They go through all the trouble of videos and getting you to sign up for an appointment but call you and cancel within an hour and a half. Not everyone has free time to reschedule stuff. Here is my recent experience. “You dont accept walk ins, you should not advertise that. I filled out form online to get $29.99 first visit. Webpage did not work well. Took off work to visit as walk in on Monday. Lady at desk said system not working well. Also that they only accept walk ins when there are no appointments and I could make one for Wednesday. I had neck pain on Monday. Told her I could call back when I got back to work to look at my calendar for Wednesday. She was going to text me the number to text her back. She never texted. Now seeing different doctor in town. Truth in advertising is an important marketing tactic you should follow.” I was also unable to send this concern to them on their webpage because it would not show a location in the drop down and would not submit without. Unhappy and wont be going back.

Dr Brandon is amazing! His expert work has fixed my lower back issues time and again. Dr Perry is a master as well! I signed up for a two month plan in December 2024 and used all of the services until the end of the two months. On my last visit in February 2025, I let them know that it was my last visit. In June 2025, I noticed that they were still charging my card $69 every month. I called them to be refunded and they said that I didn't sign a paper to cancel. I let them know that I verbally told the front desk that it was my last visit and they didn't provide anything to sign. They are refusing to issue a refund for the five extra month that they charged. All said, chiropractic service was fine, but management, not good. I even emailed their owner/manager a week ago, but have received no response. Just waiting for my $345 refund..

I came up from Phx to do come volunteer landscaping work in Williams. After 3 days of labor I knew I needed to get adjusted before making my return home on Sunday. I walked in gimpy and was greeted by Briana with a big smile. I told her I needed her strongest doctor as I was sore and my muscles were tight. She recommended Dr Sam but warned me that it would be about a 45 minute wait since she was about to see a new patient. No worries! I needed someone who could take care of me in my situation and said I’d wait. I asked if there was a nail salon nearby and she told me there was one a couple of doors down. I went got a pedicure and in vain used the massage chair to loosen up my back. Back 40 minutes later and I got to witness Dr Sam treating another patient. She did not rush through the adjustment and paid attention to every detail the patient had told her. Wow!!! If ALL Chiropractors were like this !! When it was my turn. Dr Sam worked hard to get every adjustment with my tight muscle would allow her. I felt so much better! I may have to start driving up from Phoenix to see her! Thank you ladies for taking care of me on such short notice!!

I love going to The Joint Flagstaff. All the staff are fun, lively, take their time with their clients, and actually listen to them. I also LOVE the fact each one of them read your chart and don’t rush you out the door like a fly on the wall. It’s not a competition between them to how many gets the mosts clients, which I believe with everything I just mentioned makes them extremely popular. There has been times I have gone other places and said not going back to that one, but with Flagstaff, I will definitely make sure to go in to the location. The location is an hour drive from where I live and that’s the closest location unless I am in the valley for awhile. Then sometimes I will stay up North just to get adjusted in Flagstaff. All the staff know me and really are excited to help me each to I go in. Best place in my book.

I went today for the first time and I’ve been having a lot of pain in my back and hips. Apparently if you're actually injured (new or pre existing) this place will refer you to another chiropractor. No privacy. All the tables are right next to each other. I have pre existing injuries. Once I said anything about it, he immediately knew he didn't want to work with me. If you're perfectly healthy and feel great and want to see a chiropractor, this place might accept you. But if you need a chiropractor, and you're uncomfortable or in pain, go somewhere else. I guess I'll be leaving work an hour early to see my traditional chiropractor. It's honestly a blessing.

5 days ago I went to JC and signed up. This had been my first visit in a long time, I was asked questions about what was going on with me. I explained everything to the young gentleman. Comparing that visit to the second one, it was a totally different experience. My headaches are pretty much gone, compared to getting a head ache after the first visit along with the body aches and back pain. The second visit should have been how my first visit should have been. The female doc looked me over asked more questions and showed concern for my pain and tried her best to adjust me to fix the kinks and discomfort. Love the Dr. that helped me out during the second visit. Still have some things to work on but I’m feeling a lot better.

