I would not recommend this place. I canceled my membership weeks before the due date, yet they still charged my bank account after the cancellation. I went in person to resolve the issue, and the employee at the front desk, who handled my cancellation, told me they couldn’t do anything to help and gave me a number to call. Unfortunately, the people on the phone were unable to help either. I was then forced to contact my bank and go through a frustrating, time-consuming process just to try to get my hard-earned money back. It’s unacceptable to cancel a membership in advance and still be charged afterward, only to be given the runaround when trying to resolve the issue. Save yourself the headache and consider taking your business elsewhere.

I came in with my mother who was having pain her leg. I explained we didn't want a membership but rather a few sessions to see if this was a good fit for my mother. Somehow I got looped in a monthly charge for the last three months. I clearly stated I didn't want a recurring charge. I called later to ask what was happening to a clerk who was raising her voice and getting upset at me. I thought I would be to one to be upset. Just be aware what you are getting yourself into before you hand over your debit card.

Im from atlanta and happen to be in AZ for work as a truck driver. And came in for bad sciatica I've been dealing with for 3 years now. I just moved to the area from out of state and after my move, my body definitely needed an adjustment. I went in to the Casa Grande location nervous, never having an adjustment before and was quickly put at ease. From the moment you walk in you are cared for. Dr. Valerie is one amazing doctor, her knowledge, compassion & the care she has for her patients is great. She has helped me so much with the chronic issue I have & Dr. McDonald is great too. I appreciate that it is always easy to get in to see a doctor without an appointment. I have never waited more than 15 minutes and usually get in within 5 minutes. Prices are very reasonable. As a senior citizen, weekly visits have allowed me to keep doing the physical activities I love .

My wife has a membership here and the services are amazing….unfortunately the front of house needs more hospitality training. A simply “hello” is a good start. Get the vibes that the clerk at front desk doesn’t enjoy the job or is upset about working on a Sunday. It’s always the same individual with the attitude and makes one feel like taking their business elsewhere. Funny how upon reading the reviews there have been multiple similar complaints.

Edit to my original review. I've now seen every doctor at this location. They are all really great to be honest. But I have to say, Dr. Valerie is amazing. She's very thorough, sympathetic, pleasant to talk to, she doesn't rush and while it was the most painful adjustment to date, it was the most effective. I'm very grateful! Dr McDonald is fantastic! I've been coming here for 6 months and he's greatly improved my back pain. Highly recommend this office.

I've been a patient of the joint for several years now, and always when I have a specific need the doctor would at least look at the problem I pointed out. Today's visit did not go that well, when I asked the doctor to recheck something, he got short with me saying it's your muscle there's nothing I can do. I know my body more than you, if I ask for help, I'd expect you to at least humor me and check it out. I would ONLY recommend coming here when Dr Mcdonald, or Dr Warren are here.

It's extremely frustrating to have to tell the Dr's every time I come in what I am coming for. It's like no one listens and nothing said is noted in your records. You would think that since it's a mandatory two months you sign up for that there would be someone that asks how your pain is or if you are feeling an improvement with your issues. I've come in 9 times now and even though I have some relief, I'm pretty sure it's because of what I am doing at home. I'm not going to throw away my money so I'm getting an adjustment each week now until I can cancel.

My daughter had back issues one time, I signed her up for a month to see if that would fix it. Turns out there's no such thing as just using them for a month to fix a problem. Then ensure that you are signed up so they can continue to charge you over and over again. DO NOT GO HERE!!! They are a shady practice! Her back problem was fixed, but they try to destroy your wallet. I will not go here ever again, nor will I tell anyone to go here. I thought I was paying just for the one month, they try too put me on a recurring charge!!!! Shady at best!!! Apparently, a business funding is more important than my money.

Been going here for 2 years atleast. I had terrible back pain and there was a nerve pain in my right leg. They have greatly reduced it by the weekly visits and I do stretches at home also. I don't have any pain in my leg anymore, the back pain is definitely reduced also. They are all great here. Samantha is always funny and great to talk to when you come in. Love all the doctors too, they are easy to talk too and listen to you about any issues you are having bone wise and not bone related (I can be chatty sorry) ??

If you're a women I would honestly take your business elsewhere. I tried to address an issue I'm having that their website says they can do and the chiropractor basically wrote me off. He told me I need to lose weight and kept looking at my stomach after saying that. I told him I had a baby about 6 months ago and he quickly switched his answer to me just being postpartum. As he was talking about other ways I can get more in shape he mentioned portion control. I feel completely gross about my body now. I never viewed my body as being horrible and had lost my baby weight very naturally and continue to do so. I have the mom pouch still and am working to get rid of that, but I don't think they needed to point anything like that out on my body.

