Lots of great cracks, exactly where I needed them, and I walked out feeling fantastic. He even asked if I wanted to try the neck sling traction adjustment, where he wraps the sling around your neck and gives it a good pull. I’ve only had one other chiropractor at The Joint do that before, so when he asked, my answer was basically, “Heck yeah, if you’ll do it, let’s go!” ? That one definitely put a grin on my face. Great personality, great listener, excellent adjustment, and clearly knows what he’s doing. Highly recommend him if you’re visiting The Joint in St. George. I walked out smiling and feeling like a new man!

Still in tons of pain reduced it by about 30% though and was able to be seen on a Saturday so I can't complain too much. Could not walk before now I can kind of. My regular chiropractor uses tens unit prior to adjustment I feel this has a great impact on how I feel afterwards. I'm not sure if they just don't want to use that practice or they focus on time management and getting patients out quickly.

This place was nice and clean. People were friendly and the doctor is nice. But as far as the service it was per se, a generic backrack or adjustment and a neck adjustment. There was no the finding of other issues. Also, not in the VA provider side Kinda sucks. As being a 100% disabled vet, it can get very pricey when you're on a fixed income. And they don't accept insurance.It's cash only or credit card.

I’ve really enjoyed my experience at The Joint Chiropractic. Everyone there is so friendly and welcoming, and the whole process is quick and easy—which makes it really convenient to stop in when needed. The chiropractors are knowledgeable and take great care of you. Always leave feeling better than when walking in. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is just a small wish—I’d love to see some kind of aftercare offered, like a massage table, heat, or ice. Something to help you ease out of the adjustment and relax a bit more before heading back out into the day. Overall, it’s been a really positive experience, and it’s definitely a place that feels easy to recommend.

Had a pretty unfortunate experience here. I started experiencing some pain in my shoulder on a Sunday night and sought treatment at The Joint on Wednesday morning. I was in a lot of pain prior to my adjustment, but the pain became absolutely unbearable afterward. I ended up in the ER the next day — since it was Thanksgiving and nothing else was open. The ER doctor took X-rays and told me that my titanium plate (from a surgery 8 years ago to correct a clavicle fracture) had broken in half, and the collarbone underneath was also fractured. I ultimately needed surgery to replace the plate and repair my clavicle again. After reaching out to Dr. Markham, I didn’t hear back until a week later, after I texted and called the office again. In my personal opinion, I had no obvious accident, fall, or force to my clavicle recently that could have caused the break, so the timing concerned me. I cannot say what caused it, but the increase in pain immediately after the adjustment made me worry about the situation. Dr. Markham told me he did not believe the adjustment contributed and felt it was more likely related to long-term wear or lifting my twin babies. Before I left the office after the adjustment, he was confident I had frozen shoulder and strongly encouraged me to sign up for a membership (which I did and later canceled). Based on my experience, I personally will not be returning and would not recommend this clinic for anyone experiencing significant pain.

My 1st visit with joint went pretty well. It's been 10yrs for me....so I'm sure the Chiropractor loved that! Staff was very nice. One thing that bothered me was the next clients in line to be treated were sitting on chairs right by me when I was getting my treatment....a little akward. Very friendly. They were playing with my kids. And very patient. First visit and they were amazing. Felt very lose and relaxed when I left. When I went to the back he informed me what was going to happened and made sure he understood what my situation. And continued to keep me informed as we went. My boyfriend has also been going and has been loving it. He can move better now and noticed a difference. He had gone to different places and never seen any improvement until this place. All the doctors at The Joint at the Mall Drive location are amazing!! If i come in fresh off a desert race they get me straightened out. I have been coming to this clinich forbyears and love the staff! Always so friendly and know how to fix all my alignment issues. Sometimes my hips get out of alignment to the point that my pants are twisting to one side. No worries, all the docs know how to adjust gently and get me realigned. Plus I love that I can just pop in! No appointment necessary!