This place has become one of my main lifelines to optimal health. If I don’t come here at least once per week, I feel it. Which is why it’s so awesome that their prices are LOW! There are different plans, depending on what you need. They also offer discount deals a few times per year. I just bought a “package” that’s like, if you pay upfront for a whole 6 months worth of visits, do the math, you can get adjusted 4x per month for <20$ per visit. That really IS affordable! The staff is amazing! The front desk assistants are always kind & attentive, good at explaining the billing cycles & showing you the best option/why. I’ve been seen by every doctor, and they’re ALL excellent! My 2 favorites (particularly bc they’re great with my specific problem areas) are Dr. Perry & Dr. Werble— Dr. Perry has a HUGE heart, is super funny; can read every speck of pain you have & trace exactly where it’s coming from, release it perfectly; even if you can’t describe exactly where & what hurts. (If you have anxiety/ sadness/ nervous about being new to this kinda thing, he’s extra gentle & communicates well & puts you at ease, making sure you’re comfortable inside & out.) Dr. Werble is particularly good with TMJ! If you have jaw pain, request him!! Seriously. He uses a variety of techniques, tests what works little by little. He adjusts my jaw perfectly, not too rough, but very effective; it’s sooo much relief! Pain GONE. Like an answered prayer! He’s also super skilled with feet. I carry a lot of tension in those tiny bones & he can adjust them without worsening an old ankle injury I had. THIS PLACE IS FANTASTIC! Trust me, worth signing up with a plan & committing to come regularly. Your whole life will feel better!

Previously, I was wary of Chiropractors, I'd heard so many horror stories from the 90's and because of this, I had never tried chiropractic services before age 60. Well, they did a very detailed H&P prior to any hands on services, this put my mind at ease. The provider I was assigned to was Dr Sam. She paid very close attention to everything I said, asking all pertinent questions, then began very conservatively making sure my body and mind were comfortable. It was a very positive initial visit! I returned two days later since my condition seemed to warrant it and Dr Sam had recommended that I do so. The tingling, numbness and severe pain radiating down my right arm returned with a vengeance! I had experienced such huge positive results from my initial visit and was hoping to receive the same relief the second time around. Immediately, after Dr Nick had did the adjustment my arm pain was greatly reduced. My situation seems as though it is going to be one that takes time to completely resolve. This is the reason for only 4 stars. I will definitely update The Joints rating to 5 stars as my nerve pain improves and I get to know the providers there better.

Worst chiropractor I’ve ever been to. Got no movement, no adjustments worked, a single vertebrae popped. I asked him to try again and do another adjustment and he refused. Used no force and was an absolute waste of time and money. Awful doctor who doesn’t care if his patients are in excruciating pain.

Walked in the other day hoping to be seen as a first time patient, was turned away. The lady told us a doctor was leaving and they are already taking in a few new patients so they couldn’t take me. As someone who has been in really bad neck, shoulder, and spine/back pain to be turned away was really disappointing as it said walk ins are accepted. Luckily the Prescott Valley location when we called was able to take me so we drove down to be seen. If they don’t let you walk in at this location, I recommend driving to Prescott Valley for help.

I feel that the front office assistants need to make patients more welcomed. Sometimes when the phone call is made, the assistants state that the office is busy and suggests that you make an appointment the next day, but when in person, it's not that busy. Chiropractors are great!!!

Only Dr Sam is worth visiting The Joint for. I am convinced she is keeping this place open and profitable. She is absolutely amazing. I’ve had back problems for years, and it’s very painful to get adjusted. She does it with so much care and finesse. She takes her time, talks to you prior to your adjustment. Extremely disappointed with our visit. We came from out of town. Stopped in here today to get work done only to be told. " Sorry, we're not going to accept new patients today" Even though they advertise no appointments necessary. Walk-ins welcome $29 new patient special. We get told "well we can get you on the books and scheduled for Tuesday" doesn't that go against their no appointments necessary? Walk-ins welcome motto. I don't understand why we couldn't be seen today. They had a doctor on site. We were willing to fill out the paperwork. They just refused to let us be seen because we were a new patient. Just absolutely unheard in my opinion. I've heard nothing but good things about Watkins. Welcome and being welcome anytime but I guess that's a complete lie. They should really pull down their advertisement saying walk-ins welcome. No appointments necessary because when you walk in you're getting told you can't be seen any. You need an appointment if you're a new customer so to me that's just false advertising. I would not recommend them to anybody and I will not ever again try to go back

Dr. Brandon seems to be the most thorough Doc. He spends a little more time on muscle massage and such. Dr. Kino brings nothing to the table except maybe neck manipulation. Hope this helps.

