There's nothing like a no Appointment to go to a Chiropractor Service, just walk in and get Adjusted for a small price or one can go with a monthly Subscription and go as many as 4 times a month for that monthly price, and after that, it's just $10. If one needs more than the 4 visits The nice thing is that the Monthly Subscription allows one to go to, any around the country if one works on the road or on Vacation, as i travel for work, I've been to many different Chiropractors from Hillsboro Oregon to Cambridge Massachusetts as far down as Arizona and honestly there all great, each one has there ways of Adjustment, some are open 7 days a week as in Brookfield office is, and the others are open 6 days a week till 4pm here in Wisconsin, It's just nice to just walk in and get Adjusted, NO APPOINTMENT TO BE MADE as I say, A Well Aligned Spin is a Well In line Life Especially for this Construction worker, we beat up our bodies on a Daily basis, but don't think those that sitting in that office chair won't need the service, the compressing of your spine sitting for hrs need to get Adjusted as well, One of my best spent monthly Subscription

Overall we love The Joint Chiropractic, but the chiropractor who was working on the day we visited this location (Thurs. afternoon, October 2) was too "chop-chop" with how he adjusted. He asked about what I needed, but he just seemed rushed with it, He had his particular routine in mind, and never took time to ascertain where the bones were really out. When we left I didn't feel like he had really put my neck and upper back in, but I figured it might feel better after a few hours. However, it continued noticeably bothering me for the next two or three days. I appreciate chiropractors who take those extra few moments to do the job right, and I've found quite a few of them at The Joint locations, but this chiropractor did not do that.

Terrible. I went twice seconded time the person (some older guy)working on me compressed my nerve.(He didn’t take the time to ask or throughly read the notes the first person (Sammie)I met with put down about my condition) I wasted my money on nothing except being laid up for several weeks.(still am in pain). I currently have no feeling down my leg down to my toes and have been using a cane to get around. . No one has help me or has reached out.The receptionist was supposed to contact me and never did..Even had the audacity to tell me I have to pay for another month. It’s literally been a nightmare. I have missed about two weeks of work now due to the fact I can only stand for short periods of time even using a cane. I went in there last week because I was told to come in to discuss things with Sammie about my condition and then with the receptionist about my membership..Since I was only able to use it two days. When I got their I was told apparently Sammie quit the night before....And the receptionist was cold and acted like we never spoke the week before about what was going on with me so had zero answers for me then abruptly told me they were on lunch. Terrible customer service. I just hobbled out of the place..I still am struggling to get around. Still no answers. Nothing

My wife took my daughter in think she was paying for a package of 4 visits, months ago, and they've been charging us monthly ever since. My wife never saw the charges, but I finally asked about it today and find out she was signed up for a monthly membership that has not been used since the single visit she brought our daughter to the first time. Absolute scam that they appear to be running while not explaining anything to the customer/patient. So that single visit has cost us a couple hundred dollars. No real relief either, hence why she didn't go back after the first visit. We'll stick with our previous chiropractor that wasn't trying to scam people.

I have been going to the joint for years. I signed up on WI when the 1st location opened. I traveled a lot for work and it was nice having places to go in both WI and AZ also with my insurance I was paying $50-$60 per visit which was getting very expensive. Also most insurances only cover 12-20 visits a year. And to help keep my migraines at bay I go once a week so the Joint has been an amazing experience

Great adjustments and always hits the spot! I've been going here since February 2024 and go at least once a week. After the first appointment, you need to go back at least 2 more times to get into the full adjustment mode. After that, you'll be good to go. Just gotta keep going.

I wish there was an option to leave No stars. Doctors Donn and Suzzi were Great. But the young girl by the name Alexis who works at the front desk; customer service is atrocious. I was so disappointed and upset with the terrible experience I had with her that I will no longer be a valued customer or send any more referrals to the company as a whole. Her lack of care and the way she spoke to me was unbelievable. Alexis needs to be retrained or simply removed from the front desk because anyone that’s doing business with a company and is simply wanting some clarification without attitude or being patronized shouldn’t be that difficult. She made me feel as though I was bothering her which shouldn’t be due to me actually being a customer receiving services. Also she her attitude sucks badly! When working with a customer who may have been misinformed or not made aware of certain information word of advice BE POLITE it’s not their fault so don’t make it seem like it is . Show CARE , CONCERN, KINDNESS when doing your job keep your composure because it can go along way and ultimately determine how an outcome goes.

I'm a happy regular patient and I can't recommend it enough to everyone who wants to improve their daily basis well being. Staff are nice but the company as a whole isn’t worth it. The adjustments aren’t anything more than a neck crack and lower back crack. If it works for some people then that’s up to them but if you want real adjustments for long term issues this isn’t the company to use.

I could start off right now, but it’s saying that chiropractors have screwed up my spine in the past. Horrible old school chiropractors. I had back surgery not too long ago and was still kind of gun shy. A friend of mine had a hip replacement, and instead of going to traditional physical therapy alone, she also decided to visit the joint chiropractic. After reading her experiences, I decided to give them a try. I met with Dr. Jesse and later, Dr. Josh as I was having complete inability to move my left arm at the shoulder. I was terrified that I had torn my shoulder only to find out from Dr. Jesse that it was actually my neck. Within two appointments of minor adjustments as well as doctor recommended exercises I already had 60% mobility back that was in November 2022. It is now February and I have 95% mobility back and a decrease in pain significantly. They only adjust if it is needed and only where it is needed. They concentrate more on physical exercise centered on where you need it to regain mobility and decrease pain. These two gentlemen have made me a believer in chiropractic medicine again I won’t go anywhere else I refuse to , if you’re wondering if chiropractic medicine is for you, I highly suggest giving joint chiropractic a try. The only time you schedule a visit is it for your first visit where they will give you a consult and an adjustment if needed their payment plans are very economical and convenient , I enjoy the fact that you do not need an appointment afterwards all you have to do is walk in and scan your card. You are only charge for the visit and it is so much cheaper than dealing with insurance co-pays. The doctors at joint give me my arm back and give it back to me quickly. And saved me so much pain.

After being in an accident, the Dr advises me not to have a treatment because of pending litigation, he suggests to “freeze” my account. I won’t be charged and my 4 visits will be put on hold. I paid for them but my account was on hold. So he says. Today I stop to have a treatment and they need to charge me for me to receive the 4 visits I paid for and never used. So what they want to do is restart my membership, re charge me and steal the month I paid for and didn’t/ couldn’t use. And another surprise, it’s 93 days after they charged me for services never given to me. How convenient, I cannot dispute the charge. ? Unbelievable! I’ll never return and I suggest everybody the same. There’s another “Joint” close in Hales Corners. It’s a different franchiser, maybe they have customer service at that location. I’ll try there and suggest everyone else does.

Although I like the actual service, the doctor who adjusted me was great but it is my opinion they are becoming "Greedy." Let me explain...I bought a package of 6 adjustments. The cost was about 200.00. I only needed 3 so I called and asked them to transfer them to my mother. They declined, even after explaining to them that I transferred them at a different location. She was willing to pay the 19.00 initial consultation fee. I also run a business, if someone buys a product or service from me and no longer needs it, I would allow them to transfer the product or service. In this case, an adjustment is an adjustment so there would have been no undue costs or time relating to this transfer. It also drums up more business if you ask me. In this day and age with reviews, you can no longer take "advantage" of your customers without consequences. I do want to repeat, the doctor was excellent. If I can help it, I will always use a company who actually looks out for and understands their customer.