I’ve been very fortunate in my life and have never had a bad back, I was working on my car and my back shifted and had me in severe pain, hoping it would just straighten out I suffered with it for 5 days before going into THE JOINT CHIROPRACTIC it’s been 2 weeks today and I’ve been in 4- times they have been amazing working my back back into alignment and helped relieve the pain without medication. RACIST COMMENTS - my mom went in to get adjusted the day before her wedding. She mentioned she would be getting married the next day and the chiropractor said “oh to get your green card?” I was outraged. I told the receptionists who did nothing, I told the chiropractor that was racist and unacceptable to talk to my mom that way. He further continued making racist remarks like “your mom’s arm hurts because she hit you guys so much with la chancla” I wouldn’t go back if they paid me. Absolutely disgusting behavior and am so appalled that type of behavior is allowed.

There’s a lack of communication and knowledge of office policy from the ladies at the front desk. The adjustments were fine but not great enough to override the frustration regarding conflicting information. Once I’ve used the appointments I’ve paid for, I will not use them again.

Dr. Bryson is great. He assessed the problem immediately and helped me so much. I couldn’t hinge at the hip when I walked in. I walked 10x better when I walked out of there. This will take a few visits to correct the issue but I’ll be back, and continue to see Dr. Bryson for future adjustments.

A reduced cost does not always mean a reduction in quality, authority and expertise. I visited the join Chiropractic in St. George and was hesitant at first. The offers looked very good and were very affordable and yet, sometimes affordable, especially when it comes to health elements can be cheap or less. This is not the case with this Joint Chiropractic. From the first phone call to the appointment, filling out the forms and an initial discussion with a woman that walked through my past, my issues and my understanding of chiropractic care, I was happily surprised. From there, meeting Dr. Doug Markham, he shared his background as well as quickly identifying what he saw immediately as I explained my issues to him. His attention to detail and personalization to me was on the same level of an 85 to 110 a visit chiropractor like what I experienced in Florida. Even though I was familiar with and had experience with chiropractors in the past, he walked me through each action and stayed aware of my comfort level the whole time. He brought a great deal of relief in the first session, but also was realistic about what was needed next. The program that he explained made great sense, was very affordable and something I was comfortable committing too. It is going to take some time to correct, redirect and heal some of the issues I have been dealing with for a long time. Still, I think I am on the right course for me with The Joint Chiropractic and dr. Doug Markham to get there and get to an even stronger place. I invite those that may have been apprehensive, carrying presuppositions and assumptions to see for yourselves that this could be an answer for you with the highest level of quality at what I have found to be the lowest cost out there.

My all-time favorite chiropractor is Tiger in Jackson Wyoming. I’ve seen him hundreds of times unfortunately. In a very close second is Dr. Connor at the joint. I just saw him today and I feel absolutely incredible. The entire staff was great and I’ll be back within two weeks.

Long wait time. No wifi available while waiting. Loud and echoey building. Adjustment was fine, but I left more sore than when I came in, but that happens I know. Price was fine, but they were WAY too pushy with their subscription plan.

It’s hard to even give these guys one star. I went in with some back pain and specifically asked for a deep tissue therapy massage with a heat massage (which worked amazingly well at a chiropractor I had seen in another state). They said “no problem”, but what I got was some witchcraft with a goofy clicker, and then they used a drop table that felt akin to a medieval torture device. My back hurt worse leaving than it did going in. Then there was the issue of pricing - it felt like I was talking with Monty Hall on Let’s Make a Deal. Pricing must have changed 3-4 times in less than five minutes. Run - do not walk away!

Dr. Dex is phenomenal. I have a lot of neck and back pain. I have been to 2 other locations and by far He was the only one who found the trouble spot and helped ease the pain. Go see them at the st. George location. Worth every penny.

I was really struggling with mobility. I came here and after i went home i noticed the water gain was leaving my legs. My knees, back, and neck felt better. My arms weren’t falling asleep and i finally had a decent nights sleep! I even have digestion and swallowing issues that it gave me relief with. I had no idea so many afflictions could be solved in 10 min! I came back the next day and the water has not come back, i am moving even better. I just did 2 days of Disneyland and a day at Universal with my 13 yr old. I kept up the pace from open to close! I rode everything! Last time i was in pain and very limited since i struggled to get in and out of the rides. I never got sore or felt over done! I am extremely grateful for these centers and feel i have found the help i was looking for!