They are great at what they do. Spinal adjustments at your convenience with great efficiency. They make good adjustments and they are very available 7 days a week. They allow walk ins. If you are looking for a more personal connection this is not for you. If you are looking for an affordable quick solution this is for you. I go for maintenance adjustments and I'm on their wellness plan. As I write this It's $79.99 a month for 4 corrections per month. You can then get additional corrections for just $10. It's an amazing price to be honest and I think spinal adjustments are very important for long term health. I am grateful for these guys and what they do. All were so kind. After filling out paperwork I was told there would be a wait. I then asked if I could go do an errand. "Sure, I'll phone you when you are coming up." And THEY DID !! DR. Sam was wonderful. The front desk were so nice and respectful. After my first adjustment I slept well. Better than for awhile. At 62 with many health issues I didn't have any problem. The adjustment was low level and has already helped. I'm going back! I keep going back ! ALL the doctors are fantastic. I don't have a preference. I seem to arrive just in time to get the doctor I need at that moment. The front desk people are equally as good. Kind and friendly. UPDATE !! After almost a year, I can not say enough good about this staff. The office people are kind and efficient. EVERY DOCTOR, I am seen them all, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND KIND AND GENTLE. I dont have a preference I go in and never fails I see and get exactly what I need. I could go on and on. They all listen and talk to you about healing. I have gotten so much more that just adjustments but my BODY IS IMPROVING!! Word to the wise healing takes time. There is no easy fix. Learn and grow. Take your power back. These people will help and support. Update after a year This entire team is incredible. I went to another Joint because of convenience. I could not wait to run back to Flagstaff. I wish more doctors and office staff were this nice and respectful.

the ladies at the front desk were awesome. I have been to many Joints in the US and I really don't like to talk bad about Chiropractos. The one I had today I was not impressed with. I do not feel that I was adjusted very well. I am a truck driver so I have a lot of issues with my back. With that being said I will not be getting adjusted by the Chiropractor I had today again. I have been going to The joint for almost 10 yrs I think.

Came in for an adjustment. I was told there was two ahead of me and it’d be ten minutes. Twenty minutes later, I’m told they forgot there’s three ahead of me and one was a new patient. So that’s at least an hour. Better communication is helpful for people who are waiting. Unfortunately there was only one doctor. Usually two. Callouts are common at this property.

My experience with the Joint is great. The staff are all nice and friendly. Clean facility and welcoming. The down side is the Flagstaff location isn’t open on the weekends, as advertised on the poster outside your door.

Experience depends upon your Doctor. I believe that I had Dr. Lee. There was a wait for the other guy. Just not an effective adjustment. It made bare minimum requirements. Front desk was nice.

Finally fed up with this location and I won’t be returning. The Docs are decent but their front office staff are dozy, and untrained in the simplest actions. Today I was asked to sign a medical release for a detailed receipt. When I questioned this I was told it’s AZ law. I’ve been in healthcare 18 +years in AZ, spoiler, it isn’t. What is concerning is this is the third visit that I’ve made this request and every time I have someone new giving me an idiotic reason why they can’t provide it. What is an actual federal law? Medical billing transparency which includes my payment receipts, and the codes a doctor is charging . I Was also asked to fill out a full health hx less than a year from when I started visits, because “we’re in a new year”. How does that make sense clinically? If my PCP doesn’t require a full health hx that frequently why would The chiropractor. Every time I go there’s someone new and they have zero clue. It’s not worth the hassle to go here.

So grateful for Dr. Kino's help. I came to the Joint with neck pain so severe that I could barely move. I planned a trip overseas in 10 days after my first visit and was worried that I wouldn't be able to go at all. After the first session, my pain went down from a 9 to a 4-5. It was huge immediate relief. I came in for a few more sessions over that week and the pain was completely gone and I was able to enjoy my travels with no issues.

Great team here. Each of the doctors are informative, disclosing good information about how various physical elements work together, or against each other, etc. This is valuable to patients like me who are curious about what's going on with my body and what the possibilities are for keeping it functioning at its best. There are no sales pitches to buy various things, like topical treatments which may be unnecessary, as some offices practice. It's so convenient that if I need an impromptu adjustment on the run, I can get in and out quickly and go about the remainder of my day/week feeling much improved. I love that it is walk-in (although this does mean it may be longer wait times when it is busy.) The staff is great. They are friendly and make sure you are comfortable and things run smoothly. For me it's been a convenient and helpful way to take care of my back and neck pain. Payment options are great too to fit a variety of circumstances.

