Today at 4 p.m., my husband, who is a monthly subscriber, came into have his back adjusted because he was in pain. The front desk clerk was absolutely rude. She didn't greet him or say hello when he walked in, she just looked at him and then continued her conversation. When she finally did acknowledge him, she said because they had two new patients , they couldn't take him. There was still an hour left in the store hours. The lady was rude and needs to work on her customer service skills. Never been to a location where they treated you like it was an inconvenience you came in an hour before they were closing.

I came in with a backache and when I came in, they adjusted my back for me. It seemed to work for the first 24 hours, but the pain came back so maybe when I go in the next time I will have to tell you all that it really hurts so they can work on it a little bit more.

My wife and I walked in to the Joint chiropractor office today because I have been battling a pinched nerve for almost a year now. Dr Kelly was amazing with her work and this was my first visit to a chiropractor ever! After my visit alot of the pain I have been experiencing was gone almost instantaneously. Walked(wobbled) in with vertigo and a decade worth of stuck/locked/stiffened stuff that was previously accustomed to 30+yrs of dance/sports/acrobatics/never keeping my damn feet on the ground. After a few deep stubborn spots gave in to the treatment, I was able to stand up with only slight vertigo, and was able to hold my head up without feeling like a bobblehead. I'm def going back for round 2 in a couple of days, because I def can't break myself loose alone anymore.

This is a organic 11 star review. I can't tell you how magic my neck pain went away after ONE adjustment from Dr Kevin has me rethinking chiropractic in general. I recently got injured and had my entire sternum and shoulder and neck in extreme pain for MONTHS. I didn't know this was possible but I can assure you my neck was 95% better the next day, my shoulder and chest feeling like new after the 3rd visit. What a joke, we arrived at 1:50pm and they refused to see my son (who was on the monthly plan) because they break for lunch at 2pm. The adjustment literally takes 5 minutes. I know some Chiros work for some folks and not others, but, this really worked for me. Some of my hard tissue spots required some deep tissue massage before adjustment and it worked great.

Miss Doctor Hassan he was the best and only reason people came here. I was in chemo with my 11 year old all day and sped here after hurting my back I walked in at 6:55 and I explained to a guy named Dj my situation and how I was in desperate need he said with a smile sorry we’re closed (before closing time) and began laughing as if something was funny about explain my sons fight against terminal cancer and my situation. I was in pain for two weeks prior to walking in to The Joint. They got me right! I have pain in my lower and upper back pain for over a year. Went to a few different chiropractors over the year and they did what they could but it never really helped. First visit with Dr. DJ was great, he got my upper and lower back taken care of the first time. I am excited that I am not in pain anymore and can start exercising and getting back to my normal self. My mom and I have been going to The Joint Chiropractic in Landstown since June 2023. Julia was the first person I spoke with via phone/text regarding The Joint, and she was very informative on the details with signing up. Julia was able to answer any question that I had for her. She always greets everyone with a warm personality and even remembers the names of usual clients that go to this location. My mom and I usually see Dr. Duncan! What we love about her is that she takes the time to really understand each person/where their pain is located while forming a relationship with them. I never feel like my sessions are rushed, and I always leave feeling better than I did coming in. They do not accept insurance; however, they offer a monthly plan as low as $79/month for 4 visits. The office is really clean and is sanitized after every client. I love that we can get adjusted at whatever time is convenient for us without having to set an appointment prior. Having a membership with The Joint also allows you to visit any location locally and even in any state which is a perk if you travel often! They often have sub chiropractors that rotate throughout this location who have been amazing and friendly as well. We love all the staff members here at the Landstown location! After having my first visit here, my quality of life has been so much better and the pain in my shoulders/neck has greatly improved! Come visit this location if you've been looking into seeing a chiropractor - you won't regret it! :)