Just FYI, I've heard great things about this place. I've even had family members recommend going here. I went into to try and get an adjustment but was told the doctors wouldn't touch me because I've been seen in the past by a different chiropractor... It's been over 6 months since I was last seen and I'm wanting a new chiropractor but this is not the place to go!

I went in because I had pulled a muscle/pinched a nerve in my shoulder this was after work late on a Thursday. It has been happening since I was 13 and is really painful. Dr. Hamada (please forgive me if I’m wrong) used his education and training to cure that issue. He adjusted my neck sitting up and used this clicker thing and it all smoothed out in a few days. This shoulder problem that had been hanging over me waiting to strike was gone. Still is. I went back for follow up, other problems, had different docs and it has always helped. You people reading this need to know chiro treatments can work immediately but most times you will wake up a couple days later and it will be resolved. And I mean resolved. It is well worth it and these guys are great.

Update- Thanks for reaching out. The situation was very frustrating, but we do appreciate your attempt to make the situation better. My wife had a terrible headache and felt that an adjustment would help. The website says the clinic is open until 4:00 PM on Saturdays and that no appointment is required. We arrived at 2:30 PM. We could hear staff laughing and joking in back. The receptionist was clearly unhappy to see us, and rather rudely informed us that it was “corporate policy” not to take patients after 2PM. That would be handy information to have on the website with the hours, if true.

They’re open on Saturdays! I had an injury on a Friday afternoon and could barely walk by the time I tried to go to sleep. Waking up Saturday morning still barely able to walk I was worried that I’d have to deal with this until Monday at best. After finding The Joint online they were the only Saturday option. I went in and they were extremely careful with my situation. I couldn’t get a full adjustment due to the amount of pain I was in, I’m guessing there was a lot of inflammation. I was greatly appreciative that they didn’t push me further than my body was letting me. But they were able to help and got some minor adjustments done. By the time I got home I’d guess that I had 10% more mobility and progressively throughout the day with rest I was doing better and better. They do push the subscription model and I don’t know how I feel about that, I did opt not to subscribe however if given the option I would have purchased a package of maybe 10 services I think that would have just felt better, although it would have been pretty much the same as the subscription they offered. The Dr also told me I could come back in right before they closed and he’d do another adjustment at no charge BUT I elected to stay home and rest. That was a generous offer and was much appreciated, I truly felt that they were there to help me and everyone who was coming in.

How to rate this…. The chiropractors have been okay. The wait, not so much. If you have over an hour to wait, it’s great. If you’re going for a quick in and out adjustment, not so great. I’ve been told it’s a 20 minute wait and an hour later… I’ve been in on 3 different days, at different times, in the last week and left all 3 times without being seen. A good chiropractor does absolutely zero good if you can’t get in to see them. I’ve been going to the joint for about 6 years, while living in 3 different states. I’ve also gone while I’ve been on vacation in different cities. I’ve easily been to over a dozen different locations and this one is the worst. Seriously considering canceling my family’s 4 memberships.

What a waste of time. I saw their ad on Facebook and thought “$29 for first time patients? Wow I have to test it out!” I was wrong lol. The ‘walk-in’ appointment sounded great but once I got there, I filled out the new patient paper work and about 5-6 people checked in and walked out within 20 minutes. I thought that was strange. It was finally my turn and I met the chiropractor, and he asked my medical history and all that. But once it came down to the adjusting, literally NOTHING WAS DONE. They have these collapsible tables and when they’re adjusting you, the table goes down. You’re not actually getting adjusted. Nothing popped or was being adjusted. The chiropractor made it seem like I was being aligned and everything but I wasn’t. I told him all my areas of pain and tightness and he ‘assessed’ them but didn’t lol. It’s like they make you think you’re getting adjusted with their comments and the table collapsing. To make it worse at the end of the appointment, the chiropractor tried talking me into buy a membership type deal. Wasn’t taking no for an answer, and was very pushy. What a waste of $29 will not be going back. I have seen a chiropractor many times before who is very thorough and used the tense unit and ice after every appointment. This was not like that what-so-ever. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Very professional. Dr. Cox took time to walk me through all my questions. Fully transparent and helped me create a plan going forward. The adjustment felt stellar as well! Also, that location was HOPPIN' with a ton of people who go there regularly! I couldn't believe the foot traffic coming into that place. Now I understand why. I was only there for an emergency adjustment while on vacation, but I've signed up in my home city and will be on track to regular adjustments. Next time I'm there on vacation I'm getting adjust by that team in St. George!