Horrible experience doctor thought my back pain was funny that's why I did not return. I explained I was not happy but this place of business did not care and they took my money anyways. I have not returned there and they still took my money!!!!! BE CAREFUL!! they kept taking MONEY!! FROM MY cousin account for 6 months straight when she only signed up for two months and when she went in to confront them so see what was going on. they didn’t have the paper work for the money that was for being taking out and the amount being taking out was worth of two people. when she just went in for herself. when asked for a refund they refused kept saying there was nothing they can do that she already paid and it was out of there “control” HOWEVER only when she had broke down in the office telling them she needed the money for a loved ones funeral is when they finally showed some compassion and refunded her for only that day that they took from her account.

Very disappointed in the level of care I got, the appointment took about 5 minutes (every chiropractor I’ve been to has been more in depth) issue was not resolved and I got a recommendation for at home remedies that I could have googled, came out with my neck hurting more than when I went in, 1/10 would not recommend and won’t ever go back to one, your better off finding a reputable chiropractor that’s actually worth the money. Only interested in setting more appointments to get more money from you as a patient. Stay away. Not worth the money I paid for 10 minutes maybe at that

I really like just dropping in to get a correction. The doctors are professional and can really get to the bottom of your issue if you give them a good description of the pain and location. I had a fantastic Chiropractor for 18 years before I retired and moved to Arizona. I consider these Chiropractors ( in Casa Grande, AZ) to be just as fantastic and will continue to see them for many years to come.

I needed an adjustment to my shoulder and I am new to the area. The place was clean and they got me in quickly. However, the adjustment was VERY ROUGH and within 2 days I was almost immobilized. My lower back seized up and it took me 3 weeks to recover with several hundred dollars worth of massage treatments and lots of stretches and icing and heating my back. I will never go back there and do not recommend.

When you have to inform the receptionist about what she should already know about what the website to her place of work offers is not a good sign. No explanation about how things work or even saying something like This paper work will explain. After reading over the first page I decided not to stay because I have insurance. After bringing up the paperwork and informing the receptionist that I decided to go somewhere else. She stated "Oh to much paperwork to fill out, I understand" Nope it was vibe.

Never been to a chiropractor before, went the other day because I had been having issues with my neck. He got a pop out of my neck that felt like it had just been sitting there building pressure for years. Went to the joint in Casa Grande seen Dr Reeda week ago amazing at what he does his adjustment had me feeling great, But went today and Dr. Tolen was the only one in so she had me lay face down adjusted the spine sat up did my neck , but my chief complaint was the shoulder do to utv accident , she used the clicker on my arm and shoulder, I stated are you going to adjust it she stated their all different and that she adjusted it with the clicker tool, i stated it still hurts and feels no different. Anyway the clicker tool is not a substitute to actually adjusting this issues we have, very unhappy.

I have chronic back pain. I also have stenosis, and a vertebrae that has slipped forward. Dr McDonald did the adjustments, and told me a few things to do at home. These really showed me how sore my back and legs were . I never realized how far the pain radiated. Doing the tips he told me is helping to loosen me up to feel better. His bed side manner is great and his clinic prices are great also!!

First, doctors are great at the Casa Grande location, i was on a phone call with Samantha and asked 2 questions about my bill, she answered, "I don't know ", then proceeded to ask my husband's name, date of birth and states our address out loud. I asked if there are patients in the lobby, she said yes, I asked her if she was aware of HIPAA laws, she said nobody is listening to or conversation and state this conversation is not going well and hung up. I will be making a visit to speak with the Chrropractor tomorrow, hopefully to answer my questions.

I go to The Joint Chiropractic once or twice a week because of a herniated disc and a pinched sciatic nerve. Dr. McDonald and Dr. Reed are awesome as well as the receptionists! They listen to your concerns, give excellent advice in getting and staying pain free. They also give options that are entirely up to the patient. I'm healing nicely with stretches and low impact exercises and weekly adjustments thanks to the Doctors at The Joint.

After my wife cancelled her service with The Joint, we started getting getting charged on our credit card. The Joint has charged us for the last three months. When I called this morning, I was told they were working on the problem and to give them 10 minutes to call me back. Several hours later no call. When I called again, a rude person told me they were swamped and did not have time to get to the problem. Poor customer service. Would not recommend. Update: got a call from a very friendly lady named Sandy. She is working to fix the issue. Final update: got a call from Sandy who said the issue was resolved. Will recommend now.
