To allow enough time for a thorough new patient experience, new patients should plan to arrive more than one hour before lunch hours or closing.

Your first visit includes a consultation, exam, clinical assessment, and adjustment with a licensed doctor of chiropractic. During this visit, your chiropractor will review your health history, talk with you about your lifestyle and care goals, and evaluate how your body moves. This may include a posture assessment, gait assessment, hands-on exam, range of motion review, and other movement-based checks to better understand areas of pain, restriction, or imbalance.

    They tried to sell me a recurring membership before anyone even examined me or understood what was causing my pain. I came in expecting the advertised $29 adjustment, but we never even made it to a legitimate consultation. What frustrated me most was that I clearly explained I was in significant pain, yet the focus remained on selling a subscription rather than evaluating or helping me. I could not understand how they could recommend an ongoing treatment plan without first examining the patient. The entire interaction felt dismissive and sales-driven. Even as I was leaving, no one made a meaningful effort to clarify whether there had been a misunderstanding or to address why I was so frustrated. I walked out still in pain and completely disappointed. I would not recommend this office.

    I’ve been so happy to find a great chiropractor(Dr Rafic) and convenient location to pop in a couple times a week to keep me moving. The membership is easy, very friendly staff. Never waited more than 10-15 minutes. It’s not covered by insurance but is cheaper than any other cash pay option I’ve used and less headache. Medicare only reimburses for acute care but chronic patients need consistent maintenance that this membership covers nicely by discounting extra visits.

    Had a fantastic adjustment last week. I ended up having a few displaced ribs from coughing/sneezing as well as my hip joint being pinched and out of place and my right shoulder being displaced. Several days later, I am still feeling great. The chiropractor was very knowledgeable, and her manipulations were done very quickly and effectively. The only thing I don’t like about The Joint as a whole is that they try to sell you on a membership plan. I have always been a single adjustment (with maybe a second adjustment id still having issues) Chiropractic patient. However, the reason and given behind having multiple visits does make sense so I could see the benefit of it. Also, the Membership plans are affordable for what you are getting and worth it if needed. I almost signed up, but then had to consider that I’m having surgery here about a week and I’m not going to be able to get all five visits done by the end of the month .

    My back and shoulders are always working whether I’m carrying tool bags and equipment up ladders onto roof or sleeping on my side. Getting adjusted has helped both sleep through the night and working through the day without pain. I’ve also started walking straight because they adjusted my hips so that my legs are the same length from the ground. Something I didn’t notice very much until after.

    This place is fantastic! I can in with intense neck pain and stiffness and they were able to relieve the neck pain and regain mobility within a week!     I recently had an injury where the pain was so severe I left work early to go to the ER. The anti-inflammatories did not help even slightly, nor did the muscle relaxers.     I had a great first visit. Signed up for the monthly membership which was surprisingly affordable. The receptionist was friendly and my doctor was very knowledgeable and made this way less scary. I was terrified lol but he put me at ease and walked me through everything we were doing. So I’m looking forward to more great visits in the near future.

    Dr. Jason is fantastic. Gives you the time you need but takes care of what needs to be done on your body quickly and efficiently. I've been 4 times now and haven't had to spend longer than 15 minutes in the building. Plus they take walk-ins and are open after I get off work. Great choice if you live a busy lifestyle like myself.

    I have been to other joint chiropractic. New location is nice and convenient. The doctor retook my information to be accurate and up to date. He was very thorough with his adjustment as well.

    Dr. Jason is the most thorough, efficient chiropractor I’ve worked with at a Joint location. I’ve been to 4-5 different locations but will certainly be making this my only one moving forward. He takes his time and always answers my questions with suggested stretches, exercises, etc. Can’t recommend him highly enough!

    First visit was very comfortable. Receptionist was friendly and presented their mission in a non- demanding way. Dr. J was very nice and explained how muscles/bones/nerves are related to good health and how they strive to help retrieve and maintain well-being for all who visit. Adjustment was quick, but felt good. Dr.J suggested a plan that could work for me, but did not pressure me and let me decide for myself. Very cool atmosphere. Will go back!

    Amaizing!! I’ve been to other chiropractors and they charge me an arm and a leg for mild service! Dr. Jason was amazing!! I’ve been experiencing shoulder pain for the past few years do to softball and the relief I felt when he popped it was amazing! Jaime was amazing too!! She was super friendly and made sure we felt welcomed!! And for a place that recently opened they are cheep and thorough when it comes to your comfort and relief from the pain!
