This is another vitamin that we really can’t do without. It has a part in so many body functions. The biggest symptom of a deficiency? Fatigue. When you are not getting enough of this vitamin, especially B12, you are likely to get rundown and confused. It is also important for healthy blood, healthy circulation, healthy bones, and many other parts of the body. To get enough B Vitamin, get a good complex vitamin or eat foods like fish, dairy, and meats.