I am so in love with what just happened to my body. Do yourself a favor and go. I’ve had drop table adjustments before but Dr. Kino was especially effective at these and I even felt a pop in my low back when he did one. He did great with my neck adjustments as well. Staff is friendly and the adjustments are super quick, you can walk in be done a few minutes later which makes it easy to do. I don’t have very extreme spine or back issues, but the adjustments are pretty helpful long term from what I’ve been told.

When I first joined, they were open 7 days a week. It was very convenient as I live outside of Flagstaff and quite often make it in only once or twice a week, usually on weekends. I was very happy then. Then they went from 5 to 3 Dr's, so It was cut down to Mon. thru Fri., no weekends. Now, 1 of the drs went on vacation, which is understandable, but that reduced the hours to Mon. thru Thurs., closing early on Thurs. until he returns, but of course the membership fee stayed the same with the decrease in availability. When I inquire as to when they will get more doctors, the office staff states It's not anything they have anything to do with, it's corporate. I am very pleased with the ladies in front and the doctors that they do have, I am just frustrated with the lack of availability, .which was one of the selling points.

Went in for a new patient visit and was set up with Dr. Kino. I had heard other patients requesting to see the other two doctors but specifically not Dr. Kino so I was a little concerned. He was nice, but when he asked whether I’d had a drop table adjustment before I told him that I had, and that I really didn’t like or want that. I told him I hated drop table adjustments. He told me I’d just have to ask for another doctor next time. I was very disappointed with this adjustment and wish I had been switched to a different doctor when I expressed how much I did not want a drop table adjustment. I wish that I could redo my new patient visit with a different doctor. Again, he was very nice, this type of adjustment just is not for me. I also told the receptionists that I wasn’t happy with my adjustment when they offered me a membership, and they did not say anything or offer any resolution.

Absolutely not happy today! Left the office feeling as bad if not worse than when I came in - very fast rough adjustment that left me still in pain. Thought it might work itself out, so I went home. Called back an hour later to talk to Dr. Kino and was told we were not a good fit and I should find a full service Chiropractor that can offer me custom care. I use The Joint on a random basis when other Drs aren't available, but I still expect a beneficial adjustment. More time was spent trying to sell me on repetitive adjustment packages than the actual adjustment itself. The apathy, expressed by Dr. Kino showed me that it's all about the $$, not the patient. A cheap fix, is a cheap fix.

I love this place! The ladies at the desk remember me and have me checked in and off to see the chiropractor almost immediately. The longest I ever had to wait to be seen was maybe 5 minutes. I started going here in July of 2022 and told them I was moving out of Flagstaff at the end of September for work and only wanted to pay for two months of visits, $79 a month plus the $29 initial visit. The service was very mediocre at best, always in and out in under ten minutes, how much can you really do in five minutes, the other five was waiting in the lobby. The only decent adjustment I got was from Dr. Leah. Then I move out of Flagstaff for work at the end of September and the next month they are trying to charge my account again and succeed. They charged me three times after I moved away and after the fist charge after I moved then they tell me I would have to fill out a form to cancel, why was that not stated at the start, of course I would not have done it. There are better Chiropractors in Flag and I would encourage everyone to seek their care elsewhere, seriously doubt I will ever see the three months of charges again so well played The Joint...well played!!!

I’ve heard a lot of criticism from the local private chiropractors concerning The Joint. One of the big named practices blatantly said that they give “too much value!” Thanks to the staff at The Joint, I can walk. My mind is clear because of the difference they make. If you’re looking for a true chiropractic experience it’s hit or miss. The staff are extremely nice and helpful which i really appreciate. Dr. Kinos techniques seem somewhat off and ineffective as many of the reviews and my personal experience, combined with my girlfriends, have shown. Visits last less than two minutes without much consultation. My girlfriend went in with me and paid $45 without being adjusted or popped once (waste of money and time). All he uses if the table while elevating your hips with the table and pressing down. Definitely a waste of money. My girlfriend was uncomfortable asking to see another chiropractor or get her money back due to how lacked her adjustment was. They try to lock you into the monthly membership. They are also unable to do any imaging so if you have extenuating injuries you may be better fit at a private chiropractic. I started seeing Dr. Brandon and actually being adjusted. It was the first time i had been asked about my injuries and the first time being asked by a chiropractor there where my pain was even coming from. I was very impressed and have started seeing results. If you actually want a good adjustment you better make it evident of what you’re looking for out of your adjustments before wasting your money seeing people who half a** adjust you. Overall it’s worth what you pay. Nowhere else will you find adjustments for $29 a visit. It’s also only worth $29. If you have bigger picture injuries or reoccurring issues I would suggest finding a private chiropractor that would suit your needs better. Go Dr. Brandon you won’t regret it.

