After driving for 25 years over the road and after breaking my ankle and being in bed for the better part of a year, and going back to driving over the road. I took a chance at this office, I was not able to sleep well at night, or in my truck on my 10 hour breaks. Dr. Fountain did my first adjustment, and gave me suggestions about putting my wallet in my from pocket or in the dash, I was able to drive longer and sleep better after the steady visits. I was able to walk better, I'm able to wear my boots again. I did everything she suggested, and my well being has been so much better. I’ve been going to this location for about a year with no issues. I recently had surgery in April so hadn’t been in since then. I went in today to ask if my unused adjustments rolled over and was told no so I basically lost 2 months worth of adjustments that I paid for. So I said I wanted to cancel. Well, you have to give 30 days notice and my account had just billed yesterday. I asked if they could please honor the 8 adjustments that I’d paid for and not received. The receptionist said she could talk to her manager, so I said, please do. The manager agreed to give me TWO adjustments of the 8 I had missed but I had to pay for one more month. What a scam. I know the contract probably specifies this but I bet 1 out of 10 people actually read the contract and they sure don’t bother going over it with you when you sign up. So much for customer service. Not sure how they can feel good about taking someone’s money and then refusing to provide the service. Will never return once I use up these last 5 adjustments.

When I started going to Ami I could not lift my arms up to my shoulders. My shoulders and neck arms and hands were in constant pain. I now lift my arms above my head. Before I started getting adjusted, I had not been feeling myself for quite some time. I was going to the gym and eating healthy, but I my digestion started acting up to the point where it was so miserable, I went to a gastro doctor. This was after about 2 months of pretty severe discomfort. I was worried I had pancreatitis because I was having a constant burning pain on the side where my pancreas is and any food I ate seemed to only irritate the symptoms more. It felt like literally all of my insides were inflamed and just super tender. On top of that, it was affecting my ability to work out because I would get waves of chills and sweats and it just made it hard to move and want to work out. On top of that, I know I was out of alignment from previous x-rays and my hip was also starting to bug me.
Let me tell you. I got fed up with all the pain and asked my friend which chiro he went to to fix his back, and he told me The Joint. So I downloaded the paperwork and stopped in to the one by my house and got my adjustment. OMG. I think I went to the bathroom about 10 times that evening. My body FLUSHED and FLUSHED. The next day I felt better. And by the next week and a few adjustments later, ALLLLL my internal symptoms went away and my digestion seems to be back to normal. I even lost 2 lbs! I believe I had pinched nerves which was building up toxins and causing all those issues and that adjustment helped RELEASE toxins which has allowed by body to heal and finally have some relief. I just wish I did this BEFORE I went in and got CT scans and a HIDA scan, which caused me to miss work and now owe for those huge doctor bills.
I never realized how much your spine and alignment can play a role on the functioning of all your other organs. I now am a monthly member and have signed my kids up too! I love the convenience of being able to just walk in, be seen pretty much immediately and be on our way. Dr. Ami is amazing and the adjustments never hurt. Its actually feels sooooo good.

For prenatal and postnatal care to relieve pain in back and sciatica, Dr. Ami is amazing. She was able to adjust me so that the pain in my back and neck was controlled and I was so much more comfortable through my pregnancy. Orion was born with a tongue tie and required minor surgery to repair. At less than a week old, Dr. Ami was able to help with followup chiropractic care to ensure alignment of face and neck to help speed healing and allow him to be comfortable. She is wonderful at keeping him calm during the sessions and has made a huge impact on his comfort level! Would recommend taking any infant in for a consultation, especially the fussy ones, the immediate change in comfort improves the level of fussiness almost immediately.

One morning my shoulder locked up. It was the shoulder I previously had surgery on years ago. So I decided on finding a chiro. Dr. Ami recognized my issue and got me on the path of better motion again. Getting re-aligned has also done wonders for my posture and relieved my lower back pain I had from playing pool. The doctor's at this location are wonderful. They take the time to really adjust you. They are so smart not just in their practice but with all daily life activities that can improve your health. They helped me through my whole pregnancy and they even adjust my baby son. The reception is so friendly and they are easy to joke with. I don't know how many times I forgo my wallet, phone or water and they run it out to me.

I have been going to this location for about 2-3 months now & I cannot even stress how awesome it is!!! The staff is the best! The receptionist are so nice and welcoming, they always have a smile on, which I love.
The actual clinic is very clean. I have seen 3 Chiropractic Docs there, they were all very helpful and knowledgeable, but my favorite is Dr. Shah!! She is too good! She always fixes me up! This is the spot to go to, it's affordable and they really do help fix you up.

We have been going to "The Joint" at Park West for about 2 years or so. We normally see Dr. Shah, in which we give her 5 Stars, our favorite lady!
We have seen others there but mainly Dr. Shah. We haven't had any complaints about any of the chiropractors we have seen when Dr. Shah is out of the office. The office staff has been wonderful to us and we enjoy them. Very friendly and courteous. They feel like our friends.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. When I first went to the joint (Victoria) the front desk receptionist was very thorough and informative. I was then seen by the doctor who adjusted me and informed me of my follow ups. I have always struggled with migraines and had to take a ton of meds to try and relieve my pain but not much helps.