I had not had chiropractic care for many years but decided to try it again for some emergent leg pain. The initial visit was thorough yet the documentation necessary to start the process was bothersome. After my initial consultation with Dr. Cox, he did several adjustments to my spine and hips and I noticed an immediate improvement in the leg pain. This remains the case to the present. He also established an ongoing course of continuing care to help solidify these results. My only criticism is that the charge for this was not made entirely clear after the initial $29.95 charge. It was my under standing that the total was to be $79 for the course of treatment with several free visits included. Upon checking my credit card account, I found the charge to be slightly over $100. Also, I was provided a copy of the treatment contract but no printed receipt for the charges.

I rarely leave reviews, but after coming here I had to share my experience. Firstly; they have great staff that welcomed me and explained the process and answered all my questions thoroughly. Secondly; The doctors all had professional instructions and tips for each client (I personally was seen by Dr. Cox and I was very impressed with the amount of back and neck relief he gave me. But he also gave me a personalized tip specific to me that would help my back and posture). Lastly; the building was very clean, well maintained, and had lively decorations. They also had a clean bathroom which was awesome to see. I would absolutely recommend that you go see one of their doctors for the back, neck, shoulder, leg, & arm pop of you life!

The adjustment on my back was great and I feel much better today. I did end up buying a membership to use for the next few months since I have so many back problems. I like the concept of not needing an appointment…BUT… My biggest issue was that the sign on the door said the wait was about 45 minutes. I went in at 10:30am and wasn’t seen by the chiropractor until 12:30pm. I understand that it is a walk-in situation, but it was frustrating to wait so much longer than anticipated. I would rather have been told a realistic wait time even if that meant I had to come back another time. I found out later that they usually have 2 chiropractors there, but when I went there was only 1. He did apologize for the wait and still took his time to make sure I got the treatment I needed, so I did appreciate the effort to make me feel listened to during my adjustment time, even though I waited a very long time to be seen.

a good place, the doctors and staff are great. My biggest concern is that the staff and one of the doctors do not wear masks and most of the clients also do not wear masks. I was under the impression that utah was under a mask mandate in businesses due to the high rate of covid in utah. Because I am in a higher risk category this makes me uncomfortable coming here. I would expect more from a medical office.

The place is very fast moving, they do get super busy! In 7 days I have had to have 3 adjustments (new patient with problems). The weekend doctor did my initial treatment and did an amazing job. The weekday doctor also did an amazing job. I am starting to feel better after 2 years of pain but 3 months of pure agony. Thank you for your services.

I've seen many chiropractors- in and out of state. This was a bad experience. I explained what was going on with my back (I've had two procedures since August) and he proceeded to adjust my back once, adjust my neck once. All in all he worked on me for about 2-3 minutes- literally. For me it was a waste of money and won't be going back. Unimpressed to say the least.

Really easy payment plans and options to save money, and a friendly and knowledgeable staff that cares about making sure you get and stay healthy. I got an amazing adjustment where I felt like a bowl of rice crispies, and some awesome exercises to try as a follow up to use along with adjustments. Really cool experience overall.

I have been dealing with a severe case of tennis elbow and after two treatments i do not have nearly as much pain. It doesn't feel like a FULL service Chiropractic Service when they cannot offer TENS therapy to ease the muscle tension that you get when you come in with pain and are misaligned. Also no "thumper" which iII love. I see it as -- the lower rates represent the scaled down available services. I did sign up for the monthly PKG to give it a try.

I’m grateful they’re open on Saturday’s! For someone who works the exact same hours of operation of this chiropractic office, it’s great that I can still get in and get my necessary adjustments to have less pain and discomfort throughout the week! It’s a very clean and organized office with a very efficient sign in process upon paperwork completion. The only time I’ve had problems is during grand opening hours on some Saturday mornings but it’s not the end of the world.

Finally, a chiro office you can just walk into, no appt. needed. Very nice people and very affordable. I bought the monthly pass for a discounted price. These chiro offices are all over major cities so when you travel and need adjusting, you can usually find one.
