Sure, there's the general description of flexibility as being able to complete tasks during the day without restriction or pain, but what does flexibility mean to you specifically? The Benefits of Being Flexible

There's more to flexibility than being able to wow people with the fact that you can do the splits or touch your nose to your knee (though that is pretty impressive). Flexibility is how you can ensure that your muscles can move a joint through its full range of motion. When you can access your body's full range of motion, then it's easier to move and to exercise. Flexibility also helps to reduce the chances you'll experience pain when moving since your joints are less stiff and tight.
