I am very athletic and have seen chiropractors for 45 years.
The Joint is a great experience. The wellness coordinator, Erica, was very helpful when I first called in. Dr. Aaron keeps me informed of my concerns, and the adjustments reflect any issues and follow-ups. I have a monthly plan that makes sure I keep up regular adjustments. Plus, the flexibility of walk-in versus scheduling an appointment is really helpful.
The rest of the doctors are great as well.
I highly recommend The Joint!

I came here for lower back issues and it was rocky at first but the team is very helpful and explained to me how it's not just gonna be over night. It would take time and some stretching and I can say that I feel better than I did a few weeks ago, where I could barely walk or get out of a chair.

I would give a 5 stars for the doctors & their great service. However, I need to discontinue my current Wellness Plan & opted for a freeze; but, they refuse to see any patient whose Plan is on a freeze even if willing to pay as you go forcing me either not getting treatment or discontinuing altogether. For this policy it is a big “0”. This is so ineffective & unfair for the patient. I discontinued.

Nine years ago I stumbled into the Joint in Glendale CA, with the worst migraine I've ever had. The staff and care were so wonderful, I signed up for the membership. I have used my membership all over the country. And when we relocated to WA, we found Eva and Dr. Aaron Smith unsurprisingly. Dr. Aaron Smith saved my life.
I have a rare connective tissue disorder called hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome as well as some autoimmune diseases. Before I was diagnosed I was having spinal headaches for 15 years and no doctor could figure out what it was. I was constantly dismissed with wrong diagnoses and labeled "drug seeking."
When I met Dr. Aaron at The joint chiropractic in Renton, I had a spinal headache that had been going on every moment of every day with not one minute of peace for almost 5 years. I was ready to kill myself from the pain that no one believes existed. After a few short months of seeing Dr Aaron I started having days with no pain. Within 8 months I was having more days without pain than with pain per month. It's not been almost 3 years and I only have spinal headaches maybe one day a month.
Dr. Aaron truly cares about his patients. He took the time to listen to me and get to the bottom of my pain instead of telling me it didn't exist. Dr. Aaron gave me my life back. I would hide a body for that guy.

Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful, I went in because of shoulder pain from over working it and after the first visit I noticed great improvement in mobility and less pain. On my second visit I mentioned some lower back pain as well and they helped with that too. It's been a couple visits now and I'm feeling so much better now. The front desk team is great and Colleen (sp?) Is someone who can put a smile on my face no matter the day I had. Definitely recommend stopping by for a visit if you have any joint pains.

The Joint in Renton has kept me and my husband healthy and feeling great for 7 years with its awesome no insurance required, no appointment necessary, open 7 days a week, monthly membership model. We love this and we'll NEVER go back to the tired old "only 10 -12 Chiropractic visits allowed per year" insurance model. The Joint has been terrific for me. The convenience and the overall service is the best. The evening and weekend hours are extremely convenient and extremely rare to find. I try to come weekly for adjustments and have been feeling significantly better since I started coming. I went to The Joint for the first time recently and was pleasantly surprised by the look and feel of the clinic. Everything is very new and people are welcoming.
