She graduated from Bethune-Cookman University in 2015 with a major in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. She later gradated from Life University in 2019 with her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree. Dr. Holmes began working at The Joint in May 2019. She says the best part about working in the chiropractic field is the ability to make healthy connections, care for, and help promoted healing in individuals of all ages.

When Dr. Holmes is not working she enjoys any type of water activity, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. She has a chihuahua and terrier mix named Trixie. One thing she must have in her fridge at all times is ranch! She says, “it is my favorite dressing and goes with almost everything hot or cold!” Dr. Homes says the coolest thing she has ever done was when she went on a mission trips to the Bahamas (to build a library for underprivileged kids) and El Salvador (to administer chiropractic care to the community).
