. My office chair got traded for a broken couch, and it slowly started to effect my spine. I have loved having the 2 short visits every week to help me recover, and it doesn't take all day either like some Chiropractic offices do. Dr. Petersen-I had a spot on my left hip which has been an issue for about 5 months. After several visits with another chiropractor the issue was not resolved-one visit with Dr.Petersen the issue and spot was released. I now have no pain.

I have been consistently using chiropractic work for years. My first visit to The Joint was great. The chiropractor was able to adjust my neck better than my regular chiropractor.