I used The Joint Corp a year ago for 2 months. I found it wasn't really doing anything for me. I was told that I could stop at anytime, but what I wasn't told that they would continue to charge my CC. That I had to come in and fill out a cancellation form. I just happened to see the charge on my statement and thought what was this for. So in researching, they have been charging my CC for a year. Didn't say a word. Then told me sorry WE DONT DO REFUNDS. I have been going to The Joint Chiropractor in landstown for almost 3 months now and I have never felt better . I used to have arthritis pain in my knees and wrist really bad , but not anymore. Dr DJ has help me so much with them adjustments. Also if you have vertigo which I have as well the adjustments help a great deal with that. I've been a long-time Joint customer and I think it's time to move on. IN RESPONSE TO THE REPLY. You are incorrect. I was told one thing when signing up for the treatment plan, then when I acted upon what I was told, someone else told me I could not do that. I spent way too long trying to figure out what I was allowed to do just to be told that was incorrect by a different person with a bit of an attitude. I stand by what I said. That putting people on treatment plans and getting upfront money is primary business model. Chiropractic care is secondary. I don't leave poor reviews often. If I have a poor experience I usually just don't go there anymore. I had enough of a frustrating experience that I felt compelled to leave this review. Dr. Hassan is great! Me and my husband have been seeing him for about a month now for back pain, knee pain, and shoulder pain and we always walk out the clinic feeling brand new. As new clients to the clinic Dr. Hassan gets to know his clients by finding out what areas are affected, when the discomfort started, any exacerbating factors, and how he will address those issues by examining every part of the body. He’s very thorough and there’s a 99% chance that he’ll get every crack and pop out of you if you see him. Me and my husband always feel instantly better, body feels more looser and we stand more upright and taller afterwards. He’s also great at education and explains everything he does every step of the way while he’s working with you. Overall I would say that he’s improved the range of motion in my neck— I don’t feel as much pain and he has deceased the stiffness felt in my upper back. Me and my husband are definitely continuing our care with Dr. Hassan and we highly recommend him!

I started going to The Joint in Landstown at 33 weeks pregnant (with the permission from my doctor). The doctors were incredibly thorough, as well as kind. I felt completely safe in their hands. Chiropractic adjustments have been part of my wellness and self care for most of my adult life. Recently I have been dealing with a debilitating hip injury that leaves me unable to walk. I have been going to The Joint regularly to get adjustments from Dr. Holmes at the Virginia Beach Blvd. location and Dr. Elahi at the Landstown location both in Virginia Beach, VA with great results for restored alignment. Both doctors are highly skilled, client focused and able to target specific areas of concern with excellent restorative results! The Joint as a business model is also commendable in ease of use, no appointment necessary and affordability making regular self care something everyone can do! Whether for optimal health or shifting a cycle of pain The Joint is a gem. I am thankful! You will be too!

Dr Hassan has helped me solve a 2 year long issue. I suffered a concussion/neck injury in 2020 and have been to many doctors to figure out how to solve my neck pain and headaches- PT, neurology, TMJ doc, pain specialists and more. I even tried chiropractic care at a different office and it wasn’t a fit. When I decided to try chiropractic care again I definitely was skeptical! But I my surprise, during Dr Hassan’s hands on initial evaluation he was able to point to the parts of my spine causing pain without me even having to tell him. He was exactly right, and I felt hopeful. It’s been one month and I have made a insane improvement in that time. I will continue to work with him. We move to CA in a few months and I wish I could take him with me. I thinks he’s an above average chiropractor across the board!

After trying a couple other locations in the area, I decided to try The Joint at Landstown Commons and I can honestly say that Dr. Hassan is hands down my favorite! I go out of my way to see him. He listens to what you have to say and does his best to relieve any discomfort you are feeling. If you were on the fence, take a chance on Dr. Hassan. I doubt you’ll be disappointed.

Dr. Hassan is thorough, attentive, and personable. I’ve never had to wait very long to be adjusted. I called asking about a specific pain, he said he could see what he could do. I told him, the soonest I could get there was just mins before closing (at the holidays) he saw me at 3 mins to closing. I am thankful for his dedication and attention to detail!

