Service is great, people are better, can't argue with prices. I signed up for the monthly plan where i get 4 visits for 1 low rate and additional visits are at a reduced cost as well. I have had back issues since high school and in more recent years I have had hip pain. Dr. Aislinn has helped me tremendously over a few months. She always has listened and checks in every visit. She even made recommendations to help my progress like helpful stretches and sleeping position. Was talked into a subscription for back problems at this location. The service was okay, didn't really help me with any pain in the couple of times I went.
Fast forward multiple months later, and I attempted to cancel the subscription over the phone and was told I'd have to come in to cancel. My mother passed away last year, and my stepfather was diagnosed with cancer a few months later. They live in North Carolina and I was required to go there multiple times in the span of my subscription. Additionally, my fiancee and I had a rough pregnancy in which my daughter had to stay in the NICU, also in this span of time.
I called and attempted to explain why I had not been in to cancel, and the manager, "B", at the location did not care at all about the reasons I hadn't stopped in to cancel my subscription. They didn't offer a single refund, in fact, the manager, "B", said she "also had a daughter in the NICU", implying that my reasons for the cancel didn't warrant any refund and that "I had signed a contract".
After the conversation and hanging up on "B" because I was literally in tears and couldn't speak anymore, I called back and requested that a different manager call me back. It's now more than a full week later I haven't heard anything from the location despite multiple calls back since.
Extremely disappointed with the location. Extremely disappointed with the poor customer service and lack of empathy provided to me and my family. Extremely disappointed that I wasn't offered a refund for any of the months I didn't come in and was charged $70 a month for the subscription.
I will never step foot in another Joint Chiropractic.

I’ve had a great experience so far with Dr. Aislinn, but upon arriving today to get adjusted I was greeted by a person I hadn’t seen working before Luce, at the front desk. She didn’t smile, greet me, nothing- just looked at me and gestured at my stomach and asked me if I was pregnant. I was so stunned I had to ask her to repeat herself a few times. Mind you, I’m probably 20lbs overweight, nothing insane- but yeah, was feeling pretty decent about myself before this unsolicited questioning occurred. Ive been to this clinic probably 3-4 times and no one else has ever asked me this so I know it’s not a norm or necessity. Plus if I was pregnant… wouldn’t it be in my file? It was just so off putting- and I just spent a great deal on packages here. It makes me reconsider that entirely and want to look into a refund. Who the heck wants to be fat shamed going to the chiropractor? Do better.

Let me just say, WOW! This was my first time at a chiropractor and I feel amazing! I struggle with really bad sciatica and low back pain. After about a month of coming here my sciatica is basically gone and my back pain has improved so much! I love that I am in and out of there so quickly while also getting so much relief!! I used to see another chiropractor in Madison and I loved my care but it was SO expensive, even with insurance! I found The Joint and never turned back! I came to The Joint because my low back hurt from work, I'm a rough framer in construction. I have only been coming for about 2 months but I am seeing a lot of improvement. I feel way less stiff and even my mood has improved since coming in. I like that you have a choice of doctors so I could pick one I liked the best even though all I have seen are good! Have found most of the chiropractors to be amazing, caring & compassionate, that offer super effective techniques that make a big difference. Especially Dr. Nate, Dr. Pha, & Dr Zaid. 5 Zillion stars!
One literally spent “less than 2 minutes” & for me was a complete waste of money as there was failure to even try, stating “we wouldn’t want to do too much in 1 session, you can’t expect a miracle after not being seen for a length of time,” (aka guilt trip). Would never have gone to the chiro, if wasn’t in pain, nor was I expecting a miracle Dr Adam. Definitely non appreciative; or of leaving in the same exact way I arrived. Ended up going to a legit chiro elsewhere for another fee directly afterward. Wasn’t like the office was busy either, only me & reception (now know why & wiser in the future). fyi - SAW a chiro elsewhere between. No more than a lame excuse for lack of even trying. My apologies for being an unwelcome interruption.

Dr. Nate has helped me through a lot of pain. When I first came in I was not in good shape - so much pain in my shoulders and my back. Dr. VanNatta is great! During my first appointment she covered important foods and habits that could help in addition to regular adjustments. My mom referred me to The Joint Chiropractic for my 3 month old daughter. She was a breech baby and was born with torticollis. She was always in pain because of her neck. We were doing stretches, but I never saw much of a difference. I personally was always skeptical of chiropractors, but The Joint has very reasonable prices so I figured it wouldn't hurt to try & I am SO glad I did. Within the first 12 hours I already saw a difference in my little girl. She was finally turning her head BOTH ways instead of just to the right. She is so much more comfortable now & I will continue to go to The Joint for her. Very friendly people, gentle with my daughter & all around caring. Mandy is the best & is so good with my daughter, even on her crying/fussy days. I came to The Joint to help keep my body moving as well as it could be. I do HIIT workouts that involve a lot of jumping and fast movements, I could feel my body needed a bit of help and that's what The Joint gave me. Omg...I am so disappointed in this. I wanted it to work. They are con artist. You can't just pay 29.00 dollars for an adjustment. You have to join up for 2 months at 69 dollars. I couldn't even pay for my single visit. I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place and can cancel as soon as I can. Do not do it!!

Since coming to The Joint Chiropractic my chronic lower back pain has almost completely disappeared and my breathing patterns are more regular and less sporadic. I have a high stress job where I am constantly moving and lifting, and I also carry stress in my neck and shoulders. In 2003 I fractured my neck which left me with crippling headaches and dizziness. Chiropractic care has honestly changed my life. All the Doctors here at The Joint have helped me learn to use stretching and massage in conjunction with bone/joint manipulation to drastically improve my quality of life. I work at a computer 45+ hours a week, do a lot of reading and use a smartphone so my upper neck and shoulders get very tense, stiff, achy and what I describe as "stached". After a fractured neck from a car accident, headaches and dizziness became debilitating. The value for the cost is fantastic - I love the flexibility of being able to walk in rather than make an appointment. Unlike other clinics I've been to throughout my life, Dr, Ryan is efficient and effective with adjustments, and I'm done with my appointment in a very reasonable amount of time and feel great afterward. I would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for chiropractic care!

Weekly visits to the chiropractor are important to keep us active and healthy. We travel full-time for work so it is very convenient to have locations all over the U.S. We love Mandy and Shannon and will certainly miss them when we move on to the next place but it's nice to know we will still be able to go to the Joint when we do!

Our family has been using The Joint for approximately 2 years and we are grateful for the reliable, convenient and affordable care we receive. Our family has an extremely busy schedule. With 2 full time working parents and 2 teenagers, we need the flexibility of their walk-in clinic, which offers night and weekend hours. Dr. Mandy and the staff at The Joint have come to feel like trusted friends. The chiropractic care that we receive from Dr. Mandy is exceptional; she is also a resource for complimentary medicine, often times emphasizing holistic approaches such as diet, exercise, stretching and essential oils.