There is one Chiropractor Dr. Kino who is assigned at Flagstaff, AZ location and his practice is a bit shorter than other Chiropractors (approximately 1 min. and a half for whole practice)). Maybe I don't know what I am talking about but most of time ,I see him looking at the laptop when other Chiropractors have 2 or 3 people waiting at the lobby. Spent $45 for a walk in visit. Dr Ken was not very friendly, adjusted “my hips” which just meant that his table got pushed down and made a loud noise and didn’t adjust anything. He popped my back twice and my neck twice. All of it took 2 minutes and he just said “all done” and went to go sit at his computer. He didn’t check to see how I felt and like the cost for the little effort is what made this a one star experience. Not coming back here.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Leah here at The Joint in Flagstaff but I feel so grateful to have found this office and her. I have fairly severe TMJ that causes not only chronic and severe jaw pain, but also bad neck pain and upper back pain. Until my first consultation with her I didn’t even know they could do adjustments to help TMJ, but her adjustments have been a life changer. She always takes her time explaining what she’s doing and why, and you can tell she cares about her patients and helping. Having gone several times now I can honestly say I feel better now than I have in almost a year. The front staff is also extremely nice and helpful. They know who you are when you walk in and create a welcoming environment. I also appreciate the walk-in format in lieu of appointments (and especially their later weekday hours!) because I’m able to get in around my crazy schedule. The pricing also makes getting the care you need accessible which is huge because there is a big need for affordable healthcare options in the flagstaff area. Highly recommend The Joint overall and I hope Dr. Leah and Dr. Garrett stay at this office for many years to come!

Okay so here’s my experience: I have seen Dr. Kino twice now. Usually chiropractors ask me where the pain is and I have to point it out for them. Dr. Kino never asked and just told me to lay on the table. Within maybe 10 seconds after feeling my spine, he was able to pinpoint exactly where my discomfort was and told ME where my pain is! I am super impressed with his knowledge and his corrections. I haven’t seen the other doctors so I cannot speak on their behalf but I’m sure they are also talented.

My back issues started about 12 years ago while in high school. Before today, my most recent pain was remedied from a small/private Chiropractor 5-7 years ago. I caused the injury to flare up from a workout yesterday and was able to be seen by Dr Brandon Huddleston after some paperwork. The source of the pain was located, relieved and have a plan to get me back and moving like normal. Apples to apples comparison to the small clinic I went to in regards to the treatment and overall price when signing up for Wellness Plan.

Update, one that should have happened sometime ago. Five stars when you can actually get service from a doctor that is present. I canceled my service once already, renewed it because I was promised they would have more doctors on staff and no more early closures. Twice now in the first month of my renewal this has been the case. I was at their store at 6:30 p.m. and was told they were no longer taking any more patients, even though there was nobody in the waiting room, because the doctor had to work after hours for some reason in the past. Not my problem, because I paid for a service that should be available until 7:00 p.m. Don't sell it if you can't back it up. Maybe they should address their business model if they can't keep doctors on staff to maintain a normal schedule.

I don’t even give them one star. I drove an hour and got here at 1:30 and was turned away. The lady tried to schedule me for the next day even after I told her I drove an hour. I live an hour away, and was in a great deal of pain. I do not recommend them. They close at 5:00 and only had 4 patients in the waiting room. They say they take walk-ins but apparently not. I am not impressed at all. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

DO NOT BOTHER MAKING A RESERVATION! They do not care if you call 2 days ahead of time to make reservations, they will take walk ins before scheduled appointments. We got there ahead of our scheduled time to fill out paperwork. They told us it would be a 45min to an hour wait for our reservations. If they were a restaurant, this would compare to a Taco Bell. Didn't even get to see the doctor.

Made an appointment for 130 was asked to show up at 115 to fill out paperwork. Was there on time and wasn't able to be Seen for another hour and a half. Because they had a lot of walk ins. We drove an hour to he at this appt and did not have time for a wait after we made an appointment. We walked out after hearing a bunch of excuses on why they couldn't see us on time and watched walk INS go before us. We will not be going back and suggest trying elsewhere.