100% recommend. This combined with the stretches and exercises Dr. Hassan has provided me have been great. I’m really started to feel improvement after years of discomfort. I have been coming here for roughly 5 months (when they first opened), and I’m hooked. Initially, I didn’t think I was going to get the membership or if I did, I didn’t think I’d stick with this as long as I have. My experience has been wonderful, though. I go just about once a week. I make the time for it because I know it works and is helping me. The membership price is totally worth it. I’ve seen another chiropractor (not with the joint), and I thought he was good, but Dr. Hassan is by far the best. I can tell he invests in his patients/clients. He is very skilled and takes the time to find out what’s bothering you, adjusts specifically to your needs, provides stretches, and follows up. The Joint in generally is great because the hours are flexible, no appointments needed, various locations, and GREAT price.

I've been a member of the The Joint for about 2 years now and I really enjoy the ease to visit anywhere I'm traveling, but this location and Dr Hassan really make me feel at home. Now that I'm located in VB, this is my spot. The care here has been top notch and with the monthly plan I save a ton. I can really tell he wants me to improve and feel great. I rarely write reviews but when you know a service is so great you must share it with all who is willing to listen. I have a been a customer of the joint for quite some time. For majority of the franchises (mostly in Texas) I’ve had the pleasure to visit, they all have been fairly good, but LISTEN! Dr. Hassan at the Landstown location in VA Beach is by far the best chiropractor I’ve been too. I have been dealing with a pain in my shoulder that tends to make the muscles tense in and around the shoulder through the right side of my neck, to the point I barely have full side extension of my neck and arm. It was bad! I think it’s been induced by work/life stress. I’ve tried to get massages to help but no true resolve. I started visiting Dr. Hassan location when it opened and I’ve never been any lwhere else since then. He is a true expert and professional who I wholeheartedly believe is committed to serving his customers to the best of his ability. He recognizes your name and remembers your chief complaint. He really does everything possible to ensure you don’t leave the same way you came in. He gives his BEST each visit. He takes his time and use many techniques to address the issue. After just a few weeks of going 1-2 times a week I feel 1000% better! I now go really as maintenance and self-care. My husband (who is a football coach) came for a visit with me one time and was sold on the HASSAN EXPERIENCE too! He signed up for a memebership that same day. So, if you really want your needs address and want to have an excellent customer service experience, hands down, Dr. Hassan is the answer! Go visit him today!

This is the best Joint Chiropractic in I have ever been too. Dr. Hassan is the absolute man and always does a great job with his adjustments. Veteran dealing with chronic back pain over 10 years. I've been to over a dozen Chiropractors and Dr. Hassan at the Landstown location is tied at the best. I can be difficult to adjust. He is skilled, has a lot of ways to get to areas, will take the time to give additional tips for stretching, and really strives to get you better than you came in. Great atmosphere, easy parking, lots of places to (walk) eat or grab Starbucks in the shopping center, and good location. This is 100% worth the membership.

Dr.Hassan is the only chiropractor that has been able to help my pain. I love that the office is walk-in it makes it easier for my crazy busy schedule. I just go in and scan my card and I'm out in about 15 minutes or less. It's also a lot cheaper than going to a Private Practice.

I’ve been dealing with severe low back pain and nerve pain in my right thigh. I stand on my feet all day at work, which intensifies the pain. Nothing relieves the pain. I’m very grateful for the doctors at The Joint. They are open every day and until 7 pm during the week. It is nice and so convenient to drop in before or after work. The staff and doctors are great! I highly recommend The Joint! They are also very affordable.

The doctor's here are great! I love the convenient hours and the fact that you don't have to make an appointment first. I went in just a couple weeks ago with bad constant lower back and sciatic pain and they have helped me so much. My pain decreases with each visit and some days I don't hurt at all. They don't bill insurance, but they are cheaper than my normal co-pay anyway, so it's a great deal. Definitely give them a try!
