Dr. Morgan Joe, Jr. graduated from the Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Psychology in 1985. Ten years later, he received his Doctor of Chiropractic from the Cleveland Chiropractic College of Kansas City, Missouri after providing ten years of paramedical services to the people in both Norfolk and Richmond, Virginia. He was certified as a Shock/Trauma technician while serving as an Emergency Medical Technician. He began as an athletic trainer and later became a team doctor for Norfolk State University in 1985 as a volunteer for all athletics. He continues performing adjustments and applying individual care plans to rehabilitate injured athletes. He also was the WBA athletic trainer for the Kansas City Mustangs from 1992-1995. As one of the few AfricanAmerican chiropractors between Norfolk and Richmond, Virginia, Dr. Joe hopes to enrich cultural diversity in the form of chiropractic care to the Greater Hampton Roads area. He practices both traditional and diversified adjustments and is a member of the International and United Virginia Chiropractic Associations. He has been a health science instructor for three colleges and universities covering subjects from health and human anatomy to pathology and neurology spanning the last twenty years. He began his profession focusing on preventive care and rehabilitation over two decades ago and still loves what he does. He enjoys teaching and interaction with patients and athletes on a regular basis.
Dr. Tiso attended undergraduate school at Bridgewater College in the Shenandoah Valley where he played football and ran track. His background in athletics drove his aspiration to be in the healthcare field. An internship with a local Chiropractor helped to direct that aspiration.
All throughout his life Dr. Tiso has displayed a serving spirit which makes Chiropractic the perfect field. It is one of the few fields of healthcare where the doctor directly helps patients with a hands-on approach. Dr. Tiso attended Sherman College of Chiropractic where he studied the Gonstead Method of Chiropractic. This is a very specific, safe and effective form of Chiropractic that tends to get better results than any other method, with longer lasting effects. Dr. Tiso has been practicing Chiropractic since 2011.
Dr. Jason M. King is from Northern Virginia. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Medicine from Radford University. There, he played intercollegiate rugby for four years and helped lead his team to the National Elite 8 in 2000. Following graduation, he spent years as a corporate fitness instructor and manager. Dr. King wanted to further his interest and knowledge of the human body. He attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, serving his Virginia community for nearly 18 years. Dr. King has a special interest and expertise in personal injury and motor vehicle injuries as well as athletic health and sports injuries. He also enjoys working with children and families as his own children and family are under regular chiropractic care. Dr. Jason is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys in his spare time hunting, fishing and pursuing outdoor experiences. Dr. King is an active member in the Unified Virginia Chiropractic Association, the American Chiropractic Association, TLC 4 Superteams, and his local Town Center Kiwanis Club. He looks forward to providing you and your family excellence in chiropractic care.