I go in once a week on Sundays and have always been very pleased with the service provided. Journey and Daisy are always extremely helpful and quick to get any answers or information I’m looking for regarding hours and wait times, and all three Doctors Perry, Kino, and Huddleston have some of the best quality that I have came across. Dr. Kino and Perry were incredibly critical from recovering from a herniated disc and pinched nerve to where I was able to avoid back surgery. Can’t give enough thanks to the whole Flagstaff team.

We signed up for 6 appointment and was not aware there was a 2 months minimum of membership. Showed up on a Saturday and they said they were closed due to no chiropractor available. And came in. The following week and was told that they cannot help my husband and I and j because they need a second payment which we were not aware of. So we were not fully informed and requested to cancel our account and was told we had to pay the second month before we cancel. It was not guaranteed that we would see someone 7 days a week and they did not meet their end. I asked to speak to a manager and was informed that they were out and will get a email when they return. Been two weeks and they still charged me and my husband even though we have this issue. I am still waiting on management to get a hold of me. Do not come here.

Was excited to get my husband in who has been experiencing sciatica for 3 weeks now. He was turned away because they only do "light work" and told him to go to urgent care. What is urgent care going to do but prescribe pills. They also recommended another chiro who doesn't have avail for 2 1/2 weeks. Waste of our time. What a joke.Our old chiro would have helped straight away, he was a professional who cared about his patients.

I Was in Flagstaff on vacation and I hurt my back lifting something heavy. I can hardly stand up straight when I walked into the joint. The chiropractor did an amazing job Getting my hips back in alignment and adjusting with my back and neck. He explained everything that he was doing and was very personable. My review really shouldn’t count because I really don’t know enough about chiropractors to know how to be objective. This is only my 2nd time in 2 days after a very painful neck injury. I will say that it was very convenient. I was seen immediately so that was great. Dr. Shinichi was very instructive. I’m still in a lot of pain 8 hours later, more than before, I’d say, after my first session at my local branch in Albuquerque yesterday. But that may also be due to the 12 hour drive. I don’t understand why the chairs drop. It almost seems like it’s made to appear like something is happening when in fact nothing but loud bang creating the illusion of something happening. Anyway, that’s my impression rush far. Kinda seems like smoke and mirrors to me.

This was our first time here. The lady at the desk was very friendly and informative. The process to be seen was fast and straight forward. My husband was having migraines and needing help. We saw Dr. Longoria. He was just amazing. He is very knowledgeable, he actually understood thoracic outlet syndrome, a condition that's not well known. He is caring and after the adjustment, my husband felt so much better. He will be looking for a regular doctor for this condition next week, but we will ABSOLUTELY be back for adjustments and will do our best to tell everyone about the quality care being provided here. I AM GIVING A 1 star to corporate and Jennifer. I appreciate you “doing everything you can” to get another doctor hired however as an existing consistent client I am beyond appalled by the way you are running the Flagstaff Joint. Allowing for new patients to join when you are under staffed having existing clients waiting anywhere from 45 min to 3 hours is not okay. I understand the concept of a walk-in clinic but having members that you are not able to take care is ridiculous. It’s not professional for clients as well as it’s an extreme load to place onto one doctor that has to take notes and give the best service to every client. My review for the Dr. Perry and the staff is 5 stars. Doctor Perry is by far the best Chiropractor I have seen throughout my life. His attention to detail is over the top and his touch and adjustments are worth every penny. Doctor Perry hears everything I have to say and really just goes above and beyond. The front desk coordinators are all so professional and kind and always make me feel great! It feels like a family in there! I appreciate you guys and cannot wait for you to hire a 3rd chiropractor to be able to give the service I signed up for.

New walk-ins welcome, except they stop taking new patients after 4pm, the first appt only takes 20 minutes, and they close at 7pm. Huge inconvenience for those who aren’t able to come in before 4pm. Receptionist could have been a little more welcoming and cordial about the paperwork.

This location opened around the time we arrived in Oak Creek Canyon to camphost at Cave Springs campground. I've been very pleased at both Chiropractors. I sent another host in for adjustment and she's been very happy too. The receptionists are also very pleasant too. I've gone in twice this week because I fell yesterday the doctor is great. One if the best I've ever been too.
