Meet The Doctors

Dr. Adam McRoberts, D.C. is a Chiropractor at Fitchburg

Originally from North Dakota, Dr. Adam completed his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls in River Falls, Wisconsin with cum laude honors in sociology in 2008. Unique to his college experience, he was able to travel the world during his final semester while doing a semester abroad in Dalkeith, Scotland, UK. After completing his undergraduate degree, he continued his education and graduated with a Doctor of Chiropractic from the National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, Illinois in 2013. Dr. Adam obtained valuable clinical experience through his internship that emphasized primary care and during a Salvation Army rotation in Chicago, Illinois. While a chiropractic student, he was a teaching assistant in both rehabilitation and chiropractic adjusting courses. In 2018, he earned a Master of Arts degree in sociology from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas. Recently, Dr. Adam presented a research paper emphasizing medical sociology at the Midwest Sociological Society regional conference. To continue his chiropractic education, he has taken a special interest in TMJ (temporomandibular joint) problems, low back disc herniations, pregnancy related musculoskeletal care, active rehabilitation, and adjusting. He has also attended conferences on the McKenzie Method (lumbar spine), dry needling for trigger points, Activator, Graston and Motion Palpation Institute. He is proficient in both manual (by hand) adjusting styles and instrument assisted. Dr. Adam has practiced in Stevens Point, WI. He enjoys watching Packers football, listening to Great Course lectures, reading, and working out.

Dr. Aislinn Kooistra, D.C. is a Chiropractor at Fitchburg

Dr. Aislinn grew up in Swan River, Manitoba which is a small town in Canada. She grew up playing all sports with her two older brothers including hockey, soccer, and softball competitively. After finishing four years at the University of Lethbridge studying Kinesiology, Aislinn transferred to Palmer College of Chiropractic to pursue her Doctor of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. Dr. Aislinn enjoys working with athletes of all ages to help them reach their full potential through regular chiropractic care. She also enjoys working with families, including pregnant patients and children. Dr. Aislinn practices using the Palmer Package (Diversified, Gonstead, and Thompson).

Dr. Bronwyn Hutchinson, D.C. is a Chiropractor at Fitchburg

Dr. Bronwyn grew up in Stoughton, WI. She grew up being adjusted from the age of one day old, as her father is also a chiropractor! Bronwyn studied Biology at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater where her continued growth of knowledge of the human body led her in her father’s footsteps to becoming a chiropractor. She attended Palmer College of Chiropractic to pursue her Doctor of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. While at Palmer, Bronwyn met her wife, Aislinn who is also a chiropractor (here with us at The Joint!) They both live in Stoughton, WI with their dog, Mazie, and cat, Kipp. Bronwyn spends her free time knitting, crocheting, as well as camping, and hiking in the summertime. Dr. Bronwyn enjoys working with all patients, especially those that prefer a gentler approach to chiropractic. Dr. Bronwyn practices using the Palmer Package (Diversified, Gonstead, and Thompson), as well as the Activator technique.
